To htc cutomer service India From Krishnaraj.R Aluparambil House P.O Viyyur Thrissur, Kerala Sir, I bought an htc handset [htc desire 626gplus] on 26/05/15 worth Rs.16500 From the past 4 days the mobile is showing some problems, it was minor when started but now it had worsen. The problem is that the mobile when switched on it only shows htc written in white background, even by chance it had open after some time it goes back to its previous state.I'm pretty much sure that i had taken good care of it. I'm a new htc user and sad to say this is the kind of reception it has given me.I had taken it to your dealer and they said it will take weeks to get your mobile as they have to send it to banglore. and they won't give me a standby saying company does'nt provide. so i have to find another mobile for my use. Dear Sir/Mam, i purchased HTC 626G on[protected], and after 2 days phone got damaged then after 10 days given to service center on 9-5-2015 and make call to service center but till today no any reply from service center, whenever i call they pick and say only one sentense "parts is not available in stock company has not made any part of this phone so we can not do anything" its not my fault if parts is not available, its your headache not mine, i purchased phone because of needed of that and use but i bought this and not use this from 2 months my phone is in service center and they are not taking any action on my product if company is not giving then parts so they should also take an action against this but they guys are not doing.even i met with their service centre head Ms.Priyanka she even also was not attending us properly i asked her about the same she just said we can not do anything in this i can just extend the warrenty. I have alredy gave them my 2 months i am facing many problems without phn they guys are not understanding this. if she can not also do anything thing then who is responsible for this they said u can call to customer care centre and coustmer care centre people they said company is not making parts. sir/Mam i dont understand that they guys are working with HTC only if they dont know anything and they cant do anything then what they are doing over there. till today not anyproper response. so plz solve this issue otherwise i can go in court for fire case, i dont want to do this because of if normally it will solved then not need to fire case if you solve this as soon. HTC Mobile pieces and their Service centers are the worst ever I faced. Within 4months of the mobile purchase, I started facing problems. I have submitted the phone to the Service center here in Hyderabad, more than a month back. Service center guys doesnt understand what we are trying to explain. They kept the phone with them without any progress for 2weeks. Not getting any update for 2 weeks, I called HTC service center and requested the status. They said it takes 2more weeks. I escalated the request and they transferred to Express team. Even then its been more than 3 weeks that the Express team started processing. WE CANNOT CONTACT THE TEAM DIRECTLY FOR UPDATES. Every time I make a call, they will ask me to give a call after a week. "THEY WILL NEVER CALL US AND UPDATE, THOUGH WE PROVIDE ALL THE DETAILS". We will be made to be on hold for more than 15mins. I am really frustrated to wait to get the phone back. I SPENT 22K on my phone, and still facing so many problems. I CAN NEITHER SELL IT NOR CAN USE IT WITH THESE MANY PROBLEMS. I AM VERY VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THE PIECE AND THE SERVICE CENTER AND THE WAY THEY TEST OUR PATIENCE.. HTC IS LOSING ITS BRAND WITH SUCH BAD SERVICING. I SUGGEST NOT TO GO FOR ANY HTC PIECE. ITS REALLY DISGUSTING TO HAVE THEM. I AM REPENTING ALOT FOR HAVING TAKEN SUCH A WRONG DECISION IN BUYING THIS PHONE WHEN THERE ARE OTHERS IN THE SHOWROOM. I ALREADY SUGGESTED ALL MY COLLEAGUES AND FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO EVEN HAVE A LOOK AT HTC AREA IN THE SHOWROOM.

I have purchased HTC 826 on 15/5/15 suddenly around month its touch stopped working i submitted my phone to thier Service centre TVS Electronnics Ltd 38-a q3s[protected] bunglow road Kamla Nagar New Delhi 11007 on 19/6/15 told it take time and you will get sms but nothing happen till date on visiting or calling no response from there side.Please help to get it replace

I have submitted my HTC mobile set to TVS Electronics Ltd., 218 & 219 2nd floor, E-mall, 6 Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata- 700 072 on 25/05/2015 due to unable full charge and fail RS232/USB connection. But sorry to say that till date I have not received any SMS. Several time I personally contacted with service provider but unable to take any answer. I got htc desire 816 last year aug 2014 i paid 24500 rs for this after one week it is so much heated i visited to gallery they said it is normal issue by updating a softer it is working fine some time it working fine afetr that same problem i said to replace the cell that said it is done only purchase of within 14 days then they replace the adopter after some time again same problem again they submit the handset for 10 to 15 days worked good almost 15 days then again camera issue or touch pad issue again i submit the device now i am not able to search network more then 5 to 6 time i already submit the device and service center people are also very rude. I am fail to understand if you people are not able to give mr permanent solution why mis - guide the customer it was very worst experience with htc i never suggest some body to buy this product also 24500 it is not a small amount i go to consumer forum.

i have visited thrice to the nearest htc service center due to malfunction of my ear phone and i have one year warranty to my product. on my 1st visit customer care told me they have no ear phone in their stock so come in day after tomorrow when i went on that day that was my 2nd visit they received complaint and on the day which is written to be the delivery of repaired piece of my ear phone which was today and my third visit, they told me come on another day... so my problem is how many time i have to go to that service center ?? please provide remedy to this..

I have purchase a desire 500 set on december 2013. In the first one year the mobile remained in the service center for months together for different problem. soon after expiry of the warranty now display problem occurred.It is not possible for a middle class indian people to spent another 5 - 7 thousand for repair. I want extended warranty or free repair.

Hi.. I just gave my mobile to the service center for the network issue... They took around 3weeks for repairing... When I went to collect my mobile.. They broke the back panel of my mobile.. (HTC One e8)...I ask for replacement but they are not responding properly...because of their careless they broke my panel.. I don't no what to do... I want to raise a complain regrading this... Sir my name is azeem choudhary resident of mumbai.sir I had bought htc one m8 on 14/11/2014 the problem is that sir there was some white color spots occured on the back panel of my device.i took my device to the malad service center.sir when I gave them my phone it was in mint condition there were no scratches on either side of the phone.they said that it is electronic device this things happen I aggred with them.then they replaced the back panel taking more then 15 days when they returned the phone to me there were scratches on the front side of the phone.when I asked them about this they said that we cant see any scratches.so I took the phone from the service center and went home after some days again some white color spots where occuring on the phone then I went to the service center and I said them about this things they said that there is no big spots on the back panel then they said me to talk to the customer care when I talked with the customer care they said to send the screen shot I had send the screenshot.then there was a call from the customer care they said to submit the device in tvsc kurla on 11/6//2015 I had submitted my phone to the service center and today is 1/7/15 and till now my phone is not ready thery are saying that we dont have the parts.so sir the thing is that buying 47000 rs phone and getting such poor service.

My name is aatish i am having htc desire 700 mobile.And i have bought it to submit it all the time to htc service center yes i have submitted it at service center 3 times in 2 month after that the problem is not resolved.Evn i have done all the thing call to customer support wrote on facebook. Did all the things.Problem is still not solved. One more interesting thing there service center landline no is always busy they just put the receiver off.One more interesting thing they told me not to install apps in smart phone rather then solving hardware issue.If customer have bought smart phone then he wll obviosly install apps .Can i have some solution.?

I use htc desire 616 and this is the second time i m facing the same problem along with new ones. first time i faced it the service center people kept the phone with themselves for more than a month and later replaced it with a new one as no parts were available and now again i am facing similar n new issues. yesterday again the service was horrible. i had to wait for 3 hours yet my turn to talk to them never came, there is a limit for a customer to wait, this a service center not hospital i want an immediate replacement of my phone with a better model n not the same as this problem can never be fixed. the service center was located in e-mall, Kolkata. problems- Bluetooth dis-functions at times, aux point issues as in if anything is plugged in it makes disturbing noises (tested it with other earphones as well), charger not working and earphone is badly damaged. yesterday before i went to the service center i also has a live chat which good but didn't me help to solve the problem. AND I CANT EVEN SEND THEM ALL MAIL. IMEI - [protected]/74

Hi all, I bought HTC desire 820 in the month of jan this year, I used to think this is the best phone in this range, 21-25k. To my surprise firstly its earphones went dead just after two months of buy, which I have to replace. After 5 months, one of its slim slot stopped working.Moreover HTC has one of the pathetic services, when I went to one of its service centres in sector 18 noida, the working staff(ladies all) seems to look more concerned about their homely affairs and unfinished pizzas lying professionally on the working table.When one of the waiting customer pointed out, their clear instructions for him was to come another day.Leave English (that seems to be a hell lot of task), they were uttering some strange language, may be wild form of Hindi. The service centre name is Satyam communications noida. Moreover they ask me to wait for 22 days, till the phone is fully repaired My question to HTC CEO @Cher wang is, can you afford living without your phone even for a day? The service centre staff gave me a tracking number too, and asked me to continuously check the status, but to my surprise again, they have not even registered this number it says no match found when you go for it, when you dial their service centre number you have to enter long queues, which even exists for an hour some time. My ticket number is 15INA[protected] I want somebody to get back to me asap. I will even make sure that none of my friends go for HTC in the near future and am even planning to tag them all soon .
