    I'm not happy with hp. They provide an extended warranty if you purchase laptop from their offline store. I had a word with one of hp agents, in the month of feb 2016 first through chat and then when chat was interrupted (May be due to poor connection) that person called me for this, he took control of my laptop, he confirmed that i do not need to do anything and warranty will be for two years. Hp support assistance program kept on telling me the warranty is for a year and i thought maybe it needs an update. I updated it and it gave the same info at a later date i realized i was lied about everything and because of one of their own people i missed the opportunity to get an extended warranty.
    I wrote to them but they refused to help saying that registration has been received beyond the stipulated time frame of 30 days from date of purchase. Are you kidding me? They didn't investigate the whole matter because i did contact them way before the stipulated time.

    I asked them if you cannot resolve this issue i would like to know who can. I would like to report this as you are not being fair here. You have not done proper investigation.
    Please let me know the complaints procedure. I will also put this on to the social website and show people how you treat your customers.
    Guess what, i got the same reply "invalid registration date".
    I tell you guys do not buy any products from hp. This has happened when my laptop is new but people who've got laptops few months old... I can just imagine the treatment.
    Thank you hp for supporting me with my first ever laptop. I will never do any business with you.

      My name is Vikram Gupta. I have a HP430 laptop.Recently when my laptop's keyboard stopped working, I sent it for service at your authorized service center[elite business machines private limited, B-104, sector-64, Noida].
      They changed it.
      My laptop which had been working in superb condition after servicing it used to switch off automatically. when i start working, it goes to sleep or hibernate mode automatically.A message which appears during this is "thermal shutdown encountered".

      I run to servicing centre they told me to format it. I did as they instructed.
      But problem was not sorted out.
      They told me that they had checked it.
      since then I have been to them thrice.
      what should i do??
      Before servicing my laptop was working decently.
      No thermal shutdown, not even a single problem except keyboard.
      Sir,
      since my childhood i used only HP products. Printer that i using this time is also belongs to brand HP.
      I am very disappointed and disturbed with your service.
      Please help me to get rid of this problem.

        I have a laptop serial no'- 5CD4082NDW.. I was using it suddenly screen gets off.. When j start it again it was not properly opening .. Lining in whole screen.. Some problem occurs. When i call customer care they ask for snapshot . And on basis of that they told me that it is accidental how it is possible? There is not a single scratch.. But they dont even think for a second to send some engineer who will decide that it is a damage or internal problem.. Kindly help me.. It will cost around 10000 and my laptop is in extended warranty.. So they must have to cover it under that.. Case id- [protected]

          My tablet was not booting and i went to sevice station for repair. They fond mother board problem this will cost 8000. Initially i have to pay 350 for registration charges and its diductable from repair cost. I went to other mobile center they told me software problem and repaired at 350. But HP service station was not detecting problem . So they are not eligible to take my 350 rs.
          But they are not refund my money.

          HP India — Laptop getting hanging and slow

          I got the HP pavilion laptop and a10 proccesor radeon graphics, 8gb ram, 1tb hardisk, so this laptop is getting hanging and getting slow and when playing game its will be getting slow, mouse pad is not sensing properly and please slove this problem as soon as possible

            The HP's "out of warranty" products support is pathetic!!! Not willing to provide on-site PAID support. Service centre is asking to get a case no. from customer care so as to provide an on-site support and customer care are denying the same. Can you imagine that they are asking me to carry my printer, which is a fragile item, 28 Kms away or probably more (the nearest service center) and to add to the misery the service centre are saying that they won't service and return the device the same day. I'd need to go to them some other day to collect the device after repair. Image the amount of harassment that I would need to undergo just to get a silly printer repaired!!!
            Really unprofessional support for a brand like HP. I am using as many as 5 different HP products but would need to think twice ... thrice or may be n times before going for any other product of theirs.

                I am Raghu. P. J, running a general stores in Hebbal Industrial area, Near Kidds Ice Cream Factory, Mysore. I purchased this keyboard set from M/s. Rahul Computers, K. T.Street, Mysore which is around 10 kms from my shop. But it was not working properly. Then i took the set and told him the problem. He says the battery which given from the company is not good, so i have to change. Then i changed the battery, but still the same problem. I went to him again, then he asked me to go to Kuvempunagar for service centre, which in another direction. Again it is around 10 kms. As he said i went to Kuvempunagr and gave the key board with mouse for repair 2nd of Feb. I have been given a Service Call Report No 348. Then on 25th of Feb i received a replacement. Now again the same problem is happening . So gave a call to your service centre today ( 14/04/2016 ). Again was asked to take the keyboard and the mouse to the service centre. So now you please tell me what i should do ? How many number of time do you expect me to run around like this ? Is there any other permanent solution for this or not ? So now i am requesting you to solve my problem. Kindly oblige and do the needful at the earliest. And I request you to give me a permanent solution this time. Please don’t mistake me, this will be my last try. I cannot waste my time as well as money on petrol like this.

                  Hi, i had bought hp laptop from reliance digital on november 14 2015.Below are the laptop details hp pavilion x360 - 13-s102tu product number: t0y58pa serial number: 8cg5411twr since then i am facing performace and harddrive issues and have reported many times.These are the cases logged with hp seeking support [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. It is more than 4 months no solution is provided yet. I am insisting for replacement from beginning there is no response from hp for any of my mails and calls. Now they informed that the hard drive is not proper and os is corrupted.                     I purchased a new hp 15 series laptop dated on 17th November 2015 which serial no. is CND5440QQ4 and I got an offer by hp. Mobikwik voucher code sent me via email by hp. But now this time I can't access this voucher code. This voucher code given to me for six months but only one time access this code and now I can't access/avail this code.

                    In this regard, I had sent email three or four times but every time given same response by the hp ([protected]@redemptionsupport.com) is wait for 7-10 days.

                      Hp boasts about prompt and efficient customer service across india, all this is only on advertisements and not real.

                      I have bought hp pavilion notebook from sargam electronics in nehru place in delhi on march 25, 2016. The laptop turned out to be faulty and had to be processed for replacement. I raised the request for replacement on april1, 2016. I received the replacement letter from hp on 8th april, 2016 after pushing them everyday starting april 1, 2016. I finally got it when i went to customer service centre in person. So much for the onsite warranty.

                      My product has all india warranty but apparently i cannot get it replaced from anywhere in india. If hp has pan india network, then bad products should also be replaced anywhere across india, no matter from where i buy product from.

                      I bought this laptop from delhi (North india) as i required it in that city, although i live and work in mumbai (West india). Assuming that hp will provide efficient service across india, i bought it in delhi. However, i am now facing difficulties. The customer service and replacement team is asking me to get it replaced from the dealer in delhi, saying that they are not bothered after they give the doa (Death on arrival) letter. Now its my responsibility and my headache not hp's. The phone support people say that providing replacement in mumbai is possible but on ground reality is that noone from hp is ready to do that.

                      One of the executives, named mr. Manish krishnan and ms. Nisha nirmal, even said that its my fault. He said you have only 2 options that you either travel to delhi for replacing the laptop or send it via courier for replacement, this is between you and dealer, hp is no longer involved as i bought it from dealer. Highly irresponsible answer and solutions. These people said that hp has said that you can replace the product and hp's responsibility ends here. They are not bothered after this point.

                      Its not my fault that hp made a bad product. Why i am being penalised for it?

                      I believe, i made a wrong choice of choosing hp for my requirement. I have apple another product and they provide seamless services including replacements, if required, across the globe without any hassle to the customer.

                      Why should i pay the penalty for faulty product made by hp? I am not responsible for wrong product manufacturing or screwed up reverse logistics operations at hp, why should i bear the brunt of it?

                      This is highly unfair.

                      Please provide me a practical solution. And stand up to your claim of all india customer support in reality. Please arrange for the replacement of the laptop here in mumbai. I will not tolerate this unfair business practice from hp. This is nothing but harassing your customer for buying your product.

                        **do not buy laptop from hpshopping.In website. They are liars**
                        Placed the order id: 704195 on 7th april (Thursday). A customer care representative named poonam r (Extension # 25018) assisted me on call while placing the order, and when i asked about availability of the laptop, she said it will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. I placed the order for hp pavilion 15-ab584tx and paid amouunt of 71990/- inr in an online transaction.
                        Today 11-april (Monday) i called the customer care, and enquired about my order. They said the laptop is not in stock and it will take 4 to 5 weeks to deliver.
                        I needed the laptop urgently and now i am hanged nowhere, i can't cancel the order, because hp will charge 5% cancellation charges. And i can't buy a new laptop because i don't have money.
                        Even if that laptop is not in stock, still it's available for purchase in hpshopping.In as shown in screenshot.
                        So guys, you better buy laptop from flipkart, amazon, snapdeal or any other e-commerce website but not from official website.

                            my laptop recovery file has been currupted that why it is not working so it's a humble request please send me a recovery CD nd my laptop is out of warranty it is 3 yrs old...

                              Shame on hp, useless technician that you called yourself engineer.

                              Irresponsible and perfunctory customer services and onsite personnel.

                              Let me tell you why i am really fed up with your services. I purchased this piece of in mid september 2015, the problem start to showed in earlier october, less then a month from date of purchase.

                              I called for help and first technician from the first vendor which he called himself engineer came by and changed the touch screen which is one the main problems, they closed my case soon after got the screen changed and i was told that they would follow up my case for at least two months to see if the problem persist, but they lied. And the rest problems were left behind. Then later i also found that the new touch screen is a defect product too.

                              I called again to open anew case, now a new vendor and new. So called engineer came, yet til now all the problems that stated in the case i'd still persist, and how long already..? Guess what 6 months.

                              I requested for a new pc so many times since you can't help but i got the motherboard replaced. Tell you what it doesn't do any good at all, then you asked me to update the drivers and bios... Well.., do i need to file a complaint if everything is ok now?

                              Do something about it please, i bought a pc to help me got things done easier not entertain with this.

                                This one is regarding my recent experience with HP . I purchased my laptop 4 months ago . Within these four months I have raised about 4 to 5 cases regarding some technical issues . After that I have formatted my laptop thrice . A person visited my place but even he couldnt solve my network problem issue . I am using my laptop less than I am repairing . Now that the person from HP asked me to buy recovery drive to recover . I started recovery and it failed . Now the person from hp asked me to visit HP customer center .
                                I dont get time to visit you centers as I am working full day .so now what do you expect? Take a leave from office and visit your centers ? Or should I throw that laptop into a trash .One of my case ID is [protected]

                                Is it a joke going on ? Worst experience with any of the companies ever . I personally was a great supporter of HP . But now I will recommend everyone not to buy any HP products . Frustrated by your service . I either want a replacement for my laptop or refundd my entirr money. Frustrated by your laptop and your service .

                                  Hp gas booked on 25.03.2016 & booking no. Is 314012 and at the time of booking status shows as it will be delivered by 2-days, on next day it shows as it will be delivered within 3-days.

                                  As we not get our ordered cylinder and on inquiring on phone they inform us that your booking has cancelled due to new rule of april-2016.

                                  While online it shows has delivered via cash memo no. 182853 dt. 29.03.2016 . Which is till date not delivered cylinder to us. Please look into the matter as we have a single cylinder. And how can they adjust this none delivered cylinder in subsidy transferred too.

                                  Requesting you to deliver cylinder in evening after 7.30 pm and update the subsidiary and online hp complain portal can't work

                                      I bought an HP laptop which had Accidental Damage Protection included with it. Now my screen has broken. I want to claim my ADP coverage. But the only problem is I didn't register for ADP when I bought the laptop. Nowhere was it mentioned that I had to register for it when I bought the laptop. Now the customer care people are not covering my case under ADP.

                                      This is crazy. I have ADP coverage, I paid for it. It is still less than 1 year since I bought the laptop. But due to a silly registration, I am deprived of it.
                                      I surely would have registered, but I didn't know.

                                      Please sort out the matter. I registered a complaint under :

                                      "Your request is being worked on under Case ID number [protected].
                                      STATUS: CASE IS GENERATED AND IN PROGRESS

                                      Product description: HP Notebook - 15-ac027tx
                                      Problem description: IN/NBD/TRADE/HP Notebook 15-ac027TX ALL/DISPLAY ISSUE".

                                      They are asking a huge amount to replace my screen. Please look into the matter.
