Respected Sir I would like to bring notice to you that I purchased HTC 816G .date 01/12/2014, I have been using this phone for two months but due to some problems my phone LCD has Broken, then i will go your service center for new LCD then he said we will repair your phone with in 7 days then you will be collect i said ok now after 10 days when i go your service center he said we don't have part right now when we received part we will inform you now today is 03.04.2015 right now my phone not repair Today morning when i call to HTC service center the person told me I HAVE OTHER CLIENT'S MOBILE LCD PROBLEMS BUT WE DON'T HAVE PART, SIR PLEASE TELL ME WHY WE SHOULD PURCHASE UR BRAND AND SPEND SUCH HUGE AMOUNTS.     I purchased a HTC desire 816 in October, 2014. Now the handset is not working. I went to the service station they say they will take 25 days to repair the phone. I asked them to give me a stand by phone. They told me to call at[protected]‎. I called on 23/3/2015 they assured me that a stand by will be provided and gave ref no 15IND[protected]. I was told to contact the service station but in vein then I again contacted the customer support on[protected] they to;ld me to visit the service station after 48 hrs. I again visited the service station at Ranchi but in vein. Again on[protected] I called up and again I was told to visit service station after 48 hrs. They are bent upon to harass me.       I have purchased HTC Desire 820 10 days earlier and it is getting heated frequently and battery is draining like hell. The service centre person are saying that I have t obear this problem and there is no solution for it. I want my phone to get replaced. I have spend my 24000 on it. Such a company cannot cheat people like this.

        Hi, This is Sumit Kumar have submitted Mobile HTC Desire 816 G for repair in TVS Electronics Ltd MG road Gurgaon on 21/03/2015 but till not repaired and service center is not giving any tentative date, they are saying when part come it will repair, i don't under stand this . Let me know on what date, I will get my mobile back . I have purchase this 4 month back and its gone to service center this is worst thing .           I have given my phone at Htc Service centre ( Ansal Plaza Delhi). I have been told that it will be repaired with in a week but it has been 1 month now & I am still waiting for my device to get repaired. Every time I call i always get the same answer that its under process as parts are not available. I have purchased my phone on Jan 2015 itself with in 2 month only it stopped working & now you people are taking ages to get it repaired. Can any one please let me know the exact time by when I can expect my phone back as it has already been delayed a lot. I am extremely sorry to say but your services are just pathetic. Firstly its next to impossible to connect to Htc customer care no or the service centre no provided & after that if some how you manage to get in touch to any executive, you always get the same response. I request you to please get it repaired on priority basis as it has been delayed a lot & I also request you all to please improve your customer services.

            To, Manager, HTC India Pvt Ltd New Delhi. Sub: Complaint on the terrible standards of both HTC phones & its service center Hello, Wish to bring to your notice that I had purchased HTC One Mini for Rs.27, 500/- (Twenty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only, IMEI [protected]) on 6th March, 2014. Would further like to inform you that after one month o[censored]sage only, some technical issues started like heating, not charging, auto switch off and switch on etc. I visited HTC service center (Ansal Plaza) complaining about my issues in the month of April and then again in the month of July 2014. I had even asked for a replacement. Executives (whom you like to call engineer for whatsoever reasons) over there explained that sometimes in new Phone such problems exist, but after sometime it will be automatically resolved (I still wonder if HTC produces some Super Phones which have super power to mend itself), he also said that there might be applications running at the background which tends to heat up the set. True, I bought their reasoning that time because it was my first Android and I was not too sure if that is how an Android behaves (I used Blackberry and believe you me, it was cheaper and a fantastic phone and lasted for 5 long years). The problems continued (continued would be an understatement)even aggravated. I visited service Centre continuously for two more times in the month of April & July and thankfully my issues were addressed atleast on the documents/papers. Meanwhile when I was travelling (which is a major part of my job profile) I had innumerable issues like Headphones did not detect, Auto rotate of my screen at 360 degrees, phone switching on and off by itself and this went on for the whole night till the battery drained off (atleast thrice), many a times the phone even gave up charging and many more which I could not do anything about as I was in some other state without the required bills of the phone and had I bought a phone, I am darn sure that my bill would have not been reimbursed by HTC. It’s very sad to inform that this issue prevailed so long that my One year warranty has elapsed and now again when I had similar issues and I took the same step of visiting your Worshipped (read good for nothing) Service Centre! I submitted my phone on 21st March (i.e. 15 days after the warranty elapsed) on a Saturday and was asked to come on 23rd March, but NO I did not get my phone nor any calls from your HTC Service Center and finally as per your so called engineer they tried my number on 26th March which as per them was not reachable and then they forgot me. So this time I planned and visited your service centre on 28th March where your executives tell me that as per the engineer motherboard has to be changed and will cost Rs.13, 000 and wait not only that, on my questioning she even said that I will get a discount of Rs.3000 and the rest which is Rs 10000 has to be borne by me. BRAVO!!! Even now when I call your Customer Care is saying that I will have to pay Rs 10, 000 and that nothing can be done!!! What I fail to understand is why was the motherboard not replaced in the first place when it was in warranty and having the same issues earlier when I submitted. And if a consumer is late by only few days, its late..but when the company takes similar number of days, its not late!! I will not take this mediocrity service nor the execuse after spending a fortune on buying a premium phone of HTC. Request you to interfere in the matter and address my issues.               This to inform you that i have bought a htc desire 526G+ dual sim(Glacier blue) from flipkart on 6th march 2015. since its not been a month atfer buying this fone that the backside body of the fone has damaged and a layer of lamination is coming out. Reallly disappointed with the quality of htc. We have bought HTC for the first time and it was really a bad experience. Have attached the pics of the mobile phone for the same. Hoping for you to look into this matter andwaiting for you redress our problem. My friend has also bought the same model and he is also getting the same problem. Thank you

                ticket number 15INA[protected], i am so upset with service of HTC Company already submit the Phone on 2nd March but still kepting and saying it will take 10 days more. Only Issue with the phone Sim lock not proper locking the sim. If a company is selling their device than they should have sufficient spare parts. After one month a INR 20000 cost phone having this problem. So, I can comment now Say no to HTC.

IMEI No [protected]. it has very bad camera quality as compare to desire 820. and it take more than 4hr for full charging. so i have gone to service center for resolving these problem. and told them for issue DOA. but they are not allowing for DOA

                    Hello, My HTC desire 616 cell phone was sent for repair on 20.02.2015. I had bought it on 03.10.2014 so it is still under warranty. The serial number is WT48MY201961. The job card number is DED[protected]. A part of the screen and the aux cable port was damaged. I had gone to the service center in Dehradun and it was made known to me that the "service center" here was nothing better than a courier service as all they had done was send my phone to the workshop in Gurgaon. Now it has been more than 5 weeks and there has been no notification from HTC. The “service center” here refers me to the call center where all lines are busy and when one finally gets connected, they disconnect the call. I tried the live chat option mentioned on the website and all they have done in my 5 interactions with them is give me false hopes and delayed dates for the repair of my phone. The first date they had mentioned was 18.03, next was 21.03, then 24.03, 27.03 and the last time they told me that the part required for repair has not been procured as yet. This is pure harassment as I don’t understand how difficult it is to procure a part for their flagship desire cell phones. Moreover, inspite of the phone being under warranty, they had told me that I would need to pay around 4000 INR for repair. I don’t mind shelling out money but I want my phone as soon as possible and for now a proper valid date for its repair.

                      Dear sir /madam, i purchased HTC 820 on 01/01/2015, IMEI No:[protected], S/N :CC4CAYC01491, part no:99HABS064-00 i give a my mobile 27/03/2015, (2 months completed i think, and 3rd month running its not completed) Symptom:battery rundown test fail(poor lifetime), leakage current test fail/device overheat, speakers voice also not good, screen display also dual, cam also not...mother board and hard wear issues also there p this problem iam face your company htc mobile .. today is the Expect RTN DT:30/03/2015.. see thing is what if suppose if your replace again iam face problem faceing what should i do, the thing is what iam mostly useing my mobile only i will done all the things, , if possible replace mobile why iam asking you, (its request) i dnt have no time to roameing your service center, please replace my mobile if possible, i ill took insurance also... all type of insurance iam maintaining... and iam faceing head sets problems also if i go and ask means no stock...whats this can you give a answers dnt say repeat answers, if your doing like this custmers have negative op in your company, if suppose same issue comes what should i do, your service guys say we done our work they say like that only, my mobile have all types of insurance is there .. there are not intrested also show them, iam face from your service center please replace

                        Sir,
                        I am a consumer of htc desire 616 which i had bought in august 2014. But just after 2 months the headsets and adapter started troubling. So if i contact the service centre after long journey skipping our working hours they just reply recklessly that it is not available. Then after the audiojack had gone wrong. They took 2 months to replace my mobile after long hours of waiting calls and journeys. Now even the repalced mobile audio jack got trouble and well the battery has problem and swollen. But as i went to service centre they simply put away that it is not under warranty and i need to purchase a new battery. Even the customer care didnt sound well when i spoke . Is the customer has to bear the loss in default of product given and additionally bear the loss. Hope you understand my problem and help me in this case by providing battery under warranty...And also please improve the service. Expecting a quick solution for my problem. Reply as early as possible. Thank you

                          Dear Customer Care, As mentioned our mail in trail, I am facing problem in my mobile handset - HTC 616 Desire. I would like to inform you that I had purchase HTC 616 Desire almost 7 month back. Some days back I had face some problem in headphone Jack and for that reason I deposit the hand set in Service Center After receiving mobile handset from HTC service center, after a week time, I lost my mobile display. It is a major problem that I am facing now. Really It is my bad / worst experience, that I am facing. I visited 3 times to HTC service with some problem that I mentioned in our tail in mail, but now problem is major. Currently scenario is embarrassment for me. As per discuss with HTC service center, they said we will provide your mobile set within 20 days & One more thing they said, customers are facing problem in this mobile set i.e. HTC 616 Desire. After repairing, what is a security, It will work fine in future? I requested you to kindly replace my handset and provide me a new handset. Thanks for your corporate on in Advance.                             Hi, we would like to bring into your notice that my cousin (Yatish) has purchased model HTC DESIR 616 dual sim phone recently and it started giving some issues with the earphone jack and also some dots on camera. I have called HTC customer care line and after consulting with them I have sent the phone to the service center with the Ticket number 15INA[protected] on 23rd feb. It’s been over a month now and whenever my cousin calls to check an update on the same he always gets a response that within 2 days it will be repaired and recently the update he has received that he will get a replacement phone HTC one and would might take 14 days. He called again after 14 days but no update on the same. This is the worst experience he had so far as he is doing his MBA and he has to take his time out to call you guys everyday and spend 2 hours on the phone, he is not able to concentrate on his studies and it’s a kind of mental torture for the same. Would be publishing the same to social media and also to cosumer court at the same time will ensure this goes to all top corporates so that before buying HTC they will think thrice. I am writing this email through my corporate ID just to let you know guys that how much power social media has these days. Also you will be receiving a legal notice soon on the same.                               Hi!, HTC Ticket : 15IND[protected] One more example classic example of how unprofessional is the customer service of HTC. It is clear that NONE of you are interested to address the issue. You are working as Answering machines without any intelligence and not trying to address the issue . You guys are saying that HTC phones work fine ONLY for 14 days and they are worst than the cheap Chinese mobiles which give replacement for 3 to 6 Months. You guys had promised that my case will be handled on priority !!! I do not get even a status update of my device even after keeping it with you for 20 days !!! You have already made me buy an alternate mobile and top of it causing lot of inconvenience by making me move around service center and talk to unprofessional customer care executives since one month. I want to escalate this to the highest level in HTC. Please share the email ids of the HTC India Head or HTC Global head.                                   i wish to complain about HTC 816 G that I submit my phone on 11march at omkar service rohini I COMPALINT ON CALL SO MANY TIMES IN CONSUMER CARE NO BUT THEY NOT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM, THEY SAID THAT CALL AFTER 48 HOURS I am complaining because SIM PHONE JACK IS NOT DETECTED With reference to the repair ticket number 15INA[protected] When I first learned of this problem, I contact YOUR consumer care no at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem, AND parts of mobile not available its only change mother board of mobile, I believe that this response is unfair because I would like a written statement explaining your company?s position and what you will do about my complaint. And i dont know when my phone is recieved me its not a big deal for u for repair a small phone its takes 15 days its very shame for your company I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. because i am going to out of india on 28 march, If I do not hear from you within a days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.                                     Ticket No.15INA[protected] Job No. ATQ[protected] IMEI:[protected] I have purchased the phone on 10/10/2014 from amazon sold out by Harsh Communications vide Invoice No. MH-BOM[protected].The phone is out of order since 10/3/2015 and had been delivered to service center on 12/3/2015.Since then hing and ping is going on the part of service center and finally he is asking to pay Rs.4700 claiming that the phone is having some internal problem. Therefore sir this problem is nothing to do with the usage of the phone and any of the charges claimed to resolve the problem is against law and warranty commitements so I humbly request you to look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.                                     reply and unlawful demand of money towards repair charges i have approached your highness for a justified solution but unfortunately
                                    i did not get any response from your side till time. I once again request you to guide the service department that the fault with the phone is a manufacturing hassle so that is nothing to do with me hence i should not be charged for the same. Please do not enforce me to take the legal course which will not only harass me but also attack HTC' s good will.

                                      Really very worst product from HTC Hi friends, Please don't buy this kind of waste product..I buy this mobile 12000/-rs around. with in one year . i am facing the issue with Major parts Touch and Speaker. Please don't loose your money buying this kind of Branded mobiles...This is a really worst phone I ever used. Only camera is Great and everything is worst. Phone getting heat while Internet using, even when charging also..Hanging problem also there, self restarting . Net connection is Turning on automatically. I am a huge fan of HTC I didn't faced this many problems with any Other devices.I think all desire series phones having so many Problems. Please HTC first check quality before you release the products to market.
