HP India — reject warranty claim

Dear sir

My laptop battery won't charge or battery won't hold a charge. I cliaim my warranty on 28/09/2017, warranty validity till 0ctober 15, 2017. But rejected my warranty claim untill warranty active. Why can solve my problem, please help.
