Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I''ve been receiving so many calls from HP. Every time they call, they talk about extending the warranty of my laptop.However i always tell them that i'm not interested in extending my warranty at all. I got a call from HP today, it was a girl on the other side and she started speaking about extending the warranty. I told her that i'm not interested in extending my warranty and she replied that they would be covering all hardware and software damage, then i said why are you guys keep on calling me when i've already said no. I was a little upset that time so she said i'm supposed to give them a valid reason for this.

Seriously ???

I said that this is my laptop and i'll decide whether to extend the warranty or not, why do you guys keep calling me.
And then she said very rudely "Sir, ye call record ho raha hai warna main aapko batati." and dropped the call.
I am immensely offended by this and i need the management department to take strict actions against her.

I don't remember her name, but i guess it's a huge company so they would be keeping details of every call.

going through legal way would not be a good idea from my point of view. They are a huge money making company.
I would recommend you to cut the call or usko maa-behan ar kar dena.

    Dear Concern,
    I purchased a HP laptop, model no. H.P.Pavilion 86-2229TU on[protected] and soon i start facing problem in typing because keys on pad are not functioning properly such as got (") inverted commas while typing 2 with shift key instead of @.

    Secondly, unable to perform lot of functions with cursor pad such as scrolling etc due to some problem.

    Request to solve the problem at earliest.

    HP Pavilion — redemption offer receiving problem

    i like to bring it in the notice that its been more than one year i have brought the hp laptop but have not received my redemption offer which is a 10 mega pixel kodak camera .moreover the customer care person does not interact properly regarding this issue.

    i faced irresponsible behaviour at your Ranchi Service Centre. i faced problem with LCD and made complaint on 23/11/2009 vide token number 1284, they assured me that they would rectify the problem within 7 days but till today they cant solve my problem. what should I do?

    1. I cant attain my client due to not availability of Laptop.

    2. I have suffered financial loss.

    So guide me in proper way so that the people in Your Ranchi Service Centre couldnt harass me

    Sir its my painfull duty to inform you that your AIRTEL INTERNET BROADBAND services is not responding properly and not even works properly.Many of the social networking and other websites don't opens the web page.It creates error while surfing the net and this creates inconvienences.

      Dear Sir,
      I purchased a HP PAVILION G6-2231TX LAPTOP on 24th June,2013 from TECHNOCRAT ELECTRONICS,Dharmatolla. HP announced a gift voucher of rs. 2000 which was to be reedemed from the site www.hp.co.in/hpstudentoffer. I reedemed a HP Stereo speaker and HP Wireless mouse along with three years additional onsite warranty. I reedemed the gift voucher on 1st July,2013 and sent the necessary documents to the given address on 9th July,2013. HP stated in its website that they would send an email to the email address given in the HP Studentsoffer redemption page confirming that they received the orders and the documents. Still I have got no reply from HP.

      I got the same mail, but I can't believe on the truth of this mail. Its completely fraud. You can find such a complain in these type of forum.

      You can also find such comments that I got my lottery prize. Don't believe in such a comments. Scamers are writing that comment to encourage the peoples for going forward. Also they will provide some phone nos. or email id to find the truth of such email. Never try to contact on such phone nos. or emails, because in that case scammers will reply to encourage you.

      Be a smart internet surfer, if you get such type of emails or message in which money is demanded as compensation then never ever believe on it. Scamers are smart but you should be try to more smart than scammers.

        I bought my pavillion g6 on 7th march this year.At that time,there was a two year extended warranty offer.I applied for it and submitted all documents and other requirements.On the month of May,i recieved an e-mail from hp stating all warranty procedures been completed and i can print my warranty certificate from a link given on the mail.Few days back,i tried to print the certificate.after clicking the link,a page comes with options of printing.When i try with either one option,the page stays as it is and as such,no result.I tried many times but all in vain.Please help.

            I have the warranty of the laptop.The hp service centre at aforeserve.com dadar(w), mumbai
            -400028, India have identified Dead Battery as problem, but have not replaced it since 3rd july
            of 2013.I study outside mumbai,india and will be leaving shortly for my education. Its been 7 days and
            still they say they have not got the approval for replacement of battery. The call receiver on
            [protected]/07/09 told me they need to get approval from Bangalore, India.The person also
            suggested I call US tolI free number.
            I hope hp services reply as soon as possible.

            What should I do? I have to go outside mumbai for education purpose and my laptop and its battery which I submitted in mumbai has not be replaced.Can someone suggest

              My case id is [protected]. According this complain engineer came and found there is a problem of 90B ( CPU fan purpose) . After he take a snapshot of this problem to order this fan, and he promised me he will come after 3-4 days and replace the fan on 19/06/13. But till now no one come. as well as i get a mail that my this case is closed.. i'm totally fed up. Again i opened a new case with reference of old case, New case id is [protected].. and till now no no one came. I called them about everyday.. But till now no work response.. I'm totally fed up to buy this laptop.

              after 2-3 day we again reached the HP replacement cell B-82, Okhla Ind. Area. In this time Mr Lalit told pl. take a bill copy of customer and also need the printer Number. they again cheque all things like cartride seal, Tonner ink quality & invoice.
              After 3-4 days we gone again then they not check any thing they only told your cartridge is open. I request to why u call me again to again u clearly tell HP has done replace defective cartride. We have all light print outprint. This cartridge We supply the Jamia Millia Islamia University in IT Center It name Center of Information Technology Contact Person Person Mr. Nusrat Hussain.
              They also take a action against HP.
              We also provide all the Origianl Bill & other things.
              We also supply the 20 Dat Drive 40 GB 6 is not working.
              Mr. Lalit & Mr. Shakib told It is only work HP Server.
              But 15 Dat Drive is working perfectly.
              I also saw the one things when u pay money in B-82 service center your replacement work done properly other wise ????????
              I have not only one customer facing this problem Pl. check the register 90% customer suffar the HP replacement cell.
              Complaint is only formalty NO BODY TAKE ANY ACTION OF THIS COMPLAINT.
              I ALSO SEND THIS MAIL COPY & PREVIOUS COPY OWN ADVOCATE.
              FOR NEXT LEGAL ACTION.

                My printer was not working since 1-6-2013 WE HAVE PURCHASE A NEW PRINTER OF HP BRAND. THIS MODEL IS HP2050 INKJET AND SERIAL IS NO-CN 22M33HB2. It is not giving print out properly, the papar is getting struced in the printer with a sound, and unable to print anything.for this office worek is being hampered.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have a laptop of HP make, Model : hp pavilion dm-1041tx which was supplied with inbuilt operating sytem ’Window 7 home premium 64 bit’. In the end of April 2013 some problem was occurred that internet was not connecting through my mobile. I had tried to solve the problem but I could not. Recovery DVDs were also not with me. and due to urgency I had installed a pirated version of Window 7. But letter it was blocked through network. I had tried to solve the problem by Recovery Disc but could not.

                  Warranty period for the laptop already expired. I had made an e-mail to HP and they suggested me that there is a problem of Recovery Disc. They offered me Recovery disc on chargeable basis (Rs. 750/-) otherwise I have to go their Service Center.
                  I had gone to authorized service provider of HP at Trisita Services Pvt. Ltd, 7/1 Lord Sinha Road , Lords Building,Ground floor, Kolkata 700071, West Bengal, Contact Nos.[protected]/ 22118660, Service level: Onsite (as provided HP address link http://www8.hp.com/in/en/support-drivers/contact-centers/commercial/east.html#Ko... on[protected] for servicing my laptop. But after going there service provider initially rejected to serve onsite (but at web site they have mentioned Onsite Service). After request they served but my representative had to wait for 5 hours and 30 minutes (from 2.00 pm to 7.30 pm). After checking they informed that there is problem with my Recovery Manager (4 Nos. DVD).

                  They charged Rs. 1,150.00 and again installed operating system of pirated version (Window 7 Ultimate, 64 bit) and provided no DVD. Now please pirated version Window is available at lots of local computer service center and at low cost or free. Then what was my benefit to go at authorized service center.

                  In this situation please help me to get original Recovery DVD since I have already paid Rs. 1,150/-

                  HP India — Roads

                  Indiranagar 6th Main is never done up for thae last 5 years. It has full of pot holes and driving/reding is very unsafe. Request attention of authrities.

                  i have bought a hp pavilion dv4 2126 tx notebook laptop since in September last and i got my recovery damaged . that time i complained for recovery disc but till now i haven't got that . although i reminded the customer care executives many times during this period but till now i haven't got the recovery disc and now a days I'm having to use a local version of window 7 .the case no. is [protected] ..please try to send recovery disc as soon as possible .

First i registered the product and got the redemption code : 5896557...then i sent all the documents(copy of invoice,serial number ,ID proof-election card ) with DD of 1499/ and DD no[protected] to "solutions integrated marketing services pvt ltd" on 2/04/13.
                    But till now i have not received any response from your side.
                    So, i may please request you to inform me regarding the same.

                      Sameer Bhiwani educated cheat & fraud working in HP Bangalore. Posted ad for 18,000 for office space for rent on net and on phone demands 20,000. Useless as a person no respect for anybody and sitting to suck money by fooling and cheating people. How a company like HP has employed him, very unprofessional unethical and mannerless with a cunning attitude to fool people. Makes agreement in such a manner that your entire deposit also will go to him no matter when you leave. For Franking and registration of 19,000 rentend office he says he incurred cot of 8500 that too his some real estate friend Gautam or Gaurav from Chembur is demanding as per Sameer. They have agreement made from long but suddenly will say all these charges were charged by the lawyer again to add your name. Dad will commit in case of any unforeseen event if before signing agreement deal is cancelled token amount will be returned back to you. when u cancel the deal before the registration happens entire family will get a short term memory loss and forget they ever said anything of this sought, he will keep your entire token money and will show attitude he spend time talking to you so that's his compensation wonder what HP is paying him as salary that he has to stoop so low and deduct[protected] from your token and take innocent peoples money by fooling them. All clauses in agreement will favor him and you are 100% in non safety zone and in his control. Even his parents are scared of him coz of his misbehavior and arrogant and cunning attitude. pitty them. Beware of Sameer Bhiwani from HP Bangalore and having house and office space in Chembur Mumbai.

                          It has been 4 days since I registered the complaint with HP online through K.Sunil(Technical support). While registering the complaint they said the keyboard will be replaced within 1-2 business days but till now there is no response from HP.I call up the service located at Somajiguda store's name is Maha Electronics.They say that the approval from HP din't arrive them till now but i got a message to my moblile that a part is ordered for replacement.Just 2 days before i received a call from Naresh(Maha electronics,Somajiguda) that he is coming to my house but he went to wrong address.He told me that he will be coming yesterday and he will replace the Keyboard but yesterday when ii called him he told he receive an approval from HP.This is the worst service of HP if my keyboard is not replaced which is under warranty.

                          HP — Very High TAT

                          Hi,

                          I am maintaining a HP gas connection for the past couple of years,and it is to my astonishment that the minimum turn around time ( TAT ) from the booking to the delivery date is not less than 10 days. Whereas the cylinders are regularly seen in the grey market - a video file is also there with me to prove the point.

                          Recently I called my Gas agency ( Tyagi Gas in Ghaziabad ) to convert my connection from a single to a double cylinder connection he refrained from taking the orders citing reasons that they have been ordered from there back end that these kind of requests should not be taken before the end of March.

                          Look forward to getting a resolution on the TAT and the conversion premise.

                            As per attached bill copy I bought Hp DV6 -6155TX on 10th December 2011, complaint id number [protected] (registered on 6th June 2013) and previous one are [protected] (registered on 6th April 2013) and [protected](registered on 12th June 2012) was for display back cover damage by Simtech computations pvt ltd pune. As I need to travel on site for some work, I told them to do it urgently but according to them it'll take at least 2 week to process this compliant. This issue was not resolved by them in three weeks and they are not responding any of my calls after this. As per schedule I travel on site. During my stay in Johannesburg I'd tried to repair it from HP center but as it is not cover under global warranty they'll not able to fix it, even if I'll pay them they couldn't because they don't have parts for this model. A month before when I try to extend warranty of this system I was not able to because they don't provide warranty for this system, I tried to find solution from customer care but they're not able to provide any solution to me. During this time whenever I cheeked my warranty on HP website it shows that system already out of warranty before time. When I'd chat with customer care correspondent they told me that this is because HP wouldn't update my system information on their Database with my new purchase date.

                            Two week before of warranty expire with the help of my friend I initiate warranty extension from Business automation pvt ltd India. I paid 4700 Rs for 1 year warranty. When I Came back from joahnnesburg, I started new complaint for the same issue, again they're not able to see my warranty extension. For the same I provided all three documents attached with this mail, but instead of business memo from business automation they want a receipt for same. When I asked business automation they told me it'll take some time to update on system. After two month when I personally visited their office, they told me they're not able to extend my warranty because in HP database it is already expired and they return my money back to me.

                            I'd word with Lohit Krishnappa one of head in HP department in gurgoan delhi, after a long conversation and mail communication he promise that this issue will be sort out asap, but nothing work out.

                            I'd three conference call from HP corespondent in last two week and when I warn them to complaint against them, one of there team member(Ganesh) said they don't care about consumer forum, do what you need to do. Even they do not cooperate from their own HP corespondent. Now its been a year time I am having this issue, you can understand how-much mental trouble I've gone through from it. Please see attachment for the same and advise me what should i do for the same. I like to register a complaint for it.

                                I have bought HP-450 laptop on[protected], through flipkart.com. I thought, since I have bought HP branded laptop, it will work just fine. But, it has been having me many issues ever since I have bought it like some keys were getting stuck, unable to boot up, etc.

                                Since my laptop is under 1 year warranty, I have already raised multiple complaints with HP customer-care. But the service engineer has not been able to resolve the issues. I have escalated this multiple people within HP support team, but its of "no use".
                                1) The approach of replacing parts one-by-one seem "trial-and-error" method. My laptop has been opened many times (completely opened), with no resolution so far.
                                2) Due to frequent handling of laptop, there are some scratches on the front-panel now. The laptop doesn't look a new one now.
                                3) The part which are used for replacement are all "refurbished parts".So, even though I have bought a new laptop, core parts in my laptop would be refurbished ones.
                                With all this, I have been asking for complete unit replacement, but HP team is not agreeing to do so. I am stuck with a laptop which is of no use.

                                Please help to resolve this case.

                                HP(HEWLETT PACKARD) — Poor Customer Service

                                Purchased HP Pavilion laptop and registered my product for the Digi Cam Offer. Sent Demand Draft of the mentioned amount along with all relevant documents. Supposed to receive gift within 4 - 6 weeks. Its past 8 weeks and yet to receive the same. On corresponding with the authorities over mail no satisfied response is coming. Really a matter of shame for a reputed concern like HP to bluff customers.

                                HP — Not able to get efficient technical support

                                Sir i am really dissapionted by the technical support u r giving.I had a problem in recovering my laptop factory setting using the one i had created initially.I ordered a recovery disc for my notebook . But i couldnot able to recover using the disc.I had informed again & this is the third time got the disc & still i m facing the same problem.I had given my notbook to nearest HP service station & they confirmed as the problem is in the recovery disc which i got from u.When i got my second disc i informed to one o[censored]r executive & she convinced me as the last two DVD which i got were of same type & may not be compactible to my notebook, so she will send another type.But today i got the third DVD & indeed its the previous type only.So please stop playing with the customers .I m really fadeoff of calling u.I[censored] r not able to solve a minor sofware issue the what can i say.I m being in touch with u from last 4 months & till now i did not get any solution from urside.Please do take this matter as an serious issue & short it out.

                                I purchased a HP Pavilion tx1218au Notebook PC in the year of 2007 September. the mother board of the laptop is burnt (As per the HP service team) on the last day of the warranty of the laptop. I have given the laptop for repair which is around 2 months back and still the HP servicing center people were saying it will take 4 more weeks. They are saying the part is not available in india and saying they are not running the company and asking me to take the laptop back with a rash voice. I am planning to file a case in consumer court on this and will update this issue to the Media as well.

                                I have bought Laptop Warranty extension package in February 2009 for 2 Years from CONVERGENT TECHNOLOGIES-BANGALORE Authorised Hewlett Packard Service provider. They have emailed me that my Laptop warranty is about to expire and if i want i can get it extended for 2 years. After paying them all the charges for Warranty Extension for 2 years they have just extended the warranty for one year as seen from their Certificate. When i contacted them they said it will be done is short while. But it was not extended. I was regularly calling them to extend the warranty but always they use to give me weired reply. I told them that give what ever is the reason for not extending the warranty in Writing bu they are not willing to give the same. They are talking very rudely with me as they think that they are doing any favour to me. I also approached HP to sort out the issue but they were unable to take any action. They are just giveing metal torture to the customer.

                                I request you to kindly help me out to get the warranty extended for 2 years as promised.

                                Hewlett Packard — HP Service Warranty is a Fake. HP is a cheat.

                                I made the mistake of buying a HP premium laptop from the US around 3 months ago. The laptop was : HP laptop HDx 18t 1200. A premium (expensive) notebook.

                                HP's sales department assured me (and still says) that the laptop has service warranty in India and if anything goes wrong with it I will be able to get the warranty repairs in India. Even HP's service support chat executive (US) also says the same.

                                The laptop stopped working when I brought it to India and the Indian HP service center have absolutely refused to service it. These bunch of losers never gave me a good response. There is some chap named Ankur Sachdeva who claims to the Support supervisor but apparently he supervises nothing, because even after repeated calls he never took any action, and always assured me that he would get back to me on 'Wednesday'. Weeks have rolled by.

                                I have chat records of HP's US sales and support representatives who still assert that the laptop is valid for service in India and the local service center should provide service. But the local service center does not care about customers at all.

                                Q1. Why is HP India not honoring its commitment to the customer?
                                Q2. When the local service center is behaving so badly, why has HP still not fired them?
                                Q3. Is it my fault that I trusted HP and brought their laptop? The biggest IT purchase mistake I made?

                                Please learn from my mistakes. Do not buy a HP laptop. Their service is terrible, their service representatives are a bunch of jokers who will keep you hanging in the middle for weeks without a reply.

                                I HAVE PURCHASED HP PRESARIO DESKTOP SERIAL NUMBER INA8220CQL. AND MODEL NUMBER COMPAQ SG3450IL.

                                IT WAS SAID THAT IT HAS 3 YEARS OF WARRANTY BUT AFTER 1 YEAR CD DRIVE PART GETS DAMAGED.

                                AND I COMPLAINT TO HP BUT HP SAID THAT IT HAS ONLY 1 YEAR WARRANTY.
                                HP company is an useless company. My son purchased lap top of HP make. They gave warranty for 1 year. After 1 year 9 days it was gone out of order. The HP authorized firm at HYD tested it and said that LCD went off and to replace it the cost would be around 24, 000/- rupees. This is ridiculous. You can just imagine how cheap material HP people are using and penalising the customers.

                                My suggestion not to go to HP products. Instead we can for a local market where the lap top comes for Rs.20000/- and even it goes off after one year the will be no loss.

                                I have given 4 mails to HP customer care to repair it free of cost or at nominal charge. They did not even read my mails and there is no reponse till now.

                                Hewlett packard laptop — bad customer service

                                I am extremely dissatisfied by the service provided to me by the Hp service center in Hyderabad. I went there for the first time on 15/11/2010 with a complaint in regard to my DVD drive unable to play DVDs. They returned the laptop after 3 days stating that a new DVD drive has been installed. I during that time also complained on there poor, untimely and rude assistance however no action was taken.

                                After a few days again on 8/12/2010 I took my laptop as my HDD had crashed and DVD was not still not working. I was told that the laptop will be returned back to me after 3-4 working days however after regular follow ups, calls made from only my side I finally got it a week later after a made a personal call to there Manager

                                Even then the DVD work was not done. I was told to wait for an hour in the service center after which they asked me to go home as it was time for the center to close. I complained again and I was told that the Manager will give me a call to discuss the same.

                                He called me the very next day and i was assured that follow up will be made and the DVD would be repaired.

                                It has been 2 weeks since then and neither have I received any calls nor has my complaint been taken seriously.

                                I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. The center at Hyderabad has not only made me call them a zillion times without any solution from there side but has also been unable to solve a minor issue.

                                The staff has been uncooperative and unresponsive.

                                Please help with the same. I have all necessary details and papers with me.

                                HP — Poor Service

                                We had lodged complaint with HP customer care to resolve the problem with HP make Desktop which is not working for past one week. Case ID of concerned complaint is [protected]. Almost everyday we are getting calls from different sources regarding deployment of skilled engineer to the site to attand the said problem but till this date no one has reported to look into the matter. Such poor service from esteemed giant MNC organisation is far beyond imagination and not at all acceptable by any means. Undoubtedly they are to be listed in deceiver' Q.

                                    We are continuously lodging our complain against “ After Sale- Product Services” , please refer the trailing mail. There is no proper response from the dealer regarding our complaints, he is only providing one solution i.e contact “Customer Support”. We are even purchasing the Printer Cartridge from the same source.


                                    We would like to draw your kind attention that as per your advertisement and marketing for best costumer services provider it is totally wrong and on ground it is not even 10 % costumers are getting .

                                    We are having office in Karaikal , Pondicherry State , we purchased 2 printer for our office and in one month it is in worst conditions and after purchase your dealers are not providing services and even not attending our calls .

                                      dear sir/ma'am,

                                      I had purchased my hp laptop nb pc pavilion envy 14.-3012TU
                                      BATCH : 5C02128TWP, from m/s gadgets and gizmos[protected]nd floor great india place , noida
                                      invoice no G&G/12-13/03-482 ON 20- Aug - 2012

                                      for Rs: 99,999.00

                                      now i am facing prob in this laptop. They had promoted its unique feature of "beats speaker" and they are not working no sound is coming even the ear-plug socket is not working. The sound output is 0.
                                      Appart from that there USB port is not working as well. it was a gift from my friend Vipul Shrivastav. I was travelling so i got my laptop on april 2013, since then i am facing this problem. i submitted my laptop in h.p service center called :

                                      and so far i have not received a positive response they claimed that my work will be done in two days and when they called me to collect my laptop it was still in the same condition as i left it. They said that USB port is not available in there store so this work can't be done but your speakers are working fine i asked them to give me a demo of my speakers and the speakers were still not working they said that they will install the drivers n give me in 15 min i kept waiting for 30 min and there was no result. then they asked me to come the next day. Next day before going i called them up they said mother board needs to be replaced, but my laptop is still under warranty and i don't want them to repair my laptop i want them to replace it now. because they have wasted, my time my laptop is still with them.
                                      I keep travelling so i don't have time to get it repaired and i have to leave Lucknow on 3rd of june for delhi and from there on 6th i am going to Australia for my higher education. please help me. i am graphic designer and my course requirement is of laptop i cant work without it. i will be really obliged if you can help.

                                      hp / Laptop — Laptop not working

                                      I bought high end HP Laptop in Abu Dhabi in July 2009 and had to return to India due to loss of job. I hardly used my laptop.Within a year of Warranty my HP Laptop stopped working. I gave it to HP Serivce Center and they got it repaired. After a month or two again it went dead. As I was away in Raipur I could not give it to Service center as I had not taken it to Raipur.

                                      I have now come to Mumbai and given it to Service Center again. I have not heard from them for 4 days now after i gave it to them.

                                      I now really wonder about quality of HP Laptop.I vow that I never ever buy HP product I feel that I have been cheated for Rs. 35000 which I paid in 2009

                                        I bought one HP Laptop from Indiatimes on 23rd May 2013 (order number [protected]). They commited to ship the product by 28th May 2013 but they did'nt ship the product. On complaining they simple registered a case and gave me a case ID They didn't tell me the reason for delay and what they are doing to mitigate the issue. They say the expected date of resolving this issue is 14th June 2013. 15 days to resolve an issue is not at all acceptable. I shelled out a large amount of money for this Laptop and instead of shipping on priority because its an expensive item, they are behaving irresponsibly. Customer care executives are not able to provide any input,they just say sorry and consider their job done. I am fed up of their "It will be resolved as soon as possible". They are not even ready to transfer calls to their senior managers. Now what can a person do who has paid in advance for a laptop. I want my laptop delivered at the earliest along with compensation for the mental harrassment, delays, false promises and callous attitude of the site employees associated.
