i have bought HTC desire 816 G on 19th may 2015 and it has been giving me many problems since the first week itself. The phone is slow, it hangs frequently and many a times it doesn't even show the receive option while incoming calls. When i went to the service center in Ansal Plaza, delhi, today afternoon with the same problem, after making me wait for 1 hr the attending staff denied to accept the phone for servicing as the bill details...

I bought my HTC Desire 826 on 19th of June 2015.The first problem I faced was overheating. After a month of operating, I found that touch is not working properly. I have to tap 5-6 times for the touch to work. When I googled, i found out this is an identified problem with this model of HTC. Hi, I had purchased the HTC 816 G on 13.11.2014 the sim card slot started giving problem within 3-4 months. I have given the phone for repair at Kamla Nagar center as it is in warranty period but they are delaying the process as they are saying the part to be repaired has not arrived I have traveled to them 3-4 times but they are making useless excuses.
