I have purchased one mobile handset HTC one E8 from R.G. Cellular kolkata on 1st October. Above sited mob set has not been functioning properly.As such I have deposited the set to your service center at kolkata on 8th Jan 2015.They has committed to return the set on 14th Feb 2015.But till date they have not return the set.It is regret to you that you have failed to deliver the set in time. If it not deliver within 5 days i..e 21st March 2015 we will take necessary action against you

    I bearing the Ticket Number – 15INA[protected], Name – Santhosh Kumar, like to inform you that I am dissatisfied from the service that your company has being provided. I have given my hand set for the service has the screen has been damaged, but no one from the customer service and from the service checkpoint have been updating the status of the device. As I have taken the device on EMI basis, it has been with you from past 20 days. So At least try to give any discount from your side so that I can bare both the EMI and the service charge. Requesting you to treat this as special case and do the needful. NOTE: I have been calling the customer care number they will talk for a while and the call is been cutoff. Try not to make these kind of errors in the future, awaiting your reply. 1.How many months again you to want repair my mobile ? 2.Already One month over from 16.02.2015 to till date. 3.I need more discount from your side/supply new mobile. 4.This month EMI Amt was Rs.2000/-for HTC Mobile. 5.Who will give the EMI Amt without using ? 6.That means till date your are not taking any action . 7.My wrong Decision I am selecting your HTC Mobile. 8.I am not happy with HTC SERVICE Support. 9.Again I don’t wait for 24hrs /48 hrs. 10.Please you study& experiment do with my Mobile, I forget my mobile. 11. I am going to submit case.

      I had purchased a Mobile Phone on nov 2014(ticket no. 15INA[protected].after 3 its display break so I give it to service center for repair on 27 Jan 2015.They say that it get 15-20 days for repair but after 20 day when I call them they say that they have no parts so please wait for one week more.after one week they say sorry sir parts are not arrenged.So I compliant on web and then they call me and said that they provide me new handset 820q in 7-10 days but after 10 days they said that sorry sir there is no update od dispatch date of your handset.please wait 1 week more.and still now one and half month they dont give me my handset.And service center behaviour is very rudely

        my name is D V SIVA PRASAD.i bought a new HTC desire 816g on 13 of december.after few days i am unable to hear the complete ring on my phone.I thought there is some issue with that ring tone.i neglected it bcos i am a bit busy with my work.I found that issue around the !0 th day after buying that mobile.after few days 1 ear pice in ear phone is not working ..thats the first day i used my ear phone to listen to music..later on after few days i found that its showing some msg that u r SD card is unexpectedly removed.and automatically it asked to again for default memory option.It happens to me atleast 5 time a day.then i took it serious i went to service center in vizag.they said both ear phone mobile cant b given for service at a time.and they said ear phone take 7 days to get done and for mobile it will b maximum of 15 days.as i dnt have alternate mobile at that time i gave ear phone for repair i got new ear phone after that then after i adjusted an alternate mobile nd i gave my mobile to service center on 2nd feb 2015.ticket no:15INA[protected];IMEI-[protected]..till date i didnt get my mobile still they are saying that it is for spare parts all time i[censored] dnt have spare parts why u r selling it in market.when ever i call callcenter then request me to wait for some days .some times they just ask me to wait max 48 hr for reply, but i never get a promising date of reply or the date of delivaryof my moble.mean while the person who gave me mobile to use took his mobile back.frnds and family making fun of me, that i never get it back.i am using mobile since 2007 when i am in clg.I never faced a problem with service with nokia and sony.i just tried to change my mobile brand and bought this HTC and this is wat happnd to me.please pay me my money back or value my mobile as scond hand and send me the money, as i am normal guy i am not daring to file a complaint in consumer court, But if i have power i want to slap these guys who are playing with my money.i cant use that mobile becos every know about it.plz give me back my money and do need full.I dnt believe that mobile any more. it may get repair any time and i cant beg ui guys for sevice.please understand our issue and do needfull as early as possible.

          I was having problem with my phone (This is a 4 month old phone though, which apparently had some major part problem). I gave it for service at your Gurgaon service center (Grand Mall). It was deposited around 2 pm on 11th March with a promise to inform me in an hour about the problem in the set. There was no call back regarding the same. On 12th when i called the center, I was told that there is some part problem and I will be informed by the evening..There was no communication made till 16th.I had to call back again on 16th to follow up for the set. Since 11th I have been asking for a spare phone, unfortunately the center doesn't even have that. The staff turns a cold ear to your problems. It extremely disgusting service . Unfortunately the product is not good, neither the service and staff behavior. I have been told to wait till next week, that also the date is not confirmed yet, and no spare phone available.

            HTC MOBIL MODEL “HTC Desire 816” NOT REPAIRED IN ONE MONTH IMEI/Serial Number [protected] Ticket No : QPS[protected] Dt. 13th Feb 15 Unit S/N : FA45AMZ03048 IMEI No : [protected] (Before) IMEI No. : [protected] (After) Ticket No.: 15IND[protected] Dt. 11th Mar 15 Ticket No.: 15INA[protected] Dt. 13th Mar 15 HISTORY 1 After uses of nearly 3 months, my mobile automatically gets switched off & in many occasions complete Battery consumed in few minutes, I submitted this set at your Khel Gaon Service Center, New Delhi Service Center on 14th August'14 2. Again problem started in Nov~Dec'14, (Specially while using Camera). As suggested by Customer Care team, I also tried to open in Safe Mode, but problem remain same. 3. I submitted my hand set on 13th Feb'15 at your Gurgaon, Haryana Service Center & got confirmation that they are going to replace Main Board. 4. While taking the delivery on 05th March, I got to know that Incoming call Voice is not coming, Service Center taken back the set on the same Day. 5. Again Service Ticket No. 15INA[protected] Dt. 13th Mar’15 was generated for again Replacement of Main Board. 6. Now more than ONE MONTH PASSED, MY MOBILE IS WITH HTC SERVICE CENTER FOR REPAIRING. I don’t know how to handle HTC, as Warranty of this set will be end in another 2 Months.

              Dear sir, Im Vigneshwaran B from bangalore. i bought HTC Desire 816g from flipkart on november 2014. within two months sim slot ejecting sims. i gave to pramanik mobile service center in bangalore. they gave me job sheet no 8775. whenever i ask for my mobile they are telling one more week it will take sir. after that i complaint to HTC via mail . they are telling spare parts are not available and our back end team working for your problem only. till now they didnt returned my mobile

                sir My HTC 816G Dual Sim, IMEI No. [protected] and [protected] has been lost on 14th March 2015, and missing complaint is registered with Kamothe Police station, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, so plaease block the said IMEI of the phones in order to avoid any misuse of the Phone by any unauthorized person. THe said Phone was purchased from E-Zone, K-Star Mall, Chembur, Mumbai on 24th December, 2014

                  I purchased a HTC one m8 back in September 2014. The phone works fine byt there is an issue with my phone's lens cover. I suddenly was trying to wipe of the dust from it and noticed that the glass broke. It kind of looked like the one in the picture http://i.imgur.com/I643o1J.jpg So, I tried googling it out to find the root cause and noticed that it is a common issue with the one m8 owners. ref: http://www.reddit.com/r/htcone/comments/22z4dk/m8_rear_camera_glass_cracked_alre... So, I tried contacting their customer support team and I was advised that I can get it replaced at any service center. I went to the service center at ameerpet, hyderabad to get it done. To my surprise the staff there were very rude and they said it broke due to my carelessness. I asked them the charge for the replacement, again to my surprise they told me the charge for the lens cover to be: 1. Lens cover 30/- 2. service charges 670/- 3. Tax extra and I was also told that it could sum up to 1000 bucks (realyy!!!) When I asked them that it is a common issue and asked for a free replacement as my phone is still under warranty, he rudely advised me to contact the customer support and beg for an exception so that they can go ahead and replace at a nominal cost. I tried contacting their Customer support but I has to wait for 6 minutes only for my call to get disconnected. Please escalate this issue and do the needful team.

                    Sir, I have purchased HTC desire mobile from "Jasmine mobile" Vadodara, Dist-Vadodara, State Gujarat on dated 22.02.2014 bill number is JAS/AT/24372 on name os SHIVAM M Patel, IMEI-1 Number is [protected] and IMEI-2 number is [protected] and amount of mobile is Rs.12300 . My warranty of mobile phone is one year, I have hand over this mobile four times to authorised service station with thin warranty period due to dropping net work connection so service centre has inform me last time that we have changed mobile mother board so mobile is now ok but my problem not solved so on 17.02.2015 i have hand over mobile to service centre and requested to replace my mobile but after one month return mobile to me without replacement and inform me that your mobile is ok now but when i have started to use mobile i have found that my problem is not solved and mobile is not working properly, Now my warranty period is expired on date 21.02.2015 so now HTC will not be give me replacement due to warranty expired. sir this is not my mistake but company has intensely lead me at expiry date. Today when i call Htc, they told me parts not available, Parts will dispatch from Taiwan on 27th march.While i give mobile in service centre in 24feb.Why HTC not dispatched parts in 1 month?????                             i gave my handsfree for repair to the htc service centre on 29th of jan 2015. till date i have not received my handsfree yet. i am tired calling to the htc customer care from the last 22days. i am only told to wait for some more time. In todays modern life it is so difficult to survive without a handsfree when one is 8-10 hrs on calling. I am loosing my patience and time as well. I hve been mentally tortured as well. please look into the matter as soon as possible. MY TICKET NO FOR THE HTC PRODUCT IS 15INA[protected]

                              My airtel no. [protected] has been deducted about 450 rupees since morning.When contacted airtel call centre. Executive replied it was due to mobile data uses, means data connection was continues on while I checked my mobile time to time and it shown all the time data connection off. I informed them. They replied it shown on there in their system. They told may be my mobile have some problem. even then when I was talking to them deduction was made due to data connection on and I have here data off. Kindly resolve my grievance.                                 I had purchased a Mobile Phone on Dec 2014 and on feb. 2015 sim slot no. 1 were not working properly. So, I submitted my phone on 5 feb 2015 for repairing ( Ticket no. Is 15INA[protected] which is under warranty period. But till today I did not get back my Phone and after many reminder and having conversation from customer care executives they always doing false promises by telling me that, they are not able to repair my phone due to non availability of parts and in place of my phone Htc 816 desire they will provide me new upgrade phone 820 q but neither they provided me new phone nor they return my purchased cost after many request. Although I am a busy person and due to non availability of my phone I have to suffer a lost and bearing heavy monetary loss and suffering from high mental agony. That, HTC company is doing negligence on their part and done deficiency in services and also involved in unfair trade practice and cheating by selling low grade mobile phones.

                                    This is to inform you that I have not received my HTC Desire 816g handset yet from the service centre. I have submitted it on 4th March, 2015 at Kurla Service Centre for repair purpose. But still I have not received any call or any information from them. I have been calling them on their number[protected] but it's not getting connected. I had asked for the number from Customer care but they did not give it. I have submitted my handset for the 3rd time now for the same issue rebooting. They are not able to rectify the exact problem. I have purchased it on 18th Dec, 2014. Twice I had submitted it for the same reason in February at HTC service center, Vile Parle on 11th February and 19th February. Ticket no. 15INA[protected] and 15INA[protected]. As per customer care first they changed by battery then speakers and now they are saying motherboard. As per them they have ordered some part for my handset from Taiwan which will take again 12-13 days. So should I keep my handset with you people only for more 2-3 months? I have requested for the replacement. But they are not giving it. Almost for 1 month my handset is lying with HTC service center only. I had spoken to Shodhen who is a Team leader of customer care. As per him if service center person says that this mobile need to be replaced then they do that. Person from Vile parle service center informed Shiba who is a HTC customer care executive to register a request for replacement. But she refused it and she din't mention it. We asked Shodhen to file a complaint against her but he is just arguing with us. This is a problem from your customer care person. They can't handle the situation. They don' register the complaints. Why do we suffer because of your bad service? Even Shodhen misguided us. He told us customer care will get back to you within 1 day but no one contacted yet. We asked customer care to connect with him but they refused to do that. If you are not giving proper response I will file consumer forum against them. You are testing patience now. Your customer care provides worst service. They just lie with customers. There are many people who are facing the same issue.

                                      I HAVE SUBMITTED MY HTC HANDSET TO HTC SERVICE CENTER, SUNEJA TOWER 2 DISTRICT CENTER JANAKPURI, ON DATE[protected].MY SECOND SIM SLOT IS DAMAGED . WHEM I GAVE, THE SERVICE CENTER EXECUTIVE TOLD THAT IT LL TAKE ONLY 7/8 DAYS TO GET THE STATUS N THEN ITS UR OPTION TO REPAIR OR NOT I[censored] WISH TO PAY THE CHARGES DEMANDED BY SERVICE CENTER. MY PHONE IS IN WARRENTY PERIOD .AS I BROUGHT IT IN NOV.2014. ITS ALMOST ONE AND HALF MONTHS HAS PASSED BUT THE SERVICE CENTER STILL PENDING MY PHONE DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF MATERIAL..I TWICE CALLED N TWICE MAILED BT STILL NO RESPONSE.IF HTC HAS MATERIAL SHORTAGE FOR ITS OWN PRODUCT HOW CAN A CUSTMER RELIED TO THAT PRODUCT OR THAT COMPANY.IT VERY DISGUSTING AND HARRASHING SERVICE.                                         Dear Sir/Madam I am an user of HTC Desire 516, which i brought in the month of December 2014. However i met with an accident and as such my phone LCD broke. Accordingly i went to the authorised service centre of HTC located in 3rd Floor, Dona Planet, Guwahati. They lodged my complaint and i was given a complaint no. QGS[protected], dated 02/02/2015. The expected return date was mentioned as 13/02/2015. However till date (10/03/2015) i have not received my handset. Every time I go they make petty excuses of like parts not available, service engineer is on leave and so on, and the worst part is that they are least bothered of even informing the customer about the delay by making a phone call, they even don't attend the call, because of which the customer has only one option of going and visiting the service outlet without any result. With this kind of pathetic service HTC will not only lose its brand image but also the confidence of its existing customer. Please look into the matter, and thereby oblige.
