Hi, I bought 2 hp 23fi screens on 21st june 2013. one of them starts giving me problem on 18th August of green tint on edges. I submit the complaint on 19th Aug 2013. (complain no. CA1294641 ). they told me with in 2 working days they will sort it out I felt good to hear only 2 days that's awesome (since Hp is a big brand) but I was wrong After many phone calls from my side the engineer arrives on site on 31st August 2013. He replaced my LED panel. The issue was resolved but I am getting yellow tint on whole screen. Engineer also admit it and he told me with in 2 more days he will come back and replace some cables inside to resolve the yellow tint. he also gave me a written letter with the problem stated in it and tick the pending for spares tick box in the letter. I waited for 2 more days and called back hp service center ([protected]). they told me that there server is showing that it is resolved . I told them the engineer left a note with repair pending. On that they told me they will sort it out in 2 more days. I waited and called again. Again same words for their side after 2 days. this happens many times. and they stop picking my phone. I called customer care they called service center then I talked to Mr .Manoj on 25 th of sept 2013. He told me My problem get resolved on 30th Sept 2013. I waited 5 more days. After that nothing happens no one called me back no engineer. I called them back on 8th Oct 2013. they told me they call me back in half an hour. I waited but no call back. Again I called them I got same reply, I told they no body calls me back after 30 mins. they insist me so I waited again. But no call back Now today is 15th October, they are not picking up my call. I tried many time but no response. So I am asking you to help me on this take some action. Since HP is a Big brand and here you see how big it is complain submitted on 19th august 2013 and remains unresolved Its been almost 2 months. I work as a 3D game artist I need to make sure the colors are accurate . but the yellow tint giving me problem and I am loosing my projects (My source of income day by day).         Before I was complaining about the battery backup now I have started to experience another issue in my HP SLATEBOOK X2 that is after 1 hr of constant usage it has started to heat up. Its so shameful on HP COMPUTERS behalf that they are making such cheap quality product with so many defects and selling it at premium rate and on top of that selling their product through dealers who lie to people to sell such low quality product as in my case. Really they should be ashamed of themselves.I think their business module is to cheat people through your dealers and sell low quality product.

          I write this with tremendous mental torture given by HP India and Maha Electronics Bangalore. PLEASE DONT EVER TRUST HP when it comes to high end laptops. THEY ARE LEAST SENSTITIVE TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have left my laptop in non-working condition stating that their working time is over . The engineer was working for a while and then left the place stating that its getting late for him. I bought Envy DV6 hoping that a premium laptop will work efficiently and without any headache. The VGA port was not working and there was a vertical line in the screen within months of buying . I took the support of HP support . They sent a person by name Srinivasa from Maha Electronics who damaged the sides of my laptop and broke some hinges by force opening the front panel. He changed the screen from Envy DV6 to Pavilion DV6. I had to write another complaint for VGA port and the damage made by earlier engineer. They sent a new guy who came with a faulty motherboard and after 6 hours removed the new motherboard and replaced with the old motherboard . He came again after a week and then replaced the motherboard and then there was another issue. Now, the system would say Thermal breakdown happened and the system would restart. The engineer came again the next day and applied heat sink paste and said that the system would be okay. Though my system is working now. It overheats terribly. HP asked me snapshots to prove that their engineer damaged my laptop. After i sent the snaps. they agreed to replace the top panel and the bottom panel. An engineer finally arrived and changed the panels and forced me to sign on the CS feedback form. I urged that i will check and sign. When i checked i found that the mouse pointer and mouse pad was not working. The engineer left the laptop in non working condition and left home saying that he came here after office hours and cannot spend any more time. I had wasted 5 full days just because of HP’s poor product and their service engineer, but this guy wasn’t willing to wait for 10 minutes too. My laptop is not working . There is an international support engineer who is trying honestly for the last 3 hrs to solve but with vain. Can HP replace my laptop or pay the money back ? I have been put through so much trouble by HP. Guys, dont ever trust HP. They are worse than terrorists. They will make you kill yourself for having chosen them. I cant imagine how much pain i should through even if this issue is corrected by them. Can HP give a better laptop to me. I dont mind paying a little bit extra for that. Please dont kill a customer for having chosen your brand.

            Just want to bring into notice the kind of service I am getting from HP COMPUTERS.
            Who ever is reading this post I would not recommend any HP product to anyone.
            There dealers cheat people by providing wrong information to sell HP PRODUCTS.
            As I was cheated by one of their dealer TECHSMART SYSTEMS PVT.LTD SALES OFFICE 1/122 GF, SHANKER ROAD OLD RAJINDER NAGAR NEW DELHI 110060. EMAIL ID:[protected]@rediffmail.com PH:[protected] who sold me HP SLATEBOOK X2 by telling me that it would give me 10 hrs as per my requirements but its only giving me 4 to 5 hrs of battery back. Their after sales service is even worst because after complaining to them several times they are not doing anything. They are forcing me to believe that there is no problem with their product and they cannot do anything about the DEALER wrong doing.

              I have purchased HP Laptop pavilion 2229 on 3/8/2013 from M/S Tech Terrminal-2 Chandigarh vide his Bill No 927 dated 3/8/13. There was a gift pack for Rs 1000 for which I have opted for music boxes and all documents in connection with above gift pack were sent to HP Redemption Cell New Delhi vide RP No[protected] IN dated 6/8/2013 but the said pack and other documents has not received to me till date. I have already submitted complaint on 5/9/13 and 5/10/13 respectively. Further my laptop details are as under Redemption Code - 6409358 Product Serrial No 5CD3204W0R.                     I have purchased my Laptop under Student Education Program of Rajiv Gandhi Technological Unversity, Bhopal in 2012 . But there was Manufacturing Fault in the system fan, so I got to Shivam Associates, the authorized service center of HP, India according to http://goo.gl/pXdeT .
                    But he always blew into the fan and also soldered my motherboard and got the problem repaired temporarily. Now when the problem had become acute, and when I complaint to Rupam Halder, Case Manager - India Customer Relations, HP; he assured and supported to get fan replaced free of cost at the Sysnet Global, HP Service Center, MP Nagar, Bhopal. But the Technicians there refused to change the fan and alleged that there was problem in the mother board due to the soldering done by Shivam Associates. Henceforth, Mr.Rupam has refused to support further in this matter and said we do not take the responsibility of Shivam Associates, as its no longer our Authorised Customer Service Center and he asked me to pay a grand sum of Rs.20000 to get my mother board replaced.
                    Why should I pay for this sum, when the problem is created by HP itself, when its website gives information that Shivam Associate's is their Authorized Service center then also they are refusing to claim the responsibility.

                      Regarding my complain against HP computers I would really appreciate your help and involvement in this matter because after talking to the HP technical team person Paul Amalraj I was highly disappointed because they kept on saying that there is no problem and no manufacturing defect in our product and I will have to live with the fact that my HP slatebook x2 tablet will only give me around 2 to 3 hrs as a stand alone tablet and 5 to 6 hrs with keyboard attached where as per the dealer TECHSMART SYSTEMS PVT.LTD SALES OFFICE 1/122 GF, SHANKER ROAD OLD RAJINDER NAGAR NEW DELHI 110060.EMAIL ID:[protected]@rediffmail.com PH:[protected] salesman who sold me this product told me that it would give me 10 hrs with keyboard attached.                         I bought compag presario CQ41
                        Laptop which cost around 28000 roughly 1n half years ago..
                        I bought 3 laptops from nearest binay sales outlet..
                        And now all three are down with mother board problem..
                        I got one of them repaired but again same problem accured..
                        The service guy returned my money n said motherboards will have to be replaced..
                        It cost around 8000 each..
                        Please tel me what should i do...

                          i have bought a hp compaq presario laptop 3 years ago. last september i have paid rs. 6000 for renewing my warranty. but till now it has not being increased, also whenever i ask them for money back they ask me to call them back later. i have got the receipt of rs. 6000 that i have paid them.
                          i send my documents and a check for warranty extention of three years but had not got any reply or information regarding warranty.
                          i have purchased a hp laptop 2000(s/no:5cb2522dtc) with 3 year warranty from lapcomp shop no:107B, but the company shows that the warranty is valid for only 1 year.

                            Hi, I bought this HP Deskjet 1050 j410 series all in one printer 2 days back from an electronics market. The product seemed good from outside. But after I got over with its driver installation n after it printed the test page, it won't take any of my further commands for both printing and scanning. I keep getting the message that the connection is not established properly. I tried every type of trouble-shooting, whether it's the scanner or printer driver suited for the windows 8.1 os running on my desktop currently or getting a different usb cable other than the one I was provided with. The result stays the same. I m finally starting worry if it's hardware is the one creating all this problem. PS: I even tried changing the os to win7. So, if someone could help me with this, I would really appreciate it. ThaNks!!!

They are calling me and repeatedly telling me the same thing over and over again that to get maximum battery life out of SLATEBOOK X2 I will have to use it in low power state which is totally opposite of what their dealer salesman told me. I specifically told the dealer that I would be using it for gaming and high multimedia use. This is very wrong on HP COMPUTERS dealer’s part to sell me this product by giving wrong information.

                                  I am Dr Joydeep Das.This complaint my p laptop product name-g6-2320tx product serial number-5CD3081CDD PRODUCT MODEL NUMBER-D5F44PA.After usin few months its keypad and backcover found defective.I made a call on 21/08/2013 case number [protected].A person came on 2/09/2013 to check it and he found that backcover and keypad is defective.But it is very strange that still now no one is comin to fix it even after mnay calls to patetic customer care service.

                                    I would like to file a complain against HP Customer Relations Case Managar Girija TS(Email id: girija.[protected]@hp.com Tel: +[protected] Hewlett-Packard Company Bangalore – 560066 Karnataka, India). I got a call from her on (25/9/2013 at 5:44 pm) against my complain for the wrong information given to me regarding the battery life by HP computer dealer TECHSMART SYSTEMS PVT.LTD SALES OFFICE 1/122 GF, SHANKER ROAD OLD RAJINDER NAGAR NEW DELHI 110060 to sell HP computer product HP slatebook x2 on 3/8/2013. She was not customer friendly, was very rude and defensive and was not listening to problem and was constantly saying that nothing can be done about my complain and now I have to live with the poor battery life of the slatebook x2. She had poor listening skills and was augmentative and aggressive. She conferenced me with the dealer from whom I bought the slatebook x2 and both of them were arguing with me and were not understanding my concern. I cannot interact with her now because she is constantly suppressing my voice over her voice and telling me now you have bought the product and nothing can be done and I should stop complaining about this matter. Could you please assign someone more mature and professional who knows how to talk to their customers. I am extremely disappointed at your service ethics and unprofessional behavior .As a next step, I do not like this product, could you please give me a refund?

                                    HP customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    This is to inform that not only HP dealers cheat people by giving wrong information about HP product to sell HP products but your customer care service is even worst. Today I got a call from your Customer Relations Case Manager (GIRIJA TS) (EMAIL ID: girija.[protected]@hp.com) regarding my complain for HP SLATEBOOK X2 POOR BATTERY LIFE She is telling me that nothing can be done about your complain. SHE called me at 2:43 pm on 25/9/2013 and told me now nothing can be done about this now you also know that no tablet can give 12 to 14 hrs of battery backup. Then after argueing with her about the misleading information given to me by HP dealer TECHSMART SYSTEMS PVT.LTD SALES OFFICE 1/122 GF,SHANKER ROAD OLD RAJINDER NAGAR NEW DELHI 110060 about the battery back GIRIJA TS told me that has the dealer given me in writing that the tablet would give me 12 to 14hrs of battery backup or given me any specs sheet regarding this I said no but I am sure of this that their salesman said sir I can confirm you that the tablet will give you between 12 to 14 hrs of battery backup. I also told her that good battery back is the main criteria for me to buy the HP SLATEBBOK X2 tablet. Then she told me sorry sir we cannot do anything about this now and put my phone on hold and 2 to 3 mins disconnected my phone.
                                    This is really very nice on HP COMPUTERS behalf how they treat their customers complain by doing these things calling them and telling them that nothing can be done about their complain and putting their phone on hold.
                                    With reference to the last complain send to you about HP Customer Relations Case Managar Girija TS(Email id: girija.[protected]@hp.com Tel: +[protected] Hewlett-Packard Company Bangalore – 560066 Karnataka, India) now she has send me this mail telling me that it is understood that the information about battery backup was not given by the dealer. How can she come to this conclusion that the information about battery back up was not given to me by the dealer. She is coming up with her own conclusions. WITH ALL DUE RESPECT THIS IS NOT RIGHT. HP COMPUTERS ARE NOT TAKING UP FOR THEIR DEALER MIS GUIDING AND PUTTING EVERY THING ON ME BY SAYING NOTHING CAN BE DONE NOW.

                                        Respected sir I Himanshu, engineering student (final year) wants to file a complaint against Nehal Surana(Case Manager),HP computers. I want a claim of Rs 33500/- against the same person because the person is dealing with my problems/complains by long time and he always use all the tacticals to misguide me. I bought a HP laptop on 20-nov-2012,with a warranty of one year.Till the date of purchase, the laptop had became a big headache for me, as i started using it nearly all its parts proved to be defected which were replaced several times. Even it proved fatal in my practical exam,seminar presentation (which could affect my career).Just one day before my presentation the Hard disk crashed,i managed to get my data back with the help of my friends but on the next day (examination day) my laptops display was lost due to which i could not present my practical & presentation and still i'm dealing with all the same problems. Even at present after so many replaced parts my laptop is not working properly. I request you to take the desired action and help me in claiming my laptop's price back i.e Rs 33500/-.
