    I bought a new mobile HTC desire 516 in poojara telecome Jamnagar on dated 8/8/14 after 8 days i find problem in mobiles display, low brightness and touch function also not working proparly. i went to poojara telecome and asked for same they reply me that it is software problem it will be okay in futere. but after 8 days it will not solved out so i again went to poojara telecome at there they told me that you had to go for HTC Care Rajkot to solve this problem. I gave my mobile to HTC care Rajkot on dated 1/9/14 they told me that after checking your mobile we will call you within 10 days after that till date i didn't get any reply. I called and mail 10 times they give me reply that parts is not available for your device.i asked that after one month you don't have parts so after repair if problem occurs same problem is repeated. so i told that please replace me my mobile now they gave me answer that i got my repaired mobile on 4/9/14. I heartly request you to please do needful i don't want repaired mobile. As a consumer i spent Rs.13220 for new mobile and not for repaired one. The ticket no. for HTC Care is 14INA[protected].       Hi, this is Rishab Rungta from Kolkata, my contact number being +91-[protected]. I purchased a HTC One M8 bearing IMEI number - [protected] from Krishna Telecom in City Center, Salt Lake, Kolkata in May 2014'. It worked fine for 2 months but I had to send the phone to the service center on 25/07/2014 due to some abnormal LCD issue. The expected return date was after 15 days but after getting shrewd replies from the service center and unexpectedly rude behaviour from the same I received my handset back a month later on 25/08/2014. Now just after using it for around 2 weeks, my handset suffered the same problem. This time I contacted HTC Chat Support before sending my handset to the service center and was assured by Mr. Alok (Service Request no : 14IND[protected] that he would personally look into the matter and get the issue resolved in no time. I gave my handset to the HTC service center under M/s TVS Electronics Ltd, located in E-Mall, Kolkata on 09/09/2014, this time the expected return date on the job sheet was mentioned as 27/09/2014. However, I was in regular chat with the HTC Chat Support and they assured me that the part will arrive very soon and the phone will also be repaired quickly. On 25/09/2014 when I contacted the Chat Support, Mr. Alok said that the part will arrive the very next day and I will be getting my handset back on Saturday i.e. 27/09/2014. Now, when I called up the service center I was not attended and nobody picked up the call at the service center. I contacted the Chat Support under the same 'Service Request Number' and this time I was told by Mr. Aashit that the part had not arrived and that it would arrive on 01/10/2014 and after that they would work on the handset and keep it for a few days and test it and then return it to me. I paid around Rs. 45, 000+ for the handset and I have not been able to use it for even a year. Its still under the warranty period and its lying with the service center for half of the time. So what has been the point of buying the handset ? I didn't expect this type of service for the second time after being assured by the HTC Chat Support. I didn't even get a spare handset to use for the time being, this being the courtesy of HTC towards its loyal customers. Its Durga Puja festive time in Kolkata and here I do not have a handset of my own because it is lying with HTC Service center and god only knows when it will be repaired. I guess as my handset is under warranty it should be replaced as it has been sent to the service center for the second time for the same problem again. I request you to kindly look into the matter and take a necessary action.

          I gave my HTC desire 816 for repairing its parts on 9th August 2014 . Now its going to be around 2 months, still my cell is not repaired, I am totally disappointed by the service provided by Htc customer care. TVS Electronics Ltd. (E-Mall), Kolkata, they told me it will take 15 -20 days to repair its parts, but 52 days are already over, now they are telling the same repeated thing that it will take 15 - 20 days to repair !!             I have submitted my HTC One v handset on 4th September for service repair. My handset was in extended warranty received during previous repair. My ticket number is 14INA[protected]. My contact number is [protected]. Now after 1 month they are saying that handset is not in warranty and will cost you Rs. 11000/-. I have submitted my phone in Comwen Technologies Private Limited in Nagpur. Why did the Authorised service centre of HTC collected my phone giving me a warranty receipt. So I want that my handset should be repaired free of cost or else I want compensation for wasting my time (1 month). If they would have told me that it is not in warranty I would have not submitted my phone. And in reality my phone is in warranty.                 mobile handset

                I got 3 time DOA certificate from HTC service centre now HTC and my retailer not responding on that. I have not seen this kind of careless service in india. Please help me to get out from this...really stuck in between retailer and HTC.

                Overheating

                My phone is overheating again and again. I have once visited service center. I can feel the heat in hand. I had no long call and browsing. Nor i have big games. I think there is problem with phone. Very disappointed with such costly device. I have htc one me dual sim. Hope for a possitive reply.

                  Hi, Worst product that HTC has lunch this time as HTC desire 816 not even one month o[censored]se age the hand set is failed even the worst service by the TVSE one of the engineer told that is panel issue i asked him to give in the writing he dined for it when i call to toll free number Mr. zayd told it is the issue with Main board does HTC makes the worst product all most me and my family is using this HTC hand set from 15 years as the quantity it is But seeing this mode all my faith of the HTC has gone the ref id is :- 14IND39007441 purchase on 7 august 2014 they made me visit to the service centre and then they told me i have to wait till Monday i am not ready for repair paying Rs 25, 000 for it.                     hii sir My name is amit kumar. A bought HTC Derire 816, 25/8/2014 and after 15 days it had problem in hand free jack, I submitted my phone to htc service center in 15/9/2014, they tell me in 10 days your problem is resolved, i call service center always they asked call call after 24 hrs, 48 hrs we ive information how much it will take. I want to maximum how much time htc company take to repair a phone or service limit for costumer. when company not able to prowide service in given time what they do. My mobile model is htc desire 816 duel sim Serial No- fa487mz00176 ticket no-14ina[protected] I am felling very helpless, if you are able to provide any help i will be very thankful to you.

                        Bought the mobile on 16th of July 2014. The day I bought undergoing the following problem 1. Lot of heat produced immediate after using mobile for 5 to 10 mts. 2. Mobile got hanged after 20 days. Gave for repair to the htc service center(Anna salai, chennai). They said software problem. No proper customer service. How can the software issue comes after 20 days ? I bought it for Rs. 17, 000. Do you all cheat me giving fault piece. ? 3. My ears and hands are paining so much just because of this poor product. 4. After repair again two times the same problem occurred. I am totally disappointed by the htc product. 5. There is line always in the contact list. 6. Internet access slow and also unable use many app. It is getting hanged immediately. The company is responsible for all the mental depression I am undergoing. I would like to know the next step towards this complain. Totally disappointed. Otherwise I will take necessary legal action. Planning to go to consumer court. I want immediate actions to be taken.                               I BOUGHT MY PHONE ON 3OCT-2013. I SUBMITTED MY PHONE TO HTC SERVICE CENTER RAIPUR ON 05/09/2014 DUE TO AUTO ON/OFF, BATERRY BACKUP AND HANGING PROBLEM ISSUE, AT THE COLLECTING DEPARTMENT THEIR COSMETIC INSPECTION IS GOOD AND THEY SAID MY PHONE IS IN WARRANTY AND THEIR WILL BE NO COST OF REPAIRING. THERE WAS NO RESPONSE ABOUT MY MOBILE FROM THE SERVICE CENTER. I CALLED TO THE TOLL FREE NUMBER BUT IT IS ALWAYS BUSY. ON[protected] THEY MAIL ME A QUOTITION OF RS4700 AND THEY SAID YOUR MOBILE IS OUT OF WARRANTY DUE TO MISUSE I WANT TO ASK THEM WHAT MISUSE MEANS. THE SERVICE CENTER WATER/LIQUID LOGGED OR PHYSICALY DAMAGED MY MOBILE TO PROTECT THEIR 4700RS AND UNWARRENTY MY MOBILE BEFORE 1 YEAR. I DONT HAVE ANY UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR TO. I AM SENDING THE JOB SHEET IN WHICH IT IS CLEARLY WRITTEN THE MOBILE IS IN GOOD CONDITION AT THE TIME OF RECIVEING. NOW THEY ARE NOT RETURNING MY MOBILE AND SAYING TO GIVE THE LABOUR COST RS 500 . THEY NEVER INFORMED ME BEFORE TOUCHNG MY MOBLIE THAT IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY. I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE SEE MY CASE .

                                My mobile phone is HTC desire 500 and purchased by Invoice no.135 dated 07.05.2014 ( Approx.4 Months old only). (Copy Attached) .My mobile stop working on 12.09.2014 and on 13.09.2014 I submit my mobile to Authorised HTC Service Centre, M/s Sai communication, 2BM Complex, Main GT road, Ghanta Ghar, Opp, PNB Bank, Ghaziabad (UP) ph[protected]. On 20.09.2014, Company (HTC ) send a quotation of Rs.10, 862.00 (Copy attached) through my husband's email id [protected]@gmail.com . I contacted to company service centre at ghaziabad, and they demanded the Rs.10, 862.00 . I said my mobile is under warranty period but they refused my request. It is requested to take action immidiately and order to HTC to rapair or replace my mobile immideately without any delay. They not given me a even standby phone. I am mobileless now.                                     Hi, i bought this phone few months back and i started facing problem with this phone like- 1- hangs a lot, 2- could detect the usb or pen drive, 3- charger is not connected easily with phone, need to hold or adjust the charger with the phone. 3- low battery backup, 4- camera is not clear, its 8mp 5- low call volume while talking or ear volume. 6- network issue specially sim slot 1, 7- cant use 3g or wcdma, when ever it turn on sim one signals gone, shows no connectivity. I went to janakpuri DC new Delhi and they took 10 days to repair my phone but still has some problem left. they could not fix---- Like 1- still hangs a lot. 2- cant use 3g as it says services disconnected conform with airtel. 3- when ever select network mode auto it show 2g signal alwaws no 3g it i turn on wcdma it show no signal can make call even. 4- charger issue still there.                                       purchased HTC desire 500 for Rs 18000.00 on 20.04.2014. started facing problems like system hang, poor battery, auto on/off and then my phone got switched off automatically and cannot be booted. i submitted my phone in delhi's ansal plaza service centre on 9th Aug'14 and they took 2 weeks to fixed it and finally returned my phone on 23rd Aug'14 . again i started facing some new problems as well as recurring problems within a week when i got my cell back. this this the touch panel is not working and again the same problem auto on/off and system hang. i deposited my phone on 6th Sep'14 gain to the same service centre and they said that in a week i will get my cell back. but its been more than 11-12 days and they still not able to get it done, as per them it will take another 10 days to get it done. the people in the service centre is saying that parts are not available which is not at all my problem. i got this cell 4 months back and its creating problems from its 2nd months i believe.. out of these 4 months, your service centre keeps it for more than one month. i demand for a replacement as its taking too long and every time i need to visit service centre. they even not providing sphere phone so that i can use for the time being. i am using someone's else phone and facing trouble. i paying my internet bill without using it as my phone is not with me. moreover visiting service centre every time is very painful.. need to spent so much money in commuting. whose gonna repay it to me.. customer care doesn't even care.. called up last week to let them know my problem but they also didn't take any action. called today but same cold response.. pathetic, disgusting, useless, 3rd class service, policy and customer care... i want my phone to be fixed by this week or else provide me with a new & replaced phone... cant wait anymore... harassing customer... regret my decision of selecting HTC... highly dis-satisfied..

                                        I had purchased HTC Desire 816 on 7thjuly 2014. After 1month of purchase there was problem with touchscreen hence, I had to submit my device in service centre. So i submitted my device in service center on19th August 2014. Today it is 17th of september 2014 i have yet not received my device. Whenever i call customer service what i get to hear is call after2 days or call after 1week. From last 1month they are yet receiving the mobile part from taiwan. If the part is not available why don't they give replacement. They don't even share what's the problem with phone. Their customer service employees are also not helpful. please help me with this problem. Thank you.

                                        MY NAME IS AATISH I AM HAVING HTC DESIRE 700 MOBILE.AND I HAVE BOUGHT IT TO SUBMIT IT ALL THE TIME TO HTC SERVICE CENTER YES I HAVE SUBMITTED IT AT SERVICE CENTER 3 TIMES IN 2 MONTH AFTER THAT THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED.EVN I HAVE DONE ALL THE THING CALL TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT WROTE ON FACEBOOK. DID ALL THE THINGS.PROBLEM IS STILL NOT SOLVED. ONE MORE INTERESTING THING THERE SERVICE CENTER LANDLINE NO IS ALWAYS BUSY THEY JUST PUT THE RECEIVER OFF.ONE MORE INTERESTING THING THEY TOLD ME NOT TO INSTALL APPS IN SMART PHONE RATHER THEN SOLVING HARDWARE ISSUE.IF CUSTOMER HAVE BOUGHT SMART PHONE THEN HE WLL OBVIOSLY INSTALL APPS .CAN I HAVE SOME SOLUTION.?
