I have given my mobile HTC DZIRE 210 DUAL SIM to your service centre TVS ELECTRONICS LTD. ANSAL PLAZA NEW DELHI as on date[protected] for repairing of mobile but they were unable to repair my mobile so they have commit me for replace my mobile. They have given me date 14/10/14 but not given me mobile again given me date 24/10/14 again they have not given me again next date 27/10/14 but not given me and now they have given me date 6/11/14 and i am very disappointed with your service now i'll planning to go to consumer court for this poor service. now i''ll will not suggest anyone for HTC.     My HTC Desire V phone Restarts Automatically approximately 5 to 6 times in a day randomly . I have tried to factory reset, but problem is still there. I go to Customer care there i told them that this issue is not solved by reset . Then also charges 400 Rs. for factory reset, Now after that till i am facing problem of reboot and when i told them to give money back as the problem was not resolved they refused to give money back . I am also trying to call customer care from few days but they also not give satisfactory answer through online chat also they not give good response . Thus I a, m facing problem through phone, customer care, and your service this is very bad kind of service by any multinational company . I am not at all satisfied with this service. Hope you will reply give money back to me. Thanks

      Good Afternoon Sir, My HTC ONE V model mobile Battery drains very fast even i connect with charger. I am getting a message like Phone consumption more then Charging qty & connect AC power charger. But i am connected AC Power Charger & Unused apps also running when i am not used till now, I don't know how to stop that apps. when i am try to close that apps on that time they ate closed but when we came out of that manual they are again running. The authorized Service centers are not solving my problem. they are providing Such a Worst Experience. Thanks & Regards, VASANTHA RAO. G

        I have given my latest launched brand new HTC Desire 500 phone for repair on 18th Oct 2014. Till date I cannot check the status of my phone. Service Centre & Customer services are not helpful at all, they do not respond in a proper way. Every time I call them they give me some or the other date to call up again and inquire. I need help urgently. My ticket number is 99HVY034-00. I am not at all satisfied with services. I am thinking not to recommend any of my known ones to buy HTC phones just because of the very poor quality of services.

          Dear Concern, I Submited my HTC Desire 816 on 23rd of September at Borivali ( S.G. Infotech ) Service Center and even after 40 days still i received the same. every time i follow up with them they given an Same answer it would be really mentaly harreshment to me, they proimise me to give my cell in 4 to 5 days after quotation approval, i approved my quotation on 11st October but still unable to get my device . it look they lost/Misplaced my device.             I have a phone htc desire 601 i had submitted device for the purpose of solving the issue of device not getting charged to TVC ELECTRONIC LTD BANGALORE it is an authorised service centre in bangalore they had my device with them for nearly 22 days and they give me my device stating that my device is repaired but when i got my device back it wasnt charging. My house is 10-11 km away from my place and i have visted the service center nearly 10+ times and contacted customer care mumbai for nearly 6+ times but they havent solved my problem. There no loss yet but "I'M PUTTING MY DEVICE VALUE IN LOSS AMOUNT"

              I have purchased a new HTC desire 816 dual sim on date 25th-july-2014 IMEI no. [protected]. my phone is heating badly while charging and the camera is totally blurred i visited the service center but i m not getting the proper response i want replacement for my phone becoause two phones was replaced hand to hand by the company for the same problem but now their are refusing for the replacement. I want the replacement for my phone.Bcoz my phone is only 3 months old nd it is heating badly which leads to any accident.

                I happened to purchase a brand new HTC DESIRE 210 DUAL SIM mobile on July 14, 2014. The IMEI NO of my moble is [protected]. Unfortunately the mobile developed a headset jack problem and the sound clarity became poor and now the problem is really bad. I raised the complaint with HTC TVS Service Center(Chennai) on September 22, 2014, last month, but I have faced several challenges and till now my problem has not been solved and I am terribly frustrated. The problems I have faced are: Initally when I raised my complaint on September 22, 2014, and approached the service cntr "TVS Service cntr Anna Salai - Chennai" I handed over my mobile, and I was promised that it takes maximum 7 to 10 days to solve the problem. When I went back to the service cntr, after few days, I was told that they are not sure as to when the motherboard will arrive and since there was no clarity, I was forced to take back my mobile with the promise that once they receive the motherboard(replacement part), they will call me back, BUT THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED TILL DATE. I have been going back and forth to TVS Service Cntr for more than one month now and still they have not received the motherboard. I made multiple calls to HTC Customer Care and on two occasions, (the reference nos of my conversations are 14IND[protected] and 14IND[protected] I was promised that the motherboard will be shipped to the service cntr and my mobile will be repaired, but unfortunately false promises were made and still now neither TVS Service Cntr has received the motherboard and neither my mobile problem has been solved. Whenever, I attempt to call HTC Customer Care or the Service cntr, the numbers seem to be busy. Communicating with these guys itself is a big problem!!! I have to travel long distances multiple times and make numerous calls to address my problem. On the final occasion, when I called the HTC Customer Care, they told me that they will replace my device and they will take maximum 7 to 10 days to do that!!!. How do i trust them anymore???? I AM JUST FED UP WITH HTC. BY MAKING FALSE PROMISES AND BY NOT SOLVING MY PROBLEM, IT SHOWS THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND THEIR LACK OF APPLICATION IN AFTERSALES SUPPORT.I WOULD LIKE TO RAISE A COMPLAINT/LEGAL NOTICE AGAINST THIS REGARD and it will be appreciated if someone can help me in this regards.Looking for prompt response. PS: If you are looking forward to any evidence or information, I will be glad to provide you with the same.With best regards, Arjun

                  I have submitted my phone(htc desire 210) on 20/09/2014 at Mobile Point, Vashi, Mumbai as the same has got a complaint in connection with net work. My Ticket No. is 14INA[protected]. Till date almost one month and 11 days completed after its submission. I contacted the Mobile Point and as per their advice I called HTC customer service centre many times. They failed to convey me when my mobile will be ready after repair and each occasion they will tell me to wait for 48 working hours and I am very much disappointed with the service of HTC. I sent a mail to HTC regarding non receipt of my set on 8.10.2014 and I received a reply from HTC to wait for 48 working hours. Almost 23 days over after this communication from HTC and still I am waiting for my mobile. I purchased my set from Univercell, Mysore on 19.06.2014 and used only 3 months. Whenever I called they inform that your mobile is kept for repair and parts has to be received. They are not understanding the feelings of a middle class customer who has purchased a set spending big amount and waiting for its repair this much time(almost one and half month). I don't have any alternate set and as per my knowledge I have the right to ask for a replacement if repair takes more than 2 weeks.                       I gave my phone for camera problem on 13th October 2014 at HTC authorized service center, Hyderabad. The service ticket is QAS[protected]. Till now there is no update/status about my phone. When I went for the update they are saying one more week. There is no even proper response from the person in the center. This is HTC one dual sim phone and because of the delay I am missing many calls for one sim. This is not what I expected HTC as I am using HTC from the last 5+ years. Your service making to rethink about usage of HTC further. Please try to resolve the issue at the earliest and I would like to know the exact status of the phone. Regards, Amar

                        Hi, I purchased HTC ONE X S720 E WHITE mobile phone on 07/10/2012. After an year it started giving problem with its display. On investigation by HTC service centre its motherboard was faulty and need to be replaced. Since it was in warranty period they replaced the motherboard on 29/08/2013. Again after a month, the mobile got switched off suddenly and was not getting started. Even after connecting to electricity supply it was not getting charged. I submitted the phone to service centre again and this time also they replaced the motherboard in warranty period on 27/09/2013. So this happened twice within an year. Now again in Oct 2014, approx after an year, the mobile again got switched off suddenly and not getting started. I submitted the phone again at service centre and they said the mother board has to be replaced. The approximate cost they asked me for is INR 17000. I cannot afford to pay 17000 INR every year for such a branded mobile. The mobile got the same issue thrice in two years but company is not ready to compensate. From the background history we could clearly see that the piece is faulty but the company is not ready to do anything saying that its electronic equipment and we cannot do anything since its out of warranty. I have all the receipts and documents with me if needed. I want my mobile to be replaced with the new one at free of cost. Please help. Thanks and Regards, Swati Khadgi.

                        bought htc m7 in june 2014 online shopping clues. day 1: camera and the charger not working. 7 months later mike stops working. Took it to jayanagar bangalore. It is a moulded dmodel. They never to bother to call me. After a day of 40 calls they say i have got it repaired abroad. i have never gone abroad. Now they say the mother board is broken. They said I have bought a defective piece. Then how did it work for 7 months. They would have broken when they opened it. I am a busy practicing doctor. Your tollfree number is not reachable and the hotline is a real waste. The staff in htc repair shop in Bangalore have been very rude. I bought the mobile for 35000. Now they are asking to pay 2500 towards global warranty plus 20000 rupees to repair it. They say that one year warranty is applicable. if i want the warranty they asked me to go Hongkong and get it repaired.
                        My mistake was I bought online. 1. How do I know it is a defective piece in a moulded set? How did it work for 7 months ? Why do you give one year warranty when it is not applicable? The charger provided with the set when connected, says connect original HTC charger. What a joke ? Contacting HTC people is a herculean task, if they come on line by mistake they start shouting as if they have given the mobile free of cost. NEVER I HAVE BEEN INSULTED SO MUCH AS A LADY IN THE JAYANAGAR SHOP BEHAVED. I have already got the latest I Phone . I have used samsung, sony erricson, nokia, LG. None have got spoiled. I like new mobiles, thats why i keep changing mobiles. I have my friends in the medical fraternity and to all my friends NEVER TO BUY HTC. Let me see if you can do something.                         after some day I come to know after cross checking that their is problem in incoming calls also even full network showing...when everyone is complaining me that your phone is switch-off...after some day its touchscreen also stop working
                        I show it at Delhi service center on 14may15 (201, behind PSK, nirman vihar)
                        he told me that he will give me back after 30-45 working days
                        I was on official tour at Delhi so its not possible me to wait these much time in Delhi
                        I complain to customer care also on 16may2015 they also didn't give me any solution
                        then after on 20may15 I visited to allahabad service center same things he is also telling
                        ie 30 to 45 days
                        again i called customer care, ticket no-15ina[protected]
                        my handset is below one month old how can I leave it to service center for 45 days
                        I want a new set or my money back
                        I don't ever want to use htc mobile in my life neither my near ones

                          I have purchased HTC desire 816 on 10/9/2014, Dated 25/10/2014 i had a problem with Sim Lock Function, i went to Haddad Warranty, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They said you have to wait 20 days to fix this problem, i submitted request to provide me another mobile, they didn't reply to me.                             Sir, I Bought HTC Desire 310 in last week of August. After hardly 1 month o[censored]sage there was a problem in Network IC. I submitted the cell to the service centre on 4-Oct- 2014. They told me it would take 7-8 Working Days (14 Oct) to repair(though the expected return date was on 14-Oct- 2014) .Main thing is that persons at service center have no courtesy to at least inform that my mobile is In Work In progress till delivery date .When I call him than he said his responsibility is inform to company only, means after purchasing[protected] Rs. Mobile, still owner of mobile is HTC or Customer ?? When I call at service center, they told me it would take another 1 week as the parts were not yet delivered to them .They gave me time till 21th Oct and once again I call on 28-Oct-2014 at service center, they told me it would take another 1 week as the parts were not yet delivered to them. However I have received no call till date regarding My Mobile service status. I am surprised by the way the consumer problem is being handled. To top it all I didn’t have another handset.I had to buy another cell phone because its been 18 days that I have not yet got my cell back and no responsible person in Vadodara or Gujarat to whom I can contact.The experience has been pathetic. First time I spent my money on Smart Phone with HTC, so please try to resolve my problem.I promise you that in future I will never spent money and be the member OF HTC and not repeat my Mistake again. One more thing which is surprise me, when I ask for top level manager of Region Service Center Contact Number, then Person at service center told me that We have no BOSS.We are handling service center and we have no number of manager or Region office or HTC .We have one email id Only.                             Hi Devang, Thanks for posting this problem.I will planned to Buy New HTC in this December but Now i think over any other Samsung or Lenovo.HTC try to resolve his problem i see not Only Devang Vashi many customer have posting related same problem(Customer Satisfaction).I[censored] have no part in india why u all are produce or selling HTC models in market.I feel HTC have not better future.

                              Sir, I Bought HTC Desire 616 in mid August. After hardly 1 month o[censored]sage there was a problem in Ear phone Jack part, batterry issues(it drained in 3 hours), software(the cell freezed many times and switched off too) . I submitted the cell to the service centre on 11 oct 2014. They told me it would take 1 week (18 oct) to repair(though the expected return date was on 14-oct2014) .When I went next week, they told me it would take another 1 week as the parts were not yet delivered to them .They gave me time till 24th oct and said they will call me, since there is only 1 service centre in Hyderabad which is far away from my place and all I do is go, sit and wait for my turn and come back always as they tell me in the end that the cell has not yet been fixed. However I have received no call till date and when I try to call them, the line is busy always. Iam suprised by the way the consumer problem is being handled. To top it all I din’t have another handset.I had to buy another cell phone because its been 18 days that i have not yet got my cell back and noone's bothered to notify the satus as well..The experience has been pathetic. This was the first time I was using HTC. The cell had so many issues in 1 month and the service centre response is making the experience worse.                                     i have submited my phone(htc desire616) on 10/10/14 at cochin service centre(Kerala, Ernakulam) for audio jack and main camera issue but still i didn't get my phone back...They said that its mother board must be changed...whenever i contact them they are insulting me saying its parts are under pending...its been about 20 days are completed after submition of phone n i wnt my phone as far as possible or a replacement becoz it has a warranty of more than 9 months...otherwise i will move to consumer court...                                         I had purchased htc desire dual x in December 2014. before the completion of one year it starts giving problem. when i turn it on only the logo of htc is displayed the it vibrates for 7 times and ultimately switches off. help me in replacing the set or else i had to move to court for the same. why i should move in the very first year for service or so.
