Hi,
I purchased a hp laptop and registered for 2nd year warranty and sent the requested documents more than 4 times within the time period and even got an acknowledgement for the same. After few days i received an email saying the redemption is rejected because of not receiving the documents on time. I have acknowledgements for sending the documents on time more than 4 times and i sent many emails to redemption support and also messaged to REDHELP and all they say is its been rejected and nothing can be done and cut the call. If there was any issue with the documents sent hp should have emailed me regarding whats the issue or contacted me. I sent the documents 4 times and since i got a message that it was received i didnt send the documents again. Hp is not even ready to listen to customers and help them, hp doesnt care about its customers they just care about their profits. Hp just ignores and tries to escape from customer issues. Hp just lets time pass by and wait until the customer gets fed up and finally gives up .This issue has been going on for 2 months. Im fed up now. I regret buying hp. Worst customer service ever.

    I bought an hp laptop last year in the month of May. At that time they bragged a lot about their service support.. Blah blah. Since last November my laptop is detecting a few driver problems. Everytime i called hp customer care they gave me a temporary solution which could not solve the problem. Now while buying my laptop they said that any issue occurs then on-site technical assurance will be provided. They never mentioned that if its a software problem then they won't send anyone. Now a few problems are occurring in my laptop. Everytime i called them they are giving idiotic reasons like first i have to check whether its a software or a hardware problem, if its software then they will give online support and if its a hardware issue then only they will send technician at home. Now its been 6 months that they still couldn't decide whether its a hardware or a software issue.
    Now what should i call it a fraud service or reluctance?
    They are forcing to me to go to the nearest service centre to get the problem fixed.

        I had purchased the HP Slate 6 from checkmate in Mumbai on 24th April 2015 and got the delivery on 26th April 2015, after few days the phones used to delete all contacts nos by it self and Network Issues, I had taken it to the service Center JABIL in Andheri (E) on the 6/8/15, they kept the phone for three days and said everything is okay, again on 2/9/2015 i started having the same problem, i had send a mail to the HP Office and they had assured me that to have over the phone to the service center again this time the replaced the mother board, in the month of November 2015 the phone would not charge as I was out of India, I could not send it back now on 23/04/2016 I send it back to the service center and request them to replace the piece but they refuse saying that it would be repaired,

        I have received a call which was very rude the person states that he is the service manager, ever since i brought the slate 6 the piece was having trouble and on giving it to your service center three times it is the same, the service manager states that this is a electronic item and things are not guarantee then why do your give a warranty, i had requested to change the piece on the first time it was taken to jabil service centre but they replaced the mother board as they state even after that it was the same, so does HP believe in torching people who buy they products or sort the problem, the service manager was suppose to send me a mail that they cannot replace the piece as it is out of warranty when he has not checked that i had given my piece to Jabil one day before the warranty had expired. when ever you call Jabil to check they don't answer the call, this is a full mental harassment to a purchaser.

          NB[protected] I have given my headphones for replacement under the warranty on[protected]. Mr.beema, A bangalore HP executive had told me he will get replacement done with in 2 or 3 days. I had been doing follow up continuously every week to get new pair but he never responds me. Though the headphones are available online everywhere he asked me to take refund. For which i denied as currently if i need to buy same pair of headphones it will cost me more then the last purchase made on the selling sites. When i told him i need the replacement and i can see availability of same headphone on selling sites how he can tell me its not in stock.he told me he will check and revert. Now when i call him he dosent pick my call. And its more than a month for request.
          Now no one is bothered to respond me back though i keep doing follow ups with the center person.
          Its a pathetic customer service. Though i got my product warranty its useless for me right now

            I am a HP laptop user.I bought HP laptop of model no.15-g049AU on[protected]. From the starting as a user I was facing many issues. In the staring I noticed that the right hinge of my laptop was loosen but in march (2016) the hinge got broken. On complaining the laptop engeenir visit and replace the defective parts but after 2-3 days of repairing the laptop frame and screen display get deattached from the same place due to which the screen display got broken. The same laptop engineer visits to check and told us that we have to pay for repairing but my laptop is under guarantee[protected]-2016). So I want to repaired my laptop without any changes as soon as possible.
            Kindly concern on this our problem has not listened by HP department, they tried to herrace my complaint .

              I brought a HP PAVILION 15AB 108AX from Vijay Sales in Phoenix Marketcity, Pune on 19/04/2016 for 36000rs. The configuration of the laptop was given as r7 graphics but in reality it has r5 graphics. At first i thought it was the retailers fault so i went out there to discuss the same. He showed me more pieces of the same model and all of them had r5 graphics. I further inquired in other laptop stores and found out the same thing. To recheck i opened the companies official website and found out that it had written r7 graphics. Here is the link :

              This is a clear case of fraud from the companies side as it is fooling its customers as many consumers never check the graphic card configuration. I can even sue the company on the grounds of providing misleading information to its customers. Therefore i want my refund as well as compensation from the company because if i knew that companies as big as HP enters into these type of fraudulent activities, i would never have purchased the laptop. I have the invoice of the laptop with me.

                  I bought hp-15 ac124tx notebook on 21march 2016, within two days I started facing major problems in the laptop.it suddenly shows blue screen with an error and restarts without saving any data you were working on. Besides having 8 GB RAM and 2 GB graphics card the laptop doesn't work properly .AutoCAD frequent hangs and poor sound quality. The customer care and the dealer can only help with reseting it! Only option they are left with .feels like it's a faulty product .poor quality products given by HP.I want to replace the product as soon as possible. It's so disappointing to waste time on laptop repairing when it's not evn a month frm ur purchase date .

                    A manufacturing issue which was brought in attention to HP by me post the warranty got over . The issue is that I never had a broadband WIFI connection to check if the WIFI was working on my laptop or not. When I got the WIFI connection done then realized that the WIFI is not working. a lot of follow ups/trouble shooting/service center issues concluded that the WIFI chip is defective. Now, with no issues with my laptop except this one I am asked to pay for the manufacturing defect of a part which ideally would have been considered as free of charge under warranty. When I questioned the CSR's they agreed that the issue would have been covered in the warranty if I would have raised this issue in warranty period. My question is why should I pay for a manufacturing defect in my laptop for a part that was never used before by me.

                        I deposited my laptop model: Hp 15- P077 tx on 2nd of March 2016, because of some issue with the motherboard. They suggested me that as the motherboard is out of warranty so I have to pay to buy a new motherboard.
                        It was OK for me to buy a new motherboard, so I asked them to replace mine with a new one. they told that the estimated amount would be around 12K. Still then I asked them to replace. Then after 15 days the service centre guy calls me and tell that the motherboard is not available in INDIA.(within these 15 days I would have called 3-4 time to ask the status of my product).
                        How is it possible that a laptop which is only released before 15 months does'n have its spare in INDIA?
                        Then they suggested me that they have to order it from US, and it would cost me around 15K. i was still OK with that amount.Then they ask me to pay a advance fee for confirmation. So right that day I visited their office and deposited amount of 4500. still then after a span of one full month they have not yed replaced my motherboard.
                        When I called HP online customer support they just gave me reasons for this. And assured me that they would contact me by phone and email to give the whole information of the matter, but till date I did not even recieved a Email leave about the phone call.
                        so this is what a MNC like HP is doing with its customers.

                            I'm not happy with hp. They provide an extended warranty if you purchase laptop from their offline store. I had a word with one of hp agents, in the month of feb 2016 first through chat and then when chat was interrupted (May be due to poor connection) that person called me for this, he took control of my laptop, he confirmed that i do not need to do anything and warranty will be for two years. Hp support assistance program kept on telling me the warranty is for a year and i thought maybe it needs an update. I updated it and it gave the same info at a later date i realized i was lied about everything and because of one of their own people i missed the opportunity to get an extended warranty.
                            I wrote to them but they refused to help saying that registration has been received beyond the stipulated time frame of 30 days from date of purchase. Are you kidding me? They didn't investigate the whole matter because i did contact them way before the stipulated time.

                            I asked them if you cannot resolve this issue i would like to know who can. I would like to report this as you are not being fair here. You have not done proper investigation.
                            Please let me know the complaints procedure. I will also put this on to the social website and show people how you treat your customers.
                            Guess what, i got the same reply "invalid registration date".
                            I tell you guys do not buy any products from hp. This has happened when my laptop is new but people who've got laptops few months old... I can just imagine the treatment.
                            Thank you hp for supporting me with my first ever laptop. I will never do any business with you.

                              Sir,
                              My name is Vikram Gupta. I have a HP430 laptop.Recently when my laptop's keyboard stopped working, I sent it for service at your authorized service center[elite business machines private limited, B-104, sector-64, Noida].
                              They changed it.
                              My laptop which had been working in superb condition after servicing it used to switch off automatically. when i start working, it goes to sleep or hibernate mode automatically.A message which appears during this is "thermal shutdown encountered".

                              I run to servicing centre they told me to format it. I did as they instructed.
                              But problem was not sorted out.
                              They told me that they had checked it.
                              since then I have been to them thrice.
                              what should i do??
                              Before servicing my laptop was working decently.
                              No thermal shutdown, not even a single problem except keyboard.
                              Sir,
                              since my childhood i used only HP products. Printer that i using this time is also belongs to brand HP.
                              I am very disappointed and disturbed with your service.
                              Please help me to get rid of this problem.

                                I have a laptop serial no'- 5CD4082NDW.. I was using it suddenly screen gets off.. When j start it again it was not properly opening .. Lining in whole screen.. Some problem occurs. When i call customer care they ask for snapshot . And on basis of that they told me that it is accidental how it is possible? There is not a single scratch.. But they dont even think for a second to send some engineer who will decide that it is a damage or internal problem.. Kindly help me.. It will cost around 10000 and my laptop is in extended warranty.. So they must have to cover it under that.. Case id- [protected]

                                  My tablet was not booting and i went to sevice station for repair. They fond mother board problem this will cost 8000. Initially i have to pay 350 for registration charges and its diductable from repair cost. I went to other mobile center they told me software problem and repaired at 350. But HP service station was not detecting problem . So they are not eligible to take my 350 rs.
                                  But they are not refund my money.

                                  HP India — Laptop getting hanging and slow

                                  I got the HP pavilion laptop and a10 proccesor radeon graphics, 8gb ram, 1tb hardisk, so this laptop is getting hanging and getting slow and when playing game its will be getting slow, mouse pad is not sensing properly and please slove this problem as soon as possible

                                    The HP's "out of warranty" products support is pathetic!!! Not willing to provide on-site PAID support. Service centre is asking to get a case no. from customer care so as to provide an on-site support and customer care are denying the same. Can you imagine that they are asking me to carry my printer, which is a fragile item, 28 Kms away or probably more (the nearest service center) and to add to the misery the service centre are saying that they won't service and return the device the same day. I'd need to go to them some other day to collect the device after repair. Image the amount of harassment that I would need to undergo just to get a silly printer repaired!!!
                                    Really unprofessional support for a brand like HP. I am using as many as 5 different HP products but would need to think twice ... thrice or may be n times before going for any other product of theirs.

                                      I bought new hp laptop on 10 april 2016 with serial no CND6601TXF and product id is P3C92PA#ACJ in this refresh button (function5) key, track pad is not working and it also get hangs always.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I am Raghu. P. J, running a general stores in Hebbal Industrial area, Near Kidds Ice Cream Factory, Mysore. I purchased this keyboard set from M/s. Rahul Computers, K. T.Street, Mysore which is around 10 kms from my shop. But it was not working properly. Then i took the set and told him the problem. He says the battery which given from the company is not good, so i have to change. Then i changed the battery, but still the same problem. I went to him again, then he asked me to go to Kuvempunagar for service centre, which in another direction. Again it is around 10 kms. As he said i went to Kuvempunagr and gave the key board with mouse for repair 2nd of Feb. I have been given a Service Call Report No 348. Then on 25th of Feb i received a replacement. Now again the same problem is happening . So gave a call to your service centre today ( 14/04/2016 ). Again was asked to take the keyboard and the mouse to the service centre. So now you please tell me what i should do ? How many number of time do you expect me to run around like this ? Is there any other permanent solution for this or not ? So now i am requesting you to solve my problem. Kindly oblige and do the needful at the earliest. And I request you to give me a permanent solution this time. Please don’t mistake me, this will be my last try. I cannot waste my time as well as money on petrol like this.
