Sir,
I purchased my htc desire C on 11 nov 2012 and only one and a half year had passed but my cell creates many problems. In past nine months my mobile has gone for repairing two to three times but never any time all bugs are fixed. Every time new problems are arises which is due to the lack of service support which decreases the brand of HTC. I purchased my cell of Rs. 11200 and after that in the short time period only repairing cost of almost 8000 to 10000 has been done which clearly shows the trouble I had faced. Now at this time my mobile is not working at all and does not gets on. Comany had already wasted my fifteen days and does not accept my request of replace the product. HTC customer executives only trying to convince me to submit mobile to service centre and pay repair charges. But sir my device had already been repaired of amounting above 8000. Please help me out sir.

    I have a HTC handset since the past 06 months.The phone has been giving Quite a lot of problems, it has gone to the HTC service centre 4 times For the same problem and they have somehow not been able to repair it.Since the phone is still in the guarantee period and has caused me a Lot of loss of money, time and energy as the service centre.it is not easy for me to go there after every 10 days My mobile is restarting automatic, overheat & processing is very slow . Its hang every time. Touch screen Not working properly .

      I bought an HTC Desire 816 2 months back...It was working fine...Since it had no gorilla glass, i had put a cover for protection. Yesterday, when i took my phone to check messages, it looked weird. The display was having horizontal lines, was flickering and the top left part was black with multicolor lines. It is just a 2 month old device and how did this happen. Till date, my phone never fell down or suffered any kind of water damage. Then how did this happen.?? Since this was the first mid range smartphone from HTC, i seriously doubt about the quality of components used. Did htc just used low quality components to make the device so as to reduce the cost, that it started to malfunction within just 2 months..?? I expect a reply and support for this issue from HTC.. Respected sir/mam, I summited my earphone on 02august2014 on location gaurav communication, Nhbc road, opp mittan sweets, near saiba chowk, sec 11, 12, panipat-132103, haryana. I do not receive my earphone till date 18 august 2014, It is sorry to say htc service is poor and i call customer care also they also not responding, Even service center said that we are not responsible for accessories, then tell me who is responsible for customer complaint. please solve my problem and take action against your service employee's to done there duties on time and solve our problems.           I had buy HTC TOUCH DESRIRE 516 GREY [protected] on dated 28.06.14 from Anmol watch & electronic p ltd. sco no1012-13 sector 22- B chd, but within a month Camera not working, i had submitted the phone to htc care centre Vognesh services SCO 189-190 sector 34 A chd on dated 30.07.14 but till date not got any positive response.

            On 26th of july 2014 i submitted my htc desire xds phone on Htc service centre, netaji subhash place due to some issues like touch screen not workinG properlY and power key hard working. Its the 20th Day today and till now i have not recieved any update regarding my device. I have called customer care 5 times from that day but everytime they give same answer that They do not have any update on my device. ON the day of my submission at service centre they told me that they will update me within 7 days but still after 20 days i have not recieved any call or mail from their side. I have used many phones till now but my experience with htc phones and service is worst. Hoping for a quick response. PLz update me on my email id - hemant.[protected]@gmail.com

            Few days back they gave me the date 30th of august as the final day of phone delivery but when i called today they extended the date to 10th of september...i am fully frustrated now and i need a compensation over this issue now.
            Otherwise ill file a case in consumer court.

              I have purchased HTC ONE M8 on[protected]. On[protected] i have submited the handset to service centre in chandigarh Vignesh Services SCO 189-190, Sector 34, Chandigarh due to front Camera Problem. Inspite of repeated
              follow ups replaced hand set has not been delivered to me. Everyy time it is informed that htc is in the process of replacing the handset.


              i am amazed that company like htc cannot replace one handset in the span of more than two months. We request you to get our handset delivered today positively else we have no alternate to file legal case against htc.

                I bought HTC Desire X in May-2014. After one month o[censored]sage there were problems like voice during call, SIM card not detecting, over heating, Mobile hang. And after that my mobile was dead. I gave my mobile to the service center team for the repair. They gave me my mobile back after 5 days only. Thats great for me. They told that they replaced mother board. Actually mother board not replaced in that. Call center person told that there was software issue. But as soon as i reached home, after some time mobile again went dead. Again i gave my mobile for the repair to the service team. After one weak i got my mobile from the service center team. But in one day mobile started giving problems like SIM card not detecting in both card slots, unexpectedly mobile is getting rebooted. over heating. So i called HTC team and told them that the device is defective from the initial. SO PLEASE GIVE ME REPLACEMENT FOR THE DEVICE. I cant get time for the repair procedure now since mobile is behaving abnormally. But they are not agree on replacement. Brands like HTC is having this kind of response and gives very poor service. There is no quality check performed on the device otherwise multiple problems. and its very difficult to visit service center daily. Requesting India consumer team to help me on this.

                  I bought HTC 516 a month ago and it is just not working properly.

                  The back button doesn't work and I have to press it atleast 10 times to go to the previous tab!! MY phone is brand new yet extremely slow and difficult to operate.

                  I have spent a lot of money for this so called "SMARTPHONE" and it has been a waste of my money!!

                  Request you to kindly change my phone or fix the problem, before I take any serious action!!!

In relation to above complaint, I am customer of HTC INDIA. I am happy with htc brand mobiles. Moreover, I am glad to share htc is good brand in gadgets segment. As I am using htc brand since 6 yrs. I had purchased HTC ONE ON 7-8-13 from mobilewala shop of Vadodara, Gujarat. But since July my handset was not working properly. Some technical problems in handset. So I had visited company service center on 24-7-14. As per company service center records there is some technical problem in handset.I had received handset on 2-8-14 after repairing from service center. But within 24 hrs same problems start again. As you know every person purchased handset for use but I had purchased handset to put in service center.Again I had put my handset on service center on 5-8-14. But I think every time to consult service centre is very bad thing for customer. Moreover, I feel my handset have some major problems. Since I had invested 40000 rupees on company branded handset. Now company is not providing better service to customer. I think company main focus on only selling of gadegets. I am really worried about my handset.                       This is in regard to the mobile bought on june 2, 2013. the mobile was lying at home suddenly stopped work. it was shown to the customer care department at ansal plaza mall (delhi). they confirmed the damage of the mother board. PLEASE EXPLAIN ME HOW IT GOT DAMAGED WITHOUT ANY PHISICAL DAMAGE?? THE CUSTOMER CARE FAILED TO ASNSWER THAT. RATHER SHOWING A BILL OF RS. 17000. PLS EXPLAIN IS THAT QUALITIY SERVICE PROVIDED BY YOUR COMPANY?? THIS SHOWS THAT U R NOT USING APPROPRIATE OR GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS. WE HAVE USING MOBILE PHONE MORE THAT 15YRS THIS IS FOR THE FIRST TIME WE ARE HAVING THIS PROPLEM. IN 14 MONTHS THE INSTUMENT HAS STARTED GIVING TROUBLE.                       Hello,

                      We got a call from HTC office stating they will give us 20% disc. May I know what our fault? Had the mother board broken by us or the phone met with an accident (physical damage), we wouldn't have written to you. Infact the handset it lying at ansal plaza customer care dept. You can see yourself and satisfy that there is not physical damage. Incase you cannot handle it well, then please let us know, we shall put it to consumer court and also publish it in media.We will seek help there. WE DONOT WANT SUCH PETTY FAVOURS LIKE 20% DISC.

                        Dear Team, I have had a really bad experience with HTC Service centre in Ameerpet. On July 18th i had given my HTC One V (IMEI: [protected]) for service. It has a battery problem and they told me it will take just 3-4 days to find out the issue and if the battery needs to be replaced it will cost 1500/-. But for few days i was not there in the city and i could not go and enquire about it. I tried to call them a lot of times with the number they provided, but it was switched off. After 2 weeks when i went there to take my mobile back, they told they had an Audit and in that mess they lost their locker keys where the mobile has kept. I guess they don't have my mobile with them and it is lost. Hoping your kind consideration on this and please do the needful. Regards, Rajeev [protected]

                          I recently got a HTC Desire 816 (Grey colour), My screen cracked as my phone fell off from barely 1 ft! I gave my phone for repairs at the HTC service centre last monday! They assured me that I would get it by wednesday (According to the expected date mentioned on the bill) as they have to order the replacement screen from Taiwan! I called them about 4 times to ask about the status on this and now I get that they still don't have it and that they would give it to me saturday! I called again on Saturday and I get that maybe ill get it on monday! Does it take a week for servicing a phone? No one picks up at the Jayanagar office in bangalore! they give you 10 no or lame reasons for repair and the screen replacement cost is 7.5 K! ... I need to know a specific date of when i can get my handset repaired ASAP! This kind of irregular service, over commitment is not what I payed 23K for! I will be taking this up to AKOSHA consumer consultants by monday first thing if I do not get a status on the same with a assured date and reason for repeated delay! *** Update: HTC India has not replied to several of my msgs! Its been 3+ weeks now! I need an update on my phone! This is my complain No 14IND[protected] i raised the ticket on their toll free helpline no. as well. The bangalore service centre at Basavangudi (Jayanagar) has not replied and just bluffing away adding weeks after week!

I know this is very late but we are extremely sorry that we could not help you. Resolving consumer complaints is very challenging and we are not successful every time. We are learning from our mistakes and trying hard to get past the constraints that we still face to improve the resolution rate. Hope you will also understand our situation.

                            Hi I bought HTC desre X six months ago.I got mic problem and i gave it HTC authorised service center in ameerpet near image hospital hyderabad. At that time they told me 7 days time to repair it. But after seven days dey told me may be it will take more than 1 month to repair because in india no stock available and people not responding when we called. my suggestion is don't buy htc mobile because we dont have proper service in india.

                              Sir i have purchased an htc handset model desire 816, imei - [protected] on 6 of july 2014, but the handset was having problem regarding heating, hanging, finally handset was dead on 23 rd as i was in delhi at that time i wasnt able to provide bill there on 24th, when i returned to dehradun i have submitted my handset in krishna communication, job sheet no 432 they told me it will take time around 10 days for repairing it, i agreed . On 4 of august i have ranged the toll free no of htc india to know status regarding my handset they are saying that parts aren't avlaible so i have to wait for more 10 days . It wasnt even a month old when the handset started giving problem they aren't even agreeing to replace my handset .                                 Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased my HTC Moile Desire 600 on 24th July 2013. But since last one month Iam facing problem with my mobile it is completely dead my Complain no- 14INA[protected] after getting it repaired from the HTC service center under warranty i received my mobile back after a weeks time. On receiving the same mobile used to get charged sometime & sometime it would not & even it used to get autocharged i.e. no charger was connected to the charger but still it was getting charged. So, again after using it 2-3days the mobile was once again completely dead and for the same complain I gave back my mobile under warranty repair for second time. After receiving back the same after a weeks time the same problem persisted. Immediately I gave back my mobile at the service center for the Third time on 26 July 2014 but my mobile is lying with them at the collection center only as the collection center is not able to create a complain number for my mobile. On contacting Htc I was told that it will take more time as they could not process the complain. HTC are cheating their customers and using cheap tactics. It is an harassment for customers to go at HTC collection center as they have to wait in queue for 3-4hours for their number to come and after taking so much effort also it all goes in vain. And on asking to HTC service center at their toll free number for the status of the complain they are dumb over the issue as they do not have any idea for the same. I asked them to give me a replacement as twice they had unsuccessful repairs for the same one of their representative reply was that HTC does not have any replacement or refund policy. Every time on contacting the HTC customer care number u have to wait on hold for 1/2 hour and again for representative to check the status u have to again stay on hold this tricks are just to harass the customers. Secondly, it is a great risk o[censored]sing this HTC mobile as it is getting automatically charges even if it is not connected to charger and if any of such incidents happen with this mobile like that one can daily read in newspaper regarding some cheap Chinese make mobiles Iam not ready to take that risk. I request you to kindly look into the matter as HTC people are unnecessarily dealying the matter and help me get a replacement or refund for the same. Hoping for your kind consideration.                                   Dear Team, I have submitted my HTC Desire X Ds for repairing at Shri Balal ji communication, Shop No 111, Parijat Complex, First Floor, Hisar. This is authorize customer care service center of HTC. I have received a message on my regiestred Mobile no that your mobie set has been repaired and despatched on 29/07/2013 at Hisar on customer care center. Today i went to distributor to collect my Ph but he replied that this set is misplaced in our station and we have have received wrong mobile set in given POD. Sir HTC is a very reputed co in mobile industry. And if customer suffer from such little issues then it make very bad image in investor mind. So you are requested take a strong action for the local staff who was not attanding customers properly. Pls arrange to recruit trained staff for the Hisar outlet who can satisfy the customer.                                     Hello Sir, I had given my HTC ONE(M7) on 1st July, as my touch screen (center horizontal strip) had stop responding. Then later when I called for status of the repair, they informed me it wont be covered in the warranty and quoted me Rs.27, 000/- for repairs. Anyways, I denied for the quotation for repair and asked them to return my device. On 15th July 2014. I collected my device from HTC Service Centre. Later on using I found out 1. My device's green red led lights were not working 2. Wifi not working (shows very poor reception even near Wife router) 3. Camera has whole Purplish tint all over. The above 3 where working all fine before I had given for repair. So I again resubmitted the device to the centre. And emailed a complain letter to HTC which they replied and asked for my jobsheet scan. I forwarded the jobsheet scans but then there was no reply from HTC. So I called them at the customer number for the status of my issue. But now they are again issuing quotation charge of Rs.14, 000 approx., for the defects HTC have done to my device. Stating the defects were already been there 1st time i submitted the device. For proof I have attached a photo clicked by my HTC Device just before an hour, before giving it to the repair center on 1st July 2014 and it has no Purplish tint whatsoever. I took the photo of my HTC One Box just incase if I needed IMEI or SN No. on the run. It is very fustrating and disappointing to get this kind of service from one my favorite brand HTC. Although I have cancelled my quotation and asked to give device back. Just wanted to inform all the other consumers about the service provided from the HTC. This is last product I have ever purchased from HTC. Would certainly go for Samsung or Apple for my next Purchase.                                       i have bought this phone on around in january and just in 6 months i have faced problems 4 times . 1st time i got a problem in a charger which dey replaced 2nd and 3rd time i got problem in handsfree which they again replaced but now 4th time i got problem in my mobile itself, its not detecting any headphones in it. i submitted my phone on 19th july, they told me give it back in 5--6 days but still i have not got it. On 25th july i called in a company and they told me that they are not able to recognise the problem and told me call back in 48 hrs on 28th july i again called there and then they told me that they dont know when will be i m getting my phn and told me in 48hrs on 30 th july i again made a call der and they again told me that they dont know that when will i get my phone back, so i told them give me a replaced phn or give my money back, they told me that please call in a day or two . so today 31st july i again called them and i got same reply that they are not sure that when will my phn be repaired but today i told them that i[censored] cant resolve it then give me my money back or a replacement, and u will be shock after there reply, they said that they still neeed 10 more days . see sir m a middle class man and m really worried about my money because after 10 days also they are not giving guarantee of giving it to me, and what if i get another problem next time . sir please help me by getting my money back . otherwise i have no option to go to consumer forum

                                        Htc one mini imei [protected] Job nos BOM[protected] Submission date 28/06/14 I have received my phone in damaged conditions. It was sent back to service centre for rerepair purpose. I have not received my phone yet. Also the executive are not able to say the receiving date. I'm really fed up of the service. My business is really suffering a lot due to your improper service provided. As my business was suffering I was forced to buy a new smart phone . If I don't receive any status progress i am willing to approach the consumer court forumn . You all have exceeded the limits of my patience . I want the reply in the quickest.
