DEAR SIR, My Name is Abhiraj Bhagat, cell no.[protected], place- mumbai I bought HTC One for its unique design & specification ( particularly for its Ultra Pixel Camera) at Rs. 40, 675/-. now this handset is with HTC service centre for the THIRD time. first time the handset suddenly stop working in a month then they repaired it, second time there something vent wrong with camera, every-time i turn on my back camera it has a pink tint... again the repaired it, after that its charger!!! they replaced that... after latest update released by HTC, handset started to work terribly, this handset totally gone mess that time that time they updated the software n after that again something wrong with it battery again, it started charging problems, sometimes you have to turn off the phone in order to charge, sometimes it just doesn't charge at all, and then suddenly it just starts to charge normally like magic happened. Constantly having this problem just made me impatient.. result is again for repair!!! after telephonic conversation with HTC customer care person, i told her that I am not going to accept this faulty handset..then she was telling that the handset is not faulty, n funny thing is she was telling me that this third time they repaired this HTC one handset n now they had replace battery n its cover and one part (exact detail I don't know ), previous time they had replace camera, battery and its cover!! Still she was trying to convince me to use this handset, all these repair works are normal n if again there will b any problem well look after that!!! I don't understand HTC really have serious policy for how many time they are going to repair the handset.. Almost more than 25-30 days this handset is submitted the HTC after date of purchase n 6 time I had been to HTC Customer Care Centre... I HAD FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE WITH HTC CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE I had three conversations with three persons.. First on telephonic conversation with HTC (HUMA) on 30th Aug I told her them that I am not going to accept this faulty handset for the third time..then she was telling me that the handset is not faulty n FUNNY thing is she was telling me that this third time they repaired this HTC one handset n now they had replace battery n its cover and one part (exact detail I don't know ), previous time they had replace camera, battery and its cover!! Still she was trying to convince me to use this handset, all these repair works are normal n if again there will b any problem well look after that, then she asked me to wait by evening or up to Monday morning for case check, Monday morning I had chat with Seema _ (Serv Rep) she said The replacement was rejected because there was no major repair done in your device and device is out of warranty, after that I immediately called on CS number and had discussion with HUMA_ (Serv Rep) I asked for all explanations about rejection of my Handset Replacement request, she was not able to explain the same, then she told me that she will call me back by evening but she didn’t called, then I called to customer care number n told them that no one had contacted yet, I gave him details then he told me that she will call me within 2 minutes, then SACHIN called me, again we had long conversation on the same, this time he told me that THIS DECISION OF REJECTION REPLEMENT OF THIS HANDET IS TAKEN BY HIS TEAM WHICH INCLUDING HUMA.. HE TOLD HTC NEVER REPLACE ITS FAULTY PRODUCTS THEY WILL REPAIRED THAT.. EVEN HE WAS NOT ABLE TO explain what is actual fault causes last three repairs n function of replaced part OF THAT HANDSET… he only knew what they have changed.. I told him to mail me all the details of repair work and REASON OF RECTION OF MY REPLACEMENT, FIRST TIME HE DENIED TO GIVE IN WRITING, HE TOLD ME THAT HE CAN NOT GIVE THIS THING IN WRITING, AFTER LONG DISCUSSION HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL MAIL ME ALL THIS THINGS IN WRITING, AFTER THAT HE MAIL ME N THERE IS NOTTHING ANYTHING ABOUT THE REPAIR WORK OR ABOUT THE REJECTION OF REPLACEMENT REQUEST.. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER CARE SUPPOR HTC IS PROVIDING IN INDIA??? SO PLEASE HELP ME TO FIGHT AGAINST HTC FOR ITS CARELESS POLICIES FOR ITS CONSUMERS IN INDIA ..

    i have bought a desire 816 and it got display problems in just 19 days and the company asked me to pay rs 6000+ which i agreed but even after 1 month the phone is not repaired. they are just giving bogus promises of delayed dates. the company is a cheat people. do hell with your policies htc. they tell the policy is not to replace or refund money but what about their policy of repairing in 3/5 days maximum.? revert asap tiketno:14INA[protected]

      This is the 3rd time i am writing to consumer complaint department. Still even after 1 complete month, i have not received my Phone HTC Desire X dual sim from company. But yet no action has been taken by Consumer complaint department regarding the same. In these way, HTC company is wasting my time, money and Resources. Their customer executives are keeping the call on hold for more than 30 minutes. No proper answer has been received till today. Everytime they keep on promising that i will receive a call from their escalation department and Legal department but no one gives a call neither any updates are given.
      I once again being the Prime Citizen of India request consumer complaint department to take actions against HTC and help to me get back my RePLACED phone as early as possible. Kindly take this matter seriously and under Higher priority.

        It is very surprising that even after complaining in the Consumercomplaints.in, still i havent received any proper response from HTC. I am still just given fake promises and am being fooled by the customer executives like Imran, payal, pratima, steve, etc... Also the Escalation department is not responding positively even after the delay of almost 1 month. Even the Escalation team member named SACHIN too is giving the fake promises which itself shows the shamefulness of a company and its executives. I am equally surprises that even after raising my complain in consumer complaint forum, still no action has been taken and my issue is becoming more and more complex day by day. I once again appeal to CONSUMER COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT to get my phone REPLACED or support me to get the REFUND of money along with the losses incurred to me due to such pathetic delay.

          hi team i have bought a htc desire V phone in 2013 april. After one year of the warrany is over now my phone is dead, i thought its a battery problem and went to service center, they said that its mother board problem and it costs 6-7000RS. for replacement of mother board. Actually my phone costs 14000 rs. when i checked on internet about htc desire v complaints most of the phone are also of board problems occur after one year of warranty. plz. help me out of my problem.

On 4 of august i have ranged the toll free no of htc india to know status regarding my handset they are saying that parts aren't avlaible so i have to wait for more 10 days .                   My name is Arun Gireesh I want to say that, there is no availability of service center in trivandrum city.That's why anyone of the persons are not intrested for taking HTC mobile phones.So that the mobile dealers are not intrested for selling HTC phones in there shops.When i asked to one of the shop dealers to buying HTC desire 816 he said that "there are many servicing problems if you take the htc mobiles so I want to say don't buy it, and there is no response in service centre in trivandrum city". I am intrested in buying HTC Desire 816 but the problem is the availabilty of service center.If I buy this phone what guarantee I have on this phone if it get complaint? So am kindly saying that please take a good action about the availabilty and the servicing of HTC service center in Trivandrum city.Because in my concern compared to other phones HTC phones are that much better than other mobile phones.

                      Thanks for wasting my money and believing that HTC is the worst Brand. I have bought my HTC Desire C last year in March. By this march its touch screen was not working...Few days back the phone was getting hanged so I tried to switch it off and then tried to restart but then it was not getting started. I get to the HTC service center but they are also not able to rectify the problem. I suppose HTC phone are just designed to work till the warranty period.

                        I have purchased a htc desire 601 dual sim mobile handset in the month of april 2014. After two months camera of the same is not working, i have given it to the service centre at dhanbad for repairing, but after some days they sent a mail containg a quotation for camera part replacement quoted that liquid has been found inside the camera and no warranty will be covered.
                        As i am sure that no liquid has been entered in the camera, service centre as usual does not want to cover the warranty and harrasing me.

                          Respected Sir/Madam, I have purchased HTC Desire X Dual SIM phone on september 2013. Since their was an issue in the software and motherboard, i had given the phone at service centre thrice. After some time, company changed the motherboard. But still after 2-3 months, the same issue started again. Rather than that, even the touch panel and power buttons were not working properly. Also, their was a malfunctioning problem whereby either of the SIM slots stoped working many times.Moreover, it became like an headache o[censored]sing the phone. Even after replacing the motherboard, my phone was not working properly which clearly proves that their are issues with the handset. So i gave the phone again to the service centre on 28/07/2014 for the replacement of the product. Since then i have not received my phone even after 25 days. I called many time to the customer care support whereby the company kept of assuring me that they will update me in 24-48 hours. Due to these delays, i have to suffer from lot of Financial and social issues.Even i had to give up many Relations due to these. Since i dint have any other Smartphone, i was unable to copy the contact from my memory card. I even asked for the standby phone where company denied me saying that its not the policy to give such services to customers. I even wrote to the company that i am a middleclass person and for me a phone worth of 15000/- means a lot. And so i baught a phone of a company like HTC so as to get better and standard services. I had given each and every intimations to the company about my problems but it was all in vain. Rather then replacing my phone immediately, company went on giving me time to repair my phone since the parts were not available. I am so much surprised and shocked because of such behaviour and poor service given by a company like HTC. I have been completely trapped by such ridiculous service of the company. Henceforth, i kindly request you to take some necessary actions against the company and help me to get the Replacement of my Phone as early as possible.

                          Even after Complaining in the Consumer Complaints, the HTC company has not given any updates about the Replacement of my Phone which is very Embarrassing. In this way, company is wasting my time, money, energy and resources. It is kindly requested to the consumer complaint department to notify HTC company to kindly REFUND me the amount equivalent to the price of my mobile handset and give me the reimbursement of the losses that have been incurred on me due to such pathetic delay. I once again request consumer complaint department to take a very strict and harsh actions against such fraudulent company HTC.

                            I bought a mobile (HTC Desire XC) for my father in October 2013, Delhi. Soon it started hanging n voice breaking. I submitted this mobile to Service Center (Ansal Plaza, Delhi). They told me to come after 3-4 days but they did not give back to me. They took the mobile with them for almost 16-17 days for the reason, touch screen's replacement part is not available. Then I decided to show them that I am going to consumer court, instantly they said your mobile is ok now as we have replaced the part. I really believe that they have not done anything with the mobile or they havve replaced the part with any other old part available, as mobile is still hanging and not working fine. What should I do now, as my mobile warranty is going to expire soon?

                              Hi Team, It been more than 6 moths i have raised 14IND07003144 ticket and its not resolved till now.I was promised to get a silver device after 15 days of my exchange but it has not changed till now. I have paid Rs 45k for my cell phone but i dont get the product which i paid for & more over it if call to the customer care either they disconnect the call or don't give any answer.I never expected this type of service from HTC. satyaki, [protected].

                                Dear Sir/Madam I am Girish from Bangalore.I have a desire v device purchased on[protected], the device worked fine till September 2013. In September it failed (Automatic Restarting) and HTC repaired it.In December some issues happened and HTC Repaired it again, at that time they changed the mother board, circuit board, Display etc. I contacted HTC regarding the frequent failure of the device and said that there is a problem with the device. HTC replied that all the issues been rectified and phone shall work fine (they delivered the repaired device in January 2014 only). After 2 months, in March some where again the device failed, this time it was SIM not detecting and issues with the display.Since I was busy with my work was able to submit the device only in April end some where. They took the device and told me to pay Rs.7000 for the repair charge, I contacted many times and told them that these issues are not physical damage and the repaired part was failed earlier also. Then they agreed to repair it free of cost and took almost 2 Months to repair and delivery. After the repair in June-2014 end some where again issue's started and this time it was with Internet and Audio. They asked me to visit TVS Electronics in Jayanagar, Bangalore and I visited that shop many times. Initially they just flashed the ROM and said that it is fine.Again I visited there they did the same and told me that if issues are happening again have to replace the motherboard again, they charged me Rs.393 as service charge .The issues persisted and I spoke with Piyush of HTC Escalation Team have asked me to submit the device in service center and they will do a free repair and this going to be a last repair and if any problem happens shall give a new device. I submitted the device in Srinivasa Technologies in Indiranagar, Bangalore. HTC repaired it and delivered in July end, The issue's not been rectified and I contacted HTC again and they asked me to submit the device again.I submitted and visited the store on 16-08-14 to get the device back, now the issue was related to back panel and the device, there was a gap between them and more over the device was delivered in a white box with no details on it (New serial Number and IMEI number etc and also the seal(a sticker only) was in an open state). I contacted HTC and requested to deliver the device in a box with the details such as new IMEI and Serial number. Since I have the old device box and bill, while selling it this will create doubt in the mind of people that am selling a stolen device. The other part is that this will reduce the resale value of the device since this is a replacement of the defective product.HTC said that they can't do that and I have to use the device, which has a gap (this may lead to water and dust to seep in to it). I am emotionally broken down due to this arrogant behaviour from HTC and also for selling me defective device.I am looking only for money refund because lost trust on them.I have spent a lot of money and time by visiting their service centers also.                                 I raised a complaint and escalated the case to HTC. They replace me with a new phone of upgraded model.If you are facing issue please contact HTC and escalate the case to their escalation team.They will surely help you.

                                HTC contacted me and said that they shall replace me with another 100% device, which has no gap between panel and device.I visited their collection center on[protected].I took the phone back home and when tried to set up my google accounts, it restarted and failed. When I contacted HTC issue, told me that you have to submit the device again and will replace with another device.I am doubting that they are giving me some defective products with repair done. The device was delivered in a white box with out DOM or serial number.I am frustrated and going through mental agony.

                                my name is sandeep bani, , i bought htc 826 phone, , with in one and half month i started facing a problem with touch, , so i visited the service center, , they said it will replace but few days later service center said it will repair, , and still not get my phone i am calling every day, , but customer care and service center not helping me ..i asked for escalation email, , they are not providing me escalation email as well, , worst service ever, , i do not what to do, , if you can help me

                                  I bought a htc device on January 2014.IMEI NO:[protected].It had some charging issues for which i gave it for repair.Now service center is claiming a huge amount for repair of the same which is under warranty for 6 months more.They say they have found out some damage on my cell which was not present when i submitted to them and is clearly mentioned in the job sheet.It has been 20 days since i am contacting them for my Device but every time they ask me to call in 24 hours or 48 hours.Please help me get back my device as i am facing a lot of problems without my device. I have bought this device for 40000, and they have kept it for more than 20 days and will take more time. I am loosing out on my warranty as well as i don't have any other spare cell phone to use.whenever I call them they put me on hold for 5-10 minutes and after that they just say call us after 24 hours or so.I have wasted a lot of time on my grievances.

                                    The first mobile phone i ever pruchased was a htc p 3400 the PDA phone from htc. Since then i have purchased many htc phones. This time i purchased two htc phones one to be gifted to my mother the other one to dad. The dad's phone htc desire 700 dual is working fine, but the other phone htc desire 516 that i purchased for mom has not been working well since the first day. The problem with it is that it shows battery full charged when put to charge and then in a maximum of 30 minutes if gets shut down due to low battery. I faced this problem from the very first day. I went to The Mobile Store in kankurgachi, Kolkata from where it was purchased. At first they said sir battery would be bad so lets change it, we tried that even it didnt work, though i need not do that as i have purchased a new phone and if it shows problems from the first day the company must replace it. Its been over 2 weeks since i purchased the phone either the mobile store person or your htc service centre has been keeping the phone and i have not received any update on it. SInce the phone was bad from the first day i would not get it repaired and i want a new replacement of it. HtC being sucn a big company i expect it to act fast, as my mom is without phone from past two weeks.

                                      I think the phone is designed to provide pathetic performance after Warranty period(i.e. 1 year)I bought HTC Desire X, one yr 2 months back. Just after warranty period of 1 year was over performance of phone started degrading. Few of the times phone suddenly stopped detecting SIM in it and lost signal. Initially I used to restart my phone then i thought maybe there is a problem in my SIM. Couple of weeks later my SIM totally stopped working. When i changed my SIM the same problem persisted. I realised that problem is with phone not with my SIM. One week later my touchscreen stopped functioning normally. There so many dead spots and i get irritated using my phone now.                                         I have submitted my device for repair on 25th july, 2014, its still under warranty and still have not got it back yet on 20th august, 2014. I have submitted it to the retailer and he has subsequently sent it to guwahati htc service centre, every time i contact HTC they either say that a part is in transit or its going to take a few more days, as for now on 20th, august 2014' they have said that it will take a few more days, and they will not give me confirmed date.
                                        HTC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
