Dear Sir, My name is Karmveer Srivastava .I have purchased HTC desire 501. There was a problem it is not switch on. I gave my Mobile to service centre on 30/01/2015. They told me that it will take 8 days. After 8 days when I visited to service center, They told me that its part is not available in Company itself. Till date 14/02/2015 and 28/02/2015, 04/03/2015, 18/03/2015, 25/03/2015, I have not received My mobile and they are telling that it will take more days. Its enough, sir. I am not having to much time to visit service center again and again as I am a employ in a company. SO, please look into the matter and clear the matter within 5 days. Or at last I will claim it at Consumer court. my contact no. is [protected].

Dear Sir, My name is Satya.I have purchase htc816G . There was a problem in camera and simslot. I gave my Mobile to service centre on 20/02/2015.after submitting when i am not got any msg from htc support regarding my phone when i contact to htc support Date 19/3/2015 they told me that they not able to track my my phone and need 48 hours more for this again i call to service support date 21/03/2015 they told me after taking me a long hold around 30 min. that my device is on hold due to parts are not available need some more time and again they told me that kindly call me on tusday(24/03/2014).when i cal them they again provide me kindly call me After 48 hours. this is very bad service support from htc They told me that its parts is not available in Company itself they are not clear me when parts are avalible . Till date 24/03/2015, I have not received My mobile and they are telling that it will take more days. Its enough, sir. I am not having to much time to call service center again and again . . Sir, i have given my htc 816g mobile handset for service at their service centre on february 20th 2015 with sim card slot problem, and in the token of proof from their end they have given expected date of service done is march 6th 2015, but they have not done it on that day, and even after that i have contaced the service centre for more than a couple of times but still they say that are still expecting the spares to come.and not confirming the delivery of the mobile even on today i:e 24th march 2015. I had purchased htc desire 816g on 23 dec 2014. After some days, the data cable and adapter are not working so i submitted them in the kalkaji service centre on 2nd Feb 2015. Till then, I did not get my accessories. Whenever i go to service center they said to call customer centre and when i call Customer care all they are giving me is assurance. Its been 2 months and i did not get my accessories.

It is to be noted that I Meenu Yadav perchased a HTC handset(htc desire 620g dual sim IMEI1-[protected] AND IMEI2-[protected]) on 03/02/2015 from local sellar with all billing cleared but it stopped functioning on 22/03/2015(within one and a half month). we contected the local seller(Ashirwad mobile world, Wardha) who told us that we should contact Nagpur customer care. Also he made us talk to somebody named Mr Mangesh from your sales division in the area who gave a very derogatory response. He even denied any knowledge about the terms and conditions of the limited period warranty provided by your company. We were also provided with the number of Mr. Pravin someone from your nagpur customer care centre, who straightforward told us if you want to get your mobile replaced go the company itself and ask them. From all the above you must have understood how frustrating and bad the experience was for us dealing with what we thought at time of purchase to be a customer friendly company of HTC. At the time of purchase we were assured that we would be provide with quality service (if you have any problem you with your handset come straight to us we willl solve your problem was the exact promise from your side), but the kind of service we got from your side(let me be honest) was the worst for us till now.Imagine a cell phone worth Rs 16465/- going haywire within 1 and a half month. It might be a very small figure for a big company like you but it is a very big amount for customers like us. After so much of dissapointment as our second last option we are contacting you and sincerely hope to have a reply from your end soon. I desperately hope that the response from your side won't be anything like the ones we got from all your allies and subordinates. Regards

My Phone had a bunch of dead pixel since day 1 I unpacked my phone from flipkart. As it was rarely noticeable I intended to use it for a while. Then on 28th Feb, after 1 1/2 month, I went to HTC Service Center at Sigma Arcade, Marathahalli, Bengaluru. I was told that you would get this repaired within 8-10 working days. Now, Its been a month and I receive the same update that We are waiting for the part to deliver and they give me another date to follow up. I requested to get my phone back and this was addressed immediately. Hence, Please help me with that. My Service Request number is 15INA[protected].

Dear Sir/Madam, Last friday i purchase the HTC Desire 820 White through Flikart. Today when i recive the Hanndset i am not able to use this Handset confiniously because it getting so heat Up both sides front and back. i am from adampur ...its near jalandhar ...i submitted my phone to the authorised service centre of htc...shree communications ..i submitted my phone on 16 they gave me the date to collect it on 2 ...means after 16 days ...bt today 40days have been passed i didnt got my phone repaired they dont respond to our calls not even when we go there ...not properly

I have HTC Desire 816 which I purchased on 31st August, 2014. Since the time I have bought it I am facing disturbances in hearing. The voice is unclear in most of the calls. The voice is cracking and silences in between. Initially I thought it is my SIM which is giving problem, so I visited the nearest Vodafone store and got a new micro Sim. But the problem persisits. So I went to the HTC Customer service centre. To my surprise when the attendant checked calls from my phone they were coming out well and there was less of disturbances. Still I persisted him to take my phone and check it. So he took it and gave it back in half an hour. But there was no significant improvement. I still have the same problem. There is for sure no network issue at my place regarding Vodafone because everyone uses the same at my place. When I can't hear from my phone I take their and use it comfortably.

I HAVE SUBMITTED MY DEVICE ON 12 TH FEB. 2015 SINCE THEN IT HAS BEEN MORE THEN 40 DAYS I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY NEW DESIRE 820 WHICH HAS BEEN APPROVED I GIVE HTC LAST 2 DAYS IF NOT I AM GOING TO CONSUMER COURT AGAIST THIS MENTAL HARRASMENT BY HTC.

I bought htc desire 816 around 6 months ago.It worked well till 5 months but then it started losing network connectivity and had some issues with the network problem. I tested the sim card in another device and it was working normally. Then, i submitted this device to the Htc service centre in Nagpur. It has been 13 days today since then, and i have no information and confirmation about the date on which it will be returned to me. When i call up the service centre and tell them about the ticket no. they just say that we cant tell you how much time will it take, its undergoing repairs right now. If i call up the Toll Free no. there is no one to pick up my call for hours and hours together. I am really angry with this highly unprofessional behavior of the HTC services in Nagpur and the quality of their devices. I dont know when will my device come back. And there is a lot of work pending beacuse of this problem. Because frankly speaking, i'm sorry to compare but if this problem would have happened in an IPhone, they would have replaced it or repaired it immidiately. Not like HTC. My ticket number is 15INA[protected] I produced my device on Feb 16 2015 but still know i didn't received my device or any status of the device all your representatives are saying that the parts are not available for my device that is your repair teams issue not mine...I complaint about this many times and also have the call recordings and chat text with me about the same ...I have contacted ur persons more than 15 times via chat and call... i need my device replace and delivered to me by at least 23 of this month, ... i am waiting for past one month it feel horrible and disgusting that i bought ur device and waiting for it to be delivered

Hi, I have submitted my phone at HTC service centre at “TVS Electronics Ltd, C-102, 1st Floor, C-Block, Ansal Plaza, Khel Gaon Marg, HUDCO Place, New Delhi - 110049” Also there Executive asked you can visit with in 10 to 15 days your device delivered but I have try to collect my device last 3 days but its pending from service centre also repairing not completed also CCE inform it wil take more 40 days request to please check and resolved the issue. I have purchased HTC desire 820Q having IMEI No [protected] from Voice Infotech, Kingsway Camp, Delhi-9 on 28 Feb 2015. When I inserted SIM into the phone it fail to detect SIM-I. I visited HTC customer care named TVS-Electronics LTD, Kamala Nagar, Delhi-110007 on 14 Mar 2015. Mechanic of that customer care told me that he will issue DOA Certificate and he issued certificate having No. SQ3S[protected] on 16 Mar 2015. I have submitted this certificate alongwith my mobile set and its components to voice infortech on 17 Mar 2015. After submitting this he told me that he will provide new mobile set after 02 days but when I visited his shop on 19 Mar 2015 he again told me that he will provide new set after 15 days. I have purchased HTC mobile cheerfully but now I feel that I have cheated from Shopkeeper. You are requested to resolve my problem on priority and provide me new set as soon as possible. I bought a desire 816g on 15 Jan 2015, IMEI-[protected] & it started giving me problem from day one o[censored]se. Problems encountered by me are1. Phone gets hanged every now and then & especially in the middle of a conversation.2. Battery drains tremendously within minutes after charging.3. Hands free has stopped working.4. Data cable provided with the package has stopped working.I submitted this set to Kamlanagar, new Delhi service centre on 9/3/15. Tkt no. Q3S[protected], with the above mentioned complaints.They assured me that phone's motherboard would be replaced but now they are refusing to do so & over this the people at this service center are an epitome of indifference and apathy. Now I don't want my phone to be repaired kindly replace it with a new one.I have been a loyal user of brand HTC(Desire S & P3300) since long time, but this phone has disappointed me to the core and has pushed me to look for alternate brands.Please reply with some concrete redressal for my problem.

This is in reference to my smartphone repair which is still undergoing with HTC. I submitted my phone on 31st Dec 2014 at E-mall Kolkata for service as it was overheating every now and then. It was told me to me by the service center that it will take around 20days and I was OK with that. But now today it is 17th March 2015 and still I dont have my phone with me. Last week i got a call from the escalation team as well that my phone will be at the service center by last monday i.e 9th March 2015 and its not ready yet.

Initially I called HTC after 30days approx. to check what’s going on.. That time they asked me to call back after 48 hours to check the availability of the parts. I called them back after 4-5days and still got to hear the same thing. I should add this that every time you call HTC, you HAVE to wait for minimum time of 7-8mins and in addition to it the exec will put you on hold for 5-6mins by saying it will take 2mins. I mean overall it has been a very bad experience with HTC.

Today i.e. 17th March 2015 when I went to HTC Center E-Mall Kolkata, they returned me by saying still the parts are not available.
I MUST SAY THAT HTC KNOWS ONLY ONE THING TO TELL THEIR CUSTOMER "CALL US BACK AFTER 48HOURS TO CHECK THE STATUS AGAIN" and just keep on doing that for days... months.. and years...

Not only the normal helpline but the escalation team people have also failed to keep their words. They promised me that my phone will be ready by 9th Mar but it was a lie to me.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am writing this to bring in your kind notice about selling of cheap quality handsets in the market which has 1 year of life and the worst and careless kind service of HTC company. I have bought HTC desire X dual T329W black model on 31 Dec 2013. I have used this handset very carefully, if you see on its touch-pad screen you will not find a single scratch and same is verified by your service center person. Now since 4 days back my HTC phone started auto functioning and it has automatically called to one of my colleague about 19 times in the night. It checks whatapps sends SMS, makes outgoing calls and automatically receives the incoming calls, opens any application of the phone, types any thing, makes camera on and clicks the photo automatically. In short, it is auto working without touching the phone. Earlier I was using Samsung screen touch mobile phone which I have used for 5 years and still that handset is good working condition, I am giving this example to give you an idea how carefully I am handling phones. I visited to your TVS E Service center, camp Pune on 9th March 2015 to get it resolved, the desk attendant has verified my handset whether it damaged or not but he did not find any thing like that, then he reloaded the factory version software in handset and assured me it will work. When I came to home I found that the problem was not resolved. I again visited to the service center on 11th March 2015, the desk attendant told me to change the display which costs around Rs. 5000/- First reaction was like any of common consumer, I also tried to explain him that handset is not roughly used, there is not a single scratch on it, and I used it for 15 months only the why should I bear this much cost. Service center person has not listened to me and he was talking to me very carelessly and informally. He said me you have used the phone for a year then you must have to pay the money. I was really shocked after hearing this. I lost my patience when their team leader named Mr. Sharad came to me and was said the same thing, then he asked me to talk with HTC customer care center and telephone officer Mr. Kavish also said me that if you have used the phone for a year then company cannot help you out. It was a very disappointing moment for me Finally, I came to the conclusion that HTC is only selling out their products in the market and not caring about customer service and customer problems. You are selling of cheap quality and manufacturing defective handsets into the market which has life of 1 year old only and after that you do not care about the user. I am completely dissatisfied with the HTC handsets and made now I made my mind to not use HTC product ever. Below are the few things which touch my mind and would like to share with you. 1. HTC is world wide known for its quality and in my case I have used the handset for about 14 months and within this short period how I come across with this weird problem. 2. If you add the purchase cost of Rs. 13500/- and repairing cost Rs. 5000/- it means within 14 months I have to pay 18500/- 3. In this short period I am facing biggest problem in HTC handset then whatever HTC claiming about their quality and perfection is completely fake. 4. HTC company and their Service centers are not there to help the customers, they are only earning money by replacing parts. 5. Is the HTC products life is of 1 year only. If I compare with other mobile brands like Carbonn or micromax are best than you and HTC is nowhere you are just making fake advertising. I would like to suggest you to stop making fool us. Sir i have bought desire 816 g on 24 december 2014 but it will be stop working on 28 feb 2014 and i am submitted the handset same day in your service center harkrishan gallery janak puri delhi they said that your handset is dead and will repair it in 7 days but when i was call the After 7 days they said that parts of your handset is not available and you have to w8 for 1 week after 1 week i call them again then he said sorry sir we have still not receive the parts you have to wait for more 1 week. I am not getting any satisfactory answer from the customer care guys i request you please provide my repaired -handset or new handset to me or otherwise i will submitted my case into consumer forum.
