I purchased my phone from LKO Hazratganj Balaji Shop on Jan'15. After 2 month I faced problem in my phone. It was sudden lock with out pressing any lock button & its speed was too slow.     This Regarding My Husbands HTC desire 816 phone, In the month of July 2014 he purchased HTC 816 Phone, September his phone scene got damaged, He gave it service centre they changed his phone scene and charged 4500 re's, October he gave phone to service centre and December he received back from service centre.Now again his scene it self damaged, He kept phone in his pocket and when he saw scene was damaged, al thought tamper glass was all ok.Is this quality is HTC provided to their customer's this type of service this type low class product HTC is giving to his customers.I have all the bills if I did not get any support from You, Than will final case against you in Consumer court.

    If I did not get free replacement of scene than I will go to consumer court, I have all purchase bill and HTC service centre bills.
    With HTC i have very bad and Sad experience i will never suggest anyone of my friend to purchase HTC.
    The same happened with me...the screen of my desire 816 got cracked itself inside the pocket. And in my case htc service centre is asking Rs 8000/- inspite of replacing under warranty or providing a better quality product...htc is really having a top class worst service...

            I'm a user of HTC One I had given my phone on 13/03/2015 for microphone issues. While i gave my phone i was told its a mic issue and now I'm being told the issue is with motherboard and it has to be changed which is costing of Rs 16000. My Phone was working flawlessly except Mic while i handed over to ur service center. My ticket no is 15INA[protected]. Senior representative Rohit was handling my case and he asked me to reject the quotation and told me i'll get my phone repaired and give it back to me While i got my phone back i realised that its not repaired and again he asked me to Re submit Its been more than a month and I'm without my phone due to which i have missed out all my contacts as well as important mails on the go. There's no update HTC is giving me and i hardly can see anyone supporting me from ur end Kindly look into the matter and resolve it ASAP to avoid any consequences.

                I have walked in HTC service center Nungambakkam, chennai on 18/4/15 for a Audio Jack problem in my handset (HTC Desire 616) IMEI No. [protected]. I waited for 6 hours for the issue to get resolved. The issue got resolved but now the phone has so many other problems. First and foremost it is not at all my phone, they have changed it. They are giving lame reasons for it. Now this phone has camera lens problem, I gave my phone with scratch guard and now this phone has no scratch guard, and also other few problems. Very poor service. I need the phone to get replaced with a new phone.

                  I have given my phone HTC dezire700 for repairing as it was getting switch off regulary i faced this problem earlier they repaired my phone after3 months i start facing the same problem again i gave it the coustomer care for repairing they assure that within 15 days they will return it back and today its 20 th day i called the coustomer then they are saying sir you have to pay 5500 for repairing an the phone is in waranty period. i dont understand wheather they have hired illeterates that they are taking 20 days just tell that u have to pay the fees then only they ll repair it what they were doing for past 20 days the coustomer is not stupid that he has to w8 for so long just to get this information which is uselessfor the coustomer my job num is DEL[protected] TICKET NO. 15INA[protected] my name PARAS SHARMA CONTACT NUM [protected] citezan of NEW DELHI

                    Respected Sir, I purchased HTC desire516 dual sim[protected] from harbans singh and sons chandigarh. from starting various problem like display blinking, sim card automatically removed etc. imei-[protected], ticket number-15INA[protected], I have sent this to authorised HTC SERVICE CENTRE - tvs electronics, sco103, sector47c chandigarh on 1st april 2015 The service centre is now informed me that it would take7 to 8 days to repair the problem.which didnot happen. But after 8th april they are telling me 10th april than after 11th april and than after 15th april for that they are only telling that your cellphone part is on wait.still celphon is not given back to me. I request immediate intervention by HTC official to take care of this request & replace it with a new phone or return me my cellphone otherwise I have to go on consumer court to claim harassment from which I am going on.I hate htc servicr center support.                       My HTC 816 mobile started to drain in few(less than 30) minutes and it took long time(more than 5hrs) to recharge.I gave my HTC 816 mobile for service on 16 April 2015 at Gemini Parson Complex, Anna salai, Chennai.I waited for 1hr 35 minutes to reach the service fellow. Then he started asking for original purchase bills which I did not had at that time. Later He gave me the service report with ID Q2S[protected]. He said mobile needs to be tested and fixed, and it will be delivered by next day(17th April) 10AM. He asked me to call the telephone number [protected](printed in the service report sheet) to get the status and visit the service center to collect my mobile. From that day I have called more than 30 times. Its ringing nobody is picking the call and it goes to busy state many times. I went to service center on 17th April 11AM. They made me to wait for 40minutes and said mobile is not yet ready. I asked for other telephone number which they will pick and answer me but they rejected to give. They said they will call me if the mobile is ready. Still now I did not receive any calls from them. It takes 1 hour to reach the service center amidst of that traffic prone zone. Now I have to go again to that hell and beg for my mobile. I have never seen a worst service like this. In these 2 days I saw more than 20 people shouting at the service fellows for their problems. People who are planning to buy HTC mobile, please try to search for HTC service center in google(You can't find it), just visit it and stay there for 5 minutes, you will not get that though to buy HTC mobiles.

                      Again On Saturday (18th April) I went to service center, as usual they asked me to wait in the queue, after 30 minutes I reached the service representative.
                      He said your mobile is not ready yet. He said problem is not with battery, its with the power button.
                      He said It will take another 10 days to fix this issue since he don t have spare parts( power button ) in stock.
                      He asked me to come back after 10 days to check the status.
                      I asked why he did not inform this over phone (I would have travelled that long) --- He did not answer
                      I asked why are you not picking the calls --- He did not answer
                      I said 10 days is too long, already I spent 3 days witthout mobile. --- He said you need to wait if you want to get it fixed or you can take the mobile back.
                      I asked for a spare mobile - He rejected
                      I asked to replace my mobile - He rejected
                      I said I want to meet the customer service manager who is responsible for this - He rejected.
                      I asked for the written status of my mobile - he refused to give.
                      I asked what should I do finally - He said leave your mobile and come back after 10 days to check the status.


                      Finally I took my mobile back, Its in dead state. not turning on.

                      I am not the only person suffering like this, there were more than 15 people shouting just like me at HTC service center.
                      Most irritating part is I dont know why a "service center does not attend calls" or inform the status to its customer.

                        i bought a htc 816g through croma as on Nov 14 but I got bad handset. Within a 4 months of purchase date its third time I submitted my handset to the service centre.I am fed up to use your worst handset . Therefore now I am seeking another new handset and not a repaired piece.                             HTC as a one time replacement screen process. So I wrote and email into HTC and got a very fast response and was given a number to call. I called into the 1800 number provided. After 4 calls and 30 -35 mins each call due to the "customer service rep" lack of ability to spell correct, my email was wrong 2 times, so I kept having to call back so that I could find out why I was not getting a email in regard to the process of how to get the screen replaced under there one time replacement. Each time they requested my IMEI and a the list of information rather than just opening up the previous call ticket. They were extremely slow and frustrating to deal with each time, I did finally get a email back and my last name was spelled completely wrong, and was told when I went to send it that would need that corrected so no confusion and to who I was, ok so 4 call in I finally lose it, and refuse to speak to the rep and just continue asking to speak to a manager in the hopes this would get resolved and I could stop wasting my time the rep would not get a manager, I m sorry we need your IMIE number, we need this, I will process it for you is all she could say. I hung up and went on the HTC US website and logged into a chat room. Was then told sorry your Canadian you have to pay for the screen replacement its only for US customers. I later confirmed this by calling the number given to me on the email on how to get my phone fixed. I have bought htc since you had to use a sylus pen and after that will never buy one again.

                              I have purchased a HTC desire 816G from an authorised dealer in Dec- 2014. I have purchased this phone for an good quality of camera, as per specification it has a 13mp rear camera and a 5mp front camera. But while using it i am not finding the picture quality as per my satisfaction. A month back while checking the property of camera i came to know that the phone has only 8mp rear camera and 4mp front facing camera. This shows that i have been cheated by the company a low graded phone has been sold to me. Now i want company to replace my phone and provide me a phone matching with the specifications as mentioned on the cover. My phone IMEI no. is as follows- [protected]

                                  I bought a brand new HTC Handset & within 2months of purchase i started facing issues. & i visited the HTC service centre of Kolkata which again a Painful experiance & i have to submit my Handset over there & they stated that it will take minimum 20days to replace a small part. I submitted the handset on 10th March & now its approximately 40days & no response & in order to enquiry in HTC service center number it 2days to reach to them & that's again a horrible experiance. The Representatives are extremly rude & the way they speak it makes us realize that we made a mistake by purchasing HTC handset. The last agent with whom i spoke today dated 16th April name was Prabir Biswas time around 1pm he was extremly rude & had now sense of Customer service & he also Disconnected the call in the end was not able to handle the call. & i have the call recording as well. I hope that my concern will be heard..

                                    last June 2014 i got a HTC desire 816 phone after using 3days got a hardware problem after sending the phone to the costumer servicing center they return the set to me after 2 months and after using 1 week again a camera problem was found in the same set again.affter depositing again the device at center they return the phone to me after 1 month.using again 3 weeks again got a problem battery was not charging set was submitted at the servicing center but no one bothering.my demand to get a new cell phone by the company, repeatedly the phone was showing problem

                                      Dear Sir, My phone was sim slot problem and battery backup and hanging problem for that i had submitted my phone to TVS Electronics service centre in Chennai on 21.03.2015 from service centre they had told me that it will take ten days. After that i had called upon toll free number of htc they told me that spare will avail after 8 days. Then after i called to customer care on 2nd of April they told me that spare will avail on 9th of April. Then after i called to customer care on 9th of April they told me that spare will not yet received service canter it will take 1week. After 1 week i call to service centre they said it will take 8 or 10 days. Today i call to customer care they said it will take again 10 days. When i call to them they said only it will take some more day your phone is not yet ready. what the rubbish. I had demand to give phone on Tuesday 21st of April if i will not get my phone on Tuesday then i will complain to consumer court strictly. My ticket number: 15INA[protected] Mobile Model : HTC 816G Very very worst service. Compare to all other service. I suggest to everyone don’t buy htc mobile.
