    Hello HP, I had purchased HP pavilion x2-10-n 125tu from HP store computer land Nehru place Delhi on 15/1/16, from the first day I am facing issue of mute led and hang problems, two times your engineer visited my place for upgrade and download the drivers and software even Customer support also taken the remote session of my laptop and troubleshoot some steps but unable to resolve the problems, now I request you to please provide me replacement or refund my money because I am fed up with the service of HP and also suffer mentally harassments, So pls do needful asap.

      HP IS CHEATING US !!
      by making false commitments and posting wrong configurations on their official Indian E-store (hpshopping.in)

      I purchased hp ab522tx pavillion laptop 20 days back.
      according to hp official store mentioned config on their website...the model or product has IPS display. ( hpshopping.in/laptops/hp_pavillion)

      i loged a complaint regarding the non-working of the IPS display to hp customer care on 4/1/16, after many days discussions...finally hp people agreed that The product does not have IPS display and its wrongly mentioned on their website. !!!
      now, the website has been corrected and that false feature has been removed from the website, but still i have some screenshot of older one, supporting my point. PFA
      this is same with other pavillion models..like, ab219tx.

      i have spent 60000 ruppees on this laptop, as i needed IPS display in particular.
      even, i have the pamphlets of HP showing IPS display in this particular model.

      this multinational company is cheating us, by making false promises and selling faulty products !!

      I request every hp pavillion user to re-check their product for same problem...shall respond and launch a complaint.

        Since the day (11 november 2015) i bought HP laptop (Pavilion ab029tx) i am facing a problem till the time (20 january 2016). Technician visited many time and i had given my laptop in hp service center but still facing same issue with my laptop.
        I am Litterly very disappointed with hp service. They misled me whenever i asked for replacement.
        I don't want to use hp anymore and never will recommend anyone to buy it.

          Hi,

          I bought a cartridge (TONER CARTRIDGE HP-88A) from one of your dealers in Dehradun, India named Computer Trade & Technology which turned out to be a defective piece. They told us that they have sent it to the service center. It's been 2 weeks now that I haven't received the repaired one or a piece as a replacement. Dealer confirmed after two weeks that the piece will be replaced but it will take another 4-5 days(Now this is ridiculous). Your customer gets harassed because of you for A DEFECTIVE CARTRIDGE. Why can't the DEALER REPLACE the same??? I think it to be my mistake to buy any product of Hp. There is some urgency and that is why I bough the same, correct????? I am not being able to continue with my professional work. What am I supposed do now? Wait for how many more days??????

            Sir,
            1. I had purchased HP laptop model no HP 15- AB032TX srl no 5cd5173pcl from Boss Computers Pvt Ltd, SCO 56, Sector 20-C, Chandigarh on 09 Jul 2015 vide their invoice no 1770.
            2. In the last six months the laptop has become faulty thrice. It just hangs and does not boot up again. I took the laptop to the dealer twice and once to your authorised service center in sector 34 Chandigarh and the same was repaired.
            3. My point is that I have purchased the laptop worth Rs 50000/- having full faith in the HP company but to my dismay, I now feel that I have been cheated either by the company or by the local vendor by palming off a faulty laptop to me.
            4. Since the laptop is in warranty I want my Laptop to be changed. All the software and anti virus that has been installed has been supplied by the company/auth vendor.

                we replaced the adf but the replaced product was faulty .So we again ordered for another product but we are getting very bad response from the hp service center.They are saying that the spare parts is not available.

                    Sir i have purchased a hp laptop and its under warranty . Now I'm facing a problem with my laptop screen a black spot is appearing on my screen . i have shown this to service agent but they are ignoring my issue by saying that its not cover under warranty . My laptop is no physically damaged its internal display problem but they are not listening to me and ignoring me .

                              I had bought an hp laptop which name and series of laptop-HP Pavilion notebook 15-p001TX" which was window 8.1. From last few months when I have upgraded it window 10 which facility is given by hp, my laptop is very working very slow while it has i5 processor.Due to this I am facing so many problems because my works totally depends on my laptop and it takes too much time in opening a single folder or file etc. What can I do Please consider my problem.

                                I have registered a Complaint last friday (8th Jan 2016) regarding Display Flickering issue while connecting and disconnecting the power adapter. We did some basic troubleshooting steps with help of your technical support team, but the problem still exists. in this regard there is no passitive response from your team. A service engineer not visiting despite several calls and followup call. i would suggest at this point for laptop replacement as it is still under warranty. this is not the first issue with this laptop please go and check your records regarding your product.

                                  bought my HP laptop in August 2015 in India, right before I went to the US as a doctoral student. The laptop immediately started giving a ghosting problem on the screen, completely becoming white and unresponsive to touch. I went to the HP update center online, downloaded the latest update and installed it on my laptop. For a while everything was normal, until the screen freeze problem started cropping up sporadically . But starting from Dec 2015, the laptop has become severely affected by the ghosting. I cannot operate the laptop for one minute without the screen freezing temporarily, even as I am writing this complaint. I contacted HP India during my short visit to India as the laptop had been purchased there and the assigned Hp assistant till now has only checked for BIOS updates and clearing extra disk space using Disk clean up. After each call session I am assured that my laptop is cleared of the problem yet it keeps coming back the next day. When I asked how the problem will be dealt by HP if the ghosting continues to happen even when I go back to the US in another week, or whether HP can take my laptop to check for faulty hardware, I was given no clear answer. The laptop is still within warranty. Overall I have had a very bad experience with HP, especially since this was my first HP machine and that too a high end one, yet it has started giving problems in the first year of purchase.

                                    Power on issue. When switch on the laptop its not getting on. I gave to hp customer service centre on 26.3.2016. They return me after one week with working condition. But i got same problem again within two days. Once again i gave to customer service centre on 18.4.2016. Still now the problem is not solved. There is no proper response while calling by phone. Last one month there is no response. Please take action for me to get the laptop with working condition otherwise replace the laptop.

                                      I Purchased a HP Laptom on 2nd december 2015. since 16 december the screen starting showing a black patch, When we called the HP guys they sent a local vendor who said that its gonna cost us 15000 where as there is no scratch or crack on the screen and its something internal and also the laptop comes with 1 year warranty. Even after raising several complaints they are refusing to do it and again asking for money. We even have an accidental cover on the laptop which again comes with HP Laptops and provided by them. Today i got a call from one of there executives saying that its better if i pay 15000 else i should throw the laptop in the dustbin and also have not given an email conformation on anything. Please help !

                                        Some white spots are developing day by day on the screen of my Hp 15 r063tu notebook PC. My 1st complaint with case ID [protected] was closed by Unilateral decision. After chasing the 2nd case Id [protected] is created. Even then no one has turned down to rectify the problem yet. Today, while I made a call to get the status of my case, then the representative denied to attend on site (as per the terms) and asked for a trade call. Kindly do the needful from your end at the earliest please.
