I have buy a Hp laptop and i got a nikon 16mpx digital camera on submiting a 2499rs DD and all others formalties and they took name of 21 days but till now i dont get my gift i buyed my laptop on 28/10/2012 so please help me.

As per their special OFFER, I applied for the gift of Philips Home Theatre to HP Redemption Cell, A 2, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase I, New Delhi 110020.

I was allotted redemption no. J487AIXIXU.

The date of purchase of HP LAP TOP IS 6 FEB 2009, from M/s Gigahertz, Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai 400053.
I have bought a Hp Pavilion Dv4-1412Tu Notebook PC on 16-Jan-2010. Under a special scheme I was offered a Videocon 22" LCD @ INR 9000 (inclusive all). I have sent all the required documents & payment on 18-Jan-2010. I was promised that I will receive this gift within 2 months. Now it has been three months & I have yet not received my LCD. On calling at the number given on their website, nobody answers the phone & I get only a pre recorded message. I have sent number of e-mails at the address provided, but there is no response. On the website it states that the claim has been approved, payment is cleared, etc, but no status when the LCD will be delivered.

      I have purchased laptop HP Pavilion g6-2XXX series and I have registered within due date and sent the claim documents within due date specified, but still the remarks says that
      Remarks : Dear customer, we have received online registraion pls send complete claim documents as stated in terms & conditions to Redemption Cell within due date.

      I have sent the DD as well, if we try the customer care no given, nobody dares to pick the call also. I have sent so many mails but still no response from them. Please enquire on this.

        i mahesh kalia with reedemption code no:5349500 have purchased the hp laptop on 29/10/2012 & had a diwali gift as nikon cool pix 16mp digital camera by sending a draft/cheque worth rs2500/- , and have sent the reedemption on the same date, but due to some mishappening on 31/10/2012 (my mother expired) couldnt posted the cheque & documents but posted a cheque worth rs2500/- on 8/11/2012 , hence the diwali offer for nikon cool pix 16mp digital camera has been rejected . so, i request you that to recontinue the same .i'll be very thankful to you..

          My son NIVESH GUPTA bought a HP ENVY4 - 1023tu ultrabook from HP World dealer APEX COMPUTER & SOFTWARE,
          Panipat under free gift Dewali offer vide Invoice No. 12-13PNP12815/007342 on 17-oct-2012.

          The requisite photo ID (copy of passport) was supplied to the authorised dealer
          via e-mail as well as physically hard copy was handed over on 18-oct-2012
          for registration of free gift (NIKON camera) worth Rs. 6,950 and on 27-oct-2012,
          the above authorized dealer gave me the redemption code No. 5341688 for onward submission
          to HP Redemption Cell,24 &30, Ground Floor, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase - III, New Delhi - 110020
          110020 which was acknowledged by them on 29-oct-2012.
          On 30-oct-2012,we were shocked to receive an e-mail reply from above redemption cell for rejection
          of free diwali gift claim due to delayed registration by the authorised dealer and not due to my son (consumer). it seems that
          the above rejection of claim is malafide, misleading,capricious,against business ethics, and not binding upon my son as this delay
          was caused by the authorized dealer in collusion with the company.

          Therefore, HP and its authorized should stand trial in the proper court of law under consumer forum and MRTP, Act,1969

            I have purchased a Hp envy 4-1102x sleekbook laptop from HP IT WORLD in Fun Republic shopping mall at Peelamedu Coimbatore TamilNadu last week. While i was working on my laptop the Windows8 OS got corrupted and it asks for a recovery disc...since i donot have any recovery discs i contacted the hp people but they cannot recover the os... I cannot work on my ystm and co carry on my work for the past four days... So i need a timely help to recover the device.

              I have got repaired my daughter's HP laptop at their authorised service center M/S.Maha Electronics Pvt. Ltd, for replacing plastic bottom case for which they have charged Rs.5,368/- and not given the bill. When insisted they have given quotation and said as their net work is not working they are not able to give bill. Because of this I got suspicion and told them if they don't give bill I will complain. But they have not cared.

              As they have not issued bill, they won't pay VAT or SErvice tax on the amount collected and it will incur loss to govenment collections.
              I request you to take appropriate action for not issuing bill for the amount collected.

                Around 1st week of Oct' 12 my PC stopped working. I asked HP helpline for guidance. I was advised to contact Goa service center, Redington India Ltd. in Panjim. On 9th Oct I handed over my CPU to Redington vide work order GO/12/01077.
                It took about one week for Redington to find out that CPU motherboard is defective.
                I was told that motherboard was not available in Goa & would have to be ordered from
                Chennai. I requested them to go ahead & do the needful.
                I called Redington on 26th Oct & was told that they were expecting to receive the mother board on 29th. Till date it is still not repaired.
                Does it take more than 1 month for a PC to be repaired? In today's world it is difficult to be with out a PC for few days. Is the time frame of 1 month acceptable for repairing a PC?
                If I had known it would take this long to replace a motherboard then, I at least would have had the option of considering if I should have my PC repaired or replaced with new. Service time of 1 month is agonizingly high & I am sure HP can do better then this.

                HP pavilion desktop computer — Poor service

                My TFT has some problem with it. So I called customer care regarding it. After so much of tantrums like removing cord from back side of computer, opening of cpu, removing RAM etc, they registered my complaint as fault in motherboard. CA number: CA1050887. It was around 17th Jan 2011. Then after so much calling to service centre atlast they came and told that TFT is faulty not motherboard.

                Then they asked us to fax the bill with tin number to hp centre. As per them, seprately TFT and HP system has different warranty period. But we purchased it together and it comes under 3 year warranty. As you have all the details so I think it should be handled from your side only. It is not our duty to fax it. Even when I faxed them the printed version, they asked me to send retail invoice. Then again I sent it. Then they had another issue of over-writing which was done by dealer itself. Then they asked me to bring new retail invoice from dealer but luckily that dealer is closed now. So they considered it (Strange!!). They considered it, that means they were creating havoc for us without any reason.

                Then after 1 week another engineer came and confirmed the problem of TFT which we knew from the beginning. He gave us new CA number as CA1052607.
                And asked us to wait for another one week, so that service centre people can inform us regarding dispatch of new TFT. But as expected they did not turn up. So at last we called them regarding this. So they asked for another one week. Then again we called regarding this now they are saying that model is not available and as far as I got their point they are not commiting anything so it can take another 2-3 months.

                It is really insane to wait for too long. As I work in software firm and I need system 24x7, especially on weekends. I arranged new monitor but that too is having same problem. And as per their customer support and so called engineers that is also defected although that monitor is working on different CPUs. I do not know what type of knowledge they are providing to engineers. As far as I have seen the problem is with CPU and TFT both. Situation has again come to same initial phase. And I am getting no reply from HP people after your confirmation of replying on next business day. Even today I called them regarding my second problem i.e. CPU when my previous problem still persists and they have given me new case ID: CA1060781. I am really traumatised and anyone who will be going through this process. I do not have any hopes from their engineers or service centre people after more than one month of waiting.

                I have never seen this type of pathetic service before while purchasing other electronic items and rather I do not want to see this type of discouraging service again.
                I am regretting my decision to deal with HP for Personal Computer and I wont be repeating my wrong decision in next purchase.

                Now it is more than a month from the time I registered complaint. My problem still persists and I think more than that. It only shows me poor services. HP do not care about customer's inconvinience.
                And let me tell you this is the second problem I am going through in these 2 and a half years. And their customer care people says that it is general and nominal.

                  I bought a HP G6 notebook in Feb 2012.After 2-3 months of normal use it started hanging and showed some other defects.I submitted the notebook in service center and got it back after 10 days.Again after 2 days same defects could be seen .I again went to the service center but the executive sent me back saying that I have on site warranty on my unit. So I raised a request for onsite visit.An engineer came and could not find the fault & suggested to run recovery on the system. I ran the recovery myself and tried again.But again my issue was not resolved.So after contacting HP again another engineer visited me and did some service on the unit.But he could not resolve the issue again.
                  So one more time I contacted HP with a video clip of my problem.Again they asked me to submit the notebook for full checkup.Still I got the unit back with same problems.
                  Now I asked for a replacement but they asked me to submit it once more and that they will extend my warranty for 4 months.As I was moving out of station for 5 days I asked for a stand by.They took 3 days to again pick up the unit and deliver the stand by.
                  After returning from my trip I got a call from the center that issue was found and resolved.But since then it has been 10 days but I did not recieve my unit back.On contacting them several times I get assurance that it will be delivered but still i am waiting.

                  I have been writng mails and calling HP since June 2012 but still my issue was not been resolved . I even lost my data stored on the system several times.My work has suffered to a huge extent.After so much wastage of my time and mental harassment I want to lodge a complaint in consumer court . Please suggest the process.

                      HP Gas — Issue of New Connection

                      Kiran Gas agency is not issuing me a new gas connection.Trying for the last one month. I have submitted all the required documents but still no hope. I have got really frustrated by their behavior. I think its impossible to get a new connection from them.

                      Came to know from one agent that he will provide me a new HP gas connection immediately. How come he is able to provide me a new gas connection?

                      Just because I am innocent and am saying truth, they are troubling me. If i had said wrong statements in the beginning itself and have bribed them, they would have given me the connection long time back.

                      This is just my feelings which i am sharing with you. I will now never try to get a connection with HP and also not recommend anyone to get a connection with HP.
                      Hindustan petroleum limited is one of the largest domestic and commercial gas providers spread across India. You can get a new connection of HP gas instantly by following the simple set of guidelines. This information mentioned below help you get the new HP gas connection.

                      Documents to be submitted for New HP Gas Connection
                      You have to submit a copy of a house lease agreement or a rent receipt .
                      You should submit a copy of a ration card.
                      A copy of a telephone bill or any other utility bill.
                      A copy of self declaration attested by gazette officers.
                      Price/Cost of new HP Gas Connection

                        We have purchased HP Pavilion Notebook PC from Flipkart on 4th october 2012. From day one onwards battery problem, mouse problem and case problem. We have raised complaint with HP and also with FlipKart. From Chennai HP authorised Dealer sent 4 times, engineers to rectify the problem. None of the problem is rectified. they have taken laptop for servicing From 26th october onwards. Till today we didnt get any proper response. When we call to dealer they will say laptop is under observation.

                          I bought HP Pavilion g6-2101Tx laptop on[protected] from Nehru Place, New Delhi. According to HP diwali offer they are giving a Nikon COOLPIX 16MP, 6 X optical Zoom Camera worth Rs 6,950/- on payment of Rs 2,499/-. But after purchase I found that there is no customer care number to whom I can contact to get status of my claim. There is only a site that updates status after 2-3 days. I wanted camera for diwali (as this offer is for diwali) that’s why I sent completed documents along with demand draft on[protected]. But now I am in dilemma of whether to go for new camera or wait for arrival of my gift as there is no one to whom I can contact. I have tried many times sending mail to [protected]@solutions-intg.com but it fails every time. I asked query to [protected]@solutions-intg.com but got no response. I also tried contacting customer care but that is also of no use.
                          I am very disappointed with HP’s after sale service. Can’t imagine HP’s services in other part of India after seeing it in a metropolitan city like Delhi.

                          HP — Complaint regarding after sales service.

                          Hi All,

                          I Ravi Sonwane, purchased a HP Compaq Laptop Model no - CQ45-137TX Serial number CND8293BQD on 10th January 2009 from BABA Computers Camp, Pune however the AC Adapter of this Laptop stopped working on Saturday 31st Jan 2009 so i visited HP service center SIMTECH COMPUTRONICS (P) LTD located at Kothrud on 2nd Feb 2009 where so called engineer checked the Laptop and informed that the Part will be available in Minimum 3 days and i was given case number [protected] and Token number as 10905. So as per the engineer's Statement i called on the 3rd day i.e 05/Feb/2009 at 12.30pm and i was informed on call that the Parts arrive at the service center after 1.30 pm and if the part comes i will be updated, i did not receive any update on that day. I called at 2.00pm on 6th Feb 2009 and the receptionist informed me that the part is unavailable and whenever it is available i will get it. Is this called a good after sales service???? Its not more then a month also and parts of this laptop are turning defective!!! I am unable to use this Laptop from last Monday!!! i purchased it as i needed it for my work, but now it is of no use!!! I can understand that it is a thing and can go bad, however i cant understand that why cant i get this Part????????? I spoke with a person at the service center who said that he is a Team Leader over there and said that there is Shortage of Adapters all over India, so does that means that HP has stopped manufacturing AC Adapters for this Laptops. I already own a laptop from HP and this is my second laptop from the same brand, however this aftersales service has put me off from buying HP Products. One more question on mine is IF HP CANNOT GIVE AFTERSALES SERVICE WHY IS HP SELLING THIS PRODUCT IN MARKET????????????

                            My consumer No.604921, my dealer code 15059510, M/s.SANGAREDDY Gas Agencies inspite of several reminders the Dealer not deliver the cylinder to home, if i try to book cylinder status booking is already delivered, i hope it may be sold my cylinder somebody on the block.

                              i have purchased a hp laptop on 24/10/2012 from croma centre southex newdelhi. Its serial no was HP G6-2103TU 38 CM. as per the criteria there was a offer of nikon coolpix with it which will be received after sending dd of rs 2500 and documents. . I have send dd of rs2500 , pan card copy, bill copy, cut of barcode sticker. but till today i have not received any reply. dd no is055131 . my redemption no. is 5330286.i have send by speed post on which my vill address was mentionbut i have registered my address of orissa where i study( where coolpix will be delivered). I request you to please overcome this problem.

                                I have purchased the hp ENVY6 1002TX from the hp dealer on 19/10/2012 and on the same day , i have registered my HP purchase , was assured that after sending the Scanned copy of Purchase Invoice and the Bar code sticker , a copy of my ID proof on (22/10/2012) and its (5/11/2012) still i have not recived my Nikon coolpix .

                                    I had bought an hp pavilion m6 1005tx laptop and within 15 days it was giving many software problems. so i contacted the service center but they were unable to help. from last 40 days the laptop is with the service center and now they are not responsing properly. I am tired of going to the service center and calling the toll free. I want my laptop back. So plzzz help me out.
                                    two months ago i had a problem in my laptop nx6120 for this i give my laptop to service center varanasi they said it has a problem in mother board n repaired i works good for last two months but again some problem is coming now they are simply not entertaining me i dont know what to do

                                    HP — Laptop Problem

                                    I have submitted my laptop on 6th jan at ludhiana service centre,
                                    case ID [protected] and reported two problems, display and low backup.
                                    They have rectified display problem after 20 days but are not
                                    ready to resolve low backup problem. The laptop gives a backup of 50
                                    min. only whereas it was 2.5 hours when I purchased it. Backup shall not be less than 90 min in any case. I have written to them and loged complaints on website many times, even I have talked to company officials many times, but they only harass me and try to fool me. Please help me and guide me what to do?

                                    I purchased one HP Laptop (DV4 1211TU) two months back from Laptech solutions, Pune.
                                    Two weeks back I found some problem in the display screen as there are some lines in the bottom of the screen.
                                    I went to HP Authorized centre Vintech Electronic Systems Pvt Ltd,Pune to know the problem, as they told me that the display panel needs to be replaced and they commit me to get it after a week.
                                    But now its 2 weeks they people told me that the part is not available in the Hp stock.
                                    I contacted to HP India,they people just ignoring my mails and wont give any popsitive answer.
                                    Can you please let me know that what will i do ???

                                        I have bought hp g62103 tu from a hp dealer with serial no.5CD2312CYT.I have registered for redemption process to extend 2 year warranty @ Rs.1700.I have sent each & every required Document with the cheque of Rs.1700.
                                        The amount has been widrawed from my account but Still now even after 45 days , i haven' t got a single message or call. My redemption code is 5141936.
                                        Please kindly do something. Either extend the warranty or return my money & contact me as soon as possible.
