I purchased HTC 816 from in November 2014 and I had a problem with the phone in February. As it was under warranty period I took it to Haddad Service Centre, Dammam. service people doesnt want to change the board under warranty with a simple and usual reason saying that the board was damaged due to water droplet spillage. they dont want to give it in writing . and the second issue is if they re ready to give it in writing that this damage is definetly due to water and it cannot be covered under warranty, then iam ready to pay for the service but they re not able to give me when my handset will be delivered....
