I have purchase new cartage for hp printer deskjet ink advantage 4625 but after the install cartage in priter found a error cartage damage replace new cartage..?

after the contact customer care i have send printer to service center, he said printer jaam we will repair and i have paid rs.650 but after the take 2-3 print my problem is same..??
and its socking that hp is multinational company but customer care service very very poor. Normal men how can contact customer care..?? today i have called many number some no. Not working and some no. Not provide solution..Customer suffering and harassment, so please tel me how i contact for cartage problem..?? please show no. On website.Very bad service

    The company said they will not replace the faulty part. I have purchased the 2 year extended warranty from hp for which reason, just to hear that hp will not provide us any support related to problem.

        Dear concerned,

        I have an hp pavilion laptop that i bought from your esteemed company, of which the top screen got broke out of some incidence. I had first registered complaint with hp support post which they registered my case and appointed sysnet technologies, as your local vendor for inspection of the part. This complaint was registered in december second week around 10th december, 2017.

        I want to bullet down the trail of events that i have gone through in the last 1 month to get the same fixed, but to no avail:

        1- i register complaint on hp support & they send a local technicial to inspect
        2- the technician from sysnet tech clearly saw the very explicitly visible broken screen but still reported incorrectly - keyboard broken to hp team
        3- they issue me an invoice for the repair in the wrong name
        4- i talked to hp support team to make invoice in correct name, they ask me to file a new case
        5- i filed a new case with new name after making a 1 hour call to hp support team trying to explain my problem
        6- they issued new invoice in new name
        4- i made payment after 2 weeks as i was travelling on those dates & confirm to sysnet regarding payment
        5- sysnet issued me invoice
        6- i got sms that broken part is ordered and will come in a week or so
        7- after a week, to my extreme annoyance they say they had ordered keyboard thinking keyboard is damaged despite the entire to and fro already happened with your team
        8- now after getting extremely frustrated, we visit local sysnet store & fired them
        9- they raise a new invoice to me doubling the amount than the previous one

        I feel like i have committed a sin to buy laptop of hp. Despite your local super incompetent vendor sysnet inspecting my laptop in person and receiving 100% advance payemnt, my issue still remains unresolved after 1 long month. This is despite the fact i am fully insured.

        For a corporate employee, laptop is the most important device to work on and if this pathetic service you are giving to your clients, i fail to understand how will you sustain and retain clients in future.

        I seek your urgent and. Prompt action to get my laptop broken screen fixed immediately. Kindly go through some of the trial emails since past 1 month to understand the agony i am facing

        Further. Please note again clearly i want invoice in name of mahendra badjatya & co with its gst no (Already intimated to your team in earlier emails)

          I had purchased a hp laptop few years back in 2012. After few years o[censored]sage the cpu fan stopped working due to which the laptop would shutdown many a times when i am in the middle of some work. A few months back i purchased a new hp laptop in the month of april and within 6 months o[censored]sage i am getting an error message that the cpu fan is not functioning properly and the laptop will shutdown in 15 seconds. I wanted to know from when did hp start making such faulty, low quality products. Please help.

              Sub: laptop display issue

              I wrote to hp regarding my laptop's display issue on 1st june -2017. A technician visited at my place on 22nd aug, he examine my laptop and suggested to download and install some application, i did as per his suggestion he told he will get back next day but i got a message from hp customer support team that my case (Number mentioned below) has been closed. I wrote to hp again that the issue yet not resolved even they did not check with the customer, how can the close the case but since then nothing has been done.
              There is no reply on the emails i send the hp since august-2017.

                  Sir, i purchased hp laptop on 18-december-2017 "hp15-ay017tu" in the name of bhawna chaudhary from vaishali sector-6 ghaziabad. I purchased the laptop from reliance digital store. After 5 days of purchase, i face the problem of slow processing and updation and then i register the complaint on 15-december-2017 and co. Resolve the issue but after 2 -5 days i face the same problem and then again i register the complaint and also visit the local service center and they restore my laptop and said your problem is solved. But now again same problem occurs. And again i register the complaint on 15-january 2018. I am a student and again and again, i face the same problem which creates a problem in my studies and i have not much sufficient time for contact the co. Again and again. So it is my humble request to take action on the company to resolve the problem for permanently. Otherwise ill went to consumer court if my problem is not solved.

                    My laptop keeps shutting down automatically, only 15 days were remaining for my warranty to expire. The technicians have come changed the hard drive, the motherboard and the problem still persists.

                    What i keep thinking if this had happened after my warranty had expired, i would have had to shelve out that much. Do you build a laptop such that it fails as soon as its warranty gets over? Are your laptops designed like that?

                    I don't have any more time to entertain your technicians, as they still haven't identified the problem yet. Hope you can resolve this issue or give my money back as you are unable to fix your product.

                      I have purcahsed following hp laptop on 18th mar, 2017.

                      Soon i realise issue of web cam len which is generate dull result. Second issue was color staturation.

                      Hp has try to resolve issue. However as they were not able to resolve this issue. So hp informed me to pay refund. Hp asked additional details from me regarding payment, which i have sent them.

                      However i did not received refund. Meanwhile 3 person from hp meet me at hotel narula, sector 2, noida. They force me to keep this laptop with me and they are provide me 3 yeras warranty. They informed that they will take care of any further issue with laptop and asked me to sent them email that "i do not want refund"

                      After that none of them has given me any single response, neither care for providing any services. I have sent few mails on them regarding same. So i got threatening mail from their legal team for filling legal case.

                            This is with reference to the above mentioned case id.
                            I have purchased hp laptop 15-bs617tu on 20 december 2017. On 30 december i faced issue in laptop which was automatically resolved within 5 minutes therefore i did not registered any complain regarding this.

                            On 8 january 2018 i again faced the same issue in my laptop and this time i registered complain on 10 january 2018 as your customer care number was busy throughout the day on 8 & 9 january 2017.

                            On 11 january your hp partner mr. Syed imran ali visited the location and replaced the hard drive and ordered for recovery dvd's. Thereafter i received dvd's and tried to install in my laptop with the help of your partner and technical team via telephone but the recovery installation was failed. Thereafter as per guidance from your technical team i have given my laptop in hp service centre namely iqor global services pvt ltd located in shakarpur, new delhi.
                            They were also unable to install the recovery dvd's.
                            Now they have returned me the laptop with just installation of a trial version in it.

                            Your partner has mailed you the screenshots of the error also.

                            Inspite of contacting your technical team again and again its been almost 10 days since i registered the first complaint and my laptop is still not in working condition.
                            I dont want to work with the repaired laptop as i have not compromise anything while purchasing the laptop.in future if my hard drive crashes again then who will be responsible for data loss??

                            Therefore i humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and replace the laptop with the new one as i am facing lot of trouble in my official works.

                              We have purchased a new printer for school from mangalore on 4 Jan 2018.Initially it was working fine, After about 600 printer there was a lack of clarity and one side of each paper looks to be blank.Besides sometimes printer takes too much time to take print after giving command.Kidly look into the matter and resolve our problem as soon as possible

                                  Issue description - i was facing an audio issue since a long time, my notebook was under warranty back then and first of all i used "hp support assistant" to seek help, more than 5-6 times i complained, sometimes they updated my driver sometimes they checked my notebook remotely and tried to help but the issue was there. The audio in my notebook starts to crack but it happens rarely, maybe once in a day or sometimes after 2-3 days and i have to force the restart by the power key.
                                  . So they were not able to help me, at last they replaced my sound card but that did not help.
                                  I got frustrated, i went to the service center on princep street kolkata, firstly i ordered recovery media from hp to make sure it was not an software issue, then after installing the media from the service center, then i gave my laptop complaining about the issue they again reset my notebook to factory settings and gave me back telling me that no issue was found, i was using my laptop and the sound again started cracking, i took the notebook to that service center at that time the issue was there and the service men took my laptop and told me to give them some time, again the next day they gave me back the laptop by formatting it and updating bios and wrote no issues found where as the issue was there when i bought the laptop to the service center,
                                  But still the issue exists and i am not out of warranty now and stuck with this issue. The copy of invoice from the service center.

                                    In being the laptop insurance, i was double payment due to network problem with 2000 rupees, means that i payment 4000.in the situation, i complain the your company and claim message the reduption support. But all member neglect the complain and increasing the day month by month.

                                      I bought hp laptop from muzaffapur city bihar by one of the hp resseler at the time when i was on the shop he has told me that he installing oriniginal viersion but after buying when i checked it was not the original. And he denied to install again. Now my laptop is totally screwed. Shopkeeper told me hp never provide original version. And he is asking for mor money that was up to 12k n laptop cost he took 24k.
                                      I would be thankful if you resolve this as soon as you can.

                                        Before 20 days i purchased hp 245 g6 laptop. I am not happy with this product because i am not getting good battery back up in this product. Only 1.5 hours backup i am getting in this product. I have raised the request to customer support. They are not changing my battery for this product and they have closed my request.
                                        First time i purchased hp laptop and i am not happy with hp.
                                        I would request to you please help me for this issue. I want to make change my battery for this product.
