I submitted my data cable and adapter on 22/7/2015 and was told i will get it back by 4th August. Even with repeated follow ups i have not received my accessories and the service centre does not cooperate at all. Every week they say to wait for another week. I even tried mailing them but with no success till date.

I bought an HTC 820 s on 3 July 2015...phone had issues with camera, battery, Mic and software by Aug...so on Aug 10 I went to HTC service centre in noida ...reaching there got to know that it's only a collection point and my phone will take 30 days to repair and no spare phone would be given...spoke to customer care but the executive named ISha was way rude and denied for a replacement as well as didn't even let me speak to her supervisor or manager.

On 11/08/2015, I submitted my htc desire x at Malad service center to have the touch panel repaired. On 16/08/15, I received a call to get my repaired cell on 21/08/15. But on 21/08/15, the service center representative informed me that they forget to approve my service report and hence approved it on 21/08, on delivery date. How irresponsibile !

I bought a brand new HTC826 phone on 21st may, 2015. It is not working since 28th June, 2015. I went to the service center thrice and they told me that they cannot repair as this problem has occurred with so many customers. The customer care promised me get a DOA as even the service center is not ready to repair it. I called so many times after that and the customer care told that the request is pending with back end. Finally today when I called they told me that they cannot provide me DOA as it has been more then 14 days. I have submitted whatever documents they asked for. First they promised and now they are refusing. I bought this phone for around 25 thousand and i am not getting any help from the Htc side. I am attaching my invoice copy and their response. Either get me refunded of DOA.

I had given my Htc one m8 for service on 29 July stating the following problems: Charging slow. Charger not working Headphones not working After 10th august i started calling htc customer care. They said that it is under repair for undefined time. I then called them evry alternate day and their response was the same everytime :"We are extremely sorry. We will soon give your phone back." I asked for a replacement phone and they said their company policy doesnt allow it. No one is there to take care of the customer grievances. Totally waste of buying such an expensive phone and wasting my time.

I have submitted my mobile phone of HTC company to service centre for repair. first time there was display problem, i got back my phone after 15 days after getting repaired. when i got back my phone, within 1 day a new problem arises i.e lock button problem. i again submitted my device to the service centre. this time they took 20 day for repair. i made many phone calls to the company and they assured me i will get my phone after 100% quality checks. when i get back my phone, inspite of their 100% quality check a new problem arises, i.e speaker problem. this was now hardware problem. there is a lot of disturbances coming from speakers. i again submitted my device and about 25 days has been passed neither the comapny has repaired my phone nor they are replacing it. they are only saying me to wait wait and wait. my refrence ticket no. of all the three compalints are: 15INA[protected]INA[protected]INA[protected] NAME: PENNY ARORA MODEL: HTC DESIRE 816 DUAL SIM IMEI NO : [protected] THIRD TIME I HAVE SUBMITTED MY PHONE ON 29TH JULY 2015. I have Given My HTC ONE E8 (under warranty) Mobile phone at HTC Authorized service center TVS ELECTRONICS LTD #11/1 Patalamma temple road, South End circle, Bangalore on 4th August 2015. I was given max expected return on 14th August 2015. The service center is not picking phone when called or giving any response even after 15 days.

I had purchased HTC 826 from local shop at Gwalior on 29.05.2015 the IMEI of which is [protected] and S/N is CC3MYG07383.After some days I saw some fine vertical lines appearing on my handset which intensified later on.I went to the service centre situated at Sanjay Complex at Jayendra ganj Gwalior on Aug 1. Since then I dont have any information regarding my phone.Kindly resolve the issue asap.The image of the brand has been put under the cloud and is depleting daily because of such poor customer service and handsets developing issue within their first month o[censored]sage.

I bought htc desire 816 on 22nd july 2014.since then i have sent it for repair 3 times.Firstly, sim1 slot not working, second time power key not working.when i went to receive it to receive phone, same day new problem comes up. i have given my phone (i.e HTC DESIRE 616 DUAL SIM) to your service centre in District Centre, Janak puri, new delhi on 6/august/2015 for reparing. Mr. Rakesh, a concerned person in your service centre in janak puri, said that i will get my repaired phone after one week but still i haven't got my phone back. Mr. Rakesh said today that they need one more week to repair that phone. Dear sir/madam .HTC - From the day i bought HTC Desire 820s handset (Bought on june 01, 2015), i haven't got a chance to use this handset because of microphone complaint (During the voice call, the person at the other end is not able to hear the speaker person's sound.). I had given my handset at Authorised HTC Service centre, TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED KALI TOWER HB ROAD NEAR LALPUR THANA RANCHI and after over 45 days they are not giving my cell.i call at service centre at number of times but they always the date for returning my mobile and they did not provide me any ticket id no. HTC does not offer a good service.kindly return my money or provide me a new smartphone.i suggest you do not go for htc go for other brand like apple sony samsung.

I lost my mobile htc desire 526g+ on 16/08/2015 at bhagamandala, kodagu. It had two sims one of bsnl [protected] another of aircel [protected]. please deactivate my both sims and send me new sims of same number. If possible please track my mobile and culprit. Maine jan'2015 mein htc mobile model no 816 g snapedeal ke throught purchase kiya tha leking 1-2 month ke baad charger ne thik se kam karna band kar diya aur mobile jyada baat karne per over heat ho jata hai aur ab mobile charger ne kam karna ekdam band kar diya hai aur kabhi kabhi mobile se ek side ki awaz bhi band ho jati hai, bataiye maine mobile kis tara[censored]se karu ek baar mobile service center se ban kar aa chuka hai baar baar mobile service centre ka chakkar lagana possible nahi hai. pls suggest how i use the afore mentioned mobile.

I have bought a htc desire 820s mobile phone online from flipkart.com. after a duration of 2 months the phone is not being work properly and being over heat, and touch also having poor fit and this a factory defect. I have submitted my mobile on 1st August, 2015, the service center representative told me that they re sending the device to the factory for repair and it will take around 10, then I asked them for a standby mobile for this period, then the representative told me to call customer care for this, then I have called HTC customer care for the standby mobile for me on 4th August, 2015, they have taken my request for the same and told me that they will revert me in 48hrs, but they didn't replied till Saturday 14th August, 2015, nor they have repaired my mobile. This is regarding earphone that i have submitted to your service center on 14th Feb 2015.I have called on [protected] numerous times but the issue remains same, i have not recived my ear phone yet.Sometimes they said shiping issue, missing issue etc. I am really afraid and frusted what kind of services that HTC provided.
