6th of july 2015, i was give my phone to HTC cervice center to change the charging pin which was broken( it is in warranty) but till i am not getting my phone, even castomer care executive are not able to say where it is and when i will get it. at-list 5-6 time i call to customer care and more than 10 time i meet the service center. Please help me out....

The service center representative asked for service charge even though the device is in warrenty period. Actually my bill is not traceable at present.
