I have a htc 816G mobile.There was a problem with sound i.e. incoming ringtone was not working, alarm was not working, some time mobile got hanged during charging that's it.So i went to HTC service center for the service of my mobile phone but when i went to take my phone there, they are saying that motherboard, screen and some small part is defected and now my mobile is all most in dead condition. i didn't took my phone from service center and i want solution for this.Either they should repair my mobile without cost or replace it if not possible because my mobile warranty duration is about 4 months remaining.

    My phone is htc desire 820.My camera has not working well. Its back camera has not much clear . I think its not have 13 mp. Its front camera has not give origality. Its video is not give me clear. So please help me to clear these problems. Its have any software problem? It become heat while using. Please make it fast.

      Dear Sir, I have purchased HTC Desire 820s on 2/07/2015. Within a month of purchasing problem has occurred in my cell phone and I submitted my HTC Desire 820s on 1 August, 2015 at HTC Service center D.58/16-51, Sonia Road, Varanasi-221010 for repairing of Mic problem ( During call receiver is not getting my voice) and worst camera quality. Firstly they had submitted my handset on 1.August.2015 and allotted me ticket no-15INA[protected] and on 13.August.2015 I had received sms from “HTC that your handset has been received at service center. You are requested to collect it”. Today (14.August.2015), when I visited their service center to collect my handset but while checking my cell phone, I found that problem still remain the same. When I told this to HTC service center executive then they again submitted my cell phone on spot and said me to wait for another 15 days.         I was purchase htc desire 616 on 14/10/2014. And during charging phone was fire on 03/08/2015. I was submitted my phone on 04/08/2015 in service center(tvs electronic ltd - nr. Shamal cross road, ahmedabad-15). Then i was wait for reply but not getting any reply from service center. After few days i was call to service center for my phone status but they inform me service center wait for company reply for your phone is covers or not in warranty. Then i was call to customer support toll free number for help. They note my complain but till date not getting any reply. So, i was call service center they inform me your phone is not cover in warranty and if you want to repair the phone the cost of rearing is rs.7500/- . So please help me what to do for my phone .

          I m neeru sharma and i had purchased htc desire 526g+ phone from jaipur raja park but after few days it was not working properly and many time its key pad not working and hanging also.           Are bhai koi response bhi dega htc ki side s. Ya sirf sell krne s matlab h htc k mobile phones. Mujhe reply or mera paisa bapas chahiye otherwise mai court m jaongi. Humara paisa free ka nhi h jo ek toh itna mhnga phone le or uspr yeh problem face kre. Reply kro. Sayad meri baat hindi m samajh aa gyi hogi aap htc walo k.

            From the day i bought HTC Desire 820s handset (Bought on March 27, 2015), i haven't got a chance to use this handset because of microphone complaint (During the voice call, the person at the other end is not able to hear the speaker person's sound.). I had given my handset 3 times at Authorised HTC Service centre, Trivandrum and all the three time HTC does not offer a good service and given back the handset with the same complaint after the services. 1st Time Complaint Number - 15INA[protected] 2nd Time Complaint Number - 15INA[protected] 3rd Time Complaint Number - 15INA[protected] Complaint - During the voice call, the person at the other end is not able to hear the speaker person's sound.

              As there is a warranty of 1 year provided with the set. The costumer care is not accepting the phone. My order no. is [protected] & ITEM CODE is DA4627775. Company name HTC desire626G+. Please provide us with the solution as on the buying terms and condition I was given the `1 year Indian manufacturing warranty. My phone got a scratch at both the camera's front as well as back. There is a call drop at anytime while being on the phone. So kindly provide me with te best solution as soon as possible.

                My htc desire 826 which i bought paying 26k is proving to be my worst mistake.. in mere 20 days the touch screen failed .i was without a phone for 20 days..the device was replaced but in another 20 days the same thing repeated.. i gave the phone @ htc service station located in ahmedabad.. the call center exec is repeating useless assurances without any concrete solution.. n the phone is again gone for replacement..so today on 12th august after 4 days of submitting my phone i call htc to follow up n another exec tells me THEY HAVENT RECEIVED ANY KNOWLEDGE BOUT MY PHONE FROM THE SERVICE STATION..n htc is least bothered to even provide a prompt reply.. the cheating scoundrels tell me to wait another 48 hours for them to CONTACT THEIR SERVICE CENTER N FIND OUT WHER THE HELL IS THAT PHONE ... i know this company is least bothered but i just wanna sell this piece of garbage ASAP n but A GOOD COMPANY PHONE.                   I had given my mobile set HTC DESIRE 816 DUAL SIM for repair on 25.7.2015 as its mic was not working(no out going voice) at service centre in allahabad . ticket no : 15INA[protected] JOB NO : IXD[protected] sl no : LC51SYE62542 The set was in warranty as i had purchased it on 18.3 15 from Sports House Mobile Division, civil lines Allahabad. When I gave set for repair it was told to me that it will take one week as they have to send it to Gurgawn. Now on 1.8.2015 at 5.30 pm when i went to collect my set . I got it and checked there it self the problem was still there. It's Mic was still not working .(no out going voice) Now this is ridiculous and very irresponsible that after waiting for one week, I faced the same problem. (what they did at gurgawn centre) it seems They did not even checked the set after repairing or not even repaired ? Person at Allahabad centre said that again I have to send the set for repairing.There response was very casual it seems that they face this type of problem every day. When the set was repaired then why it was delivered here at allahabad. At allahabad centre they did not even talk to any person where they had sent the set at Gurgawn. They said they are not allowed to talk to them at Gurgawn. The person again sent my mobile to gurgawn and till date i have not received my set. Now as I have no other mobile set, some how i have managed one week, again how much time. how more i have to wait. why ? Now since then every day i am chating on there on line support they only say that u will get your set very soon. now it is 18 days since[protected] how long i have to wait . Reply Soon

                    I had submitted htc one x to the service centre on 4th july 15, for the phone had gone dead & since htc phone part r not available in open mkt i decided to give it to company so i get the original part. the estimate given was between 1200 to 1500 by a local service centre . to my shock the company has given me estimate of 16500/ much more than the price of a new phone, this itself gives a very bad & negative impact of the company.i rejected the praposal & asked them through mail & call to return my phone. but their is no action taken . i didnt accepted such a behavior from the company. this cannot be tolerated & i do expect a quick action to be taken in the matter .

                      I bought a HTC Desire 826 Dual SIM phone on 25/05/2015 from PayTM.com (online shopping portal) For the past few days I had been facing many problems related to the touch screen of the mobile. The touch was very unresponsive and was hardly detected. I visited the HTC Authorised Service Centre in Kamala Nagar, New Delhi where the representative informed me that my device is not covered under any warranty since the purchase was from an online shopping portal. At the time of my purchase the site showed that the device was covered under 1 year Manufacturer’s Warranty and I also enquired from the website customer care regarding the same and their response was positive. I contacted your customer support where I was told that the products bought after 10/05/2015 through online websites weren’t covered under any warranty. Firstly this news was completely shocking and unexpected to me as the company never released any official statement regarding the changes in their warranty policy and also the fact that all the major online shopping websites are still freely selling the device claiming that it is covered under 1 year Manufacturer’s Warranty. This is completely unacceptable from HTC that they are taking no action against these online portals and giving the lame excuse that they are helpless in this case and it ain't their job to stop these websites from selling the products under false promises.

                        I have given my mobile on 20th July till now I had contacted the service center and the HTC Customer Support center for the repair status. They are not telling the status neither repairing my phone. It had been 22 days past till now they have not repaired my phone. Every time I called to the customer support center they say that it will be repaired by this weekend. No Mobile company in India taking this much time to repair a mobile phone. Any company in India takes not more than 10 days to repair a smart phone no matter what ever the problem is. But HTC is really a very worst company in all means. Never and ever buy HTC Products. Kindly see that my mobile gets repaired soon.

                          I bought a phone 20 days back of HTC desire 826 worths RS 25000 and its only been 20 day the touch has stop working i dont know what the hell is this that such a big company submitted to service centre and they are saying that its been 20 day so we cannot replace its and repaire and give nit back but why shuold i take a phone which doesnt work for more than 20 days i so wanted to go and file a police complain but i dont know what to do

                            I gave my phone (HTC Desire 626G+) for repair at an HTC authorized service centre Nirman vihar on 28/7/2015. I was informed that i will get the phone back within 7-8 days. I finally called on their helpdesk ([protected]) on 5th august and he saying that u will wait for 48hr after that i m tell him that i want my mobile without repair bcoz i m going to himachal but now i was not going there and 10th august i was called him again asking where is my mobile then he tell me again you should wait for 48 hr . what should i do plzz u should take step on HTC mobile

                              Sir i gave my htc 820 customer service center cabin no111, plot no 260A model town ludhiana 140001, for repaired breakage the of back camera glass and other minor problems on 25/7/205, the gave me one week time for phone. i called many a time but they never pick my phone. reached the center on 10 aug 2015 but the said that we will give you a phone on 11 aug 2015. but your breakage problem not solved because of non availibility of parts ... the harassed me ... plz help me ... my contact no is [protected].. email id [protected]@gmail.com

                                I gave my phone (HTC Desire 816G) for repair at an HTC authorized service centre (Techbiz) on 7/7/2015. I was informed that i will get the phone back within 10-15 days. I received an email (Subject: Repair Quotation for RMA Number: BOM[protected] from HTC on 13/7/2015. I granted approval for the repair quotation on the same day. I did not hear back from HTC after this. Multiple calls to the service centre (Techbiz) across several days, remained unanswered. I finally called on their helpdesk ([protected]) and one of the agents informed me that the delay was due to unavailability of spare parts. She further promised to make a spare phone available to me in two days for the inconvenience caused, however I did not receive a call from HTC regarding this. I called back after a week and this time a customer service agent named "Rumana" answered. She informed me that the device was still delayed because of non-availability of spare parts. I was furious about the delay and the poor customer service from HTC because they had not once informed me about the delay nor provided me a spare phone. Rumana transferred the call to the Manager - Mehul Rathore, who offered me a 20% discount on the repair charges and promised to make a spare phone available within 2 days. I did not receive a spare phone as promised for the second time. However, I received a confirmation email from Rumana about the 20% discount. After a week I received a message from HTC that my device was ready and I could collect it. When I reached the service centre (Techbiz) to collect my device, the representative gave me an invoice of INR 6903, and did not consider the discount promised to me. When I asked her to check this with HTC, she informed me that since the Company has not updated them about the discount, she cannot let me take the device unless I make the complete payment of INR 6903. I was anyway furious because of the ordeal I had undergone trying to get my phone back and not having a spare phone in the whole process, despite being promised the spare phone twice. After a lot of arguments with the representatives at the service centre, they finally managed to sort out the miscommunication between them and gave me a revised invoice for INR 5518. However, Mehul Rathore refused to talk to me when I was stranded at the service centre and tried calling the Company customer helpdesk to talk to him. I am glad that I have finally received the phone back, but I had the most terrible experience dealing with HTC.

                                  My Htc desire 816 fell off my hand and the display broke.I submitted my phone on the 10-11th of July at the Laxmi Nagar service centre.I got a call for my confirmation to repair my phone on the 20th'july. I gave the confirmation and they said that i'll get my phone within a week.i got no call till the 1st of august, so i called back again.The service centre guy asked me to call on the customer care. I called on the customer care where they told me that i'll get my phone by the 10th of august. Then i again called the customer care on the 9th of august to track my phone as i had already faced a lot of delay. Today i got to know something new .The customer care Guy told me that now i'll be receiving my phone on the 14th. So in all, i have been quoted 3 different dates by the Htc people. I have never seen such level o[censored]nprofessional behavior in my life. Following the same, now i don't want my phone to be repaired and want it back in it's initial condition as soon as possible. It has been a month and HTC has not been able to change my phone's display.

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have purchased the HTC desire 826 on 12th Jul'15 from a local shop in Delhi. it's just not been a month that my mobile is facing an issue with touchscreen. It's really been an unpleasant experience with New handset like HTC. I had talked with shop member they advised me to get in touch with service centre or talk to customer care of HTC. I talked to customer care they suggest to check first to do Touch Line Test and i found the issue with touch. Again i called up to customer care then they said there is an issue with hardware and your need to visit to service center to get it check. I can't understand how come a new phone of a reputed brand like HTC can give such problem within a month.This is the first time am using HTC and I am so upset & disappointed with your product. I am requesting for the replacement of handset or i want my money back. I hope you will surely look this matter. Looking for your response at earliest. Thanks and Regards.                                       By mistake the screen og\f my mobile was damaged i was send to lucnow service centre and the elploye said it will return in 10 to20 days and now it is goiung to have 1 months and the company is always telling wait for 2 days 3 days like this only. i want you take action as soon as possible. the ticket no is 15ina[protected]

                                        HTC 816 g phone is not working since 4/8/15 i have given it for repair they are asking for 8500 rs (more than half the price of the phone) as the repair charge even when the phone is still under guarantee and warranty the phone was taken from flipkart attached along is the invoice, further i am also attaching the consumer court notice and the chat details and response from customer care of HTC, the phone was billed on 20/10/2014 and delivered on 24/10/2014. No physical damage of the phone its an internal problem and they themselves are saying it.
