Hi, I got the problem with speakers and vibration (htc desire 501 dual sim) and had given for the repair within warranty period. As per the service center, they claim that it would be resolved in 15 days and the same can be tracked @ http://e2e-tracking-asia.htc.com.At the first place the repair status cant be tracked and the service center people wont receive your call for any queries. Please do consider about the complains.

Hi, I have submitted my defected mobile at HTC Service Center (Kamla Nagar, Delhi) on 9 February 2015 and they provided me expected date of 11 February 2015. The Ticket No is 15INA[protected]. But till now, i don't have any update and any idea that when they will return my mobile. So, please take this as priority and try to resolve this asap. i am facing very difficulty without my mobile. And one more thing, when i asked to service center about status of mobile, they told me to call the toll free number and ask to arrange the defected part. So, please tell me is it my duty or their to order the defected part. And this thing they told me when i asked them about status. Please take a suitable action and accelerate the request.

Worst experience after using HTC for 3 months .I had bought a HTC Desire 816G handset on 05/11/2014 from a mobile shop which is located nearby my house.After using the handset for three months certainly the touch pad was not functioning properly and almost I have to double tap on each and every icon to get open and I refer to the shop from where I bought the mobile, the executive over there format my mobile phone but the problem still occurred then they told me to visit the HTC Service Center and then I took my mobile to the service center, unfortunately there is only I service center in kolkata and the que is also very long but whatever I showed the mobile to service center executive, she told me that this is a internal problem of the handset and they wouldn't charge me (in warranty) but the parts are not available here they will refer to their chennai service center or they will sent the mobile to Taiwan, then I deposited the mobile over there on 27th January 2015 and they told that it will take almost a month but today on 28/02/2015 when I had gone to the service center to check whether my mobile is ready or not but till date the mobile is not ready and they told me the handset is lying in their chennai office and when i asked them how long it will take they couldn't answer me Please tell me what should I do as 1 month out of warranty period got waste in service center only. my name is nithin i gave my HTC 816G mobile in trident technologies on[protected] then i didnt get any information about the phone whether it got repaired by my mistake or its default problem.so i waited up to 20th and i took htc customer support number and ticket number of the phone. then i called to customer support on 24th about the problem a person lift the phone and said that ur phone is in hold status we need time of 48 hours and said to call on 27th morning so that he will say estimated date. then I spoke to customer support on[protected] they said me to wait for 3 mins and then they called me with the number [protected] at 11:33 am.spoke to some women about the issue.call went for more than 1hour 30 minutes.she spoke me the same thing again and again and didnt gave me the exact explanation. "HAD A WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from HTC SUPPORT" and this is not at all fair. i got fully disappointed about the service because they have cut the call when i am still waiting in the call. i didnt expect this .they gave me the expectation date may be around april 24th when i asked regarding that she just diverted the topic and didnt gave me the correct explanation.and she just sorry sir i have to cut the call and she did cut the call. very bad service from htc it is more than 20 days and they didnt even inform me about anything.so please try to say the estimated date exactly or replace the phone if it takes long time

But till the date customer care is not giving good response about my mobile. They have given me lots of time and I am very disturbed from customer care. I am using htc desire 816 dual sim phone, There is some problem is creating in the phone then i submit my phone to sec-18 service centre and the employee will say sir after 15 to 18 days you will receive your phone from service centre but at today the phone is not okay because there is delay in the spare from company side and loose work done and wrong communication by the employees of the company and the handset i not receive to me.

I have tried all things as per mail which i got from technical support with reference( 15INCW06ENA001493), but for few days my mobile was working well but today same virus occurred meanwhile and i lost all my important things from mobile .I don't know how this thing is happening and it is forth time with my mobile .As an employee, i have to keep important document in mobile and it's delete due to this virus, hope u can understand . This is my personal request either change my mobile with new handset with same model or else i am going to lodge a complaint in consumer court against HTC service center as three times i did your procedure as per trailing mail but not get proper result . Virus and purchase bill snapshot are attached for your reference .

My phone was making a lot of trouble so i hv submitted it to the service centre on 31 january 2015. My job id is - DEL[protected] and ticket no. is 15INA[protected]. Almost a month has passed but my phone hs'nt been repaired yet. Whn i visited service centre to ask for the same, they told me tht manufacturing of tht particular phone has been stopped and so time is being taken. IN One year this is the fourth time i am visiting service centre with problems in my phone. Its touch, audio jack, is not working properly and it also has issues with its microprocessor, may be thtswhy company stop its manufacturing very soon. All I wnt is to get my phone replaced with some other model of same price because if its manufacturing is closed, thn if in future if it causes problems thn again a lot of time will be taken to resolve it as it is being taken in this case. this phone has issues from the beginning thts why i hve to visit service centre four times in a single year . I have purchase a new HTC Desire 816G handset bearing IMEI No.[protected] from M/s the Mobile store Limited, Mysore by paying Rs 18700/- on 20-10-14. After using for 2 months, I have encountered with a problem in Sim slot 1. I have handed over the handset to M/s Mobile Planet, # 2675, I floor, Madappa complex, Kalidasa Road, Mysore on 02-02-15 for repair. Till today the handset has not yet repaired. After enquiring for several times, the service centre personnel replied that due to non availability of spares it could not be repaired and required more time. If this the situation, it is better to stop marketing the handsets by HTC which is one of the reputed company. I am very much fed up with the service of HTC. I am constrained to approach legal authorities against HTC which is not advisable. Hence, Kindly look into this problem immediately and arrange for the repair of the handset or else replace with new one because it is under warranty. Please don't give room for undue things.

I was having problem in network since I bought HTC desire 816G. I had given my phone in service center on 2nd Feb. They said your handset will be repaired in 10-15 days. Now its almost 20 days, I didn't have any information about my handset. Whenever I call them they says that it will take 1 week more to repair. I am fed up with the service of HTC. Now I'm in confusion that why I've spend Rs 18000/- for buying this phone.

To, HTC team, I had given my phone which was under insurance for repairing due to damage in display on 13th Jan 2015 in Ccom Telecommunications Pvt.Ltd. At Thane. The work order of same is HTC/ETE26/CI/1/15/00029. Approval from insurance company was received on 21st Jan 2015 for the same. Despite several calls & follow ups i have not received my phone yet. The phone has received the service center but still they are not giving me my phone. Take note this matter & help me to receive my phone immidieatly. Regards, Mahesh Kadam

Dear Sir, I SUHAIB AHMAD have bought a new Mobile Phone ( Model No.htc Desire 816 ) at Rs17, 200 on 4th December 2014 but one its speaker was not working since then but I came to know about that same later.Then I visited below mentioned htc service Centre and have given that for repairing on 24th January2015 at htc service center located Laxmi Nagar Office No. 201, Second Floor, Sagar Plaza, DITT Centre, Laxmi nagar, New Delhi-92. The person sitting at service center assured me to repair phone in around 8-10 days but now its being a month and they are not repairing my phone...when I used to call them to ask about the repair status of my Phone they cut my call...or put on hold.. I m very much fed up now because I am having many losses daily because of not having phone with me...help me JOB NUMBER OF JOB CARD is- DEL[protected] TICKET NUMBER- 15INA[protected]

I bought this handset and used for about one month and it fell into water. As per the insurance papers, the phone is insured against water damage. Now when I submitted my phone to the insurance company i.e. Homeserve they took a month long to decide that the phone cannot be repaired by the HTC service centre. I fail to understand why are these guys providing fake insurance to the customers, when they actually cant do anything about it. They have returned the phone to me and have no answers at all. This insurance company Homeserve networds (http://www.homeservenetwork.com/) should be immediately sealed as they are cheating on the consumers. Moreover, if HTC cannot repair the phone sold to the customers, it is really a shame to the company.

Respected sir, I am HTC Mobile holder it is 816 G and it was fallen in water on[protected] and i handed over my above said mobile to your service centre in the name of Nanak Communication at Gandhi Market Ambala Cantt my hand set was fully insured and under warranty Sir i have visited your service centre several times and I am not getting satisfactory ans from their representative about my hand set Dear sir this is very shame for the origination like HTC that neither they are able to repair my hand set nor they are giving it back that it is not repairable as my hand set is fully insured Pls. tell me where i am wrong and i am suffering a lot in my business. sir i have reported to your toll free customer Care also 2 days back they also insure me that in 48 hours your problem will be resolved they also not reverted back till dated sir don't force me to take legal action against the company. I purchased this phone on 18 jan. worth rs 18000/-.There are certain no. of problems that was detected by passing of time. within 3 to 4 days i went to mobile store from where i purchased phone to return that phone but they were taking at half rate so i want to cure that phone but the problem increased day by day eg. hanging, network issues. There is a provision if there is any sort of problem in the handset they can return handset by issuing DO certificate but they didn, t issue certificate and said time ha spassed to issue certificate and they are not curing properly also. cell phone htc sl.no: HT394MG00170 is with in warrenty period up to 24th march 2015. cell Display is intermittent . HTC customer care is not accepting the phone for service even it is in warrenty period, as it is not made in India . i have purchased it online via ebay.. Dear HTC service team, I have purchased HTC 816 from Reliance digital on dtd.17th Jan'15 Since purchase of handset I am facing issue of screen not getting un-locked and not even getting switch-off & on for min. 30 minutes to more than 1 hour . I can not able to do nothing during these times. Screen remains like switched-off condition. At least weekly once am facing this issue, I thought this will not come again that is the reason not reported to call centre. However today (22nd Feb'15)again faced this issue during local trip with my family. I could not able to use my phone for navigation, camera and important calls since 4 pm to till now (6.20pm). My trip ends un-happy way. There was resistance from my family and friends circle to buy HTC handset. However I purchased HTC having faith on product.
