After claiming for extended warranty by uploading the required details and paying the amount i received a mail after 3 days saying that my bar coded serial no and the invoice are not received and the mail included that i have to upload them again within 10 business days. So where should i upload or mail my details???
None of the service center is looking after this.
So please resolve it.

    Hi sir, i am facing some issue in last 5 days of purchasing can you help me out by replacing better product. Issues like

    1. Hard drive short dst check failed with filure id : 9k6es0-8sg906-mfpuqk-60xw03
    2. Required data was not placed into memory because of an i/o error status of 0xc000000e.
    3. Hpsf. Exe system error
    A new guard page for the stack cannot be created.
    4. Stop code : memory management
    5. Stop code : unexpected stor exception

    I purchased this product at 1.01.2018. What should i do.
    Please, if possible then replace or refund or give me a best soltuion if i get these issues again in future, i get theses issues in last five days.

        I bought hp laptop for my brother on 17/11/2017. From croma pune. Which stopped working within one month.
        Not knowing, what happened. My brother took it back to croma. Where he was forwarded to hp customer service.
        That person came & repaired it, saying the hard disk is faulty, so he changed it. & informed him that, one cd will come in courier, which is still not come.
        But i think i should get a new laptop, instead of faulty laptop. I tried their email, but everything getting bounced. Pls. Let me know, what to do?

          My name is nitin gavhane, pune. My laptop was set on fire automatically by itself today. My kid was just playing in front of it and i was working on the same when the laptop suddenly just burst and it started burning. I was able to take my kid away from it on time but the laptop got completely damaged. It was a real risk for me and my kid and we missed a big accident very narrowly.
          Plz find below the details of the laptop :

          I want a replacement of my laptop immediately with all the data recovered from it. It is a huge loss for me right now and we could have had serious physical injury.

          My laptop and charger submitted to Pune service center after diagnosis they suggesting me to bring a new laptop not given proper reason for how it will happen my concern is with safety may this could not happen with others who having same laptop.

            Given for service at hp authorised service centre at karamana trivandrum on 1/11/17 with serial number cn4b71936n. Invoice number fr receiving item s 4062054. So far no response from service center and giving lame excuses while calling. V agreed to the amount they told rs1962. Still the service seems to b so slow. This causes much inconvenience fr us. Kindly c to the fact and do the needful.

              I bought my laptop from hp in 2014 which had a 4 year warranty. On[protected] i filed a complaint regarding malfunctioning with wifi (Is to be resolved on warranty). It was given a case id wo[protected]. Today[protected] a hp engineer repaired my laptop at uppal, hyderabad. Bottom bezel of my laptop was found broken after the repair. I called the engineer and inquired about the issue and he hasn't answered me perfectly. My laptop's bottom bezel was completely broken am i am sure that it was in perfect condition before giving for repair. Resolve this issue within concerned time. I have uploaded the pictures of bottom bezel for reference.

                I have control my words, please don't take it easy. I just go to police station with tis laptop with the evidence am having, tat is my last step, there i have raise a complaint, bcoz u people never care about tis is, 6 month i was suffer a lot with is dash... Laptop.

                  I bought hp laptop on 24 jul 17. It was working fine. Since last one-month, i am facing an issue of battery. It is not charging fully i. E. 100%. Some time it reaches to 93% or some time to 95% with displaying a message that 93% or 95 % available plugged in not charging. I contacted hp support, they took my laptop even on remote for a long time and try to find the issue but could not resolve the issue. All types of tests were run to find out the issue. They asked me send the screen shot of battery issue message 93% or 95 % available plugged in not charging. I send all the screen shots whatever they asked to forward but the matter is not resolved. However, today i. E. On 25 dec 17, lastly the hp tech team support told me that your issue was delivered to higher technical elevation team and they told that it’s a normal issue, it is not a problem. That means they are unable to find out the fault and simply said it is a normal issue. The laptop is under warranty and just five-months-old, and the battery issue is for a last one month. It is not understood how they said that this is normal issue. Battery should be charged to 100%. If it is not charging 100% that means definitely a serious issue with the battery. Either battery is to be replaced or the fault to be rectified. When i asked them, where should i approach now to resolve the issue, they simply said that you can approach consumer court. Is this the way of dealing with a customer? Please do the needful.

                    The hp deskjet f380 printer. Scanner. Copier was purchased about 10 years back. It is working alright. But i am not getting the cartridge in the market. Existing cartridge is totally exhausted. Since i am not able to get the new cartridge from market i am unable to use it. Lot of my work is getting held up. Will it be possible for you to supply the above mentioned hp desk jet f380 catridge from your stores in hyderabad?
                    Once again, requested your kind intervention in this regard.

                      Hie, i aayushi mittal user of hp laptop. I am trying to solve my technical problem of my hp laptop but your technical department members are continuously disconnecting the phone without completing the error. I really fed-up from these issues. Hp technical team employees didn't listen to the user, they even don't resolve the problem anytime. I don't want hp products in the future if these problem are continued.

                        I have purchased a new hp laptop of model no. 15bs579tx (2ey79pa) on dated 20.09.2017. But from starting of the day i am facing various issues in the laptop (Such as starting on problem, sudden switch off). For the rectification i have contacted the service center (Sysnet global technologies pvt. Ltd. Bilaspur, chhattisgarh). The service engineer have tired for 3-4 times but the result is same. As it is under the warranty period and now it has been more than 45 days and the result is same.

                        With a humble request, kindly resolve my issue

                            Hp laptop, i never see the product which i have buy and face the problem like tis,

                            August - i have buy the laptop through flipkart, after 2 weeks it started flickering, i raise a complaint regarding this and it took 3 month for resolving this issue, the problem has bee resolved on oct 18, after that exact one month now the problem has been occur, now i can't able to start the system.

                              Purchase on 30 aug 2017. Not printing black or colour. Printhead light on during the printer on. This problem came during printing (Photocopy black and white) after eaight photocopy black &white suddenly printer stop photo copies. Respons. Printer is just four months old.                                 6 months proper working condition. But now last two weeks for main

                                      My hp i3 core brand new laptop gets restart by its own and that sucks everytime. While i'm using suddenly a pop up comes on screen which says (Your pc run into a problem and needs to restart if you want to know more about it go to online and checkout.. Video tdr failure)
                                      And i tried to contact intel and hp but they said your window is corrupt so i got a new window 10 and installed but again the same problem start begin.

                                      We have registered complaint under [protected] on 1/12/2017 . but the complaint is not resolved yet. The engineer visited & diagnosed the front panel is replaced, he replace the panel after 5 days, but the problem is same . Ever the printer goes worst before the engineer look it on service.

                                        It is not working properly and also its cables. I want that you pick it from my home and repair it. My adress is jhanj gate jind haryana house no. 820/12. I am sure that you will repair it. I bought it from flipkart. It has 1 year warranty. I brought it on 19 november, 2017. I have full faith on hp the wonderfull brand. Its usb cable point was sparking. It was likely to burn. Thanks...
