Dear Sir, I had bought mobile handset HTC 210 dual of htc company, On 23rd feb I faced issue in display(brightness) of mobile as mobile was working properly. My Mobile(IMEI-[protected]) is under warranty period.I have deposited mobile on date 23/02/2015 on HTC colection center Shree Jee Communication, Meerut. Ticket no- 15INA[protected], Job No-DEL[protected]. Now collection center called me and demanded 5000/ rs. and told me "there is issue in motherboard of mobile but issue was in display and mobile is under warranty". Even my mobile was working properly without display as i was able to pickup calls.I contacted HTC on the URL http://www.htc.com/in/contact/email/ and customer care no.[protected] but still after 14 days i haven't heard from the company, i am a middle class working person for whom such device costs a lot and are quiet important as one can hardly work without mobile now a days. So please help in getting repaired my mobile as it is still under warranty, also the service center is still telling me that they are waiting for communication from the company. For your reference i have attached the receipt of the service center. Please. Please help me... My Mob.-[protected] collection center mob.[protected] Anurag Mishra

Really disappointed with the Service - HTC, you have proven to me that it’s "NOT" worth buying your products even though your products are mind blowing & Smart. I am writing this post in regards with my HTC desire 616, that I purchased 8 months back. since the day i bought it never worked fine from 2 months..now being fed up. i showed it to a service centre in kamla nagar delhi...they checked the phone and told me the motherboard is faulty and we will replace it for free...now today in the morning a call came from htc service centre that there is moisture in motherboard and we wont get it fixed i have never ever taken my phone near water or any liquid...its just a wrong business practice from htc...your engineer are trying this with all customers... If this is the kinda service that you provide your customers, then I am sorry to say that you are losing A LOT of valuable customers and will keep losing them. I hope my message is LOUD & CLEAR!! I am going to the press soon and also going viral online with this issue. My work is being held up and I am losing a lot of money because of this issue. P.S. - My lawyer has asked me for a full compensation or a brand new replacement phone (Not refurbished) from HTC, since the TVS-E/HTC service team is trying only to save htc from changing the faulty motherboard is this my fault that i purchased htc..without any mistake it broke down and you service team is telling a lie only to save motherboard...what about customer who has spent rs 16000/- for a useless phone?

There are few issues regarding my phone such as battery rundown test fail, Network service failure & accessory Malfunction(Earphone) and as per the said statement of service centre the phone will be recovered within 20 days from the date of submission. I have called so many times in toll free number i.e. on [protected] but all the times it has been said to me that parts related to your device is not available probably tomorrow parts would be available and very soon you will get your device. After calling 6-7th times i am irritated by getting such type of reply from the call centre that still my phone is under repair & the parts are still not available which is required to ready and fit my device. So today as on 08.03.2015 i, e near about 40 days have been spent but still my phone is under repairs. What the hell is going on i can't understand. They are not satisfying my queries regarding my phone. Please help me as soon as possible. Thank you.

I have given my HTC 616 desire phone(S/n:WT47JY200037 and htc ticket no: 15INA[protected] and registered mobile no: +91-[protected] for repair on 13/04/2015 which is under warranty in HTC service centre at Aligarh. But though its more than 20 days neither it repaired nor the service centre executives can able to provide me the status of it. The phone has mere software problem which the HTC team could not able attend in 12 days time, which reflects the competency level of HTC technical staff and the service HTC provides to their customers. Hence, I request you repair it and intimate me immediately.

I have purchased online HTC desire 816 G on[protected]. The handset has been stop supporting SIM within two months. I called up customer care through just dial and they said to reset the mobile and still if it will not support than please visit our service centre.I went service centre of HTC at Borivali West, S.G.Infortech HTC. First of all the representative ZIA SIDDIQUI has no manners that how to talk with the customer. She said that I will not get the handset replacement and she sent my phone to repair centre. Also said that I will get my phone after 15 to 20 days. In toady's life can any working person start their day without mobile phone. I have clearly told ZIA that this is the new phone and why will I not get it replaced? She said " ye to hamara kaam nahi he or app humko mat bolo ye sab. Hum iso sirf repair karvake de sakte he. A big HTC service centre employee was talking so rubbish for the newly bought item. I felt So BAD, these fellow has no value of their customer's money. HOW REDICULOUS THAT MY NEW HANDSET SHE SENT FOR THE REPAIRMENT.

Hello Sir, I am using HTC One 801e (M7), its IMEI number is [protected] and my mobile number is [protected]. Its been a pleasure using this mobile and everything was perfect and is perfect expect the camera which has started misbehaving. I cannot click pictures during evening time or when i am inside a room in artificial lights. I am getting pink tint image and the screen is also getting pinkish while using the camera. Everything is blurred. I purchased this product because of HTC boasting its 4.1 megapixel camera and thats the main feature of this mobile but apart from everything only the camera is not working properly. Everything else is perfect. I had a chat with HTC representative. He told me first to restore the camera settings to default. I did that and it did not help. Then he told me to do a HARD RESET of my phone, which I did but even that did not help. He said me to go to a nearby HTC service center so I went to Kolkata HTC service center i.e TVS Electronics Ltd. They checked my camera and said its faulty and so I need to spend some INR 7-8k for the camera to get it perfect. This really disheartened me. This camera malfunction getting pink tint images is not my fault. With lot of expectation I purchased this HTC One M7. Now I searched in google about this problem and they said in other countries people get their phones replaced because its company's fault. Atleast if you cannot replace my phone, repair it. I cannot understand what to do :( . It was your flagship device and I expect some amount of responsibility from your side. Please help me so that my faith in HTC gets restored and I can further look forward to use this brand mobiles and accessories. I am attaching a picture of my problem too, so that you understand the problem better. Looking for a extremely positive response. I have always loved HTC please don't make me regret. Warm Regards, Abhilash Mohata

Hi HTC, I am extremely disappointed with the HTC M8 that I bought and to add to it, the horrendous service that your repair centre gives is just not acceptable. My handset has gone faulty twice in the last 5 odd months . First the touch screen stopped responding and i had to run around to get that fixed and finally managed to get the screen replaced. Within a couple of months the phone stopped reading the USIM card, and when I gave it for repairs it took them more than a week just to tell me what was the fault. Now I have been told that the motherboard needs to be replaced, which has been out of stock. They don’t even have the basic courtesy of keeping their customers informed. I have been waiting for my phone to be fixed for almost a month now. The repair centre staff his highly incompetent and have no answers to anything. They just keep telling me there is a open PO and it is HTC's problem now and if I am not happy I should approach HTC and it’s not their concern. I don't know why HTC would be associated with a company which does not care for their customers and don’t give a damn about the experience. This mail may not completely express the kind of disappointment and frustration I have had in the last several weeks. I bought this product with lot of faith in the company and now realize how wrong I was. I am writing with a faint hope that someone somewhere in HTC would really care for a customer and do the right thing in getting my phone fixed or replaced. Regards Latesh

Urgent !!! Please reply ASAP To Whom So Ever It May Concern Respected Sir/Madam, This is to inform you about the problems I've been facing with my Htc phone and htc service over the past 3 months I have written a detailed letter. Please do read and take immediate action or else I will put this in the newspapers TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your notice the problems that I have been facing with my, "HTC DESIRE 816G Dual Sim". I had purchased this smartphone on the 30th November 2014 (30/11/2014) from Reliance Digital @ Begumpet, Hyderabad. From the very beginning I was not happy with the short battery life, the long 3-4 hours it took to charge. The sensor which allows me to mute incoming calls and alarms just by flipping the phone would not work at all. Towards the end of January 2015, I started playing motion sensor games and came to realize that it was not calibrated or installed properly in the first place. It would malfunction and move into directions I wouldn't direct it to. On the 28th of January, I deposited my phone @ the service center, specifically mentioning the three problems that I was facing with my HTC Desire 816G Dual Sim being : 1. Battery drains quickly and takes too long to charge 2. Sensor not muting incoming calls and alarms even after flipping the phone 3. Motion sensor malfunctioning I was told that it would take around 20 days to repair. My ticket no. was - 15INA[protected] I received the phone on the 7th February 2015, to realize that the problem was not yet resolved. So I called up your customer service to enquire why was the phone not repaired and sent back in the same condition and spoke to Ms. Surekha, who assured me that the problem will be resolved if I send it again. What I do not understand is when I sent it to your service team for repair, what did you do to the phone if not repair it from 28th January 2015 - 7th February 2015. Ms. Surekha assured me by giving her word that she would like me send it again and if after sending it for the second time, the problem was not resolved, she said, "the phone would be replaced by htc" After receiving it on 16th February 2015, I collected my phone from the service center (ticket no. - 15INA[protected] and checked if the problem was resolved. To my utter dissappointment, the motion sensor was still malfunctiong and the other issues of battery life and muting of calls and alarms did not work at all. Being frustrated, I called up the customer care no. [protected], to speak to Ms. Surekha but was told that she is not available at that day. Your employee, Mr. Khan (I can't remember his first name) put me on hold to check some details and after 30 seconds disconnected the call. I did not receive any call from his side. After a few minutes, I had to call up again and spoke to Mr. Mathew who told me that, Mr. ____ Khan has left for the day. Is this the kind of customer service that hTC provides, being a foreign brand that you keep saying while speaking to your customers on the phone. I am very angry with your service and approach towards solving any problems. The service is very lethargic on your part which makes me want to break your smartphone into pieces with a hammer, then burn it and make a video of it whilst doing it! I'm sure Youtube won't have a problem uploading it ! Since then I have spoken to the following people : On the 21st February 2015 I called up your service center again (because htc doesn't even care to call and inform about what is going on with the proceedings) and Ms. Sweety answered where she explained about the DOA letter and asked me to enquire if the Reliance Store I purchased my phone from had the same model or not. So I enquired as the above and was told that the new model which is more expensive is out and the model which I own is not available in the market. So I spoke to Ms. Sweety again to tell her the same and requested her for a refund since your not able to replace the phone and it being almost a month since the problems not being resolved. I was point blank refused for a refund and asked to wait for an update or whatever it is that you call it and was told to call her again on Monday, the 23rd February 2015. On Monday, the 23rd February 2015, I called up your service center where I was told by Mr. Dheeraj, that Ms. Sweety has an off, where I had to explain the entire story to him again for the nth time. Mr. Dheeraj assured me that I will receive a call within 24 hours after I attached an invoice copy to the email support @ http://www.htc.com/in/contact/email/ so that he could send it to the back end team division. After doing so I was provided with a Ticket No. - 15IND[protected], where I received an e-mail from Pratima stating the following on 23rd February 2015 " With reference to the ticket number 15IND[protected], we would like to inform you that we have forwarded the scan copy of invoice bill to our customer service executive and they are working on the case. Rest assured that we will look into the issue and provide you with best possible solution. " The date today is 6th March 2015 and I am still awaiting your so called "BEST POSSIBLE SOLUTION" It had been an entire week without receiving a phone call/e-mail and I still hoped that you would call . On 2nd March 2015, I was still amazed at how lousy, lethargic, inconsiderate and impolite a company such as HTC could behave with their fellow customers. So I called up your customer service again and spoke to Ms. Vidhi who stated there they are still waiting for an update after waiting for an entire week where Mr. Dheeraj said, "only 24 hours Sir . We will help you solve this problem" Being frustrated and angry, I requested her to connect me to the supervisor and that I'd like to have a word with him. With all that was going on, she had the nerve to ask me for a reason why I'd like to speak to the supervisor and when I confronted her she stated that my voice was not audible and she can't hear me. She muted her microphone and every 20 seconds she would unmute it and say that i'm not audible. She did this for 10 whole minutes! VERY GREAT SERVICE - WAAAH WAAH, WAAH WAAH So I disconnected the call, to call up yet again to speak to Ms. Reshma who understood my problem and said that she will send a request for some team to set up a call for me the next day, i.e. 3rd March 2015. She took all my details and spoke politely. The next day, I did not receive a call from htc. On 4th March 2015, I called up to ask about the call I was supposed to receive and a lady on the phone says that the mail was not forwarded and that is why you did not receive the call. She next tells me that it would take another 24 hours for that team to call me up... (VERY BUSY TEAM) i.e. on 5th March 2015. Guess what ??? It is 5th March 2015 and I don't receive any call. Today is 6th March 2015 and I'm still supposed to get your call. I am very angry, irritated and fed up of all the lies, and stupid dumb tactics your staff has used with me. Every morning when I pick up the newspaper I feel like putting this entire issue in the newspapers, online pages like facebook, twitter, etc. and humiliating the laughing stock out of HTC. I am so sick of your lies and service that I no longer want any replacement. I would like a full refund for this scrappy piece of smartphone you named "Desire" and leave me at peace. I have no further interest in calling your stupid service center to enquire about anything at all. I am craving to put this in the papers and humiliate you like anything. Thanking you. TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your notice the problems that I have been facing with my, "HTC DESIRE 816G Dual Sim". Thanking you. hello this is Varun Sharda, from jalandhar city Punjab. last month i took my HTC Desire 820 to your service centre near Nakodar Chowk jalandhar and they told me that it will took 15 to 20 days for repair .This afternoon I called your service centre for enquiry. A woman answered the phone and proceeded to talk in a most rude and vulgar manner. The words she used are commonly referred to by their first letter by people with manners. I doubt that she is typical of your employees; however, I think that someone should talk to her soon before your business suffers. All o[censored]s need to learn something new occasionally. I guess it is her turn.

Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased HTC Desire 516C mobile phone on 30th Nov 2014 from Singh Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., Janak Puri - New Delhi. Unfortunately I started facing problems in functionality of my mobile phone just after 2 months of purchase. The major problem are Network is not working and mobile get switched off automatically after every 5 minutes. I went to your customer care i.e Orien Telecom Services, Ring Road Naraina - New Delhi for the rectification of my mobile phone on 02nd February, 2015 and they confirm to rectify the problem within 7-10 days. Unfortunately till date I have not received my mobile phone even after more than 1 month of my complaint and every time they are giving False Commitments. Even you can understand that the person without a smart phone for more than 1 month is helpless in their daily routine. Yesterday again when I went there for collection of my mobile phone as per their commitment, they misbehaved with me and told again it will take another 1 week. This kind of behavior of HTC channel partners will affect your permanent Customers and I am one of them. I hope you will consider the matter as urgent and take necessary actions to close the matter before 1 week. I hope to get a positive feedback from HTC to maintain a better customer relationship. Encl: Attached Mobile bill & Complaint form for your reference. Regards Atul Chatrath (M):+91-[protected]

I have handed over the handset HTC 816 to TVS electronics Chandigarh 13-02-15 for repair. Till today the handset has not yet repaired. After inquiring for several times, the service center personnel replied that due to non availability of spares it could not be repaired and required more time. If this the situation, it is better to stop marketing the handsets by HTC which is one of the reputed company. I am very much fed up with the service of HTC. I am fed up with the service of HTC. Now I'm in confusion that why I've spend Rs 24500/- for buying this phone .You are just making the people fool. I am constrained to approach legal authorities against HTC which is not advisable. Hence, Kindly look into this problem immediately and arrange for the repair of the handset or else replace with new one because it is under warranty.

This is with utmost distress and frustation, I am needing to bring to notice such devastating service at HTC Authorised Service Center. A new mobile device that had fallen into water by our kid, was submitted at the Service Center in Andheri, on 19/01/2015. We were told that the device will be examined and the charges if any applicable will be informed before it is repaired. We understand that such a damage is not covered under warranty and hence we agree to pay charges if any. A week later, we get a call, stating that the charges are approximately INR 14, 500/-. When we visited the Service Center to further discuss this, we are shocked to see the list of parts damaged, whereas the only issue was with the display when we gave the phone, as it had fallen into water. Further to our nightmare, we see visible and purposely done damage to the panel on all 4 corners, and scratches which was a brand new panel when submitted. We definitely disagree to pay the charges, as the damages are not what we needed repair for, and was obvious that the device was mishandled. When we argued on this, we were advised to call the Toll Free Number. And, when we did, we are told by Mr.Sanjay that we will be given a discount of 20% on the total charges, and has been approved. We still argued that the device must be repaired under warranty as there are new damages done to it. After that, Mr. Shyam, kept calling us periodically, and mentioning to us that the phone is being repaired and will be ready in a few days. On 08/02/2015, we speak to a person named Martin at the customer care number, and were promised fast track service, and the device will be ready in maximum a week's time., but in vain. Since then, i have been speaking to so many people at customer care, (MrShyam & Mr.Pawan), of which Mr, Pawan who was extremely rude, and mentioned that they do not have spare parts and hence it is not repaired at all. When I said that this is not acceptable, and I will be taking this up seriously, I am being told, that i could do whatever i wanted to, but this is what it is. Its been close to 1.5 months already, and they still expect me to accept the same device, which is not even sure of repair yet. It has been a disaster dealing with these people, and I have now started to wonder, if I will ever get the replacement or even the compensation for it. Who do we trust, if we cannot expect professional service from the Authorised Service Centers itself????? Hope someone there hears my grievance and get an answer to my question asap.
