LapTop OS not recognising Inbuilt keyborad and WiFi
They are ineffective

Please download and install Wi-Fi adapter driver at following link: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp[protected]/sp71815.exe.
For your keyboard, please download and install HP System Event Utility at http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp[protected]/sp73248.exe
For your keyboard issue, please uninstall all keyboard related device and then reboot your computer to see if your computer could pick up the keyboard again.
