Sir I submitted my desire 616 on 13th at Grand Mall near sikandarpur Metro Station Guragon and there was issue in motherboard which needs replacement.Delivery of the phne was sechduled on 20th.When i call service center, First they were very rude and replied that phone is not repaired and i[censored] can take it u can took it away, it will take 1 more week. And also they said you can also criticise us on Social Media. Sir if this is the kind of service you will offer us, surely i m gonna sold my phone

    hello,

    I have submitted my mobile HTC Desire 816 in htc servic center in Kamla Nagar Delhi since 25 days and there is no any respond to get my phone back now i will never purchase htc phone. HTC's has bad service in moble.my mobile no is [protected].

      I have htc mobile which got some problem i gave that in one of their service centers they said that to give it another service center so i did it and in this service center they are asking me to pay for the service they are saying that some parts have to be replaced and they are saying that phone has been opened before it has been opened by the different service center of the same company

        I have purchased new htc desire 820 dual Sim be fore 3 months due to some miner problem i have given may mobile to the service center now they have replid on mail
        they have made 15800 rupees bill for miner issues even that mobile under warranty so now i am not ready to make the payment so kindly issue new mobile or same mobile with repair

          Sub :Arrange to remove inbuilt application or increase the memory. Dear Sir, Ref : “HTC Explorer A310e” – IMEI # [protected] With reference to the above subject, please note that I am one of the user of your above Mobile. My request/complaint is that please you can make arrangement for removing inbuilt application which is not useful for me, because there is a little inbuilt memory in the said mobile. The cost of this mobile was Rs.9, 000/- when I was purchased. My serious complaint against company is that No dealer/company has giving the information regarding the inbuilt memory as well as unable to remove the same, at the time of purchase. Company has to make provisions at the time of manufacturing for either increase the memory or delete the application. Only in this mobile there is nothing any deleting option for remove applications, It seems that company is clearly cheat with the customer/me. Please note that I am a middlemen person, so I cannot buy/afford any further mobile. When I have purchased this mobile, it is for a use of long term purpose. But after purchasing this mobile I have come to know that we cannot remove the inbuilt application which is not useful for me & there is a little memory in this mobile it is a very very serious problem in this mobile. It is clearly prove that the Company/Dealer has cheat with me/customer. It is company’s responsibility to remove the application or increase memory. All other mobile manufacturing company is giving this facility. So I want to know that why this company is not this option in the said mobile. Please give me this information in writing. So I can move further in this regards. If company can Installing this application then it can be 100% remove also. So it is my humble request you to please make any arrangement for my above serious problem. Please inform me what further action I have to take in this regards. Either Company has to remove this application or exchange me further mobile worth Rs.9, 000/- Because this mobile is costly for me.             dear htc india. Please help me. I have bought htc desire 210 h phone from www.gobol.in and now it is not working properly. It is not getting charged. And it is completely dead. And it still has warrenty. And htc service centre is saying that it is not an indian phone. I called to gobol and raised my voice. They are saying that..it has still warrenty.               I had given my HTC one s phone for repair to HTC service center (TVS electronics Jayanagar) in Bangalore. I had given this phone for repair on[protected]. It has been more than 1 month now and I have not received a single update from the service center. I have called the service center numerous times but nobody answers the call. I have raised this issue with HTC customer support but even they have not helped me.

                I have purchase htc desire816g blue in month of November.16400/- . After three months one side of earphone were not doing work and after one month another side of earphone were not doing work. Then l will do the complain before 8 days for replacements of earphone. I want to know about that. It is in warranty period .

                  Gud aftrnoon ..i got a problem in my htc desire 626g+ . I bought the cell just 6 days back and the problem is continuously popping up. I want a replacement for the device ..but the service centres are closed today for eid and my replacement polocy expires tomorrow but again tomorrow its closed because its sunday . Please i want a replacement .

                    Dear HTC Team, Hi, this is sanjay sharma and I have the HTC Desire 820. Since over a TWO month I’m facing problem which is given mention below details. Problem:- 1. Over Heating (While using time my phone temperature goes more than 50 – 55*c and afterward switch off.) 2. Slow Charging (To get 100% it take 7 – 8 hours.) 3. Auto Lock (Screen get some time auto lock automatically while playing video as well as playing games.) 4. Battery Darning Fast. 5. Voice listening problem (while using ear phone as well as without ear phone). Previously Ticket No. for HTC Desire 820:- 15INA[protected] Current Ticket No. for HTC Desire 820:- 15INA[protected] As per our last discussion with customer service team I have submitted my phone in Dadar Service center. After repairing still my issue is not resolved since day one when I get back my head set from service center as well as now I’m facing one more issue while using me ear phone or while using without ear phone I’m not able to listening properly… Last time I have submitted my head set that time they keep my headset for 10 days after wards they only do the factory reset and given back to my…. I’m sharing my previously DOA letter as well as my mobile bill and mobile submitted receipt etc… You can see clearly that since day one while buy my headset from store I’m facing problem again and again. And even this is my third head set... This is to informing you that pls pls provide proper solution for my headset otherwise pls replace asap…. B’coz I’m troubling to much since day one… if you not resolving my issue then I’m defiantly put this issue in consumer form… I have mail so many time but not a single time I’m getting revert form HTC team…..                       Hi...i m using htc 816g. I want update for my device to lolipop but this mobile i'm using (816g) is like i'm using mobile like karbonn o micromax. The feature is u given is like using other device. N i want lolipop in features like htc 816. That i can feal that i'm using htc.                         I bought a new phone from HTC 516 from Bharat Access (jayanagar b'lore) but i got a phone which had microphone issues, I called up HTC customer service but they didn't help me. After 7 months my phone had lots of issues like SIM1 was not detecting, camera pic were black in colour and the microphone was corrupted etc. I gave my phone for repair on Jun 15 2015 and I was told to collect it after 5-6 days and was told to call the customer service before coming. I called up the customer service after 6- days but they said me the device is ready please collect it on 26th June 2015 which is 11 days instead of 5-6 days, when i went to collect my phone I was told that I will be getting a replacement brand new phone as it cannot be repaired and asked me to come back again on 1st of July to collect the new phone. I went back again on 2nd July '15 and collected the phone but with old battery and old back panel. They did not gave me box piece. After I used the phone for 2 hrs I realised that there are more than 5 problems in the phone. Display light starts flickering like a tube light when I start any app, Speakers are low as mute, call button doesn't work to make a call, Hangs alot, when inserts any memory card it gets corrupted and has corrupted 3 of my SD cards, Old panel and battery doesn't fit well with the new phone issued to me and irritates when using the touch screen and many more. I went back to the service centre on 4th of July and spoke to the manager that the replaced phone is a duplicate one. Manager immediately offered me another new phone to which i refused as i don't believe if that model 516 not be a faulted piece again. Manager offered me DOI and asked me to go to the retail store and ask for a brand upgrade as I did not wish to take the phone from the service centre for same model because I don't trust them any more.I did not had earphones of which the HTC service centre said the amount will be deducted by the retailer of which i was fine I wanted a new phone HTC826 and was ready to pay the difference amount but the retailer from Bharat Access tried to gave me a used second hand mobile with the market price money...I asked for refund amount instead if replacement is not possible but he clearly refused and abused me and the Manager of the HTC service centre for getting the DOI. I went back to service centre and asked what can a customer do when the retailer is bashing and trying to double cross and asked him for refund amount but he clearly refused me. All I want is the refund amount or else a different model to which I'm ready to pay the extra amount. I also have some messages from the HTC manager where he is trying to excuse and not talk to me. Manager : Senthil ([protected]) Retailer : Fayaz ([protected]) Rahman ([protected]) After a long wait i got an update from HTC that i need to submit my cell phone to the service centre and it will be decided by the team for further process. I submitted the duplicate phone to the service centre but i was shocked when i was told by Zahid from the HTC escalation team that i will be getting a replaced phone again of the same model. I was verfy dissappointed as i had already rejected this offer from the service centre on 4th of July. Tey also said that it is not possible to give a model upgarde or refund. But I did not accept there offer of replacement and asked for refund or model upgrade to HTC826. Please help me on this as its been 12 days and i have not got any solution on this. HTC people are trying to delay and escape and giving me same info..once they also said that model upgrade is also possible but later they deny the same. If i want model upgarde i want only HTC 826 because my friend is using it and it seems working fine or else refund of entire money so that i can go for some other brand.                             Service Center :- TVS Electronic LTD 38-A Bunglow road Kamla Ngr Delhi. I have submitted my phone for replacement of screen to authorized center on 7th July 2015 and the server report mentioned return date as 11th July 2015. I tried to reach service center via phone but their phone is not reachable even wasted 4 days in calling them.. On personal visit they are saying it is not repaired due to non-availability of spare parts in India for HTC phones that is strange (executive name Manish on sevice center gave this information). I tried to reach via online chatting facility provided on HTC site but unfortunately that seems to be a fake service, I have wasted couple of ours and it is showing estimated queue time as 4 mins... Is there any authentic way to get response from HTC customer service centers.. Please suggest..

                              I had purchased htc desire dual sim 826 model on 5th june 2015 and now its touch screen is not working properly. After 1 month the problems has been started. I don't want to send it on service centre as I am having very bad experience about htc service centre. They never can rectify it and it will be damaged.

                                I purchased 2 month ago htc phone imei no.[protected]. After using or while operating this phone(htc desire 820) phone is getting over heated . And battery life is also so poor. Battery is getting fastly down while operating. I am not satisfied with this phone i will also inform my all friends that do not buy this phone. Bad quality phone with much money ...

                                  I need my phone back. Its almost 2 months and the phone is in repair stage. If you cant repair the phone and kindly give it back. These complaints are falling into deaf ears. HTC deosnt have the courtesy to reply back and tell the status of the phone. Sick of buying HTC product. Total waste of Rs.25000.

                                    Dear Sir i have purchased a htc mobile HTC-526G+(blue) on 24/06/2015 but unfortunately its screen was broken. i have sent the mobile on htc service centre, the executive told me that the charge of changing the screen is 5000/- this charge is very high for me so i have denied him to repair and told him that i will call you tommorow but they have changed my screen and continuosly calling me for paying the money but it is very costly and not affoerdable to me. so imy humble request is that please change my screen without charge becouse in fifteen days the cost is very high to me. regards sunil raghuwanshi [protected]

                                      I have bought HTC mobile Model Desire 826, Dated 7 may 2015 Bill No:-0564/HTC/15-16/(C) & within a month Mobile, s Rear Camera Is having a Blurr Vision ( Not Clear Vision ), I Have taken Mobile To your Collection Center Not Having A Service Station At Nagpur, But they are telling Me That I Have to Give Mobile for 15 to 20days For Repairing.                                         i brought htc desire 816g on 29 dec 2014 .on 13 june 2015 its start not working properly its unable to charge. i give the phone to service center Bihar (patna) kankarbag .they return my phone on 30 june 2015.and again the same problem is going on 9 july 2015 they ttok the phone and says to change the lower board and on 15 july 2015 i call the service center they said that the work is not done.and one of them engineer talk in very ruidly manner please take some issue because only in 9 days for same problem is done. what the hell they done.
