I HAVE COMPALIN SO MANY TIMES ON REQUEST BASE, MY LAPTOP IS UNDER WARRANTY, THERE IS NO ANY SOLUTION TILL NOW, I have a hard time of it, PLEASE GIVE SOLUTION, i face the problem, there is giving any solution to laptop, AGAIN COMPALINS ARE GIVINGI HAVE PURCHAGED ONE HP LAPTOP IN 2017, I HAVE FACE THE PROBLEM IN LAPTOP, MY CASH ID [protected], [protected], [protected]

My printer scanner is not working and the scanning error 12 above the printer is being printed as soon as the printer problem solved

    I bought laptop hp x360-u131tu on 23 september 2017. The second day when the laptop was started it did not respond. After some time and after many attempts of restart it started. Since then the laptop is having same problem. After starting it shows error does not start and after many attempts it starts. Could not complain as it was carried to some other place by my child. Finally it stoped working in february 2018. Complaint was lodged by telephone after many attempts of trying. They were not able to solve. As the laptop was bought in dhanbad we brought it to the shopkeeper for repair. At first the shopkeeper misbehaved and did not want to repair but after repeated request he took for repair. When we went to take it back he charged for repairing saying it was software problem. We gave and brought it back home. Again switched on and again the same problem. Again called the shopkeeper he said whenever u have problem call and we will tell command and it will start. Very weird way of sorting the problem but we had no other option because the laptop was for our child who was supposed to return to her college back from dhanbad for exam. The laptop was taken to bhuwaneshwar and was again started but now it has stopped working. Previously after repeated attempts it was starting but now stopped completely. Really very bad to say that your services are soo poor and the product quality is worse. From the day one i am suffering like anything. Please help to repair the laptop as early as possible. Rs. 50000 was spent but could not do a single piece of work in that. Moreover all india complaint no. Do not pick up the call most of the time. If they pick up soo many things they say to do that call drops and u have to try again. Really painful for customers like us who have spent their hard earned money to bring happiness to their children but all in vain and pain. The reputation o[censored]r brand is spoiled day by day. The pain and harassment which i am going through from the day i bought the computer will not recommend anybody to buy hp product. I am attaching here with the bill as well as the screen shot of the problem of laptop. Please help.

      I purchased the hpau620tx laptap. And i ordered the same laptap with order id:[protected] as on january 23rd 2018 with 2 yrs extended warranty then i received the laptap as on 07th february 2018 but till now i didn't receive my extended warranty conformation card or mail. So kindly provide that warranty conformation mail or card or please let me know the status of my warranty issue sir

        Iam having problem with my hp notebook-15-ac025tx.. Its not respoding while charging. Its not getting recharge. Either its not working if backup is removed and charged. I don't know whats the problem is its not working. So please as soon as possible respond to my compliant. I thinks thier is problem with the internal components of the notebook.

          Hello,

          I've booked my hp gas (Booking number: 545404, cash memo: 1053835) on 25th feb 2018. Till date i've not received my gas yet. Every time i call the distributor "chirag hp gas service in naihati, kolkata-743165" they are not able to provide me any information and asking to go to their office. If i have to visit their office then what is the point book the gas through ivr?

          On 27th feb 2018 i received one sms that my hp gas has been delivered with the cash memo number: 1053835. That means they have sold my gas to someone else. Even today on 9th march 2018 i called them several time for the update however, they are behaving rudely. I'd request you kindly look into this issue

            I bought hp printer on january 2018. Recieved instructions to claim inkadvantage offer. I couriered all the required documents and the claim got approved on jan-15, 2018 and asked me to wait for 4-6 weeks to coupon to arrive.

            I waited for 6 weeks. No coupon recieved either by courier, mail, sms or call. So i mailed them back on feb-28, 2018 saying that i have not received anything yet. They replied me that they have already sent the vouchers to my email-id.

            I daily check my mails. When i rechecked mail, there were no mail from bookmyshow or hp redemption team. I dropped mail and got reply that they will resend the coupon by mail in 5 working days. Still i havent recieved any mail yet.

            Even i tried calling customer care. It simply has automated voice asking me to drop mail.

            The problem is, hp asking users to send the documents by courier. But hp is claiming that they sent the couriers that too my email without any intimation by sms or call.

            I faced same kind of customer service problem even before this couple of time. I will never go with hp product.

            Please help in recieving this redemption coupon

                  We have bought hp 1025 color printer in year 2015. Since from last 2 months we have problem in our printer & we are continuously following by call & by mail to hp service head as well as service center.
                  Till date we have not found any solution. Though we have paid visiting charges 20 days back to their service engineer. We are getting only greeting messages from service head.
                  We are fully tired off regarding the service of hp. We feel that hp is not interested in providing service.
                  Shell we put our printer on olx for sale with remark of "due to not providing service from hp". We also strongly feel not to recommend any of our well wisher to buy hp printer.

                      My Laptop (UNDER COMPLETE COVER WARRANTY FOR 3 YEARS) I had some issues related to software and hardware, also some time not charging issues as i facing with my product, I make a complaint, where complaint number is [protected], an Engineer visit to my place and told charging connector is damage, I’m in office that time he visit to my site, where I earlier told the timings on toll free number as I avail at my residence, and no information by Engineer as he late or stuck in some other complaint or time taken, I make a call to him and take follow up about his visit and then he respond and and your senior officials blame me about postponed of my complaint to next days due to my family member needed is Hopitalized, so please tell me medical aid is on prior basis or a laptop servicing.
                      From the time of Purchasing this Laptop, I feel I am a Big fool that I prefer costly HP product, invest amount and no proper support I getting from your company and every one of your staff treated a customer as a Big Duffer, because customer is always fool and company representative is always Right, whether he/she had a complete knowledge about products or not, I want to tell you one thing that I am not a Beginner user and I also use my Sony Vaio Laptop for last 4-5 years and not even a single screw can be opened in it with much rough usage of product and no issues can be created on that system till date, so How the issues created with this laptop, as a company provided local parts which can be assembled to my system as provided by HP representatives at the time of sale, firstly wrong Brochure can be provided to me related to Hp offer 999, and no one of your representatives having knowledge of making Recovery Dvd, and ignore my queries or no complete Warranty information or Handling Process and many more, all yor staff having target to sale product to customer and then tension free, and then customer suffers after purchasing product, At the time of purchase products your representative Yusuf (as I remember ) told me that everything (hardware/software ) problems shall be covered under warranty, and I believe in his words and purchase product, I facing issues with my Screen and Charging issues but your customer care and field service staff not gave proper responses or resolutions, I got response about the avail facility provided to me, Many times I updated my issues to your customer care earlier, but an incomplete details can be updated on software by your representatives because he/she can tally/ clarify information with me cannot be similar and many queries missing to update.
                      As I am told about my issues, your representative said it’s a damage and not considered in warranty, so please tell me one thing that customer purchase a product, facing issues, discuss or share information to company and always a defaulter because every time customer is responsible for any type of issues not a product related issues and its non-durability, if any issue occurs customer blamed, is this type of services provided by HP, totally unsatisfactory.
                      That’s happening because customer is a big fool who can share their issues to customer care for such favourable/positive responses, but treated as a guilty person to purchase costly product, where he/she interact customer care and share issues as he/she facing issues with the product.
                      I facing issues from date of purchase to till date, where I update my issues and your product is non durable and non handling product
                      As I call on customer care on 21st February or 22nd February 2017 (date not sure) your representative gave a contact number of HP Service Delivery Co-ordinator, “Mr Ritesh Gupta”, contact number [protected], to share all my issues to him and he can do a favour to me, he tried convince me and said that try to do best and after taking all information and resolution make a call to my contact number, but no call can be receive till date, but next day I got Email of complaint closure and case closed without discuss customer and feedback of customer, pending issues without resolution, Please find attachment below as a proof I Lastly I call on 24/2/2018, call to customer care but as If any one pick my call, just listen my query and disconnect call, at last talk to Miss Sherly as I hear her name, I told my issues to her and she disconnects the call at a time, So is this the way of working of Customer care and your staff is DISGUSTING.
                      Totally Disappointed, and worst services of HP as per my Experience, making fraud with customers too
                      Thanks a lot to all your staff members for these type of services, Next Time I can’t prefer HP products and not to Suggests others and bear your product and services as I utilize anytime also.
                      Wait for needful, and want to resolve all my issues as soon as possible, and make sure AFTER SENDING THIS MAIL, AS I CALL IN FUTURE FOR ANY ISSUES MY PROBLEMS CANNOT BE IGNORED BY ANY OF STAFF MEMBERS AND CONSIDERED ASAP, BECAUSE I AM ALSO A CUSTOMER OF YOUR COMPANY AND PURCHASE A PRODUCT AND TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBILITY OF COMPANY AND THEIR STAFF MEMBERS.

                        I sorry to say that im not satisfied with ur service. 1st hard disc failed and the they changed it, they told me to buy recovery cd i bought it. But it was not working so they told me to buy again and again its not working and its nearly 1month and its not till solved. This issue has created a loss in my studies. I brought i5 processor so that it will go for a long run. But its started giving me lot of trouble from the day i brought it

                          Dear team,

                          I had bought a hp laptop pavilion series (Product detail mention in above) from hp showroom rudrapur - u. S. Nagar, uttrakhanad. There are lots of issues arise after buying. I had complained a lots but nothing happened. They are wasting my time, when the engineer come last time they trying to opened my laptop but i did not give permission first time and i came to know that why laptop is to much slow and fan sound sound is increase.
                          And my laptop is in abnormal condition from beginning. I had complain a lots but no buddy take right action for this.
                          Since purchase date my case was locked but no information is provided to me regarding my laptop. If these type of product is provided from the hp showroom so how could costumer believe on hp and its related product.
                          My daily basic work has been badly affected due to this. Again today, your representative has visit to my place and his answer, s fan will be replace and my answer is i am not interested to change new laptop fan, i am claim to replace my laptop because if this issue come, s from factory then my laptop should be change we are not responsible for this.

                          So please do needful and take necessary action for the same.

From creative e mart llp the executive have given the bag which is not belong to hp when i started asking for the bag they started showing anger and they told that they have given me genuine windows 10 that also they have installed when i checked they have not given me the activation key thus are the behaviour they have done i have taken 4 laptop of hp but the behaviour of that guy is disgusting i m not going to buy hp here after tanks

                              Sir I have complained about printer on 27jan. your engineer visited details
                              1 time-power kit is not work(electric supply is ok)
                              2-power kit is perfect. but internal kit is not working
                              and last result is both part is required to change.sir i have taken a HP printers due to his international brand with his good service. I think my opinion is not perfect about this type of service.My complain is completing approx one month but my problem is same. Sir company provide 1 year warrenty with his product. but my problem is not completed within approx month. What company extended my warranty for his delay.I think this is manufacturing defect.Sir please guide to me, what to do about this.Either change or solve my problem. If my problem is not solved than i think to go Consumer forum.I have already take mental tension with financial losses.

                                1. With profound pain and dismay, i'm writing this mail to you regarding poor service, irresponsible attitude of hp service and sales team.

                                2. I purchased a pavilion series laptop 15au620tx in the month of april 2017 from online portal of official hp website. Soon after the purchase, the laptop started showing display flickering/blinking problem. I raised the complain with service team. I was told to do some trouble shooting. But the problem remained as it is. Again n again, i had to raise service requests within a span of 6 months. However, the problem could not be solved and the laptop had same issue.

                                3. On 29 jan 18, doa letter was issued by hp and i was told to contact the seller. I immediately forwarded the doa letter alonwith invoice to savex technologies for further action at their end. However, savex technologies informed me that they cannot provide me new piece/unit as hp has stopped the production of this model. I requested them to provide me alternate model with same configuration, to which they told that the case will be taken up with hp.

                                4. Since last 20 days, i have received numerous calls from hp and everytime, i had to explain my case de novo. Despite the false assurances from hp support team, i've not received the redressal of my problem. To my utter surprise and with total lack of responsibility, i was informed that my case has been closed by hp team, that too without providing me any relief. I never expected such a careless and oblivious response from team hp.

                                5. Sir, as a customer of hp, i am facing acute problem with the lackadaisical attittude of your hp support team as they are only playing with the words and shifting the responsibility from shoulders of service team to sales team and vice versa. As a genuine customer, i am suffering alot as i am not able to use laptop which is hampering my professional competency as well.

                                6. May i request your goodself to please intervene in the matter and provide me a suitable relief. I request you not to compel me to take the the legal recourse as i am lawyer by profession. That's why, before taking such step, with profound hopes i'm writing this mail to you. Otherwise, i'll be constrained to take this matter to public through social media and also to approach the court of law for getting adequate relief with additional costs pertaining to the mental agony and sufferings faced by me due to the defected product of hp, which may not behove to the market reputation of hp.

                                7. I am very optimistic that this complaint through my mail will be taken seriously and i will be provided an alternate unit of pavilion series laptop as soon as possible.

                                  I had bought a hp laptop 15-ba028ax from hp showroom. There are a lots of issues arise after buying. I had complained a lots but nothing happened. They are wasting my time, when the engineer come last time they opened my laptop first time and i came to know that the ream inside my laptop is non hp ram.

                                  My study has been badly affected due to this because i am pursuing (C. S. E) engineering & laptop is essential for my study so please understand my problem. Yesterday they called me to service center to resolve my problem but they forcely take my laptop in their office and give me a slip of receiving.. How could you do to this with a single costumer,

                                  I had bought a hp laptop 15-ba028ax from hp showroom. There are a lots of issues arise after buying. I had complained a lots but nothing happened. They are wasting my time, when the engineer come last time they opened my laptop first time and i came to know that the ream inside my laptop is non hp ram.
                                  And my laptop is in abnormal condition from beginning..
                                  Since saturday new case was locked but no information is provided to me regarding my laptop. If these type of product is provided from the hp showroom so how could costumer believe on hp and its related product.

                                  This saturday on 17-feb-2018
                                  Service center manager called me by saying they will resolved my problem that they will changed my laptop componets and expend my laptop warrent that was the componsation of their so i go to the service center with my laptop and with the stand by laptop i had promised them that after resolving my problem then i will return your stand by laptop. But after they change their mind thay said you had to submit ours stand by laptop otherwise we will not do anythings for me.. And after that they forcefully take my laptop and give me a receipt. They said if you will submit my stand by laptop then they will give me my laptop..
                                  They misused their power it is a illegal activity that they had done.. With me in their service center they do it forcely,,
                                  They did not take my permission for taking my laptop...
                                  How could you do this to a costumer after calling them to your service center..

                                    During purchase they offered additional 2 yr warranty after paying 999/- and i paid it through redemptionsupport of hp and my request was approved and now when ever i go to that page it shows under maintanance for last 2 months. now i have issue with my keyboard and i need maintanance claim and am not able to apply for it.

                                      I have been informed on 10th feb about a missing documents (Original barcoded serial number sticker not received). I have sent it on a same day. Later, i had received an email stating the same information. I had resent the document on 13th feb to [protected]@redemptionsupport.com keeping cc [protected]@redeemnow.in. However, no response yet.

                                      I need to know when i will be receiving the link for payment. I don't want to see your email stating that your time or validity for redemption is expired. Please help me or i need to take this with a social media.

                                        Sir I have complained about printer on 27jan. your engineer visited details
                                        1 time-power kit is not work(electric supply is ok)
                                        2-power kit is perfect. but internal kit is not working
                                        and last result is both part is required to change.sir i have taken a HP printers due to his international brand with his good service. I think my opinion is not perfect about this type of service.My complain is completing approx one month but my problem is same. Sir company provide 1 year warrenty with his product. but my problem is not completed within approx month. What company extended my warranty for his delay.I think this is manufacturing defect.Sir please guide to me, what to do about this.Either change or solve my problem. If my problem is not solved than i think to go Consumer forum.I have already take mental tension with financial losses.
