i purchase htc 616 phone on 4th june, 2015 thru snap deal, when i opened it was not in working condition, when approached to htc service center then there was no one for lifting the phone, the submitted to htc collection center on 1 July, 2015 . Sudden got call from HTC then liquid damage dont cover in warranty, i came from factory end . refusing my request kindly help me out that even i spent 14000 Rs and did not use phone a single day . I have given my htc desire 820 s for repair in marathahally service centre on 24/6/2015. I had purchased it on 28/4/2015 and paid 24000. Its just 2 month old and not working properly. As the problem is receiver can not here my voice during calls and also the volume of the set is very very low.

But till now i have not received my cell . I did not even updated with the status of the cell. I called the service centre people many a times. I sent email to the support center also. But nobody is able to tell status of my cell. Infact nobody is responding. Its really such a annoying condition. Kindly help.

hi there, this is regarding poor customer service htc providing to their customers. couple of months ago i noticed few black spots on screen of my htc one my serial no ht45mwm00436 ..imei [protected]...submitted to htc service center sector 47 chandigarh(11/6/15)...it took them 1 month to just change the screen...and when i got it back on their were few minor scratches on back of phone which were not their when i submitted the phone...asked manager about it...he is their marks were already their...why he did mentioned that on slip when i submitted my phone to them...after getting back my phone from them...the bottom speaker of my htc one m8 was distorting...thankfully they fixed it next day...but now the screen changed it not fixed properly and coming out of its case...when i try to push it back the corner of screen goes black...i m also sending you pic of screen not properly inserted into the phone..and when i try to press it in corner of screen goes black...which is not being fixed properly and pure example of poor customer service...i not happy with your after service at all...i want my htc one m8 to be changes as soon as possible...i don't want it to be temporarily fixed again. I submitted my phone on June 29 at Malad West service center in mumbai. The genius there without diagnosing the phone States motherboard needs replacement and 7k is cost. I get the phone submitted for diagnosis knowing the outcome he is wanting to loot me for 7k. I don't Get reply within given timelines and on 2nf July they call to inform charges would be 7.5k. After that I try to call them but they never pick calls till date. I visit on July 4 to understand the issue but they don't don't my phone and make a note on a small paper stating they will getback on Monday which never came. After that I continuously keep calling customer care and come to know software modifications done and phone ready since July 1. The express service base my case but service center don't pick their calls too. Till date am awaiting an update from htc.

I had buy htc ph on jan 15 but after the one month i had facing the problem of battery . My ph is shut down automatcially after the 2 hrs due to low battery .

Htc made very poor qualty of handest i will nerver purchae or suggest to any on to buy this crap phone

Request to you all stake haolder pls resolve the problem other wise i sue in the court or publised the same in the social media

I hv subimtted my earphone to mobile point vashi gallery on almost 45 days before however i have not yet received the earphone yet. When i spoke gallery service center, he told me due to e2e error we are not able to create ur job sheet so we cant replace ur earphone till the time ur issue resolved. He told to conact custermer care support, however couple of times i contacted them and ticket no 15incw28ena000102 has also been created but not yet recived any reply.

What pathetic service providing by htc. No one is bother to resolve this issue.

If you are not going fix this i hv to contact consumer court.

Why company is charging 22000. 00 for smartphone if they are not ready to provide service.

Disgusting phone...one word to describe HTC 516 which i have bought. Slow, Display problem, always hangs and service centres are awaful. Treatment is very bad. Need to wait for minimum 2 hrs for service and after registering your complain you can forget your phone. After registering of my complain i received my phone back after near about two months. I was surprised to get a set replacement from service centre. But when i started using the replaced handset was faced with same problems like display issue and hanging of applications. It is nearly impossible to use the phone and the situation is making me buy a new one since i can't use my HTC phone. My phone is in warrenty period but i dont wont to go back to service centre again since it will be futile. Please help me to get a refund.

my name is rahul anand and first of all my volume button is not working so i given it to the shop on saturday from where i have purchased it so the said we will give you the monday and they given it even on friday and said that a new problem has arrived that we have to change the motherboard so i said how the motherboard had broken suddenly so i given it to them on 26 june and now the said we ll take more 15 days

i had purchased htc 816G mobile on 13 may 2015 in Bangalore, with in a month Ac adopter got defected, i gave this ac adopter to the service center on 20/06/2015 at southend circle Bangalore, they took this and told me to come after two day, like this i went thrice to the service center, the service center number which they have mentioned is always busy, leveling my duty, wasting my time, waiting their till my turn comes, spending money for petrol, thinking that, now i may get now, its of no use, going there often i got frustrated, i met the employee by name RAZI and took his number, so that i can call and come, his num was always switch off, they again i went there and explained my embarrassment, he said to meet manager name sendil, i met him he gave his mobile number saying that the ac adopter is out of stock, it has to come from chennai, you come after 5 days, iam trying his number he is not attending my call, i have send a whatsup message, and sms no response, now what should i do, for this kind of negligence...

Before few months i was planning to buy a new phone and my friends suggested me to buy htc's 816 g mobile phone.
After 2 months the phone slipped from hands and the screen was broken.
On 1st of june i submitted the phone to the dealer from which i have purchased.

After 15 days they told us that the phone has been repaired and will be back within a week i.e 9th july 2015.
Today when i called them before leaving to there office a new story was told to me that the phone is still not repaired and has been in banglore service centre.
I am unable to understand where is the problem.
Htc is a big company and i had assumed that it should be good.

hello, I bought HTC desire 816G on 19th of may and it has been giving problem since day 3. from the 3rd day itself the phone started to hang and had become slow, even when there weren't many apps.Even the storage is giving problem. Nothing gets saved to the SD card, even when i have changed the setting number of times. I called and inquired about this and they said to update the software.That option is nowhere available, it shows "no software updates". Since last two weeks it has become more slow and hangs too frequently. Sometimes the incoming call doesn't even show, it just rings and no options are visible on the screen, not even the name or the number. I am really disappointed with the product and would like to return it and get a refund as the reason i bought it in the first place was that my old handset had become slow, at least it lasted 2 yrs, HTC is giving the same problem since the start.

I bought a new phone 4mnths bck... It ws al good. But yesterday my adapter stopped charging my phone.. data cable is perfect. I plugged data cable in other adapter it ws chrging... There is no damage to adapter. nothing.. it ws plugged in the socket..

Dear Sir, I have had purchased a HTC handset. Initially it worked nice but within three months it started leaving its color and by forth month color almost left the body. I had purchased this mobile on 14th of February in this year. I lodged a complain on 11th of June of the same year. Executives from service center had assured me that I would get my problem solved within 10 days. They had assured me that I would get a body cover in replacement. They had provided me a number[protected] to know the status. Almost one month has passed but I have neither got any call from them nor they receive my call. I have tried so many times but got no response. I am a journalist and this is the first time when I happened to go through a completely nonprofessional and worst experience with HTC, which has showcased its image as a professional one. RespectedSir, Please note that I have one HTC mobile having Model no."HTC Explorer A310e". First of all that there is little memory In this mobile, there are some inbuilt applications of the co, which are not use full for me. So I want to remove your company's inbuilt application's. So I can run my mobile as per my requirement. At Present my mobile is like a show peace, I cannot access my mobile as per my requirement, I have contacted your authorised service centre, but they people are clearly told me that this mobile is useless, you cannot run any applications, and we cannot remove inbuilt applications also. So I request you that please, arrange to remove unnecessary applications in my mobile, because there is a insufficient space in my mobile. I am not in a position to buy further mobile, So I request you to remove unnecessary inbuilt application, so I can use this mobile as per my requirements.
