Hello Team I want to make a serious complaint.I have submitted my Htc 526g plus on[protected] to HTC support centre ghaziabad.It's back cover paint got fed out it was a manufacturing defect.But still after making so many calls and contacts to service center and support i am not getting any response everyone is asking me to wait to get it replaced because the model of phone is new.Even they are not updating any status to track on the tracker.I am fed up now and i want my phone back.They are not doing any followup and everytime i contact them they say this has been esclated and they again give me a new date to get my phone back.Does that make sense? Do i need to wait for an year to get this model enough older to be replaced?Service centres are made to help consumer but it seems they are not taking it seriously.Please help me in getting my phone back.

Dear Sir, on the dated 13th march I had given my mobile for repairing of hardware problem i.e mother board change. and they have given me 15 days time period to give it back. But still its not corrected and they are saying that we don't have IMEI no to provide u mobile . so u plz contact our customer care no. And I do calling to customer care around 3 times but no one response my call. so I am very badly disappointed for this please kindly make my mobile within 2 days otherwise I ll take legal action against HTC.

I purchased a new HTC phone from Inderlok Big Bazar, after 2-3 days that was giving some network issue, n video was suddenly stopped while running, when i went to HTC service center near my house i requested them to change my phone but they deny and they kept my phone for 1 days for software update. after 4-5 days i got the same issue agint they took my phone for 2 days.. now its take only 3 months and now its happened again today... please help me on this. Hi dis is ram chandu iam from guntur, ap. THREE MONTHS back i have purchased an HTC DESIRE 620 G mobile in BIG C.NOW the display of the mobile is not working .unsatisfied with htc company and there is no proper response in service guntur and in big c also about dis.i need an immediate reply for this [protected] dis is my contact no .in first month earphones are broken very cheap quality headset u have given to us when compared to samsung and other.with out doing anything my phone display and touch both are not working i have buyed it for 16, 000. you have to respond immediately or else i will claim an complaint against ur company in court ..

I purchased HTC 816 from in November 2014 and I had a problem with the phone in February. As it was under warranty period I took it to Haddad Service Centre, Dammam. They said they will fix it within 10-14 days. It has been more than 1.5 Months and I din't receive my mobile back. When ever I call them I don't get proper response. I would like to get this issue sorted out immediately or get my money back or get the phone replaced.

i have brought a htc phone [desire 820] on 25th november, 2014.i met with an accident and the phone lcd screen was broken, i went to the htc service centre on 9th january, 2015.they checked the phone and given me the service report as only lcd is broken and it will take 25-30 days. so i took the phone back by paying rs 170 as service rentals to service centre.after one month on 11th Feb, 2015 i again deposited the phone in the service centre .they have given the service report that the expected date of delivery is on 13th march for sure. i tried to contact them on their service for several times but phone was not getting connected so, i went to service centre, they said it will take one more week so comeback after a week it will be completed. Again after one week i went they told comeback again after a week .So like this they have told me to collect the phone on the respective dates expecting the delivery i.e., on 13th, 20th, 27th. On 27th when i went to service centre, the worker their told me to contact HTC all India customer care no.I have been told by customer care that your problem i getting resolved by higher authorities, will give u status regarding delivery within 48 hours. After 3 days i contacted the customer care, they told me that on 4th april, 2015 your piece will be dispatched to Ameerpet authorised service centre and u can collect ur piece on 5th or 6th april, 2015. I went to the service centre as guided by HTC customer care, when i went the service centre said they have not received any part, you please contact customer care. I contacted customer care and they say it will take one more week. MY phone is in the service centre for the past 2 months and they have not given me any other phone to use, presently i am without phone. I got frustrated and could not handle this harassment and cheating by service centre so I went to the nearest police station, they guided me to go to consumer court. I am a student preparing for civil services exam this kind of behaviour by service centre, is not only wasting my valuable time but giving me mental torture.

Hi Team HTC, I, Deeapk Chaurasya submitted my mobile on date of 13 feb 2015 at collection center of Varanasi. Its going to be about 2 months but till now I did not get my handset, they said part is not available I spoke in Noida person name Gaurav mob. no. [protected] several times but he couldn't deliver his promise to hand over my set by 4th april 2015. When today I made call to him he did not attend my call, when I went to collection center they said they don't have any update regarding my set and they suggested me to file complaint through consumer forum, is this the way you treat your customers after bothering them a lot you suggest to go file complain? My question is to you that when you were short of parts why you sent me quotation when I approved it I suppose to get my hand set within given time, now making excuse is not right. For the sake of your name do something, I made mistake that I bought your product but what are you doing now? please revert me with an answer. Hi I have bought HTC 620 on 16th Jan 2015, which stops working on 16th March 2015. I have given the handset for repairing on 17th March, but till not I am not getting status about my device. Whenever called to support center they asked to call after 2 days or 5 days. It more than 20 days, they have taken to repair handset, which is under warranty. I have the insurance against my device but I am not able to use it because I am not getting any response from HTC service center. They are taking almost a month to repair handset and not providing any supplement phone to use. How they can expect that one can manage without phone for this longer duration. I have sent mail also but didnt receive any response from themm. If the service is this much poor they what the point spending 15000, when vendor doesnt deserve one rupee. I have very fedup with the HTC support. Please look into this.

Have waited over a month for a replacement charger for HTC Desire 500. Currently reliant on borrowing chargers from friends, not a suitable option. Complaining about the waiting time sending charger via Royal Mail, inaccuracy of information shared with staff when I have spoken on the telephone; conflicting information provided by htc staff during telephone calls. Please look into this matter and get back to me. Telephone communications have been diabolical and most unhelpful. Trading Standards may be my next step I anticipate a reply. Many thanks.

I purchased a HTC desire 816 6 months back. On 30/03/2015 after making a call I kept the mobile in the pocket. After 5 minutes I took it out to make another call, but the touch was not working. Then I noticed the screen crack. I wonder about the quality of the glass provided by the HTC which cracks just by the pressure inside the pocket and without any external force!!! While having a conversation with the customer care representative, he replied as the display is 5.5 inch in size, so being a large display it got damaged by the pressure and refused to repair it on warranty. If HTC thinks that a large display of their mobiles can't even bear the pressure received while kept in pocket, then why are they providing such quality glasses in expensive mobiles, where the touch screen replacement cost is Rs 8000/- A mobile is meant to be kept in pocket an not always in hand, but what inspired HTC to manufacture a device which is not suitable for pocket??

Dear HTC TEAM I am a HTC user for many year, but last 2 years i have faced such type o[censored]nconvenince caused by your end.i provided HTC to my phone regarding touch not working, its almost month to be completed but still not getting any information, whenever i called to customer care or service centre all the person said parts not available.how many month or days i have listen same answer at your end.why you people trying to prove not buy HTC phone in future.still you are not able to give me the date when parts available, so how i can assured you are provided my phone soon. Please sir/madam if you are reading this mail do need full things, or till now provide me temporary Phone as my work not interrupeted any more till phone not repaired.

I submitted by HTC Desire 816 on 13/03/2015 and was given the delivery date of 16/03/2015. On calling the Service centre on 16 Mar, i found no was picking up the phone. i called for more than 100 times but still no reply. Then i personally visited the HTC Service Centre on 18 Mar and called the service centre no. Right from there only, the view was seriously disappointing as they were not interested in picking up the phone and it was ringing right in front of them. They told me that the parts are not available and it will take a week to repair. I said ok and leave the place, from that day i visit the office every 7 days and every time i get the same reply, " NO PARTS AVAILABLE ". I have not purchased an antique phone, it's just a year back and the company do not have its parts. I dont know who is making the mistake here, but yes I AM NEVER going to buy an HTC in my entire life. My entire family has an HTC, but from now, NO HTC. A BIG ZERO FOR HTC SERVICE.

i have given my htc mobile for repair on 16/02/2015 till now i have not received my mobile and no body giving right information to me.so, that i have lost total hope on htc service centres.i have called up to 10 times to htc service centres and receiving fake responces till date.and iam calling local service centre also which my mobile was given.totally receiving fake answers from them and finally iam giving this complaint as my last hope.so, finally i will take serious action on this if i will not receive any positive response.

I purchaged a brand new htc 816g duos from ebay.com, in between two months I faced critical problem like sound, wifi etc. For this purpose I given my mobile to htc service center gurgon, but didn't yet receive my phone. I own HTC Desire 816 Dual SIM Phone, I had brought the device on September 2014. Device had a problem, I had give my HTC Desire 816 dual SIM for service in Sai Srininvasa Technologies, Bangalore. Issues with my phone was network not recognized. People who call my number was said out of coverage area. Even though my phone was active and SIM was showing up the network, this was with both the SIM slots. Data was not working as well even though I had a 3G connection enabled. Service center people said its serviced and returned the phone, the issues seems to be unresolved. I again gave the phone for service and they did service it and returned the phone but the issue is still unresolved. This has happened thrice phone has been given serviced but issue is unresolved. Still I am facing the same issues. I have to travel to service center taking a day off to my work. I am leaving with out my phone since 2months due to the problems with the device. I have no faith that the phone will be serviced and return to me with no issue. Hope I would get a better solution after I am raising the concern in here. I can share the IMEI number if concerned people who address this complaint can contact me.

service people doesnt want to change the board under warranty with a simple and usual reason saying that the board was damaged due to water droplet spillage. they dont want to give it in writing . and the second issue is if they re ready to give it in writing that this damage is definetly due to water and it cannot be covered under warranty, then iam ready to pay for the service but they re not able to give me when my handset will be delivered. they say it can take 10 days or even a month. i did not expect this from a international brand . even the 3 rd grade local companys will help the customers up to a point . this is ridiculous. ashamed to be a htc customer. bloody .

I have purchased my htc desire 820 on 4 th jan 2015 at 24000 Rs . on 6 th march my phone touch not working and when i call htc care they told me that reset your phone then your phone will work properly but after reseting my phone didnot work and due to reseting i lost my whole data . then they told me to visit htc service centre . aftrer one week htc service centre return my phone and told me that you will not face same problem again. At that time i told them if i face same problem them i throw this phone your face because i was angry i lost my whole data . . within one month again on 4 april my phone touch not working . you tell me the next process for me Mobile no - [protected]

Dear Sir, My phone was display problem and battery backup problem for that i had submitted my phone to malad service centre in mumbai on 16.03.2015 from service centre they had told me that after two days engg. will call you and confirm you that spare are avail or not after two days i had call upon the service center base phone but that is not working from that time to till now. after that i had called upon toll free number of htc they told me that spare will avail after 8 days. Then after i called to customer care on 25th of march they told me that spare will avail on 31st of march on that they you can go to service centre and collect your mobile phone. Then after on 31st of march i called upon toll free number and ask for the status of phone agin that day they told me your phone is not ready it will ready on friday or saturday once again i had called them today for the status they told me your device will ready on 16th april what the rubbish. I had demand to give phone on monday 5th of april if i will not get my phone on monday then i will complain to consumer court stricktly.
