This is inform to you that i am buying the htc mobile phone in 1 jan 2015 . but phone is not working properly. so kindly solve my problem as i am already discussed with HTC & Flipkart website. But from that side no information is provided by me as more time passed.

Hi this is Pankaj Salam, I had purchased HTC 501, 16GB Dual sim handset on 31st March 2014, IMEI NO: [protected]. I am facing many technical problem with handset since my purchase. I had submitted my phone to HTC service centre @V.K.SERVICE CENTRE IN VILE PARLE(W).MUMBAI and notified them about the issues. They assured me that they have checked my phone and will not have any problem in future. But within few days only my phone is still have problem like battery drain, headphone jack problem, sometimes even the battery do not charge. I have once again submitted my phone to service center and told them to replace my phone with new handset as it is still under warranty, but they are not help me with the replacement and till date they don't give me any reply for the same. I am totally frustrated about this poor performance and low quality of HTC Phone. I would appreciate if I receive the replacement of new phone against my faulty handset. If I don't get any replacement from HTC, then I will escalate this issue to consumer court. this is my last warning to you people. Your prompt response would be highly appreciated. I have a HTC phone and am extremely disappointed. 1. The phone keeps hanging up - screen blanks out and it takes at least 30 seconds to place a call sometimes 2. The battery drains very fast - disappointing to have it drain faster than any other phone with the same functions, be it Samsung, Apple, Nokia or LG (have users of all four in the family) 3. I was signed in on my other gmail accounts but after I returned from my travel, I am not able to sign in now 4. Customer service is terrible

One fine day the network went off and I sent it to a service center and they sent me a quotation of Rs 24000. I was shocked and speechless. I have seen my family members and friends using nokias and samsungs and never get such kindda adsurd repair bills from service centers nor charged for anything where the motherboard suddenly gives up for no fault of mine. There is no external damage nor have I done anything to the mobile to claim a free one. You need to seriously look into the matter as I see and learn in the last 10 days that more and more people facing the same issue of exorbitant bills nearly 70% of their phone cost. Is India a special destination where we have faulty phones provided to the people because the phones in the UK work absolutely fine. Please play fair and do give me a prompt reply at the earliest. Dont want to escalate the matter further to the Global heads. I own htc one m8 and suddenly i saw some white spots at the back side of my phone i showed that spots to the service center Engineer was so rude to me and he cannot help it. If this thing was happened with apple products they immediately replace the product in 2 days. I paid htc 49990 rs and i cannot ask for service to remove those spots This is ridiculous. Make sure your reputation is better than other things. I want proper service or i am gonna esclate this issue on social media. Pfa picture of my phone also these are NOT dust particals. Thanks Rahul

Respected sir I bought htc desire 820 from 1 month ago .It's really very awesome gadget also working perfectly but now days when I cut any call that time my cell phone's screen getting green light on upper side of cell. So what is this and how can I solve this problem? Please give me a right suggestion and solution. I am really worried about it. :(

I ordered CDMA HANDSET HTC desire 510 through ebay on 8th jan 2015. and delivered on 12th jan 2015. record number is 937.. problems are as. 1; handset gets off automatically. 2;Internet not getting set. 3;conference call not working. 4;voice call does not work when we put off speaker.

Hi Team, I bought the handset HTC desire 501 dual sim on 3rd May 2014, I did a mistake as I rooted my device and as I wanted to sale the handset wanted that to be in original format. So when trying that the mobile is not getting started as it is stuck at the homescreen. To get is repaired I visited the service centre in pune which is located at camp on 26th Dec'14. When I visited there they just told me that as the phone is rooted hence the mobile cannot be repaired and need to change the motherboard which will cost me 8000rs. I told the person that atleast try to check whether something can be done he straight away informed me that he cannot do anything. I then contacted the customer service through email for the same reason for which they are claiming that they tried to reset the handset by original factory reset which they did not. I again replied them stating the people from service centre did not even touch the handset and have replied false information. Now according to the rules I should have not rooted the device which I did. But I already informed them on the email that I am ready to pay the amount for software installation but to earn more money they are asking to change the motherboard which will cost 8000rs. I Buy HTCDesire700 dual sim 709d smart phone having serial no-FA46LMW00936 and MEID no-A1000037CE3845 date 30th july 2014.But after 7 days use, it is verry hot using 15 min only.then I give it to HTC care Date 10th Aug 2014 at 11.15 am(INDIAN TIME).After 2 month HTC care return my cell phone.I take it back.Next day I know that the problem was not resolve.Now HTC care is nither take any responsibility nor give me any service. i give my HTC D-310 mobile to local service Center M Care on dated 2671 dated 08.12.2014, i never received any quotation e-mail for repairing but i confirm it over phone on dated 29.12.2014 but now service center return my goods with claim Rs.1140/- charge for return. which is unacceptable. i want my mobile repair & also pay the repair money Rs.3029/- which is quoted over phone. Do needful at your end.

I purchased htc820 and after that updated it with 306mv file update available over ota but whenver i play game like hill climb my phone gets overheated in 3-4min only kindly let me know how to come out of this .r u bringing new updates or what

Hi..I am Senthilkumar...I had purchased HTC Desire 816 three months back in Chennai.Now I had a PROBLEM WITH SIM CARD SLOT and handed over the phone to Service center on 01/01/15 near Anna salai in Chennai.But So far there is no repair status received and when I tried to contact, they are not even picking the call and sometime planned refusal by setting the phone in busy mode always.This is really frustrating and irritating.So Pls. take action and rectify the problem in my phone and hand over to me immediately.While purchasing I believed in HTC that their service will be good.But it is now proved that HTC also not an exceptional to other brands.My Phone No :[protected]

I had purchased HTC One on 28th March 2014 from Vijay sales Borivali, Mumbai (India). Since then till date my phone has gone for repair at the service center 4 times for the following reason 1. Pink screen in camera 2. Improper fixing of parts after servicing 3. Excess Front camera brightness, slow charging, quick battery drain and heating issue 4. Slow charging error Is this for what i have shelled out 48000 INR for? How do you explain such manufacturing faults only in a single device. My phone is again due to go to the service center today. I expect an assurance from your end that no errors in future shall take place, as it is a waste of time for me going to the service center, keeping a track on my phone's' repair status, taking backups, moving contacts, re-installing softwares and applications and more importantly its a shame for me to call my self as a customer of HTC. As a redemption of all the efforts pain and waste of time that i have had with the brand i want an assurance from your end that this is the last time that my cell comes to the service center and I want a new body changed for my phone i.e. form Silver to Gold

i handed over my fone before more than 25 days while i asked for only 10 working days to get my device repaired.Still there is no information with the service centre that when it will get repaired. it is so frustrating as none of the other brand takes too much time...This is the worst services i felt till now. And now ill never do this mistake to buy this brand's fone again.

Hi Team, This to keep you inform that I had a very good image of HTC cell phone but after purchase of HTC 816 G within 48 hours its cemra stop working I will not suggest to purchase HTC to anyone due to its worst services, executive of service center are not having knowledge of handling customer response was too poor and horrible. Dear Sir/Mam I submitted my Htc Desire 816 at Htc service center located at Multiple Power Systems, Coimbatore on 4th december 2014 they said it will take maximum of 15 days to repair orally . I am calling HTC Service centre and Customer Care from last three weeks and every time they ask me to wait for next week to know when will my phone be returned. As per HTC people one of the part to be recieved and has to come from Taiwan and the container could not be dispatched... Really Fedup with this kind of Service from HTC . And today the Service centre people are informing the Estimated date will be 15th Jan . NEVER EVER PEOPLE HAVE TO BUY HTC products . KARTHIK

I own HTC one dual sim ( IMEI No. [protected]). I am a VP of a MNC. I every year give business of 10-15 lac to HTC by buying handset from them for my employees. But, now I think I must change my provider. I am facing battery issue from 4 months ( Complain No. 14IND[protected] but they are no concerned of same. I handed over my cell phone htc desire 616 at borivali west (Thakkar shopping mall), mumbai htc service centre on 13th of december, 2014 for a small issue with jack. I've been asked for only 10 working days to solve the issue and today its 5th of january (More than 20 days) but still noob.
The service is really up and i am hearing "2 days only" every time when i ask for my cell phone. They even don't want to give my cell phone back to me. It's really urgent and you can't stay without cell phone for these many days.
I just want my cell repaired as soon as possible. Not working jack is not that big issue so they will take 20-30 days for it. They're telling that "we have to change motherboard of your cell phone". Means how can a company be that hole to their customers this way. I have called to sc as well as visited there, and i am not sitting idle to contact them again and again.
I need a better service or just my cell phone back. I've cell phone of other companies too but their after sale service are much better than yours. So i would never buy your products nor advice to anyone else.

I gave my phone TVS Service Centre Jaipur on Date 13/12/2014 . He is not giving me a satisfying answer till today. Please take action for this Service Centre .
