HTC makes marvelous phones and is amazing when it comes to advertise their brand but they have done a real pathetic job when they chose Skycell Shiva Jyothi Complex, Polayathod Kollam as their authorized service center . I purchased HTC one smartphone on 25 Jun 2013 from Univercell The mobile expert Karunagappally for Forty one thousand . The model No : HTC one M7, IME : [protected] . After using for five months the phone started showing problem on Camera . The camera had a Purple tint colour issue and it was serviced by Skycell and the camera was replaced and it does not cost me anything as it was in warranty period . Later on April 2nd 2015 I met with a problem on Mic of the same handset specifically people seem to have a hard time hearing me in calls they say my voice is very muffled . when I place the call on loudspeaker they can hear me crystal clear. I called skycell service center and told the issue they ask me to bring the handset to the service center to check the problem is due to any software issue or hardware if it was caused by hardware they told they will send it to the Service center at Bangalore and will take around 20 days to get repaired. Due to lack of time I decided to use the same handset with Bluetooth headset and was working fine . later on 6/5/2015 I took the handset to the service center ( SKYCELL kollam ) and the service engineer check overall the handset and recognized the problem is on microphone and not no software issue . so they decide to send to the HTC service center Bangalore for replacing the microphone and the back panel ( Because the plastic on bottom side of the usb port and mic was little broken and I ask them to replace that also . when I asked about the cost for replacing both items they told they will inform me as the service center in Bangalore will mail them the quotation for the repair cost and if the cost was accepted by me they will repair otherwise will send back the device without repairing and the skycell collect 560 rs from me in advance for their inspection fee and was written on the top of the Htc service report receipt and told the amount will not be refunded in any case. My complaint receipt details . 1. Ticket No: 15INA[protected] 2. Job No: TRV[protected] 3. Remark noted : Mic not working, front frame down side damage. 4. Cosmetic inspection : Good 5. Symptom : Defective recording : Mic not working, front frame down side damage. After a week of waiting I didn’t get any call from service center ( SKYCELL ) regarding the quotation so I made a call on 10/6/2015 to [protected] which was their customer care number they didn’t pick the call after around 6 calls they took and I asked the status of my device and told the ticket number ( 15INA[protected] and Job number (TRV[protected] then they told its parts have arrived and it in replacing process and the total cost will be 1280 INR . I asked them why not informing me about the quotation (which they told before they will inform and after that only replace the parts ), The service center told they inform only if the quotation is more than 2000 INR . and promise me that they will deliver the handset within next 5 days so I waited for the call . On 15th I got a call from [protected] and was informed that my device total repair cost will be 18000 INR I was shocked and ask why this much money to replace microphone and back panel they replay that they don’t know about that and asked me whether to repair or not frankly I told no and ask to return my device as soon as possible without any problem . On 18th Jun 2015 I got a messange from MD-HTCIND that “ Your HTC device Ticket No: 15INA[protected] is getting ready to ship out today to service center. Expected Transit time 2 days . will sms you once delivered at center . Thanks “ 1. On23rd June I got inform through sms from MD-HTCIND that the device is delivered at service center and request to collect it . so I went to collect the device from the service center ( SKYCELL ) I showed the receipt and they showed my device and I check all sides of the device and noted that it was not properly reassembled the volume key was not inserted properly and the LCD is little bit opened from the panel . When I gave for servicing at Skycell the overall device cosmetic inspection by service engineer was marked as Good . I asked the skycell for a copy of quotation from Bangalore HTC service center for the amount 18000 INR which was needed to repair my HTC device with mic and back panel replacement . they first told that they can’t provide so I told them that I have to right to known the quotation if that was quoted for my device repairing cost so they ak my mail id for them to forward it . so I decided not to collect the device without getting that quotation . They send the mail at 5.29 Pm and when I checked the quotation I was shocked to notice that the parts which I needed to replace from my device was something that was working perfectly alright . the parts the told to replace for mic repair are listed below Battery, Speaker, MIC and usb boar, Conductive fabric LCD ground, Conductive Fabric LCD FPC, Conductive fabric MFPC, Conductive Fabric Upper FPC, MYLAR ZIF connector MYLAR WJE, MYLAR cable battery FPC FIX M, FRU-SUB ASSY SHARP WHITE LAMIN, Laser Etching, HTC, BYD, Silver, PN07110, M7#u-C9#EMEA. Which means if I need to replace Mic I have to replace the entire parts from the device . On 24th June I went to collect the device form skycell I was them why I need to replace battery that is still working fine on the device, Why to replace LCD which is working fine, speaker which is also working fine, They ( Skycell ) service engineer have no replay and they agree that they are also shocked why needed to replace it . after an hour of talk I ask them the rectify my device with any problem on LCD display, speaker and battery and I need a return writing on this what they noticed on my device at the time of delivery from the service center ( SKYCELL kollam ) . They have confirm by writing that the parts the HTC service center Bangalore told to replace was perfectly working without replacing it . Sir I called the toll free number [protected] and asked about the status of my Ticket no : 15INA[protected] And they informed that the device is returned due to not accepting the quotation, when I asked the quotation amount she told 2228 INR . On 24th evening I had a chat with HTC online support and enquired about the Ticket no:15INA[protected] she told all the parts in the device need to replace because it was damaged and lifted up at the time they receive in Bangalore also she did not give a proper answer for my question . she told the whole board needed to replace . When I gave the device at Skycell Kollam it was perfectly working condition, LCD was not lifted up, battery was working fine and the only problem they recorded was mic not working and down side bottom damage ( a small pice of plastic ) for repairing Mic . Mr. Muhammed sheheer skycell he told that HTC one smartphone ( my device ) once opened the whole body housing have to replace that is how it was made, during warranty they replace with free after warranty customer have to pay . that means if want to replace mic which cost Rs 2500 I have to pay another 14000 for full housing ( Part no: HTC-80H01568-01, HTC-83H[protected] .     I bought HTC 820 for my friend in Jan, 2015. In just one month, my friend found defect with speaker. When she submitted the phone, Service center people kept it for 1 month but could not repair. When i complaint again they asked to submit and again she did. But they could not resolve the case. Now we need some permanent solution to this issue.

      Dear Sir/Mam, I have a HTC Mobile phone (desire 816), Sir I have a query about my phone, sir My phone touch is not working properly and i already repaired it two or three times on your costumer support centers but it is not resolved yet i faced the same problem yet. I bought my phone in Oct. 2014 and I am not satisfied with the costumer support services and I want to surrender my phone So please take a needful action. Thank You.

        Hello Sir/Mam In previous days i have issue in my htc m8 eye mobile and i have submitted my device in repair center, chandigarh at 9-june-2015 but my device not repaired till today and 20 days are over. i contact to customer care many times they told me parts not available in india and they amaze me and not repaire my device. please enquire into the matter. ticket number- 15INA[protected] i requested to you repair/replace my device or my money back from htc.

          Hello Sir, I have HTC 816 plus phone which i bought few months ago.It ran into problem when it stopped charging.After few days my phone turn switched off & then nothing happen.Then i went to HTC service Centre in Chandigarh city they transferred it to Delhi.But when i got my phone after 2-3 days same problem occured.Now my phone is in another service station in chandigarh.They are saying your phone will be repaired within 2 weeks, which i think is not fair enough.I am not from Chandigarh but still i am coming again and again.By the way HTC is not doing its work very well.so do rightful with me.             good evening sir i purchased htc E8 model mobile on[protected] in accord mobile center- pondicherryry i got defective in earphone jack...i submit my complaint to the htc servicing center pondicherry.. they taken the complaint and register the complaint on 12th may 2015 they assure within two weeks we will service the mobile HARDLY ONE MONTH OVER --MY TICKET NO. 15INA[protected] AND SL. NO . fa488z000111 ..I TRIED MORE THAN 6 TIMES TOLL FREE CUSTOMER CARE AND TALK WITH THEM. ''THEY ASSURED WITHIN 10 DAY IT WILL DELIVERED" HOW MANY 10 DAYS THEY NEED I DONT KNOW????????             i m purchase htc 820g+ on nov 2015 and starting time they have touch, overheating, charging jack not working and i submit my phone many time your authorized service center but my issue is not solve every time i get my set without solve this problem so this is your htc customer service and if yes so i m not happy for this service . last time i received this set on 4/7/2015 and again they give my set just first time i submit so what will i do can you please suggest ? if i give handsome amount regarding this set but always i face trouble so please solve this issue otherwise i send other side mail and create some more compalaint on your higher level and last i m going to consumer court because you are not solve my problem my set not complete 6 month and many time i face troblem and submit again n again but everytime you are not solve my single complaint .

              Hi Team, It's been 20 days and I am not getting any revert form the HTC service centre regarding my phone. They said they have to change the motherboard but at least they should update the customer. But no, they don't have curtsey to at least inform, always customer has to go and visit the service centre to get the update. Also their phone number is always going busy or unreachable. If they can't solve customer problem, let the customer know. Don't make customer to get panic.

                This is regarding i have repaired my cell phone from authorised center in jaipur. whenever i went there they changed my cell phone's mother board. I have nothing paid due to it is in warrenty period. Now warrenty period lapsed. My cell phone still has the same problem ( it is sparking and bettery die within an hour.) Could you please look into this.

                    Myself rahul yadav. i bought htc desire 620g mobile on 26 january 2015.. My head phone suddenly stop working and i contact to service centre at vile parle mumbai..but they didnt ready to submit my accessory because i bought mobile from amazon they just told me go to amazon i cant help you.. then i spoke to customer care many times then they readdy to accept my head phone on 10 th june 2015 and today is 28 june 2015 i didnt got my head phone they told me your divice is returned for etc. reasons and it will dispatch within 10 days.. means only accessory purpose i have to wait 1month..now my phone didnt work in screen some kind of lines comes .. i spoke to vile parle service centre and customer care also.. they told me you have to wait untill you previous headphone problem resolve.. what should i do my phone didnt working properly.. Means htc is just a brand name didnt give proper service .. I complaint against htc they are not providing proper service they just creating different types of reason everytime.. i want my phone repair as soon as possible otherwise i will also complain against htc in ministry of corporate affairs because they didnt provided services .. i frustrated from htc services provide me service as soon as possible.                       Hello Friends, I bought a Phone from HTC (M8) on 25th July 2014. Hardly, 10 month on to the purchase the screen developed cross lines on the top portion. When I gave the product to the service centre they said that they will not cover the screen under warranty.                         I have purchased htc desire 500 from pune maharashtra india for inr 19500 . After within a month i have following problems
                        1 phone goes into demo mode
                        2 problem with fm  and one side earphone not work so got new earphone from service center still that one is having problem on one side
                        3 after repair also problem with fm
                        4 screen gets white dot while touching
                        5 went to service center but trouble was sorted temporarily still same issues with phone even i requested for replacement within warranty period but was not entertained so have so many problems with the phone right from purchase
                            so spending almost 20000 was wastage on htc . Due to negligence of service centre my warranty period ended but trouble remains the same. Kindly confirm the same from service log

                          Your service gives me goosebumps HTC. Every time i call you, i get a lame excuse and an extra lie - the phone will be ready in a short period of time. Do you care about your customers. My phone HTC 826 reached your HTC service centre, Bangalore on May 19, 2015. Your response on July 27, 2015 is "It will be ready by July 12, 2015 ". How long you give me a lame excuse. Dont you feel ashamed #HTC India, to fix a phone will take a month and that too replacing a damaged screen. My IMEI [protected]. The phone was bought from Poorvika on April 14 th, 2015. On behalf of these dumb Poorvika customer care executive, i had to speak daily with HTC customer care executive. No proper response from either side - HTC or Poorvika. Its almost 2 months, my phone went for service. Please advice, How to get my phone back.

                              Hello Team, I had submitted my device HTC816G to Akshya Service Center, Kalyan on 29th May 2015 with ref to Job No:BOM[protected] and Ticket No:15INA[protected]. I got call on 12th June that your device repaired and come to collect but just after 2 hours again got call that this is still having issues and need to forward again for repair and get new Job No:Job No:BOM[protected] and Ticket No:15INA[protected]. Yesterday(26th June), i called to Akshya Service Center regarding update then they told that there will be around 12000 repair cost due to liquid damage. I can assure you that there was not a single drop of water or moisture came in mobile phone because i was using this very carefully. This is not acceptable at any cost that they repaired in first attempt but liquid damage not detected and around after 1month they detected liquid damage. I am not going to accept this and would prefer to escalate to go to consumer forum, if dint get any positive response very quickly. Thanks, Shiv Soni [protected]

                                My mobile is getting 3rd time trouble, Before buying i felt happy to get, but now am worrying for that.:( At First Service - MIC, SPEAKER, SYMBOLTOUCH (sometime works by lots of restart).! At Second Service - SPEAKER, P SENSOR.!! And Now all the above problems with that while entering on MENU, its get returned automatically.!!! By seeing my problems, two of my friends not trusted and bought other company products... what can i do now.??? How can i use further with these much of services and complaints.! Hope, i will get better solution for these much issues.:)

                                  i have give my htc desire 700 that my phone battery back up is low so i got my phone three weeks ago but i havent recived back cover and they are continuously telling by this week you will get but the day has'nt came yet and the complain still i am getting my phone is discharging by 3 hrs

                                    Grand mall htc service centre is the third class centre.Last mnth i visited and infotmed my phne cover is gtng damaged and is in a warranty.They told me it will be replaced within 20 days.They are not picking the phone also now it is 40 days and the cover has not been provided...Vry bad service.I will not suggest anyone to purchase htc handset.please take an action.I am fed up now.

                                        MODEL NUMBER: HTC DESIRE 816G IMEI (ORIGINAL HANDSET): [protected] IMEI (REPLACED HANDSET): [protected] Date of Purchase: 07/11/2014 Date of Replacement: 24/06/2015 Service Center: Kolkata Sir, Please note the following list of events: May/2015 – Reported a faulty lock in the SIM Slot 1 and Speaker Malfunctioning. Was asked to submit the phone for 20 Days. Did not submit. 12/June/2015 – Submitted the phone for repair. Contacted the customer care twice meanwhile to make an express service request. Called up the Service Center on 24/June to know the status, they said the phone has been repaired and is ready. (The status was NOT COMMUNICATED by them ON THEIR OWN. The phone had got repaired on 16/June as per reports. But they failed to inform until I asked.) 24/June/2015 – They said the phone has been REPLACED. Got a replaced phone. (Just the model, not the full box). Upon arrival at home, the phone now catches no signal for both the SIM slots. I have tried the SIM on different phones and it just works fine. But no SIM is catching a network on this phone. Hence, now both the SIM slots are faulty. 25/June/2015 – My FOURTH VISIT to the Service Center. They say I am using a CUTTING SIM and not the original NANO SIM and so there is a problem. They refused to check the phone. And asked me to visit again if an ORIGINAL NANO SIM is not working. Now, I have got my SIM replaced with the original NANO SIM cards and yet the problem persists. There is still no network on this phone. Now I am again supposed to visit the Service Center for a FIFTH time and then later to collect my phone for a SIXTH time and later for further problems. Also, due to this recent ordeal I have been facing because of your device, I have got to know how bad a reputation your company is building up because of its after sales services. Almost every individual at the Service Center had a bad word to say about your services. While companies like Samsung and Nokia have such excellent service facilities with greater number of outlets and faster repair time, your company has ONLY one service center in such a big city like Kolkata. Further, there are only three counters for service requests and as a result a customer has to waste almost 3-4 hours on every visit. This is really a very bad treatment you offer to us even after purchasing such expensive phones. I have already been there four times and wasted almost 12 hours of time and energy thanks to your company. This is really important and please note that I mentioned to several of your representatives that I will be shifting out of Kolkata by the 2nd of July, 2015. And in my busy schedule, I am troubled thanks to your services where I have to waste such lengthy durations each day at your service centers. You take a phone for repair and replace it with a faulty one. Then again you ask your customers to make a new service requests. How many times will you have a customer run after the service centers like this? You provide such a good range of devices but your services are making customers go away. I am sorry to say but I really no longer appreciate your services. I have very few days remaining in this city and I request you to kindly provide me with some proper remedy. You do not even provide an alternate handset and hence I am having to do without my phone for so many days. It is very harassing. Please provide some urgent services and not make me to coordinate between your customer care and service centers and keep telling this whole story to each of your representative. I really hope your company will come out with some serious remedy and care to maintain its reputation among its customers.
