I have deposited my hand set for repairing to HTC service, Ccom tele. Communication Eternity Mall thane West on[protected]. They are saying due to parts/Spares are not available in Service centre and there is no time frame given by service center for repairing my mobile phone. My service Ticket no. is 14IMA[protected] IMEI No. [protected], S/N. FA45KMZ01456 This is HTC Desire 816 Dual Sim model having power button with Navigation key issue. Please look into the matter & do needful at earliest. From the last 1 month i am waiting for my device but still they are saying it will take time. In receipt given 10-15 days for repair. Now today (17- Sept-2014) i have called to HTC Customer care but again they are not giving any date for that. this is going on from last 1 month. Now i think i have raise the complaine in consumer Court.

    I have purchase HTC Desire 816 in Sep 9 2014. After 8 Days clearty of voice is very low day by day, Ringing Volume is very low, working Not Proper and Problem in Display .So Many Problems Face in last 8 days.we regularly face problem in this set. This is very difficult for us to visit customer care centre and submitted phone. We have a good image in our mind of HTC, but very sorry to say that your product is not satisfactory. Please advise...       I have purchase HTC Desire XC in March 2014. After two months clearty of voice is damaged, we submit our mobile to HTC customer care Kamla Nagar Delhi, thay examine one hour and remove complain, after 15 days camera is not working and we submit again to Kamla Nagar, they hold same and return us after 10 days with change of camera. after this we regularly face problem in this set. This is very difficult for us to visit again and again customer care centre and submitted phone. We have a good image in our mind of HTC, but very sorry to say that your product is not satisfactory.         ******** Worst support from HTC service centers ****************** We have placed a request for LCD replace for current running model desire 500 on 22/08/2014 at HTC service Ameerpet Hyderabad and as per bill it was expected to return on 25h Aug. Today it is 16th Sep i.e 21 days more than expected but till now there is no update even single sms update from service center. Since we have only 2 service centers in Hyderabad, we are travelling very long to find the status (since no response when we call to hotline also[protected]. Hope this email will be addressed Also raised a tech tt where i dont get any proper updates. Out of my very bad experience, i suggest never look for any HTC product.

          Sir, My self K KUMAR RAJU, last year July, I have purchased your HTC desire x, with in three months their is the problem with the phone, I have given that phone to your AMEERPET HTC SERVICE CENTER, they have deleted all data in my phone, again last month 27th same problem has repeated, and your service center again did the same mistake, they said that we will recover the data, but still now their is no respond, your service center telling that their is no any respond from you. It has been 18 days but still now they dint solve my problem. I want my phone immediately with data, if not I will take the action against you in the consumer court.

              I have deposited my hand set for repairing to HTC service, TVC Electronics Ltd, Ansal Plaza, Khel Goan, NEW DELHI-49 on[protected]. Spares are not available in service centre and there is no time frame given by service center for repairing my mobile phone.                 I have purchased HTC MOB MODEL NO DISERE V-T328 W from RAJU STORE ahemedabad bill no 8412 dt 26/01/2013. In this connection i have to draw your attention that since last 8 months my mobile is not working properly & accuretely during this period i have already repaired at your service center at bodakdev ahemedabad . However i am not satisfied with the service center and till today my mobile is not detecting any sim card and touch screen In this connection, after spending a huge amount as Rs 16200 behind a most valued HTC company by purchasing mobile I am too much dissatisfied with your company.                 HTC — I am Submit my mobile in Htc service centre but it take too much of time to return back

                HTC — solve my problem by hand

                I have HTC desire 616 I have faced problems with headphones jack I have already visited your service center they asked me submit your phone for25 days but I have very urgent work of phone on daily basis so please solve my problem.

HTC desire 616 one month before but during inserting a jack of charger in mobile, it shows loose connection and I have to look at every time that it is connected or not.                     I bought new htc 516 desire on 1 Aug 2014, i found cracks on its edges on next morning while plugging for charging. When I went to my retailer he said "once product sold my responsibility completes know you have to go to service center". And now my frustating and irritating journey start with htc service centre, After taking leave from my office i went to service centre and they refused to take complain saying that i m 5 min late, after few days again taking leave i went and they registered my complain and gave me 48 hrs time again when i went their they said that i have to pay 5000 INR for repair, but i refused so, because it was not from my fault and they accepted it saying that come after 7 days and i also requested to replace my mobile with new one why should i use a repaired mobile, because it over heat while talking even for small duration and also it overheat while charging... but i m still suffering with this. So plz help me out from this.

                    In spite of intimation from your side neither they are responding to my call nor their is any response from service centre. Sir they have taken enough time for repair so please if possible tell them to replace my mobile with new one if they are not able to repair within the time limit given by the service centre.

                      sir, i am gowtham i have bought a htc desire 816 from poorvika mobiles on 25th july 2014.after one month i had a problem in the usb charging port so i have given to the authorised htc service centre.but still i did not receive the handset from them.they are keep on saying that the spare is not available.they are also not properly responding to the phone calls ...please take my complaint and review it.

                        sir i bought a htc desire-816 dual sim mobile in june-2014 from sai communication at chetak comples in dilshad garden delhi. after 10 days i found there is a problem in mobile's battery backup.i told to seller then they had change my mobile set and i found the new mobile set but again in this set same problem i have seen. please tell me the solution for this if there is problem in this mobile set model is desire 816 so i request to company please stop this model dont sell for increasing public's problem

                          Dear Sir I am Rishi Devani, a chartered accountant professional. I have had purchased a phone, HTC Desire 816, on 31.05.2014 on its launch date itself costing Rs.23000 from a reputed retailer. Its power button stopped working and got sticky inside the body in next 17th day, i started restarting, i have to try very hard to get it unlocked so i can check mails or make calls, which is sometime very important. My working time is10.30am to 7.30pm, which need me a half day to go to service centre, so i initially i though it is because of moisture as sometime it was working fine when sunny climate, but then later on when it cost me few communication gap and high inconvenience, I had to visit service centre. Now, i have had submitted in on 25.08.14 and its been a i have not received the phone when i submitted for repair. As replacement i was bluntly denied. They dont have parts till today, and still they are asking me to wait again after telling me that i would get it on friday and then i was told that it would be ready on saturday and now they are asking me to get it done on Saturday. I am hereby seeking a fundamentally strong action or policy mandate against the all such companies because like me many would be staying after purchasing big amounts and staying with no product for longer time. Nobody have that much money to buy another for 15-20 days(assuming it gets repaired in that time) for temporary time. Kindly do the needful. Thanks & Regards Rishi Devani [protected] --

                            My mobile stop working dated on[protected]. so i put up it before local dealer Apex communication butler plaza bareilly. local dealer has sent my phone to HTC service center AGRA. so that nearly 20 days has passed and local dealer as well as service center could not satisfy me about my mobile. Hans we assume that service is not good for ur company. so i request to you to direct to complaint authority to provide my mobile with 3 days. otherwise i will have to go for legal processing to protect my right..

                            I have submitted my HTC 820 handset in service center, nashik for touch panel damage issue on 30mar2015. It has been almost two & half months now but i have not received my repaired handset. Even after sending many mails & making hundreds of calls to the company, no response has been given by them. Every time i call them, i am given with a new excuse. I am a govt servent and i have been posted to a new place. I have told them my problem then also no response has come from their side. I am completely fed up by their excuses and have been harassed mentally. Such type of response is never expected from such reputed company. The invoice & photo of dameged handset is attatched. The ticket no for the repair is 15INA[protected], You are kindly requested to take the necessary action in this regard as soon as possible.

                              my self hardevsinh jadeja from gujarat . i bought htc desire 816 on 1st august after a week i faced probleme of "no sim detected " probleme so i submit my phone at ahemadabad htc service centre on 17th august . service representative told me it took within a week to solve problem after a week when i rech there they give me fake dates after dates ..which still not resolved . i m tired of having communicaton with such rude and careless representative . hope u can resolve my issue as soon as possible .

                                  hi.. I would like to bring to your notice that I Paranjeet had is using HTC desire U dual sim phone from more than a year. Last month my phone's display stopped working so i had given it to service centre for repair at service city, office no.201, second floor, sagar plaza ditt centre, laxmi nagar, ND-110092. I had given my phone for repair on 14aug'14 job no.-DEL[protected] and i ws promised by service centre that i will get it back within 10 days. Despite of making regular calls after 10 days they are delaying the issue. Last week they said it will only take another 1 or 2 days and when i called today they said now I will get it on 14sep'14 which is exactly after 1month. So they made a fake promise of repairing within 10 days. i am really upset with HTC services and on top of that they told me there will b expense of Rs4500 for repair which i agreed to pay but if i am getting it after a month then no point of paying such a huge amount for repair.                                     After paying Rs 29752 for service for a phone i bought for close to 53, 000 Rs a month back, i am extremely disappointed with your professionalism and service which forces me not to use HTC brand ever or not to recommend to any one . Immediately after servicing i was unable to access play store, i had to send the same to the shop again . And the when it came back bottom of the panel ( near mouth piece) has come out partially . This is the kind of work you do for the 29, 000 payment you have taken . Now i feel i did a mistake of repairing and spending money, i should have left the phone just like that, i would have wasted only 53k instead of 82k . But after that repair work it came back with anotherptoblem, where the pins in the sim tray broken which now HTC is asking another 20000 to repair this is besides the 29000 already paid for repair . Am I gone insane to spend so much on a phone, I want to raise a complaint to the higher authorities asap, no other client should go through such pain again . Regards ( Sarin Mohan) Sarin Mohan

                                      To Team, This is Mayank khatri from Jabalpur just want to inform you that with in fifteen days of having a desire 616 I am facing a huge problem that mobile is getting automatically switched off and we are not having a hTc center over here what we are having is a collection center...though after telelphonic conversation I had gone through that center and they told me that it might be a software problem..and they checked the phone and after that too I am facing that problem again and again...Kindly assist me what to do next? The concerned person assured me that he is tracking the parts for HTC One . I am very much annoyed.
