I am having an HTC one e8. I was using it for the last 2 months . Accidentally the phone was dropped and the gorilla protection glass was broken... touch was still running smoothly.It was under insurance, so i went to service centre in Jaipur (TVS Electronics, mall 21, near Raj mandir, Jaipur). They said that the parts are unavailable and it will take around 15 days to do so. I said ok and handed over the cellphone to them. In these 15 days i called them up for 4-5 times just to know the status of the repairement. And surprisingly i got the same reply that i got on the day 1, "the parts are unavilable". what a man! And they also dont know when the parts will be available. So i went on to social media, tried to connect to the higher officials.. Mr Jeff Gordon, didnt cared to reply to my issue that i have tweeted to them.. more surprising was: i posted my issues to HTC India official page, after 4 hrs wen i managed to check if there is any reply.. I saw that my post was deleted. wow!!! Shame on you HTC. So poor Your devices and so that are your services.!!!

    D/Sir, I purchased htc desire 501 on 09/03/2014, i am facing problem after three months of purchase that the hanset often hang up while using internet and playing games i have to take up the back pannel and then restart the set and the camera quality is very poor, few months back same problem occured and i moved to service centre and they updated the software which worked a month and again the problem occured and today again on 14/10/2014 i subimtted the handset in service centre they told me that we will send it to the company and will get back in 10 to 15 days. now please tell me that is it possible to me remain idle without a handset for 10 to 15 days, please sort out the problem as soon as possible. harvind kumar [protected] service centre details are : IT SERVICES SG-B Sahara building new kalimati road ( canara bank canpus ) sakchi jamshepur, jharkhand ph:no[protected]

      My name is Soumyadip Sen, I have submitted my phone in service center on 8/8/14 for battery change and today is 13/10/2014 but still there is no response from their side. HAVE I DID A MISTAKE BY PURCHASING A HTC PRODUCT?         I had submitted my phone on 2nd September for the 3rd time in a month and ever since then i have got no updates whatsover inspite of calling the service centre 5-6 times. I was told its being submitted under High priority for 100% quality check-up because of failed service the first 2 times. To summarise, 1st, 2nd and 3rd call- I was told that they are waiting for the part to be shipped in. 4th call- A Level-1 mail was dropped, still got no updates. 5th call- A Level-2 mail was dropped, still got no updates. 6th call- An escalation mail was dropped. And i was told to call back within 2 days to inquire again. 7th call- Still no updates. On receiving the phone finally after more than a month, the problem still persists. The problem has not been resolved. I do not understand what HTC means by 100% quality check up? Because my phone was on high priority under 100% quality check up!! Reach me at [protected]@gmail.com

          I had boughta Desire 816 in July '14. The phone was working brilliantly until when i wanted to take a video using my phone. I had taken some 10 min or 11 min long video and the phone got really heated up. It was not only the back panel but also the screen that was super heated. Because of the phone getting heated i stopped the video and kept the phone back in my pocket. Next when i take my phone out of my pocket some 10 mins later, I see there is a crack across the screen starting from the right edge spreading across to the left edge. Now, when i give the phone to service they say that it just cannot be because of the heat, and they are not even ready to accept the fact that the vulnerability of the glass could have increased manifolds because of the excess heat. And now I have to shell out Rs 5500 even when my phone is in warantee because HTC cannot accept that their new phone could have a possible defect. In my first conversation with the engineer at the service centre he mentioned some additional defects that are not there in the Service Receipt given to me during submission of the phone. i believe these additional defects are being told so that the phone should not get repaired within warantee. I was also sent a message saying that my phone would be sent to scrap if not collected within 2 days, this message is supposed to be sent 30 days after the phone is repaired. I however received this message on the 8th day of submission from a private mobile number ([protected]). Now I wish to raise a complaint against HTC.             Sir/Madam I am Datta Pabrekar purchase htc desire 700 mobile IMEI [protected] - A1000037CE34EE -[protected] from lokhandwala kandivali east Mumbai 400101 on date 31/07/2014. The day one I am facing the problem of call drop in sim slot 1. As I thought this is my sim problem so I changed it from idea gallery. Steel the problem is going on so I went gallery again he changed my sim in slot 2 and problem get solve. Than after some days I face my phone running slow so I went htc service centre thakkar mall Borivali west Mumbai gave the complain about slow running as well as call drop in slot 1. They update my mobile where my running slow problem get solve. So I asked her put my sim slot 1. From second day same problem of call drop is started. I again went to same service centre where the fatty lady without any uniform without any name plate asked me to keep your mobile for repair it will take 15 to 20 days. I was surprised and asked why this long period? She replied with attitude we don’t have parts here so it will take time even more than 20 days and if you have problem to keep mobile for long days than asked call centre. She gave me the no. where I called the same reply came from the call centre person. He add that the parts coming from Taiwan so it will take time we unable to sure you how many days it will take. For me this is really unacceptable matter that we purchase the mobile on INR 20000 giving 10000 more (than the other brand mobile with same features) for good service and we are facing such problem with reputed brand. I am experienced Very very very bad service from htc I feel that need to give complaint before going consumer court Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

              I had given my phone on 6th October for service on the service centre located in basavanagudi as the phone was stuck in boot menu. I was told official software is not readable. The entire chipset has to be replaced. When I contacted the service centre on 11th, I was told that the replace part has not been provided yet for the service to be done. This is ridiculous as it has been a week since I gave my phone. I want my phone serviced immediately.
              HTC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I had given my phone on 6th October for service on the service centre located in basavanagudi as the phone was stuck in boot menu. I was told official software is not readable.                 I purchased HTC Desire 501 Dual Sim in Feb 2014. I have received a faulty piece, visited service center within 10 days. After that few times i have spoke to some customer care executive, they told to do some setting changes. But nothing happen. They told to visit service center. I thought, i did a mistake by purchasing HTC and this is the punishment for that. It crossed height of tolerance, when it stopped working completely. I visited service center 20/09/2014, they told it has to be sent for service. You will get it on 26th, but i haven't received. I wrote a mail to customer care.they sent me it is already repaired and on the way. Today is 11th i dont have any information. Even now htc back sticker is also coming off. Now, i have decided, i wont take the phone. I need my money back. Due to non availability of any alternate phone my number was not working for 3-4 days, due to non availability of my number my company has lost one of the biggest client, they have made in India as i was the primary contact. I work in healthcare service industry, where phone no is very important, as some one's life and death is always on stake. Effect on me, till now i have not received my salary and my status has gone to the diector, i may have to resign. My contact no [protected]

                  Hi, I'am Rajesh from hyderabad, I bought desire 816 couple of months back and had some issues with display and consulted the service center TVS Electronics Ltd(Ameerpet), they suggested for a replacement for my display and i gave them my mobile on 24th'Sep'14 and they supposed to get it done by 26th'Sep'14, Surprisingly i haven't got it back yet and when i called them up to enquire they said they dont have any stock. For Godsake can someone tell me, is this the fault of the service center who promised me to get it done in a couple of days even knowing they dont have the stock with them or the COMPANY which is least bothered about the customers and the service provided to them which didnt let the service centers to have the stock available in the centers which was authorized by them????? Why do they manufacture new phones when they can't provide the parts for the same??? Instead of manufacturing new models i think they better have the stock(Parts) for the released mobiles. I had a word regarding the same with service center people today and got to know that they might get the stock may be in a week as they are yet to receive it from the head quarters, which was really unexpected and disappointing seriously. With a least hope i expect atleast now the company or the concerned person will look into this issue and the service at the earliest so that i dont REGRET opting for HTC.                     I have purchased HTC Desire 516 Dual Sim handset on 27/06/2014. Since than I have faced several issues related to battery, hands free, micro SD card slot and sim card slot.                       Dear Sir, I have complained so many times of my HTC Desire 600 and also send it to service centre couple of times, but i didn't got any results. There are to many faults in my handset as, fail to detect sim, network problem, fail to connect net, phone hanging and much more.As my warranty will also going to finish in this month, so kindly replace me my handset and give me new one as i am not able to work.                         hai sir, i am preetham i have purchased htc desire 210 mobile on 2-6-2014 in big-c mobile show room at madanapalli, andhra pradesh. i am getting problem like display flikering, sudden shut down of mobile, ear phone problem, mobile hangging. for ear phone problem i got replacement of ear phones. i gave my mobile for repair at htc service centre at bangalore. i got the mobile after few days my started to switch off automatically. so i am not satisfied for the service nad the mobli piece. so i need replacement of the mobile. please do it as possible as you do. thank you sir.

                          I gave my HTC desire 310 for repairing on 3rd September 2014 . Now its pass one months, still my cell is not repaired, I am totally disappointed by the service provided by Htc customer care. TVS Electronics Ltd. (E-Mall), Kolkata, they told me it will take 15 -20 days to repair its parts, but 35 days are already over, now they are telling the same repeated thing that your damage parts is not available !!                           Hi Guys,

                          I owned HTC Desire 500 and I have got motherboard and camera issues with my phone and I submitted my phone to nearest HTC Care(Kamla Nagar, New Delhi) on 7th of October. Thanks to all of you for the service you provided. Still my phone is in care and I haven't heard from them anything. Every time I call the response and I got is to wait as parts are not delivered to them yet. It seems have made a mistake spending my hard earned money (19k) on HTC. Please get me my phone back to refund my money.


                          I hope, i will be hear something from you soon.

                            Dear Sir, I had submitted my HTC Desire 500 phone on 02.09.14 (S/N HT3A8WE00944) with HTC Emall Service Centre (Kolkata) however I have not yet received back the device. It was supposed to be returned on 15.09.14. However, neither they have repaired the device, nor they are able to say when the device would be returned since as per them, the parts are not available till now. Its over 1 month and I am suffering a lot due to absence of my device. Therefore, I need a proper action against HTC wherein I need complete replacement of my product since they are not able to deliver my device even after 1 month. Kindly proceed for necessary action.                             HTC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            As have been posted before my HTC Desire 500 phone on 02.09.14 (S/N HT3A8WE00944) with HTC Emall Service Centre (Kolkata) has not yet been delivered back to me after getting repaired. I have been repeatedly making phone calls to Customer Care and repeatedly visiting Emall Service Centre but only one reason that is being stated is the parts are not yet available so it could not be delivered.

                            Its quite astonishing to note that a Consumer has to wait so long and even after such a delay, the company repeatedly keeps on saying that there would be delay.

                            I need some action regarding the HTC Company.

                              I have a HTC one m8 i broke the screen and i contacted the only HTC representative in Egypt (Jovi Tronix) they told me the fees to replace it and i agreed to do so.They took my device for three weeks later i took it back only to find the wifi not working and after alot of hustle they took the device again to fix what they did. I took the device a week later after which i found that the replaced over priced screen is not working properly! This is very disturbing and unacceptted. Now i will have to go for the third time to give the device which is not the only problem but i have lost all trust in their ability to do their job and i dont have anywhere else to go!!

                                i have given my HTC desire 816 phone on 12-September, 2014 for repair. There are no any movement in my phone repairing. After 26 days they told we are not give confirmation date of repairing. Company is annoying me by not deliver my handset. I am the patient of asthma, if i want some thing then i have to call for that thing. i can not out speak, in that case i have to need of this phone, in that case if i have doing some thing then who are responsible for that. if company sell product after that company ha some responsibility towards customer after sells service. This company can not fulfill our need. If company Has not Capacity to deliver service on time then HTC company can give my Money back other Replace my devise new or Repair my phone on time.                                   Purchased HTC desire 500 for Rs 20600.00 on 16.10.2013 it works smoothly for just 7 months afterward I spend almost half of my time in each month just calling to customer service of HTC and going to and fro to its service centre. I would like to specify below the information about the number of time I submitted my mobile in HTC service centre after facing the problems with the detail nature of the same: 1. Date[protected] Again none of the SIM detecting 6. Date[protected] Again fail to detect both SIM 7. Date[protected] Abnormally shutting of mobile during a call as well as fail to detect the SIM slot after switching on. Apart from the degraded quality of the product HTC provide I was not Stunned to find out the pathetic service provide by its customer service over phone. Each time I called to HTC customer support I had to wait almost for a duration of 1 hour and when support officer used to pick the call like a favor in disguise he or she simply ask me to go to the service centre again and again. Even after going to HTC service centre almost spending my half of working day in service centre the problem was never sort out properly and I had to come back again for the same or other sort of problem again and again. During the submission period of my mobile to HTC service Centre I was only provided once a standby mobile other time they simply decline my request. After facing problems thrice I had spoken to accelerating team of HTC and they assured me after giving my mobile to HTC service centre once more I wont be facing problem any more but the irony was after that I have submitted my mobile 3 to 4 time at the service centre, but still facing problems again and again. I would like to add, after so many troubles when I requested the customer support to accept my feed back and take necessary action like replacement of the unit, they simply declined. Now they are neither repairing properly (the mobile should work without any problem for a period of atleast 1 year) nor replacing the same.

                                    I have been using HTC one m8 for couple of months. Sometimes the device shows headphone symbol on its top even though the headphones are not plugged in. This problem is really annoy when you don't have your headphones around to help you listen to it. Missed number of important calls for this faulty issue.

                                      I bought an HTC desire 700 from a store Mangalam in Dibrugarh Assam, firstly the battery was horrible but yet manageable so I kept using it but only a few days later there was dust in the primary camera and it's functioning was hampered as the lens had been clogged with dust so I sent the phone to HTC servicing Guwahati which is a days travel from dibrugarh by road and received the phone around 30 days later and they cleaned the lens and returned the phone the delay was long because there isn't a HTC servicing centre in Dibrugarh so I had to send it through mangalam and then again 4 days after receiving the phone same thing happened and dust again clogged in the camera lens I sent it again to HTC guwahati and received it again a week and 2 days later now again after 2 days I have the same problem. It is physically impossible for dust to get accumulated inside a firm phone without any damage so I presumably am sure it is a manufacturing defect so I seek help because it has been three times now and I am again planning to send it to servicing or either lodge a complaint against HTC in consumer forum for their irresponsible response.

                                        I have recently bought the mobile HTC desire 816. Within a month's span, I noticed "the loudspeaker volume go so low that only when I hold it next to me would I be able to hear what was being played. Tried increasing the volume but that didn't impact the output volume". Also, "when I talk on phone the conversation is audible to the ones around". Given the above stated problems, I took my phone to the HTC service center on 16/09/14; The expected return date of my phone was 26/09/14. They didn't have it fixed by then and when I called all that they said was that they were awaiting the shipment of a certain part and I can collect it by 01/10/14. Today when I called them, they said it's not done yet and that they are still awaiting the shipment of that part. I don't understand how long would it take and I wonder what that part is. It was submitted at the HTC service center at Pune with the following details: Name: K.Swathi Mobile Number: [protected]. S/N : FA47MMZ02614 E-mail id: [protected]@gmail.com The IMEI number of my device is [protected]. Attached is the service report and I don't think he took a note of all the issues I discussed with him(mentioned above in quotes). Please do the needful and help resolve the issue as soon as possible. I don't see a point in owning a smart phone if it is to live all its warranty period in the service center.
