I purchased a laptop from cepp employee portal on sep 29, 2017 order no[protected] with sales representative id is 340197 name sakshi, i was paid through 6 month emi only option from credit card, but i received full amount bill from bank and they said we don’t have emi request from seller. It should be converted into emi after one week of purchase.
I called the customer care several times. Every time they are giving fake assurance and that sales representative is already hiding face from first day.
Its been twenty days of purchase and still tracking detail is not updated on site that mean something is pending from your side and my emi request not sent to bank. There is no option for return/refund and my payment last date is 23th oct of 67099/- if i convert it to emi myself bank will charged 13% interest and extra charges, who is resposible for this fault?

      I write this mail in great pain and never expected this kind of response from a renowned company like HP.
      I purchased the laptop for my son from SEOUL, Korea as a gift on 3rd Sep 2017 and he opened it only on 22nd Sept 2017 to see the faulty display, what a disgrace and shame on the product and the brand itself. It is supposed to be the latest model and cost me a bomb. If it was a low end model still not justified though.
      Like any other international brand I expected HP to cover worldwide exchange and warranty policy. To top it all HP has a worldwide warranty database (what an irony). I want to understand if HP makes country specific laptops? If it is compatibility issues I can understand otherwise why this discrimination.
      After calling customer care several times and waiting for hours, a complaint was registered on 25th Sep 2017 and after exchange of some 30 + emails and hours of conversation. The reply I get after 20+ days is "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Against this reported concern which escalated in HP management, we came to know the unit you have purchased is not marketed in India and required part (display panel) is not available here as well. We request you contact with parental or purchase country to get the required support or unit level replacement based on possibilities which you are looking for, same cannot be possible in India”.
      How can HP make such crap products and silly statements?
      Is it my problem if it is not marketed in India. Then why do you maintain a database and claim it as worldwide warranty. Road side vendors are much better at least they don’t publicize wrong information like HP does.
      First of all HP manufactures such scrap products and has the audacity to reply to a customer like this.
      It in not just inconvenience, what am I to do with the faulty product? As a company you cannot do it, as an individual how do you expect me to? What a joke I hope HP know what their team are writing.
      I expected a more responsible reply from a so called renowned company like HP or else escalate it to your higher ups and nominate a person who will take the scrap notebook as a gift for Diwali so that I can take some pics and put it up on social media for you wonderful creation and customer service.
      I am sure I don't want a pathetic product as HP. I can't keep writing mails and wait indefinitely for a call back from HP. I want a refund at the earliest. I need to buy a more reliable laptop there are so many that I can close my eyes and trust on. That is the brand value and customer support they maintain unlike HP. In fact HP should pay additionally for my valuable man hours spent and emotional agony.

        I had ordered a laptop on 15 aug 2017, waited for delivery upto 1 month. Since, there is delay in delivery, i cancelled the order on 9 sep 2017. Now its one month over from cancellation, i didn't get any refund. Meanwhile i called the customer care several times. Everytime they are giving fake assurance. Since i bought the product through emi, i had suffered extra loss of money through (Monthly emi, emi service charge, gst deducted etc) without getting the product.

              My dad and my brother are using hp laptops and they asked me also to buy a hp laptop so i bought a hp laptop. But now i am very disappointed withb my decision. Here's what actually happened:-
              I bought 15-ak007tx gaming series laptop on[protected]. Initially it was working good, but after 5-6 months it started slowing down. But i didn't pay much attention towards that, so i carried on. Like while booting up system it was taking time. I was a bit upset with laptop coz it's named as a gaming laptop with intel i7 processor, but still it was taking time to respond. And i was facing one more problem from starting about it's battery backup. Sometimes it showed 4hr remaining on 100% charge and sometimes 2 hrs. This problem continued but i dealt with it. Now on[protected] when it's battery level was 12%, i connected my cahrger but it showed pluged in but not charging. I thought there migth be some issue so i restarted it, but the same problem continued. Battery wasn't charging, it was living on external current provided by charger. And now its not charging.
              I m seriously disappointed with my experience with hp. I[censored] guys can help me,
              I just want my battery to be replaced.

                Computer purchased on 04th oct 2017. Supplied h/w namely mouse functions are erratic and blocking whole of the intended action. Computer also frequently goes on pause mode and running very slow. Desired results are not being achieved. Reply received from support team on our complaint is placed below.                   We have given our deskjet 7612 to hp authorized service center sysnet in jaipur with token number allotted as 29129. The problem it was giving a error of printer head missing. The service people ask us to deposit rs. 4461/- apart from service charge of rs. 390/- and said that the printer head shall be changed.

                  We deposited the said amount on 3/10/2017 but till today we have not got our printer. No body is replying that when our printer shall be handed back. My home run business is getting affected badly due to non availability of scanner and fax which is apart of this all in one machine.

                  The responsible engineers/ personnel are one mr. Kamlesh who doesnt picks his cellphone and another mr. Bansi chauhan who dont revert the call to client and always say that you talk to seniors.

                      Hello sir/madam
                      Myself neeraj aggarwal. I brought an hp laptop 15r074tu with serial number cnd4348fpx on 22 october 2014.

                      At that time i avail some exrended warranty for three years from hp.

                      Since then i had used accidental warranty thrice in year 2015 and 2016.
                      At that time also i asked the customer care executive and he confirmed that my laptop has extended accidental warranty for 3 yr.

                      Since last 2 months my laptop usb port microsd port and dvd drive was not working properly. Though my audio jack and charging slot was perfectly fine and working normally.

                      Since 2 months i tried calling hp customer care for multiple times as the hp tools were updating and finally got succeeded to lodge a case id on 19th september after i had a talk with senior executive.
                      The service engineer was appointed from hp service centre princep street kolkata for the dvd drive replacement and to look for other usb and microsd ports on the same day but he come to onsite afte a long delay of 17 days. On 6th of june when he came he checked the laptop changed the dvd drive and said motherboard need to ve replaced.. Then he started looking thoroughly to the laptop and found a small 1cm of plastic ring covering the audio jack is absent.. He said this is accidental damage and motherboard damaged due to this.
                      I asked him how can the motherboard damage due to this small broken plastic ring when the audio jack itself is working properly. He said he dont know the reason but this is the only reason of damage.
                      He said avail the adp for the same. I said ok i have adp also. But i dont know the cause of damage as i was unaware about that small hidden break. He said put any reason that doesnt matter.
                      When he was assembling the laptop he found that there are multiple lines in the lcd screen. He shifted the ram slot from primary to secondary and it started working normally.

                      When i asked what happened with the primary slot he said there may be dust and i need not to worry about that he will clear on successive visit. He raised the claim for adp.

                      Thereafter a msg came to me that adp norms are not for my laptop.

                      When i now called customer care the tools were still updating and nobody was taking my concern on a serious note.
                      Then after repeated call they allow me to talk to supervisor mohit. He lodged my complaint and requested me to hand over the laptop to the hp service centre on 10th october morning and they wil have to repair it by 10th evening.
                      I said okay i will go. When i reached there the person was not understanding the concern on serious note and said he wil tell when it can be repaired.
                      He allow me to leave and after half and hour he again called me to come again to fill up adp form which he forgot that time. I again went there and he said he wil tell when it can be repaired.
                      In the evening i again called customer care
                      This time i had a talk with supervisor sandeep. He assured me that my laptop will be repaired by 12th of october.
                      On 12th of october a call came twice from there side that my laptop is not under adp.

                      Now there are many concerns here:-
                      1. Hp customer care tools are updating since 2 month that to lodge complaint you have to have a lot of patience

                      2. Service centre sent the engineer on field after a delay of 17 days.

                      3. Engineer was fabricating the fact just to convert the nornal warranty into adp and unable to answer why and how motherboard can damage with such small crack where audio port itself is alright.

                      4. Engineer said primary slot has dust and will treat in successive session but service centre didnot repair that primary slot also which was damaged after opening the laptop by service engineer.

                      5. Service engineer asked me to convert it into adp.

                      6. Even after so much sensitive issue service centre people asked ne to come twice for a single complaint.

                      7. Now the hp is refusing that i have accidental warranty for 3 years.

                        My webcam hasn't been working properly for a long time.
                        They send a mechanic everytime and he fixes it and then after few days it's just like the way it was. But since the last time they are trying to smirk me off and trying everything to avoid sending a mechanic. My camera hasn't been working and i called three times they gave three different solutions to it out of which none worked. And the third time they told me i have to reset so to backup my data. This is probably a joke to them but their service is the worst.

                          Dear sir,
                          I had purchased a hp laptop last year from hp showroom cyberworks kolkata. It was not taking charge properly and lastly it was not starting. So, i took my laptop to the cyberworks service center on 24.08.2017. They check the laptop and said that there is a problem in mother board. They have to change some parts. They said that it will take two weeks time. After that whenever i call them and ask for the laptop they said that some component is not available in the market so it is not ready.in between we had puja holidays in kolkata in the last week of september so, they said that they are not getting the component because the market was closed due to the puja holiday, we will give the laptop to you after puja. Now the puja holiday is over, after 12 days when i am calling them and ask for the laptop they are still telling that they have to see whether it is done or not. They are not sure when it will be done. I am enclosing their service call report for your reference.

                          So it is my kind request to you to take necessary action on it.

                              Sir i bought hp laptop 14 ba 75tx on 5, september, 2017 and my product registered on 6, september 2017 when i called your representative to extending my warranty. But your redemptionsupport representative refused me and said they didn't give me warranty because your purchase date is more than 7 days older.                                 By mistakenly i have purchased a hp laptop from bluewave computers hosur on 13.08.2017, before completion of 2 months ie; on 25.09.2017 the board got complaint of the lap. Then i went to the showroom from where i purchased lap, they advised me to visit service centre for rectification, and i handover the product to mr. Sathyamoorthy (Service manager - hp service centre hosur). He checked the laptop and he said me its a battery issue will order new battery and replace after 8 days only when i called the service centre they said battery received apart from that they didn't call me even a single time. Then i went their for collecting my lap he said its not a battery problem, the board is complaint, so as a customer within one month of purchase why i need to accept the complaint product i asked for replacement then one lady her name is ranjini (Phone: [protected]) she said they don't have any such policy to replace the product, she said they will replace the board and give. Whatever it is i accepted, she committed the battery replacement on 11.10.2017, so yesterday i called her she said still the part is not received wait for another 2 days.
                                HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  Although I was responded by HP, at that time I thought my problem is resolved. but problem is still there... not yet resolved completely.. sometimes my laptop mic works and sometimes not.. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                                    Actually my delete button is not working, i am very sad

                                    Please solve my laptop problem.
                                    Sir i again requested to you please solve my problems, my work is so pending and my important data has been lost causes of delete button, it is not a better preference by hp

                                        Today i have gone to your hp petrol pump there the counter person speaks in a disgusting maner . He is not haveing any respet to wards coustomer. Today when i have gone there i have taken RS100 of petrol and given him rs 2000 in return he give me rs 1900 (rs 1000 of rs10 notes and 100of 20rs note and rest 100rs note) when i ask him to not give 1000rs of 10rs note and instead of 10rs note give me 500 nots so he started useing wrong words
