I purchased HTC Desire 501 Dual Sim in Feb 2014. I have received a faulty piece, visited service center within 10 days. After that few times i have spoke to some customer care executive, they told to do some setting changes. But nothing happen. They told to visit service center. I thought, i did a mistake by purchasing HTC and this is the punishment for that. It crossed height of tolerance, when it stopped working completely.
I visited service center 20/09/2014, they told it has to be sent for service. You will get it on 26th, but i haven't received. I wrote a mail to customer care.they sent me it is already repaired and on the way. Today is 11th i dont have any information.
Even now htc back sticker is also coming off. Now, i have decided, i wont take the phone. I need my money back.
Due to non availability of any alternate phone my number was not working for 3-4 days, due to non availability of my number my company has lost one of the biggest client, they have made in India as i was the primary contact. I work in healthcare service industry, where phone no is very important, as some one's life and death is always on stake. Effect on me, till now i have not received my salary and my status has gone to the diector, i may have to resign.
