I have purchased HTC 826 in may 2015. there is a problem in touch screen . while typing a number for dial or any thing there is not proper working . When I went service center there people saying that you have to leave for 15 days. I want new phone & I can not leave the phone for 15 days or 20 days Harjeet Singh [protected]

      I bought htc 826 desire 40 days back and now itx touch became unreponsive i bought it from flipkart so i want to file a complaint for both companies htc as well as flipkart because i have seen so many reviews on flipkart regarding this product and all saying they having touch issue still htc and flipkart is selling this product . I want my phone to get replaced i can pay little bit more money to upgrade my handset but i dont want this model again as its a faulty model. Resolve my problem as soon as possible.         Dear team,
        Pls replace my mobile htc desire 826. New mobile perches 29 / 07 / 2015.
        Hung problem, sound not clear, hitting problem & touch problem.
        I go to your service center 31 / 06 / 2015 & 03 / 07 / 2015. Not proper service.
        30 day already mobile your abhinav technologies ahmedabad.
        After new mobile issue your side.
        2 times i go to your service center but not properly reply & not properly mobile repair.
        I need your concern to look at the fault and rectify the same. I am not getting any response from the customer care and i feel that am being neglected from your service end either to look in to this issue in terms to rectify or to do proper service to the customers.           I bought my HTC DESIRE 501 DUAL SIM serial no. [protected] as on 24th March, 2014. I submitted my instrument on 24th of March 2015 in HTC Service Center (S.G. Infotech) in Borivali. On 18th of April 2015 I received a message to collect an instrument from service center. But in replacement I received HTC Desire 526G+. I refuse to take delivery on counter. Now they are changing different models... desire 526G+ to desire 816G+ by giving reason devices being out of stock. Now they are offering HTC 820Q against my original device. They every now and then say that they will deliver it withing 1 week from 24th June 2015. I did so many reminder calls, chating, sent lots of reminder e-mails etc. But it seems of no use. Its frustrating, that one is waiting for a problem get resolve from more than 130 days. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem

            Greeting of the day!!!

            My self Mukesh Kumar Singh known as Santosh Kumar Singh belong from Varanasi Uttar Pradesh I Have purchased my phone which model no is-HTC 816 last october-2014 as known a reputed brand and better services and best gadget in mobile company and from October 2014 i have sent my mobile to Gurgaon three times near about 60 days for each times bcoz i were facing problem regularly regarding network connection and voice speaker is being cracked although although our network operator's engineer have been visited two times at my home and says that our network is ok there is no issue of network bcoz other company phones are working fine but again I have called to my operator’s network engineers for same problems bcoz it is going cut after every 5 mints as well as in rooms network in cut permanently after checked so many times they suggested me that pls contact your service Centre and today again and again we are received my phone in old condition after that once we go to your local collection point they are saying that we not responsible about that we are here only for collection if you have any problems regarding cell pls contact to toll free no we are helpless so lastly i am being fed-up with my phone and I have no idea to reach you so request you to pls change my phone and arrange new as my warranty is being expired next two monts and you shall ne answer me that your phone is out of warranty

            So pls support as a reputed company bcoz I a used only HTC phone previously I had used HTC Phone Model Desire 500 so pls help..

                I had bought HTC Desire on 28th June 2015 in supreme Paradise shop @ Brook Fields Mall in Coimbatore. IMEI Number : [protected]. I was using the same as per the standard instructions of company sine June. I suddenly found a crack in the Back side of the Mobile. In Due course the cracks got enlarged and mobile started to heat up excessively. I need your concern to look at the fault and rectify the same. I am not getting any response from the customer care and i feel that am being neglected from your service end either to look in to this issue in terms to rectify or to do proper service to the customers.                   Dear Sir/Madam, I had given my htc 816 phone to htc service center at jaipur service centre on 6th July'2015 and they have been giving only the reasons that they do not have a stock of that part and that part will come from taiwan but not sure that when the part will come and get it repaired. it is very shameful that htc service centre do not have a part or else why don't they replace my handset? Some they are says, parts have arrived and your phone is under repair. You can collect it tommarow and when i reached they are saying the unknown facluts occrus, you can collect it after two days. When i call them after two days, they are saying the parts of your phone came from china yesterday, you can collect after two days. So Never by HTC any phone.
                  HTC has a very poor service that i have been facing this issue since 26 days even they do not know what should to do and i tried several times at customer care[protected] but they gave me the same reasons and now i just made a call before 9 pm they do not have a headset where they can listen my voice and they disconnected my call after waiting 15 mins at ivr.? please help me as i am in trouble regards naveen yadav [protected]

                      I have purchased an hTC Mobile Desire 326G dual SIM through online portal Snapdeal a few days' back under IMEI No. [protected]. The Invoice No. is S31245/15-16/123 dated[protected] issued by Yashtech Information Pvt.Ltd., New Delhi. In the specification column, it is clearly mentioned that 1-year warranty is applicable to the device. However, when I approached hTC Service Center at TVS Electronics, Kurla west, Mumbai, they say that the service will not be provided since it is an online purchase and the Invoice is from a different State. When I checked with hTc office they inform that now they do not provide warranty to the product. All manufacturers provide warranty of their product pan-India basis and how can they say that warranty will not be given after a customer purchases the device? This is non-ethical and was not expected from a company like hTC. In this situation, if there is some problem to the device the customer has to throw away the device after investing in so much of money!? E commerce is done everywhere on the basis of Trust and this trust is breached by the hTC in my case. If hTC cannot provide warranty for the device sold through e-commerce portals, they should stop selling them through these portals and inform the customers widely not to purchase their devices through the e-commerce portals.

                        I have HTC Desire V phone taken 2years back and the WORST phone I would say. My phone restarts every 30 minutes. DATA gets erased. After the purchase its mother board got damaged, and now its DEAD. NOT STARTING AT ALL. The service center says it would take[protected] rupees to get the new mother board.
                        If this is the case why would anyone go for repair it rather taking new phone. AND NOT HTC.
                        I will not recommend my friends to go for HTC phones At ALL.

                          Hi,

                          I purchased HTC 826 on 3rd July 2015. In an accident I broke my touch screen when I was out of country. After I returned I deposited my phone for repair at HTC Service Center (TVSE Gurgaon, Grand Mall, Gurgaon) on 14th July 2015. I have not received my phone back till date. I have been calling the center for past 3 weeks. Every week I am told the following: "Sir we have received the part today and will return the repaired phone within this week" Every time I tell them that the said the same thing last week. They just say no no sir, we have received the part today and will give you phone this week.

                          I am not sure why HTC awards contract to such sub-standard and fraud contractors.
                          I want HTC to resolve this matter.

                              I have compalint No. QPS[protected] dtd 26/06/27 for mobile. The Mobile is not working properly. Phone receiver ( top speaker) MUltifunction charging problem when charge message show (the power adaptor you conneteting not supported to avoid damage your deviceple disconnect it now.                                   I bought the phone from Flipkart in April 2015. In July 2015, the voice stopped working. So now I can't use the phone without the earphones. Complaint number: 15IND[protected] I called the helpline. The executive guided me to do some tests to check the phone. I did those and it didn't get fixed so I called back. She then guided me to visit a service center. No phone number is provided to any of their service centers so you can't even call before hand and find out if they service phones that have been bought online. You have to visit the center. Anyways I went to the service center in Kurla Paragon Phoenix center [TVS Electronics]. There was a long queue there [50 people minimum] and the staff was very rude. I asked the lady on the counter if they service phones that are online purchases. She said they do and I should take a token and wait. After waiting for 2 hours when it was my turn to be attended to, the person simply told me we don't service online purchases, please go and call Flipkart [since I have purchased from them]. He just saw my receipt and told me that. I expected if this was the case I should have atleast been informed earlier and not been made to wait. They could have seen my receipt and told me earlier. I asked that I want to speak to the manager, who was sitting inside. The manager of the center was also very rude and said I can't do anything to help you. When I questioned her why did they ask me to wait, she tells me, "you asked the wrong person, you didn't ask me". This was really appalling. The staff was very insulting to the other customers as well and kept laughing and joking among themselves that all HTC phones have problems and all customers come within less than 3 months for getting their phones repaired. Besides that, the AC was not working/ switched off and the place was stinking badly. Obviously with so many people inside, no ventilation and no fans. This was the most shocking expereince I have had at a "service center". There was no service provided.

                                    My mobile phone was submitted on 24 july 2015 in the service center but it's not repaired till now. My job no is del[protected] please repair my mobile phone as soon as possible. Because i have to go out of station.And i want my mobile phone urgently . Htc service is very poor as its being more than a week but it is not repaired till now.I am very upset.

                                        I am totally irritated with poor services of HTC. I have given my mobile phone to HTC service centre 15 days back & inspite of my repeated reminders till date I have not got any feedback. No one knows what is happening in this company. Such companies should be banned to sell their products in India if they cant provide efficient service centre. My ticket no is 15INA[protected]
