Sir Myself Dr. Sudhibrata Mitra, Kalyani, Nadia, Mob- [protected]/[protected], e-mail : [protected]@gmail.com. I bought a mobile set HTC Desire 820 dual sim from digital express, Kalyani, Nadia, West Bengal on 15 th April, 2015. Unfortunately the set became totally inactive on 18th June 2015. The very next day I submit it to Digital Express, Kalyani on 19th June 2015. After frequent request they send it to the service centre, TVS Electronics Ltd, 218 & 219 2nd Floor, E-Mall, 6, Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata- 700072. Till today I have not got it though their returning date was 7/13/2015. All staff of Digital Express, Kalyani are showing very reluctant attitude, and I am being harassed. I hold the post Director of Farms, Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya where mobile is very much necessary for communication. In this situation I have no other way but to sick your co-operation. I hope you will solve the problem at the earliest being a big corporate house, to save me and to save your fame also.

      Respected sir/madam, I Moksh had just brought new handset of htc model no. 816g+ by spending so much of money this handset had created a lot of problem. First it's battery was drain in first 3 days and the service center in pitam pura, new delhi was not helping me instead he was abusing and when i get a new handset replaced by it, then also in 1 month it's mike was destroyed internally and no help was provided by getting a big brand phone the handset was of Rs.17000 and I request please help me

        After using or while operating this phone(htc desire 526g+) phone is getting over heated . And battery life is also so poor. Battery is getting fastly down while operating. Front camera is also have poor clearity. I am not satisfied with this phone i will also inform my all friends that do not buy this phone. Bad quality phone with much money .

          Had given my HTC phone to the authorised HTC Service center for repair and i got the receipt stating that i would recieve the phone in 10 days time and the estimated cost mentioned was 4900 rs. But then i received the phone only after 20/25 days and i had to go all the way to the service station itself to make enquiries about the status of the repair as calls made to the phone numbers mentioned in the receipt were not being answered. There was so much inconvenience caused due to this as i had to leave my work and be there at the service center located in jayanagar Southend, Bangalore to make enquiries and apparently the service centers qwork only between 10.0 and 6.00 so it is a nuisance for working professionals. And the worst part is that even after so much nuisance i finally got the phone and i still havent received any acknowledgement/receipt/bill explaining the service cost/charges. When in got back the phone i asked for the bill and i was told an e-bill would be sent to my email id the following day but i havent received any bill. Kindly do ther needful and as a result of the above mentioned hassles and hopeless service delivery by HTC I want a total refund of my money.

            i have a htc 820s hand set in that sceern is coming outside then i have given my hand set to bangalore servies center.only fifteen days over to take me new hand set.they are telling we will not replace the hand set.i will never take this type o[censored]sless phone.i over 5 members are using i will tell that u r using this tyep o[censored]sless headset.

              I[censored] can't make ur number properly working then you should provide some other number to your customer. I m trying to speak to your executive from 2 days but all my efforts gone in vain because everytime call gets disconnected due to your technical problems.                 firstly its touch wasn't working i gave the set to service center and they returned the set to me in a month saying its internal fault and it needs to be repaired in company itself and now its been just 15 days i am using this phone and again its camera stopped working unexpectedly, i tried rebooting, resetting, restarting everything but all in vain.

                  My mobile model is HTC One Dual 802d and it got repaired, the problem is its not getting charge and when i connect to system i got message like Malfunction detected, these problems are came after updating the lollypop. So i gave my mobile to HTC authorized service center in Bangalore its TVS Electronics. I gave my device June 19th and today date is July 14th. Almost 4 weeks completed. When i try to call service center they are not attending my phone call. When i called to Customer care they are telling its in repair status you can call after 48 hrs so till now they are telling same answer t. I wrote lot of mail but no use.                     I Jayesh Parmar have purchased htc 820 desire phone from reliance kurla on 2nd dec 2014 within six months my phone display started blinking and automatically going on dot view mode, not getting charged with htc charger phone getting heated while on cal and playing games or when use internet its really irritating i so i went to kurla phoenix paragon plaza service center for repair on 3rd jul 2015 i gave my cell for repair they said till get my cell in a week's time its more than 2 weeks and still my cell not repaired they only have one answer that parts not available it in transit when it will come will repair such a pathetic service and customer service they have my cell is under warranty they should give me a new cell instead of repairing it because its cell internal fault my cell have no damage no external nor internal i don't know what kind of service htc gives and from where the parts are coming from i want replacement of my headset or a refund its really pathetic the way they are treating customers when i went to that service center so many people were there who was shouting for there headsets n they only have same answer parts not available how can they say parts not available than why the hell you guys have opened service center worst service pathetic customer service 2 weeks before i called they said in a week you will get your cell and after 2weeks i am calling and getting the same from mr, kanwaljeet that it will take more working 8 days to get the parts so if the part will not come for next six months i have to keep on calling them and wait for part to come i don't know any thing take some action i need replacement thats it coz its cell internal issue there is no such damage from my end i need my cell by today or tomorrow thts it if you people want go and sit there in kurla service center and ull understand what kind of ridiculous service htc giving not at all helpful so many people cell phones are pending just coz they dont have parts i don't know anything take part from anywhere and giv my cell in days time i want replacement and i want you guys to take some action and why the hell parts are not available do anything i want my cell phone asap i have never expected this kind of service and response from such a brand but its pathetic and ridiculous only one answer i get parts not available and its in transit i don't know form worlds which end the parts are coming really a complete i want my cell please do asap and any possible way to get replace thats it i have attached copy of bill phone details and service report below kindly check and take some serious action. kindly revert Jayesh Parmar +91 [protected]

                      Plz do check about the service center at Salem, Tamil Nadu in India.We had a very worst experience in the service center.Not yet repaired my phone.No proper response.First of all they do not know to work with the phones.Just for a taSk bar problem they ask us to change of the whole touch and ask for 1500 amount.They made us wander for about for times.Not attending the calls even during work time.Insulting the customers.So we would feel better if you change the service center.

                      true its the worst phone i ever found..i would recommend to use even nokia or micromax or any phone even chinese but not htc. i just wasted my money. it would have been better if i had purchased a pigeon in place of this brick.

                            Hi Team, My name is R. Nithya, my mother bought an HTC desire 816 G octa core blue phone through Amazon and within two days of receiving, the phone accidentally slipped through her hands and the display got damaged. We submitted the phone in HTC Lucknow service centre that day itself 6 June 2015 and to this date there is no update on the status of the phone. We have been calling the customer service every day and they just have one thing to say "we don't have an update, we'll get back to you in 48 hours". The. Ticket no. Is 15INA[protected] and the ticket number is LC539YE48440 . Please suggest as to what can be done on this. Today its 13 July 2015 and if such is the service of HTC phone and so delicate is its quality that a mere slipping can cause such a damage to a phone, then I would not at all like to recommend the product and service to anyone.

                              Model name- htc desire 526 dual sim imei no [protected] cost- 12900 rs. Respected sir, i purchased this set on 14 april 2014 after use 3 months. I take it to the service center under the warranty & inspection the mobile after inspection told me display panel was defected. I want to replace this set as i am tired of taking it to call of your customer care but network error cause phone was disconnected.

Respected sir, I purchased this set on 5 april 2014 after 5, 6 months dust starts collecting on its main(back) camera due to which photo quality became poor.                                   I am asking about my phone touch problem. Your are not responding to give correct answer. My phone was htc desire 826 dual i buy phone on 14 / 06 / 2015. Touch gone on 4 / 07 / 2015. I given service center on 8 / 07 / 2015 they told the days 5 to 10 to 20 to 30 to 40 that like at service center at ameerpet, hyderabad. They only to customer to give complaint on service center. Please respond on service center and your calls. Please do it my phone fast.


                                  Just u think. That was new phone its came problem on your company side. Not over one month also i buy phone its came problem. How you respond this problem please tell it also

                                    I bought my new phone htc desire 826 on 02/5/2015 from oberoi mall croma. Within 15 days touch pad was not working. I submitted my phone at htc service center at thakarr shopping mall borivali west. They took 15 days to replace my phone. After 15 days of replacement the touch pad stopped working again and they told me its a new phone but it was not a new phone but a used phone having someone else photos in the gallery I think this is a fruad happend. Later again I went to service centre they said again it will take 15 days so I consulted croma they assured me it will be done asap. I have submitted my phone at croma oberoi goregaon on 28/ 06/2015 and till i have not received any response from them, I am without phone since then. I have bought phone on 02nd of may and its with service centre for more than a month, I think i took a wrong decision of buying HTC phone.

                                      This is kranthi. . . My htc desire 816 dual sim mobile was purchased on 06 / 09 / 2014. . .
                                      My mobile was very good in terms of its looks and peformance. . . But had few issues that rarely annoyed me. . . I. E
                                      (1) my earphone used get damaged easily even after taking lot of care while using them. . .
                                      (2) my device used overheat if i used internet on a 3g network. . . Even if it is for half an hour. .
                                      Last week i was browsing for about 3 hour continously. . . My handset got overheated. . . But this time it reached quiet
                                      Dangerous temperatures. . . This heat was dissipated by cracking the touch panel. . . Thereafter my touch screen was
                                      Not senstive anymore. . . And i was unable to access my device.
                                      When i explained this to customer service centre at ameerpet in hyderabad. . . They saw it superficialy and said it is
                                      External damage. . . And it is very rare that you can get your screen cracked due to overheat which are exeption and
                                      Hence you cant claim waranty for its repair. . . Which may cost me around rs 5600 even when my mobile is under
                                      Warranty period till 06 / 09 / 2015.
                                      When i contacted the htc toll free number and informed this to the person there he said the only help
                                      He can do ts to arrage a discount he said the waranty is invalid if the mobile undergoes physical damage. . . But i
                                      Explained her that my mobile was damaged to internal overheating in first palce. . . That has nothing to do wheather
                                      It was physical or software damage. . .
                                      She disconnected my call. . .
                                      I called the toll free no once explained. . . For 3 times again and again and one of executive came forword and asked
                                      Me give my htc mobile to engineer and. . . And asked me to let her speak to engineer. . . As usually the engineer saw the
                                      Phone again superficially told blindly that its a physical damage. . . When i protested how can say this with out prper
                                      Inspection of mobile. . . He startedv boosting that he is very experienced. . . He is a htc 816 engineer. . . And said a htc
                                      Mobile cant get heated beyond 18degree celsius. . .
                                      The service engineer were of poor quality expertise and technical knowledge that their way inspecting and
                                      Concluding was same as that of a layman. . . Even a ordinary person who knows basic 7th and 8 th class physics can
                                      Easily diffrentiat between a crack that was directed inside out and that which is dirct outside in. . .
                                      At last after a few more calls to the tollfree number my complaint was tranfered to some other person and was told
                                      That you will be contacted soon. . After two day a person from htc called me. . He reiterated the same words. . . After
                                      Explainbing him the whole thing again he asked me post snapshots of my mobile which iam enclosing in this
                                      Mail. . .
                                      Thus i was left with no other option to go to consumer court soon. . . And planing to start bloging over the
                                      Overheating and exploding of htc desire 816 dual. . . And the company denying waranty showing physical damage as
                                      A criteria for invalidating a waranty. . . Even when the explosion happened due to excess overheating inside the
                                      Device. . .
                                      How can htc deny responsibility if the device explodes due to overheating within waranty period ? Showing
                                      Physical damage as a criteria for invalidation of waranty. . . When the phone exploded due to overheating (Which is
                                      An internal inherent property of htc mobiles) . . . Is that a trap to escape responsibility???
                                      I dont know how htc gona justify its stand but i have faith in our legal system hope they will resolve the issue if
                                      Htc refuses to do so. . .

                                        I purchased htc desire 816 on 24.6.2014 . From bhagwati electronics . I found some problem in sim slot 1 netwrok error so i submited the phone in tvs electronics ltd kamla nagar they said the phone will return after 10 to 15 days but after that they were keep giveing excusses like motherborad not available n touch screen problem etc and after that last day on 11th of july 2015 when they said phone will be return today and phone motherboard is changed but when i go to service centre and they said ur phone is reparied now and they gave me phone but when i checked phone its was not working properly phone power button is not working and they said again sir plz gave me phone again for checking and when they checked the phone again they said new motherboard which was replaced was not working properly and they need some more time and they said will again replaced the motherborad
                                        Sir/mam i have not expected this type of service provide by htc
                                        So please solve my problem as soon as possible
                                        Ask them to return my phone in working condition
