This is to bring to your notice that the company (HTC) is deteriorating in the quality of its phones . I Raviraj Srivastava bought HTC desire 600 dual sim (serial nbr: FA36TWB00147) (Date: 18-July-2013) - IMEI nbr: [protected] / IMEI - [protected] and before completing its 1 year the phone stopped working. The phone was taken to the HTC authorized service centre (Media House mobile cell 31/B6, Sanjay Place Agra) but I am sorry to say that the service centre should rather be called as 'PICK UP' centre. The guys sitting over there don't even know the basics of how to handle or tackle even minor problems with the phone. The only solution that they have is to submit your phone for 10 days which is really disgusting as to stay without a phone for 10 days for small and trivial issues is very difficult. Anyhow, I had to submit my phone to the 'So Called' service centre and after 10 days, the phone is still in the same state. I must say it had become worse. Initially the problem was with the charging, but now I guess the speakers are also not working. After switching off the charging plug, the charging sign still keeps on showing. Similarly, many other problems cropped up. I need an immediate replacement of the phone as it is impacting my work a lot.     Dear Sir My name is Rashida Naseer and I am an old Three customer. I purchased Htc one on 29th April, 2013 from three shop, Tooting Broadway Branch with IMEI No: [protected], after first repair the new IMEI No given is [protected]. Since the set is with me it has issues with the camera quality. It has been repaired once on 21st August, 2013 but still it has issues with the video quality. Videos are either blurry or having pink and purple shades prevailing all over. The audibility of videos is also poor. I put forward a second complaint regarding these issues on 29th July 2014 and spoke to Ms. Dimple Three costumer assistant and her Manager after wards, between 11 am to 12 noon, who then referred my call to Htc customer services. Three manager told me that either I should send my set for further repair or should pay another £ 100 for the replacement set whereas Htc customer service representative asked me to send the set for further repair and if it would still not work then they would replace it. I am a single mum and working full time yesterday it took me whole day to make a complaint and then make a parcel. I neither have another phone nor can I afford calling on paid numbers. I didn’t have printer to print the stuff sent to me by Htc customer services for the courier services. I was running around to get all that done from morning till evening. I am now wondering that either of the companies failed to help me and come up with some sensible solution to the problem. This is making me think whether should I choose Three and Htc next time for this sort of deals or should I go for the companies who can actually ease their customers. I am already paying £34 a month which is a lot and for this amount I have been given a phone with a manufacturing fault and instead of giving me replacement set both the companies are wasting my precious time and trying to make me keep the faulty phone for full price. I am leaving it to you to decide is it fair on me? I am not happy to keep a repaired set and pay full price for it.       I have submitted my HTC handset for repairing at the collection center in surat, Gujarat. Its been 12 days and its still in the collection center due to some technical problem in their system. On calling the customer center they are asking me to wait for 48 hours and after 48 hours when i call they again ask me to wait for the same amount of time. I am still waiting to know how much more time it would take to at lest ship it to the service center form the collection center. Due to negligence from the HTC team my handset is not yet repaired and for the time period they are not providing me with a spare handset.

        htc last month my htc phone mother broad damage and replace by paid mode.one month later my phone not working touch pad.i am going service they tell me my phone not in cover warranty they log my previous compliant liquid damage.but my phone touch pad not damage to under liquid damage .why they call me warranty cover.i am unhappy urs moral costumer service site.for this reason i am going to consumer curt.please look into the matter.i am dissatisfied your poor service.

          I am having desire X and given to your service centre Ascent Technologies TC 26/255, Chahaya, Mettucada, Thycadu. P.O Trivandrum, Kerala 695014 for Power On Off button and poor back up issue on 19/07/2014.The committed 7 business days for repair and and i have not received my handset so far.Mean time i contacted service centre and they have not provided probable delivery time also. Today i have received a call from Ascent technologies and they are informed me that my mobile display was damaged (When i handed over to Ascent technologies on 19/7/14 there was no damage on the display ) and no more service possible. I have contacted your toll free tech support[protected] and your executive did not answer or clarify my queries and i think he muted the phone and kept me for a long hold and disconnected unanswered (please check if you have recording and monitoring systems call time was 29/07/14 1608 hours, I not remember that poor guy's name) Now i dont know to whom should i contact further to get it repaired Please help.

              I was buy a HTC Desire 700DS on dated 09.03.14 form Mobile Addiction ( Shop No 71, Sec-21C, Faridabad, Haryana ) and that time I was very happy and a very good feed back about HTC product's.
              But today suddenly touch of my phone is not working properly and I am very upset for this situation because only after 4month product is failed and earlier I was using NOKIA & Black Berry Handsets and not a single complain in last 10 year. Please resolve and arrange to replace my phone with new HTC phone with the same shop on priority so that I will recommend your product to my friend's and sustain your product image in my mind other wise we will take legal action and not recommend your product to my friend circle

                My complaint is regarding the worst quality of products and services offered by HTC. The company is exploiting Indian consumers by offering the worst quality of products and services. To spend around Rs 43490 for a phone, is big deal especially when you hail from a middle class family like me. I did buy a HTC One. Have recommended HTC to many for which I now regret. HTC not only produces poor quality but also practices unfair trade policies, e.g.my first HTC One device which resembled a refurbished/used handset with pink coloured matter all around(though it was a sealed box piece), with several issues for which HTC verified and provided me with DOA(replacement). The replacement again had issues for which DOA was again provided! And now I have my third device which started giving me trouble, within few days of purchase. With issues still unresolved, 5th service in progress along with an accessory replaced and the device is at the service centre. Coming to my previous HTC device Desire HD worth Rs.27800, the device caused a lot more inconvenience to me(then I was residing in Bangalore). I was about to file a complaint on HTC when I was facing issues with Desire HD, HTC resolved the issue by providing me with a replacement stating that device with such issues was an exception hence I didn’t appeal to the court. As seen in my service reports of both devices, vibrator problems are a common sight in HTC. A vibrator is that which helps in picking a call in a crowded place. A flaw with the vibrator will let one miss important calls and thereby make you lose opportunities/job calls/emergency calls which are of high priority. Auto Erase of recent data is another common problem, where one loses important contacts, texts and other data all of a sudden. I proved it at service centre, so did HTC replace the motherboard of Desire HD. I[censored]nlucky one may lose their future itself. These issues cannot be spotted unless you spend more time on your device, since they happen once in a while and makes life miserable. CONSEQUENCE For HTC One: For DOA replacements I had to wait for a minimum of 1 week for the first replacement and more than 2 weeks for the 2nd due to unavailability of stock. More than 1 week for accessory(handsfree). It caused a lot of inconvenience to me, without contacts, handsfree etc...! To submit, collect, load data, travel to and fro was another big consequence. Presently I reside in Vellore. Everytime, I had to travel all the way from Vellore which has caused so much of inconvenience, travelling more than 5 hours to Bangalore and search for accommodations, taxis, food etc.. Every time I collected my device I was supposed to load data and download the necessary, time ranging around 3 hrs for data transfer every time. 2 replacements of phone and a replacement of an accessory with 5th repair in progress. So I have paid in 1000's till date to travel to service centre apart from food and lodging. Every call to HTC was around 30 minutes on average- Lost several hours of precious time.In this regard Mr.Irfan (HTC India)assured me of a replacement(after 4th service) if issues persist, ticket no-14WD[protected]. Issues are still persistent, service centre executives asked me to submit the device again and get it serviced, stating that they will get 100% quality checked which is usually said and refused replacement. This isn’t the first time that I was assured of a replacement and refused. I was assured of a replacement even during the month of December for which HTC refused to provide me with details. Every detail is stored in HTC database, but not the assurance of replacements. The worst trade practices a company could ever practice. For HTC Desire HD: Coming to my previous HTC device Desire HD worth Rs.27800. I was staying in a place(when i was in Bangalore) 50 kms away from HTC service centre Ovez Communications, Shoolay Circle and one more centre Salora International at HSR layout(which were more easily accessible from my home than the rest via Nice road due to less traffic congestions), apart from the fuel charges I had to pay a toll charge of around Rs150 to and fro if I had to travel to Salora. I own a Mini Sports Bike which just gives a mileage of around 24 kms per litre. So everytime I drop to the service centre I had to spend around Rs 500 to travel to the service centres and time of more than 4 hours every single visit. 6 times for service, twice for accessory replacements apart from a replacement along with service. Loss of data made me loose an important job cum business opportunity. Due to loss of contacts at that time, I was considered as uninterested. If it hadn't happen, I would have probably flourished in business. I probably lost my future itself. I have lost enough because of substandard devices manufactured by HTC. A warranty of 1 year doesn't mean that the phone is to be repaired once in a month or once in 2 months. One handset, 2 hands-free, motherboard replaced, charger replaced in 8 visits in a span of 1.25 years for HTC desire HD. 2 handset replacements along with one replacement of hands-free in 8 visits to the service centre for HTC One... Total Losses Incurred=Rs 19000

                  I have purchased the HTC one V phone from Croma, Lower parel, Mumbai on 24.11.2012. The unit serial No is SH265TV06027 and IMEI no is: [protected].My phone has connectivity problem. when the signals are weak it gets disconnected and a symble 'X' appears near signal bars and 'no service' messages appears. Even the signals are strong, it never gets on. I have given the set for the same problem for about ten times ( two times within the warranty period) at TVS Electronics LTd, LSY Estates, 1st floor, besides Cheras, Amerpet, Hyderabad. Latest date was on 24.06.2014. The service center told me they will keep the mobile under observation for 15 days. After 15 days, the mobile was returned without correcting the problem. I changed the sim twice to confirm whether the defect lies with SIM (airtel). I am vexed visiting the service center several times. The service center advises me to come if the defect persists and going regulary to them. even the request for replacement within the warranty period should have been honoured. My patience is tested all these days. will someone help me out of the problem?

                    i am getting flash messages from 2 months with a code "50" and i am totally fed up of these flash messages. i am not able to do anything in my phone. As i open any application these messages start flashing and i am notable to do anything. Earlier i was planning to complaint on the consumer court mail id but then i thought of complaining on htc's complaint id. Please its a humble request to htc, please stop these flash messages coming to my phone. Its really troubling me. This is my first htc phone because i find htc phones really good but these flash messages are lowering this company's name many of my friends have changed there phones just because they were also facing the same flash message problem. Please solve this problem its a humble request.

                    i am still getting flash messages, these are really irritating, i don't know what to do, i have complained many times about it but htc is not resolving this problem, i think i should sell off htc and buy a sony phone atleast i'll not get any flash messages

                      from : A harassed customer of HTC I have purchased HTC DESIRE 501 IMEI NO : [protected] on 12/3/2014 from Raju Japan store, C.G. Road, Ahmedabad. My phone has stopped its vibrating function and tends to hang often on 8-7-14 . So I contacted HTC service centre, TVS-E Services Ltd., Ahmedabad on 12-7-14 . Here I was given assurance that vibrator is defective and battery has poor lifetime and both the issues will be solved within 3 days and they would call me to pick up the phone. they never called me again. so when i inquire about the phone they say it will take still 3-4 days. After repeated inquiries and getting the same answer i got upset. Finally today on 24-7-14 service centre representative is telling me that it will take still 5-6 days since vibrator is not in stock at your warehouse . I cannot believe such foolish statements about the company of caliber like HTC. please look into my matter and stop my harassment so that i can get my phone back soon

                          i got line on my screen with out any reason... actually my touch screen got problem due to fell on surface nd went to servicing centre and thay repalced new touch screen part and charged nearly 3000 rs..it hapns not more than 6 months.. this screen was fitted one in past by u r service centre...now i got problem with screen which is replaced by u r service centre ...now i want sollution ...what to do now...please c in picture ...a black line on screen top

                            Hi, I have bought HTC desire V product but from very beginning, it was restarting automatically (manufacturing fault). HTC denied service of this phone and given excuse of out or warranty because of scratches on its front panel. What the hell connection of scratches with motherboard issues (restarting phone). They have quoted Rs. 10966 as repairing charges however I have bought this phone from market @ 10500. They do not have any justification for "Declaring phone out of warranty" and "such HIGH" repairing cost. HTC is making fool of people.Pls do not buy any product of HTC.bycot this company in our market.

                                I bought my phone htc desire 210 from snapdeal . but its audio output is damn poor poor sound quality of sound in headphones . also when calling a person if i need to give him some details by reading information from phone because i have to be on the calling page otherwise 2nd person on phone cant hear my voice . either i need replacement or my money back cant let y get wasted on this waste thing.

                                  I bought my htc 600 about 11 months ago . My cell phone was not able to charge after i Submitted it to the service centre for software updating. Now my cell phone is with the company from 12 days..and now they are giving the dam excuse of liquid damage...and asking for Rs 8000 . Its just rediculous, as there is no such damage from my side. i think i need to talk to the consumer court for such a harrasment towards yours customers.

                                    When I had purchased HTC handset desire 700 (IMEI no- [protected]) from Facebook store at Ranchi, Jharkhand, the CDMA slot was not working. After complaining twice at service centre at Ranchi the problem was not resolved. After being frustrated from service centre & harassment from the shop that it can only be solved at Service Centre, they will not change handset, I am complaining about the matter.                                       I had submitted my mobile to service in the working condition but the problem was arises in the gap of 10 to 15 days for last 3 months & these problems are not the first time in my mobile. Before I submitted four times to the service center with the same issues(Such as display not working, Sim-2 not working, etc), but at that time they haven’t claimed any liquid damage. But now the repairing cost is going to very high, that’s why they have claimed with a comments of liquid damage which can’t acceptable by me in any circumstances. So I can’t accept the quotation of amount Rs.9600 if the comments is “LIQUID DAMAGE”. If they are giving the liquid damage remarks, I would like confirm that the liquid may be entered into the mobile by the HTC collection center or HTC service center where the fault from their side. So please consider my case & do the needful.

                                      But i am not satisfy with your discount. For your kind information you are not doing any business with me by giving the discounts or this type of deal. The total fault is from your side but still you are not ready to repair in the warranty.

                                      Already i purchased my handset before 6 months, but nearly 4 months kept by you only. So you keep my handset with you. Let me solve this issues by consumer court only.

                                      I never excepted this type of harassment to the consumer by a large organisation HTC.

                                        hi I'm so sorry to say that consumers like me have to go through so much trouble having spent our hard-earned money on buying inferior products from brands that go at length to make them look amazing. just a month back, after a long wait and having saved enough money, I thought of purchasing a new smartphone. in excitement of being the soon to be the owner of a brand new phone, I went to the retail store. I had HTC in mind as their phones look nice on the surface at least. I hadn't ever used any HTC phone before, so wasn't really aware of troubles I might have to go through. anyway, after looking around for a while and checked out a couple of models I decided to buy HTC desire 500. the phone really classy, with a sleek design, and attractive red borders and white back cover. I was really excited at the prospect of holding an attractive phone in my Hand & play with its myriad of cool features. having used the phone for a little over a week I sensed something was amiss. the phone's was dying more often and faster than I ever expected. I was charging twice daily, yet with a moderate use, the battery would run out faster than the municipality tap water. it all reached a tipping point when one day, I was out and my phone had died out completely. Due to which imissed so many important calls. I could sense the trouble coming along. I did a Google search to see if there was some issue with the phone, and to my surprise, the top resulty talked Exactly about the issue I was facing. after reading a couple of reviews I found out that HTC desire 500. has inherent battery issues. I immediately called up the customer support which refused to accept there was any issue with the model, and asked me to take the phone for repair. I told them that it was not a defect, but a more ingrained problem with the model. Maybe that's why HTC is not even promoting this model although it was launched Only last year maybe in November. I feel so cheated and disappointed to have wasted 18k on this useless phone that just doesn't serve my purpose at all. people advised me to sell it off. but I really dont want to cheat anyone and make him waste his money as I did. I urge this forum to save consumers from being cheated by brands that make and sell inferior products.
