        Hello, My name is Bhavana.K. Details of the laptop : I5 4th Gen, 4, 500, 15.6 Win 8.1 I want to lodge a complaint regarding the HP laptop which I had purchased on the 6 May 2014. Nevertheless I take immense disgrace in showing up the fact that I am facing the worst ever experience with this laptop. Its all kind of problems I have faced with this laptop which makes me regret for having spent so much money on it and getting a bad result. Within the very few months of me buying the laptop i faced an issue with the keyboard. Few of the keys weren't working properly at all.Then slowly most of the keys did not work which actually didn't let me open my laptop at all because i couldn't give the password using the keypad while opening the system. As i had warranty period handy i raised a complaint and the servicemen came to my home and changed the whole keypad. It was fine for few months. Then comes the mouse pad issue as an add on which gets stuck in every 2 minutes which makes me feel like just breaking the laptop out of frustration. For the cursor to start moving from its stuck position i got to wait for almost 5-10 min each and every time. I bear it somehow with a hope that this problem wouldn't arise again. But no, its not the case. Happens everytime i use the laptop. Again an add on to it, all off a sudden when i watch a movie or a video, the VLC gets crashed and the audio system stops. I get to hear nothing. I googled about this problem and google showed we can restart the service called windows audio from services.msc. But, each and everytime I open a new video in VLC i got to go restart the service. On the first attempt I never get to listen to the audio. Its only the video. Now again my keypad is not working well. Its only few keys which are working properly. I do not even have warranty handy now as the time for warranty is exceeded. Will I have to use this kind of a product all the time ahead ? I cannot keep consulting the customer care for each and every time for so many problems. Why is such a product delivered at all ? With huge frustration I am lodging this complaint. Kindly do the needful for this. I cannot pay for all these errors in the product. I have been handling the laptop very carefully and storing it in a safe place. No problem has occurred from my end. Its all the products fault which is disappointing so many customers like me. I cannot pay for this and I want a proper recovery for this. I want repair service for this as soon as possible or a new piece in return of this. Thanking you

        Hello team,

        Could you please explain me why do you provide an option here asking that what kind of a solution does the customer need. Because here in this forum we are asked to mention that we either choose for a refund of that particular product or product exchange or for a better recovery service for the flaw in the product. And i was asked to pay for the flaws which the product is having. Can't I simply go to the service centre and get the service done if that was the case ?????? Why would i raise a complaint in this forum here then ???

        I am asked to pay around 8, 000-10, 000 or even more based on the charges for the recovery service. First i was told the service guy would come home and check what's the issue. And for that they will charge 1500. If its a software issue they will finish the service within that 1500 itself. If its a part replacement i will have to bear the charges applicable. If this is the case then what do i do ? before few months only i got the keypad changed and now its not working again. Again after paying they will replace a new one. Do they have a guarantee that this problem will not arise again ? I agree that all electronic gadgets face problems after a certain period, but within such a short span after buying ???? Why do they deliver such products then ? To make the customer suffer so much ? Also the person said "if you think just because you have raised this issue in consumer complaint we would do free service, then that's not the case. You are wrong. This is not how it happens".

        Now please get me a proper solution for this or "I will take it to the consumer court for further process". I am not getting a proper solution for this from anywhere.

          The retailer shop named 'hp initiative' alambagh, lucknow, UP is not returning my laptop( RMN:TPN C125;IS 13252:2010, R[protected]MODEL NO-15-ac042TU i am complaing regarding this since 5 months, but the shopkeeper is not changing the system though it is in warranty period...its speaker is not working, wifi cannot be connected, neither the bluetooth works nor the window remains open after clicking... Overall it is not at all in a working condition but the shopkeeper is not ready to change the system

            Product name: HP Pavilion Notebook Serial number: 5CD5205YC7 Product number: M2W72PA#ACJ Windows 8.1 Single Language 64-bits I have brought hp laptop 15-ab029TX 4 months ago, the laptop give slow performance during starting month, i register complaint in hp support they asked to do some test, the hard drives test got failed they send new hard drive after some time again same problem occurs again hard drive test fails i told them to change my laptop they refused to do so again new hard drive was send, i have changed 4 hard drives from the date of purchase. On working on the laptop it got in blue screen after some half hour which is happening from the date of purchase i call hp support to solve my issue they told me that senior team will call u in 3 day but i have not received any call from the senior team this is happen from two weeks they are not responsing. i have register near about 13 or 14 complaints from the date. please help me its my request

            case is not completely resolved as the case is under the consumer relationship team he told for the thorough checkup i had send lapi to the service center for thorough checkup but some new issues arises which are not solved yet so its my request to resolve my issue

                I bought a HP-15-F215 dx NOTE BOOK ON 5TH APR, 15 and right from day one it is not working properly and it has touch pad problem and as well soft ware issue. Here in india the product is not supported and I cannot go to USA to get it repaired. HP in India hasve expressed their inability to help me. I am also contemplating to approach consumer form for redressal of my grievances. sarathy

                  We booked our refill or gas on 11 December 523342 at Lakshmi vaishanavi enterprises Hyderabad. we booked our refill or gas but haven't got till today and we have been getting messages from agency that it will be shortly delivered but haven't got it till today.and after two days we have got message from gas agency that gas is been delivered but actually we haven't got till today.after all this we ringed up for agency too but their response was that they will be delivering it but no sort of action was took and not got gas.And this is done last time also again we are facing with this problem. hp gas booking number:523284, cash memo:106377, dated:[protected] and all we want to you to do is please make them to deliver on time and response properly.please make sure that please deliver on time everytime.

                        I had purchased a hp printer worth rs 9550/-..its model no.is PRINTER HP M1136MFP..its serial no. is CNJ8H9H6KQ..the next day when i installed it on my computer it didnt work at all..since i have been calling hp customer support but they are just delaying it ..why is that we being consumers always have to face such negligence by the such a reputed company like hp..if my problem is not solved i want my money refunded back..please help and solve my problem.

                          Bought a new hp notebook on 25th nov 2015. issues kept on arising, now even support and customer care is not helping. list of issue- 1. Bluetooth - no file transfer possible 2. mobile - does not read any phone only let them charge 3. usb- copy paste with the rate of bytes max 4 mb, even in usb 3.0 4. slow connection- Wi-Fi gives a speed of 2 mbps on my handset but 18kb/s on customer care has asked me to re install windows twice that too done . no profit, what to do next not satisfied, may move to consumer court. hope u will assist me shortly amar kumar [protected]

                            I have purchased new HP Pavilion laptop on 15th of this month and after using of two days it was not booting up. As discussed with HP technician, he found issue with the motherboard.I have requested to replace the laptop asap because it was totally new. i am waiting from last 9-10 days but still there are no updates on this. I request you to intervene into this issue and push to get resolve quickly. Also the response from HP support staff is highly annoying.No clear deadlines. Please look into the issue.

                              Department of Post, West Bengal circle placed one purchase order through DGS&D for supply of 5 Desktop computers, with preloaded OS, Intel i3, OS-MS Window 8, chipset Q8, @ Rs.40, 704.3/-, to be supplied at Port Blair HO. Our order number: MLSMNOPPORTBLAIR201516 dtd.06/10/2015 in this connection we forwarded email to dgsnd.[protected]@hp.com from wb.circle on 11/12/2015, for which we have not received any reply at all. More over in your customer care number we called up several times. We may refer the attendant name also. there were Shipi, Sonia..etc. they said they are forwarding our call to right person. But after waiting a long time in every call we had to disappoint, there was no body to receive the call to deliver the Supply Status.

                                Sir/Mam, Please cope with my long email because I have also coped with the bad service of HP for last 18 days and this would take hardly 5 min. On 1st Dec My Laptop Fan started making noise. The whole laptop started vibrating that could annoy anyone. On 5th Dec I used “Chat Online with HP” service (ID: [protected]) and explained my problem to a lady attendant. She told that she have registered complain regarding this fan issue on an “URGENT” basis and a site engineer will come to my place. I waited for 4 days, no one came. On 9th Dec, I went to local authorised HP service centre because no any site engineer visited to my place for first four days. There was a crack near the HDMI port in my laptop too, so I thought why not get it corrected too along with fan, as my laptop is in ADP. I was told that it would take 10 days. Token number:91215004 Finally the site engineer called on 5th day and I explained him that I have given my laptop in their office. On 18th Dec, I went to the service centre to get back my laptop. But was startled to know that no any progress had been made. They were waiting for ADP approval from HP. They told me to come after a week. Seriously?? HP delays approval for this long??Shame!! I should have listened to my friend and should have bought a Dell laptop. I regret it now. On 23rd Dec, I went to service centre again. They told that they have got the fan, but when they are trying to fit it, there is chance of damaging the outer case. So, they were waiting for ADP approval still. Then I took back my laptop and told that when you get both things come to my place and collect the laptop. I don’t know whether they were telling truth or not, but I can see very clearly that my case is being delayed for absurd reasons. If ADP approval from HP is the real reason then why HP is delaying it?? My laptop is in ADP, then just approve the request. I still don’t know for what good reason they kept my laptop for 14 days?? My fan is still making noise as if ready to burst! Is this your style of handling “URGENT” cases? I will be out of the city for 5 days. So I have given my laptop to my friend. If you get all the necessary things then send your engineer to my friend’s place and collect my laptop. My friends’ name and address: Manish Kumar Dept.                                     We have received 6 HP PCs from Registrar General of India through M/S Softlabs Solutions, 139, G.Floor, Mohammad Pur, Near Bhikaji Cama Palace, New Delhi 110066 on 06.02.2013. At present Two PCs with model number i7 and serial numbers INA250sw43 and INA250SW6V are not working. We already informed this matter through HP toll free number. But no action has taken sofar. Serial No. is :- INA351PWBW Product No. :- H6M00AA#ACJ Model No.:- 110-016in after registration the complaint HP sent a Engineer from local hp partner services Meera Computers Solapur for further assistance. There engineer came and Solve the issue of Mother Board but still my PC is not working then there engineer said we order the cd of your computers built id for recover of hard disk. on 22nd dec 2015 i call Meera Computer for inquiry then they said hp yet not send the required CD of My product. sir its embarrassing that from last 15 days or so i am not use of my computer and i have lots of official files on this PC.                                         When I found out that my laptop was not working I checked HP site for solutions, then I found out about my screen being dead due to LCD damage. All I can remember is closing the laptop after a normal use and there is no question about mishandling by some other people at home as I live alone.
                                        I called up Hp customer care support and they registered my case no [protected] on 9th November 2015.It was supposed to be an onsite warranty.
                                        But to my surprise no one from HP service centre turned up at my house or called me and after 5 or 6 days of waiting I had to take the laptop to them.
                                        They looked at the screen and told me the LCD is cracked and HP doesn’t cover it under warranty and when I inquired about the accidental damage protection they said that it will take some time for ADP process. Then I learnt that my product which is 4 months old is not covered under ADP as the hp dealer from whom I bought the laptop failed to inform me or the packaging that the laptop came with didn’t carry the information that for ADP the customer needs to register at a separate site and not the regular HP site where you register your product. All this took more than 20 days and finally a new case no [protected] was registered for paid repairs and I was supposed to receive a quotation from HP. My experience has really been awful with HP customer service as each time I had to press for response from their end. To make the matter worse on repeatedly reminding them for days they finally mailed me a shocking Quotation of Rs 11144.38/-
                                        I feel cheated in the first place that I was not informed about the ADP criteria and lacked proper information on how the damage occurred as my laptop still stands without a scratch. Lastly, I feel being extorted by HP for their services as it’s clear that the other warranties if the case may arise that they so provide will be void if I replace the LCD from other places than their service centre.
