Htc desire 820q dual sim. Screen is not auto rotate easily and properly.screen is not sharp and picture and audio quality is not good according to their specification. speed of Cpu not a quad core 1.2 GHz in actually because it is not work as like a 1.2GHz Cpu processor.screen is not 6"inch approximatly in actually, because it is not this according to thier specification.

I brought HTC 620G mobile on 31/01/2015 Now with in 15 days wifi is not working properly.So I already raised a complaint to HTC by calling them.They asked me to use in safe mode for 6 hours, and reboot the mobile. After that 5 day it worked.Now the same compliant is happening. So could you please replace the phone. I have submitted my htc desire 501 for replacement since 28 jan. Its been 24 days approx. Service centre people in New Delhi had said that it will take 10-12 days for replacement.But customer care making me fool from 11th feb, saying that you will recieve your hand set in next 1-2 days. My ticket no. Is 15INA[protected] and S.N. is HT41LLM01365.Htc provides the most miserable service than any other company. Should i go the legal way or what?... Manish garg [protected].

Hai I am Gokul Krishna from Cochin Kerala. I took a HTC mobile on[protected].It is a HTC 816g model phone. The phone got complaint the very next month, that was on december. It was a connector problem. The phone was not getting charged. I am informed from the HTC service centre Cochin that it will take one day to repair it. But i had a very bad experience as it took around one week to get it repaired. They did not even inform me when the format the phone and i lost all my contacts and important bank messages as i am business man it was al very crucial datas for me. I used an old phone for one week which i left behind due to some problems. I went to the service centre three times to get the phone. BUT NOW THE PHONE IS SHOWING SOME PROBLEM AGAIN. The SIM card is coming out of the slot and it is showing no sim card detected. It is pushing out automatically from slot. I am a business man and i have many calls and messages coming. But now it is a very very bad experience with the phone and i am undergoing a very bad pressure. Now i need to find a phone again for my use. Complaints could happen obviously as it is an electronic equipment. Unfortunately i got the unfortunate gadget. I cant go forward again with the same handset. It is not worth my money and the pressure and tension which i am going through. I would like to get my set replaced or want to sell my phone as soon as possible. I am looking for a positive response from your side or i will try my luck in some other means like consumer court or something like that. I have no other go. Please take necessary action. I am planning to approach the service centre tomorrow. Please do the needful.

Dear Sir/Madam I have Purchase HTC one m8 mobile in 30 November 2014 with one Year Warranty my mobile got fault in February 2015 i have given mobile for servicing they have ask me only 2 day for servicing but not almost 12 day over and still i am waiting for my mobile to repair . Whenever i am asking about my mobile they are asking some more day time .

I am very dissatisfied with the services of HTC, This was my first experience with HTC which turned out to be a nightmare.i had purchased htc820 from snapdeal on 17th jan withn 5 days this phone fell down from a mare height of tea table and the display got broken down, how come these phone are so delicate i have already paid 25k for the phone and now i had to spend another 5k to get it repaired because company does not take the accountability of it.now when i have given this phone to Ahmedabad service centre they have taken my phone and already 20 days have passed i have no response from them and they are saying it will take another 20 days, as a customer this is very dissatisfying i am into marketing i need to use smart phone every now and then but i think this was my mistake to purchase htc phone.i requist you please give me my money back within two days if you are not able to give me any solution.

I have submitted my htc one m7 since 21 jan. Its been a month approx. Service centre people in New Delhi are saying that the motherb and lowerboard are faulty. They still dont have the parts in stock. Htc provides the most miserable service than any other company. Should i go the legal way or what?

I am chandan agarwal. I have purchased a htc desire 816.I have given it to service center on 02/02/15 with imei no. As [protected]. My jobsheet no. Is ixw[protected] and ticket no. 15ina[protected]. Already 17 days had been past and they are asking to wait for another one month.I am really fed up with the services of htc.
Problems as per service centre in set network failure, sim slot problem, sim two not deduct.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

Just 3 months ago i purchased htc desire 820. But now in this short time i faced problem of speaker/ringer. I showed the phone at Your Patiala service centre. I was asked to submit my cell phone to them for a week for repair as they were not able to repair at their service centre. I deposited my phone with them on 09/02/2015 under Ticket no 15INA[protected]. But when i tracked my phone repair status it is still under repair. I am not clear when will i get my cell phone back after repair. It is very difficult to be without a smart phone in toady's life.

Hello Concern... I 'm fed up with HTC service - Less than 1 year completed n i got some backup related issue in Desire 500 - response of HTC service center in Gurgaon is worst, they do'nt update you anything & even dont pick the call - On getting no proper reply, i requested to give the fon to senior person, dey put the receiver aside & nobody attended it - today 10days already passed still they are saying that they have placed the order for part, when it will come, they will replace my service no is QPS[protected] Dt 07-feb'2015

I Ankit Goyal a customer of you have given my HTC desire 816 for repair on 20th of January having ticket number (15INA[protected] to the service centre where I was said that it will be repaired in 12-15 working days and now its almost more than 20 days. I called to the toll free number several times and I was said that I will get my handset by 5th of February but I didn't got and I called the service executives again the next day and again I was Said that my handset has been dispatched from there, and still I did not receive the set. Then again today I called the service executives department and now they are not giving me any information and also not transferring my call to the manager or any other higher authority who can solve my issue. I was very Happy being a customer of HTC but this time I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service. Now I think I dont need the handset instead give me a credit note for my cell so that I can purchase any other handset with better customer support. I have purchased new HTC Desire 816, S.n. HC48VMZ03586 two months back . The phone's touch system got malfunctioned. I have shown the same at service centre, TVS Electronics Ltd, sco 103, Ground Floor, Sector 47, Chandigarh-160047 on 2.2.2015. The IMEI no for the same is [protected]. My concerns are listed below. 1. I feel regretful to prefer HTC over any other brand in the market as it has not given me good response as expected. 2. I am following up with officials at service centre for past one week. Every time i have been assured that i wil get my set within day or two. 3. It is to my surprise that touch screens are out of stock at your service centre . It has already been 11 days without any good response. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve at the earliest.

I have bought this phone on 12th Oct 2014 as on date i have multiple issues, Mentioned below : Battery drains out so quickly Charger heats up so badly Phone network bars does not appear at times Phone goes off with no good reason Applications act so strangely at times Charging slot and ear phone slots dont work most of the times When i went up to HTS service center in gurgaon ( Grand Mall ) they refused to accept all the above issues however when i visited second time with all my frustation then they just said that they can replace the mother board however Tell me one things : HTC BEING THE BRAND NAME CANT EVEN CHAGE THE PHONE OF THE CUSTOMER WHO ARE HAVING MULTIPLE ISSUES. sir/madam, i, dr. rohitash johari, is using htc desire u since past 11 months, some 4-5 months back i had a problem with the display of my handset, which when given to your local service center, had been resolved and i got my handset back after around 10 days. after one week onlymy handset started showing another problem in which it restarts itself while operating. i neglected it for some days as your local service center is far off from my place . after sometime this problem gets worse and it does not restart only, it gets stuck on htc logo .i reported about the issue to your customer care support (chennai, [protected]), where i have been told to perform factory reset, but the problem still persists and finally i have been advised to give my handset for repair to your local service center. there i have been advised for software upgradation and they did so and return it back in an hour. the next day only i was having the same problem. i again contacted your customer care support on call and explained everything again, they advised me to again visit the local service center and give a call from there only to your customer care support and that time i had been assurred for 100% satisfaction with the issues i have been facing again and again. i recieved my handset back after nearly 10 days, within 3 weeks only i am again facing the same issue of restarting and this time its display has also gone like the first time. everytime i give my handset for repair at your your service center i get it back after 10 days, plus your service center is far away from my place so my time and money also get wasted for the same issues again and again. for these 10 days i have to arrange another handset for use and had to recover all contacts and data . this all is happenenig regularly since 4-5 months . my handset is now under warranty period than i am facing so much problem, dont know how u will tackle it after its warranty period. your handset is not worth enough the time, money, and data i loose everytime due to problems with the handset, and going and giving the handset for repair to your local service centre for the same issues. last time i had asked your customer care executive to arrange a replacement of the handset if the issue cannot be resolved permanently and the same problem is coming again and again. so kindly look into my matter and provide me an appropriate solution so that i can maintain the faith in htc india with which i purchased my device, or i[censored] cannot do anything regarding my problem than i do not have any other option other than filing a case against htc india in consumer court india and claim for my loss. thanking you, dr. rohitash johari mumbai, maharashtra mob no. I have purchased HTC desire 516 dual sim 2 months ago by paying 9500.Then after 2 months i'm unable to reset my phone and it gives the message like SD card removed unexpectedly. I went to service center they told me it will take 2-3 days to repair my phone, now after 3 days when i went to pick up my phone they are saying I have to change motherboard it will take 30-35 days. But I don't think there is problem in motherboard because all things are working properly except the Phone reset option. I Abdul Razzak have to complain about the poor service that I am facing in Hyderabad service center. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. [protected].

I have purchased HTC one x+ half and a year ago by paying 29500.Then after 13 months It just shut off, I went to service center they told me I have to change motherboard worth Rs 17000. But I dont think there is problem in motherboard because when i keep phone charging it starts without any problem. So there may be problem in battery. Please consider this .

Dear Sir, I have purchased 2 new HTC Desire 516 dual sim mobile from Vijay Sales, Vasai (W) Mumbai, India on 6th Feb 2015 one of the mobile is purchased from display. Sales person of Vijay sales guranteed this is the good one there is no issue if any problem will exchange it for you. When we charged the mobile the battery got too hot compared to other purchased mobile. when we approach on 7th Feb they denied to exchange though we submitted all the documents Kindly look in this matter & do the needful.
