hai my handset htc desire 820q . and my problem is voice problem and also hanging problem .on 7/7/2015 i submitted my handset due speaker problem so please verity my hand set as soon as possible . And bottom ;button are working properly so please retified as soon as possible plz

S/N-FA48KMZ02001 Please people do not buy any of there products as there after sales services are horrible, pathetic etc.I have deposited my phone on 11th June 2015 instead of giving me my device back they have been telling that they still do not have any status. I have been calling the Kamla Nagar Service centre they do not have any answer. I have called there customer service atleast 8-10 times, they are also giving me a run around. I have spoken to Mohammed, Hanzla, Simran, Nafisa or Nazia, Prashant and some other people and all of them have given me a different answer. This is the last time I am writing to you guys if I will not get my device by the coming saturday I am going to take this to consumer court . I have been harassed by HTC from last 3 weeks and buying a HTC mobile was biggest mistake of my life.

i have purchase HTC desire 526g plus before 4 month but now we face some problem in these set. 1). over heating 2). caling time hang 3). net surffing time hang 4). paint remove in a body. so please tell me what can we do. if any suggestion please call me

Today 5th time my device was submitted and 4 times for software update and the worst part was every time it was submitted for new issue. Today when I showed youe mail to service center people any when they come to know about that I am demanding replacement they told me your cell body colour was also fed which generally not happend while resolves the problem earlier cell was dig from there hand when I demand earlier replacement within 14 days why it is not give to me, if you average our 10 month of purchase every intervel of 40 days or 60 days there is issue in device every time for new issue.
As I informed you earlier id I not got the replacement or satisfactory resolution I will go to any way or cosuumer forum already I have alredy gave saficient time which I can not afford now.

I am using htc desire u. My moblie was dead. I gave it to htc service centre which is in salem. Address: ( No.189/1, Reliance Digital (upstair) Meyyanur Road, Opp. RBT Mall Salem - 636 004 [protected].) I gave my mobile on april 14. They told spare parts are not avaliable. They delayed for 3 months by saying this again and again. Can I know whether spare parts are avaliable or not? And when will i receive my moblile?

I bought HTC 820dual sim about 2months ago.when I played a game, WiFi using charging ...it was overheated in the back and front side.when I took a pic of notes it is not cleared .almost blurred and nothing to see.ad card is removed unexpectedly many times .it is very difficult to see pictures, music in sd cards. So kindly give me a solution .

With utmost disgust I need to inform you that after my regular follow up for my device's (HTC ONE 802 D) repair it has been delivered with anew problem.Now the device is not taking Sim in both the slots.Despite numerous telephonic conversations & mail correspondences, HTC could not deliver the minimum possible attention to a customer.These were your words in a reply to me - Quoted Text- With reference to the repair ticket number 15INA[protected], we would like to inform you that, the handset has been repaired and is in post testing period. Please note that I discovered this problem while receiving my repaired phone from your Raipur service centre.As soon as I discovered this, I called on HTC s toll free no., and again loads of apologies were thrown away at me. The device is now again for repair.The new HTC ticket no. is awaited. Thanks for your concern. It is pointless trying to get a junk phone getting fixed on line. HTC Centres are not co-operative. Please tell me which HTC Centre to take the phone to and who would do what is to be done quickly enough. Please tell me which documents etc to take. I have the online receipts and Flipkart order on its mobile application. If there is any other thing required please tell me. I will do what is required like before. I live in Noida, NCR and a Centre in East Delhi I would prefer. I am 67 years old and please help an old man get his phone fixed. Hi HTC Its almost 2 months i gave my HTC 826 for service. No one had called me from your service team and report the status of the phone. This is not fair. You had confirmed me that i will get my phone delivered by July 12, 2015. I m expecting this will be the confirmed date. If its gets delay even by a day, Im taking this issue to the court. Before 1 month I gave mobile Htc one m8 for repair of micro USB port and when I received I don't checked USB port and it was working properly. After receiving from service center I kept my mobile aside for selling it and after 1 month (6th June 2015) when I was checking mobile no sim card is detecting after replacing of other sim card also then I got to know that members of service center are fooling me by damaging sim card slot . My phone HTC desire 501 went for repair 3 times and the phone returned faulty on all occasions and also with further faults. The 4th time I sent they agreed to replace. I submit my device on 24th march, 2015 and till the date I am not getting proper response from services center executives. I called HTC service center and requested the status but every now and then they gave me postponed dates till now. That guy told me that they don't have my instrument in stock and offered me an another device of low features and less than the cost I paid for my device so I refused to accept it. I asked them a device with same or upgraded functions and at the same cost which I paid for my device. Now they offered 816G+ device, I agree for the same to close this issue but again they start their drama. "THEY DONT HAVE DEVICE IN STOCK" "THEY DON"T HAVE UPDATES" etc. I am very disappointed with CC executives and there misguidance. Its more than 3 months now.. I am struggling for my device... I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND HTC TO ANYONE. Can any1 suggest how to get out of this trouble...

I have given my phone (HTC Desire 816) in the service center as its SIM was not inserting it and they told me that its SIM slot is faulty need to change and time of 1 week maximum was given to me, but it took 17 days and they changed the whole Motherboard. But when i received my handset, i found the quality is missing from the phone, it was not like the same that i gave. Speakers are faulty, Camera is having blur, Display pixels are of low quality, phone hang. It took a lot of time to me to buy a HTC handset by saving a single single peny, but i am feeling very bad and i am very angry now that why i choose the HTC.

i had submitted my device(htc desire 816 g) 22 days back but till date i havent got my device back. Whenever i call the customer care they tell me the parts are not available.without repeated requests and mails i havent received any updates regarding the request.

Mobile HTC Desire700, IMEI No. [protected], purchased at Paragon, Thane on 17 th July 2014 getting hang frequently. Call history not seen, Sound quality low. This is within warranty period. Till today given for repair at HTC gallery, Thane several times but without any perfect repair. The problems are continuing till today. Kindly provide permanent solution for this and oblige. Very Poor service of Although I have purchase my HTC model No 820G for use in my corporate use(ACC Company) I would not recommend to tell my company not to prefer use of HTC mobile as it's spares are not easily availaible and I was being harassed as since 4 th June'2015 it was deposited for repair and i couldn't have no traces when it may be solved. They Haven’t Still reverted back and I Want the same piece replaced asap or refund me the amount. Suddenly a certain days after again this fellow contacted and said that my mobile will be swapped with a new device that is HTC new one without any proper reason why it is being swapped.This person from HTC assured me to call again after one or two days but with no response still now.I am surprised how a company brand like HTC can surpass this complaints again and again. Dear Sir/Mam, i purchased HTC 626G on[protected], and after 2 days phone got damaged then after 10 days given to service center on 9-5-2015 and make call to service center but till today no any reply from service center, whenever i call they pick and say only one sentense "parts is not available in stock company has not made any part of this phone so we can not do anything" its not my fault if parts is not available, its your headache not mine, i purchased phone because of needed of that and use but i bought this and not use this from 2 months my phone is in service center and they are not taking any action on my product if company is not giving then parts so they should also take an action against this but they guys are not doing.even i met with their service centre head Ms.Priyanka she even also was not attending us properly i asked her about the same she just said we can not do anything in this i can just extend the warrenty. I have alredy gave them my 2 months i am facing many problems without phn they guys are not understanding this. if she can not also do anything thing then who is responsible for this they said u can call to customer care centre and coustmer care centre people they said company is not making parts. sir/Mam i dont understand that they guys are working with HTC only if they dont know anything and they cant do anything then what they are doing over there. till today not anyproper response. so plz solve this issue otherwise i can go in court for fire case, i dont want to do this because of if normally it will solved then not need to fire case if you solve this as soon. i had given my mobile hand set HTC desire 816 which is under warranty for repair at sri A one sales stop, gulbarga which is authorised service point for htc mobiles on 18/6/2015, 17 days have passed but still iam waiting for my mobile.On 30/6/2015 i received a msg from htc that iam going to receive it within 2 days but the service point is saying that they not aware of on which day they are going to receive it from company and hand it over to me, plz do help me to get my mobile in time.

Hello i have a HTC desire 816, i am using it from past 8 month and but recently i was facing trouble with the bottom speaker, i contacted on of the official TVS center on kalkaji road in ansal plaza and submitted my phone, after a week they returned my phone and i found scratched all over my phone headphone slot is damaged and even the volume up key is not working properly . When i informed them about the same they didnt take any action against it but they return my phone . I need amd answer regarding the same that are these service center made for reparing the cell phone or damaging it and what can be done now to get it resolved number-Q7S[protected]
