DEAR All first... i am highly Disappointed, about HTC ...i don't think so your people taking serious for are Feedback .. i will tell you one think i am the oldest client for HTC but day by day your services become Disgusting and Pathetic..i don't know 'WHAT the HELL is going on with my cell phone i all ready submitted two time for Repair in your services center DADAR but still they not find what is problem in my phone and each time for repair they taking seven to ten days i all ready submitted two time still my cell phone in your services center DADAR i[censored] give me this kind of services s for your client u cant RUN like that sorry but u have to be' LEARN ' from your competitor ..like Micromax, lava, spice ... please dont compare to your self to' I PHONE' to SAMSUNG ' EXCUSE-ME' ...u have a live example like NOKIA and BLACKBERRY u should LEARN from there 'GUYS don't think another one client is' UN HAPPY' what a BIG DEAL ' PERHAPS ... i all ready spoke with your supervisor mr pawan and your HEAD MR Ajay for my Replacement phone they not give me any final solution and Another big think is there MR Ajay he dont have to time also talk with me guys i am frustrated now about HTC .my IMIE [protected]... my mobile number [protected]////[protected]

      Brought the HTC One M8 Amber in July 2014. Instantly stopped working within a month. The service centre said the phone had become dead and did not give any other reason. Spent around a month in the service centre. When it came back the problem was resolved but the earphone jack stopped working which was perfect before going to the service centre. Now, again from the month of December everyday the phone gets switched off every 10 mins. This is not expected when you buy a high end phone and do not even get to use it without problems for even six months at a stretch. Extremely disappointed. Will never buy an HTC phone nor will recommend one. Just want my phone REPLACED.

          I have HTC desire 820 and suddenly it got switched off the battery was 50% and when i tried to switch i on again it got hanged on htc screen powered by android page now it is neither getting switched off nor turning on completely can you please help.

            Dear concern, This is my last mail to you that please replace my handset. since august i don't received my handset in fine condition. i already submitted my phone 3 times in your service center but till the time don't have received my phone. many times you create more problem in my device but you can't solve my problem till the time. now i fedup to your service because your all employers is not provide right service. its my last mail if you can solve my problem then please otherwise i will take legal action . i will complaint in court and cnbc awaaz.my request to you plz replace my device . ican't waste more time with you thatswhy i don't want repair my phone. i just want replacement thanks Gautam Talwar

              IMEI [protected] job no.IXD[protected]. i purchased the above set in june 2014.it has been twice that my fone has got problems.i hv sent my fone to htc centre as this time it appears dead.i had previously talk to the customer care.i just want to know if its right that within 6 months ..these problems regarding the handset are appearing.kindly associate with it..and mend the problems regarding the handset..or kindly replace if its a defective one.i had used samsung and nokia previously...bt i never came across any problem. htc has a reputation ..thats y i chose it..bt seeing all the problems...should i go for htc again...kindly replace my handset or remove all the defects from the set for future safety and customer satisfaction.

                Hello, Shilpi here, I bought my HTC this September 2014, it's not even 4 months properly & the headset is not working..I can get much better phone than HTC in same price but just coz of brand loyalty I got this...is this how u guys make fool of customers by selling worst product. really disappointed won't suggest anyone else for HTC

                  I reached out to HTC Customer Care on October 1, 2014 about my HTC mobile phone not working as expected. I interacted with Ajit, Huma, Piyush and Rita at the HTC call center and other folks at the Service Center as well for the last three months without any resolution. The issue is that the mobile phone sold to me and the one listed on the HTC database and mobile phone records are different. I bought and paid for a high end Wildfire S but was sent a Wildfire A3333. The Back Office also confirmed that I have a Wildfire S while in reality I possess a Wildfire A3333. Due to this, I am not able to upgrade the OS. Since October, HTC has been telling me that there will be no problem upgrading the OS since my phone model is a higher end one. Saying this to me, they made me visit their Service Centers in Borivali and Malad in Mumbai three times and each time I had to return with the issue not being resolved. The folks in the Service Centers did not even know what the issue was as the Back Office did not inform them about the issue before telling me to visit which led me to wasting an hour there each time. Whenever I called up the back office from the service center, I was routed to a new person who did not know what the issue was about and I had to waste another hour explaining the issue to that person all over again. My last visit was on November 22 when Huma made me visit the Malad service center. I tried to get in touch with her multiple times however it she was not reachable. I mailed her about this three times however she did not respond. Today, December 29 she called me up and spoke to me as if my issue was new which showed that she and HTC do not even read their mails and treat customers indifferently. I had to remind her about who I was. She told me to visit the Borivali service center again assuring that the issue would be resolved with a ROM upgrade. All through this experience, HTC has not bothered to acknowledge that they sold me a wrong mobile phone, sent me to their service center three times without bothering to check with the center whether my issue could be resolved or inform them about my issue in the first place and finally are not in the least concerned about the wasteful spending of many hours talking to them on the phone. Not to mention the colossal waste of time, money and effort travelling to and explaining the issue to their service center representatives. Since October 1 till today (90 days), HTC has done nothing but waste my time, money and effort in resolving an issue they created. And my issue is no closer to resolution since the day I first called them.

                    http://www.htc.com/tw/contact/reservation/ write the whole report to the above given link they are the taiwan main head office and they can help if still more frustrated I have submitted a report to the Malaysian consumer complain department and you can support my cause and really get their attention on quality I am doing this for all the people who are going through of what I have been through my email id is [protected]@hotmail.com and my case it have been 3 months all I want is justice their official apology, report of the action they took against their staff and finally compensation for my 3 months suffering and if you all help me perhaps I can make it through if not then all I can do is wish you goodluck thanks :

But after a month there representative tell me they need more 15 days repair last time they told me that mobile will be repair on 29th december 2014. But still i am not receive my mobile. Please do some mandatory action.

                          I purchased HTC One E8 on 7/12/2014 from Mumbai(invoice attached) . On 20/12/2014, the phone went dead and did not switched on . I contacted retailer who advised me to contact Authorised Service Center at V Care Telecom Services, Fort, Mumbai . I reached ASC on 22/12/2014(Monday) for issue of DOA certificate, who advised me that the phone can not be replaced as already 14 day have passed. Upon confirmation from retailer that the phone wend dead on 13th day, I again approached the ASC, who refused to issue DOA certificate as original box was not available . I also contacted Call center from my number [protected]. Left with no option, i gave the phone for repair .(Ticket ID 14IND[protected] On 28/12/2014 i was advised the phone is repaired . When I reached to collect from ASC, the phone was not working. However ASC returned the phone saying they can do nothing about it. I endorsed on the ASC repair form that the phone is still not working . Now I have the dead phone with no where to go. The response from the Manager of ASC was rude and he also advsied that this is common problem with HTC phones here and I should have thought before buying an HTC phone. This is in gross violation of Warranty conditions .

                            I have purchased handset of HTC company named E8 Dual white. Since purchase there has been problem of CDMA signal. I have changed SIM CARD from the service provider of CDMA network on 3 occasions but the problem still persisted. Then I decided to move to HTC service centre and on 1st occasion my handset was deposited for about 1 week but the problem was not solved so I had telephonic talk with the Customer Care of the company they said that my motherboard was changed. On 2nd occasion my handset was deposited for about 2 days and on 3rd occasion they said that request the dealer to change the handset. There seems lack of knowledge among the staff at the service centre and the response at the service centre is very poor. I had purchased this handset specially for CDMA network. I seek replace of handset from the company.

                              Dear Sir/Mam I submitted my Htc Desire 816 at Htc service center located at Kamla Nagar Bunglow Road, Delhi on 6th december 2014 they said it will take maximum of 15 days to repair orally however expected date of delivery mentioned on service report was 9/12/2014. I am calling HTC Service centre and Customer Care from last two weeks and every time they ask me to wait for next week to know when will my phone be returned. As per HTC people one of the part has arrived at the service center and one is still pending to be recieved and has to come from Taiwan and the container couldnot be dispatcheed due to some reasons which they didn't told me and told me to wait till the first week of the january. I am facing lots of issues because of this and financial loss because of non Availability of android phone with me.                                 I have given my htc desire816g for repair to the htc service centre in lucknow and the people there are not taking the issue seriously and letting me know as to when can i collect my phone and how much time will it take for them to get it repaired...they do not inform the exact date...it becomes really difficult for the person located in another city...the problem with the phone was that its screen had to be replaced with a new one...they even keep their phones switched off during the office hours if in case we want to ask them if the work has been done or not...kindly take an action againt this issue...

                                Hello sir, this is inform to you that my mobile htc 816g is not working i.e it is dead when i charge my mobile and mobile phone is automatically dead position. it is not starting.
                                i have submitted my damage mobile handset on dt: 16.05.2015 at HTC Service Centre, Navi Mumbai, Vashi, Mahrashtra, India, they told me within 2 days i will get expense invoice from HTC and then after they will start to repair my handset, but i still not received any mail or call from HTC or HTC service center regarding this...

                                can you explain me, how many days will take raise for invoice and my handset reapair

                                  My self Atul hundre had given my HTC desire 816 cell phone to belgaum service center do to problem in my camera and software problem . The authorised Person of Wintech Services took my cell on 6/12/2014 on that day he was least bothered to hear our problem but too in that i gave the mobile as we didnt had any choice then he promised to give back the cell within 8 to 10 days but till now he has not returned cell and if we go there to ask he is not treating or co-operating with us properly.                                       I had problems with my HTC 8X since I bought it. Bluetooth pairing error, Mobile Data pack connection error and storage problems. I went to service centre in Chennai and they deposited the mobile telling me that it was a hardware problem ( needing the motherboard to be changed ) and to come after 1 week. I went there after 1 week but it was not repaired. After prolonged delay and no response for almost 1 month, I went to the service centre. They gave me the mobile telling me that it was repaired. I checked the mobile and found out that nothing was repaired. The back of my mobile had got too much scratches and was looking worn out, looking too bad and pathetic ( which was originally deposited in brand new condition ). The service centre person finally deposited the mobile back after a bitter argument. ( He was fighting with me and telling me tthat Windows Phones don't pair with non- windows devices) Now even if I get my mobile back, it will be in a terribly bad condition. I am very much frustrated by the service of HTC and want my problem addressed ASAP.HELP DATA3

                                        I Shravi Rathi had purchased HTC One from "Mobile World" shop rohini on 22/05/2014 and had an extended insurance from the company TMS PLUS. Somehow my phone became dead without any warning within 3 months and we registered the complaint for the same on TMS PLUS. My phone was picked on 21/11/2014 and got a very poor service.I have still not received my phone and the employee of the company is so rude that when i asked for my phone to return and the reply I got was "i will give your phone tomorrow but I cannot promise that it would be in good condition" and this was very dissatisfying and rude.I m sorry but I am highly disappointed with the services and process and this is very frustrating.I want a quick action for this and the phone being uncertainly dead.
