The hp deskjet f380 printer. Scanner. Copier was purchased about 10 years back. It is working alright. But i am not getting the cartridge in the market. Existing cartridge is totally exhausted. Since i am not able to get the new cartridge from market i am unable to use it. Lot of my work is getting held up. Hie, i aayushi mittal user of hp laptop. I am trying to solve my technical problem of my hp laptop but your technical department members are continuously disconnecting the phone without completing the error. I really fed-up from these issues. Hp technical team employees didn't listen to the user, they even don't resolve the problem anytime. Hp laptop, i never see the product which i have buy and face the problem like tis,

August - i have buy the laptop through flipkart, after 2 weeks it started flickering, i raise a complaint regarding this and it took 3 month for resolving this issue, the problem has bee resolved on oct 18, after that exact one month now the problem has been occur, now i can't able to start the system.

My hp i3 core brand new laptop gets restart by its own and that sucks everytime. While i'm using suddenly a pop up comes on screen which says (Your pc run into a problem and needs to restart if you want to know more about it go to online and checkout.. Video tdr failure)
And i tried to contact intel and hp but they said your window is corrupt so i got a new window 10 and installed but again the same problem start begin....

It is not working properly and also its cables. I want that you pick it from my home and repair it. My adress is jhanj gate jind haryana house no. 820/12. I am sure that you will repair it. 1-it is not supporting tally erp software.
2-print quality very low call up hp support but in vain gentlemen ask us to do this-that, every one is not of that caliber like your service engineers no one turns to see the complaint, support quality is as poor as your products.

I had a issues in my hp laptop which is under warranty, almost i spend more than 15 hrs talking to customer care & service engineer regarding my issues. Already they have replaced mother board twice in a month, but still my problem has not been solved. Why you (Hp india) just cant provide the quality product for your customer who believe you.
