I bought nexus 6p in pre-booking from google's certified retailers in india,
Trusting google brand name.
Now after the latest android update the phone is struck in bootloop issue and turned into paperweight.
The phone was purchased for 40k for about 2 years ago and now we are being asked 22k for replacing mother board.
Google and huawei should accept that even if this issue is because of mother board, it just happened post the current update.
Also even if this is the result of stress testing, the update must not have been released if not properly tested. Few exceptional cases can be understood, but it is turning that eventually all nexus 6p devices are going into bootloop.
Google sold these phones in india from their retailers and google only released the updates thus they have complete responsibility for the phone.
Nexus series is sold for the sake of google and not just huawei.
Huawei, in case has known this update issue must have locked any update over the certified ones.
Both these companies are trying to play a blame game by making each other responsible, while the customer is suffering with no solution.

We all should connect and file a case against both these companies in indian lawsuit. Please contact me on below number in case interested.

HEY...my nexus 6p also got into bootloop after some days of android 8.1.0 update.
I alwayas loved and trusted google nexus devices but due to their hipocrasy they are getting more anti-people.Even though after warranty they should take full accountability for their fault hardware issues.since, these phones are costly and we the customer are suffering and regeting that why we spent such a huge amount of money for this ###.
I can't make a phone call on my honor 6x from jio sim card when i press the call button it came call ended by itself so kindly help my issue i have talk to jio customer care also

I faced the same problem and gave up after calling both parties almost for a month.
I feel cheated for my hard earned 40 k and now I have to use a cheap phone now.
Google in the US have replaced Nexus handsets with pixel but in India no one seems to even listen.

    I have purchased honor 9i on the date 16thof november, 2017.
    My compliant is that the phone screen is cracked despite there being a screen guard in place and that to just after 15-18 days from the date of purchase. I was very happy with the phone till this happened and that too while it was just lying in my purse. I am very disappointed with this

      I have purchased mobile of your company serial no. Frd-l02 and manufact. Serial no. Cstdu16c02000827. I have given my mobile one and half month earlier to your service center no.1, the mall shimla, himachal pradesh regarding complaints of camera problem and battery drain too fast. But your service center engineer unable to rectify the problem. I request you to replace my mobile as early as possible otherwise i will have to give complaint in consumer court.

Last week i go to service center they are telling that phone is soaked in water. It is not possible because phone was always with me whole time also they charged me rs. 177 for that.

            My honor 9i screen is broken after a week while was watching tv from my chair with not even a force the screen is broken but display and touch works perfectly display dosent have gorilla glass at all i'm not able to fine a screen any where in bangalore i want to fix it this was my first product from huawei honor and i'm totally disappointed with your product and customer service none of your authorised service centre are ready to help worst ever...!!

              Huawei customer service team,
              I deposited my mobile nexus 6p (Imei no. [protected]) on 30 october 2017 at huawei service center, jaipur via so no. 171044hjai0300005 for replacement of battery. The center technician kept my phone for 7 days and returned my phone on 6 november 2017 saying that the battery will be procured from gurugram office and till that time i can use my phone by frequently charging it.
              I have already paid rs. 1128.63 as service charges and cost of new battery. On 10th november, i enquired about battery, they told me that battery is being procured from china and will be replaced in my phone on 20th november. Today 20th november when i enquired, it is informed that battery will be available in middle of december! What is this? Do your authorised service center work this way? If my phone battery is not available, i should have been informed accordingly.
              Please reply to me as i am facing lot problems due to battery drain as it does not retain charge for more than 4 hours.
              Irequest you to please help me in this matter and get my phone battery replaced soon.

                Since last six months there has been regular drop in cellular network, i have tried sim from all service providers but to no avail. I have complained to google as well as huawei but neither has been of any help. Even when there is cellular network the data never works. On some days there is no network at all. Because of this i have been missing lot of important calls.

                This is not limited to me alone. Lots of people using Nexus 6p are facing this issue. Both google and Huawei have been turning a blind eye. Not only in India, users all over the world are facing this problem

                    The phone was exactly released on october 14 and i purchased the product.

                    Its not even 1 month and the phone screen is cracked, it was just inside my bagpack... What kind of screen strength it is. I was really happy with the phone and this thing has disappointed me. My entire family uses honor phone series but and trusting that i went for honor 9 but this is really dissapointing.

                    I expect a free screen change as it was not accidental damage.

                      I have preordered for the huawei nova 2i in the first day of their advertisement in huawei show room in chittagong. They promised me with a handbill that they will provide each buyer a bag, a hand band, 12gb data. But yesterday (8/11/2017) when i went to collect the phone they only provided me a bag, not the huawei band. That dissapointed me a lot. I am totally frustrated with their treat. I was so excited for that band. They said, "huawei company has distributed it (Huawei band) only to first 1800 buyers. But it was clearly explained in handbill that all preorder-maker will be given a huawei band. Huawei company just cheated with us. That will not let you go so far...

Ghe phone is now in useless state. I have heard the slowness of honor service centres.                             I bought honor 8 pro from amazon and it got replaced before and then again i ordered same product from amazon and again i have multiple issues with this phone.
                            Phone is heating.
                            Audio jack is not working properly.
                            Network issues.
                            Camera is really poor in night.
                            Signals dropping.
                            This is cheap product and seems like refurbished. I want a refund of this product as this is really bad in functioning and hangs a lot.
                            Please honor team... Either replace it or refund me for this product and provide me brand new mobile.

                              As it delivered in 2 months after it battery not working while my old battery work better than this.

                                On monday, 23rd october, i bought an honor band 3 from amazon. The functionality was decent and every feature was working in a satisfactory manner. Yesterday, after updating to firmware 1.5.15 from 1.35, sleep tracking no longer works properly. Despite repeated complaints by users in the google play store in the huawei health app and huawei wear app, the developers still haven't made any changes whatsoever and sleep tracking continues to be useless.
                                It is astonishing to see such levels of complacency from a company like this.
                                This was a terrible experience. Simply releasing products in the market without having the resources and technical expertise to back it up is meaningless.
                                I am an honor 6x user.
                                When the magnification guesture is on, the keyboard becomes low.

                                  This is with reference my huawei nexus 6p, given for repair due to boot-loop error after updating os to nougat 7.1.2, which is a globally known issue with this device.
                                  The display was perfectly working when i submitted my device to the service center.

                                  The sequence of events:-

                                  1. On 22nd may 2017, my nexus 6p device got stuck in boot loop.
                                  2. On 23rd may 2017, the device was taken to the huawei customer service center, bay pride mall, k p shanmugham road, marine drive, ernakulum, kerala -682011.

                                  As the device was out of warranty, the above center did not accept my device and advised me to submit it to another huawei authorized service center which deals with out of warranty huawei mobiles, cyber space, zinage systems, no. Cc. 61/2710, opposite sangeeth mahal musicals, ravipuram, cochin 16. The device submitted in cyber space on 23rd may 2017 wide order no. 4748 (Receipt copy attached). It is confirmed by them that the issue is with the motherboard as they have tested my device to another mother board and found the device is working perfectly with it. They have conveyed that the issue thus could be overcome only after motherboard replacement and i have to pay for this even though the issue is a known hardware fault globally

                                  3. Contacted huawei customer care no.[protected] wide complaint no 37120940. After discussions i was told to take back the device and submit the same to the service center dealing with warranty items. The device was taken back from the cyber space.

                                  But this service center dealing with warranty items at bay pride mall, k p shanmugham road, marine drive, ernakulum, kerala -682011, denied accepting my device again even after the intervention of your customer care executive. There after i have got a call back from huawei customer care asking me to resubmit my device back to cyber space.

                                  Further huawei customer care complaint nos. Are 37177630 and 37304460

                                  4. The device was resubmitted to cyber space wide order no. 4815 on 05 jun 2017.

                                  5. Contacted and had discussion on the subject by different executives and higher ups of huawei services and i was assured that my device motherboard will be replaced free of cost and i will get a confirmation on this through the service center.

                                  6. On regular calls to the cyber space, the reply was the same that there is no information from huawei.

                                  7. After which i have raised another complaint with huawei customer care wide complaint nos. 38854533.

                                  8. Lately on inquiry from customer care they have found out from higher ups and informed me that it was already conveyed to repair my device free of cost to the huawei regional service manager mr. Shibilee (Mob no. [protected]). On contacting him, he started fumbling and started making stories that they were trying to contact me but could not for the last one month or so, which is absurd for a professional like me to be out of reach.

                                  9. The huawei regional service manager mr. Shibilee advised me to collect the device from cyber space and hand over to service center, bay pride mall, k p shanmugham road, marine drive, ernakulum, kerala -682011.

                                  10. The device was collected from cyber space on 08 aug 2017 at 1240 hrs and handed over at 13:09 to service center, bay pride mall, k p shanmugham road, marine drive, ernakulum, kerala -682011 on the same day itself wide job no. Rnina0002s[protected].

                                  ​11. I was informed by them after a few weeks that the mother board is replaced but the device display has an internal damage and needs replacement, for which i have to pay.

                                  12. As the device was kept with your service centers itself for quiet a long time and also the device was handed with display serviceable and there is no external damage on the display, it is obvious that the damages, if at all is there, is due to your service center mishandling.

                                  As a customer who purchased a flagship mobile phone from a reputed company like huawei and facing such music for the last six months, is not at all acceptable or bearable and will have no excuses. The reputation of huawei is questionable by the above incidents for customers as a whole.

                                  Considering my financial and mental implications due to the above pathetic incidents with huawei as a consumer, whose expensive mobile phone became unserviceable and non repairable in a reasonable time frame for this long, more than 6 months (And not even serviceable even today and nobody knows when it is going to be), and was forced to buy another phone for the daily essential needs of official and personal uses. And it is quiet obvious also to note that the mobile phone model is getting out dated with very little time frame, that too without usage.

                                  Requesting for a repair or refund.

                                    I an using honor 6x and it charges very very slowly... Even 12 hours is not enough for the phone to get fully charged... It hangs very often... Its only been nearly 6 monts and there is already a problem in its battery backup... I want this problem to be fixed as soon as possible... Otherwise please replace my phone... It was very good in the starting days when i bought it... I recommended this phone to my friends and family... But now i am not so satisfied with this product... It is consuming lot of electricity and my time... Kindly understand my discomfort and unability of operating it and your immediate action will be greatly appreciated

                                      My phone got locked and there is no way i can recover my data. I was using fingerprint lock. After restarting it does not accept fingerprint and there is no option to access it from google account. Also, there is no forgot pin option. I have a lot of data in my phone. I tried calling every service center in the city, called their hotline number too. But they don't even know the options which are present in the phone.
                                      The company should at least provide me a solution to recover my data. I have all things like warranty card, tax invoice, my google account credentials connected to my phone and my fingerprints that i'm using since i bought this phone.
                                      Earlier i used to recommend honor phones to all of my friends, some of them bought it even. But now, i won't ever recommend honor to anyone. I cannot access my phone since three days, i'm calling some service center daily, but there is no solution. This was not expected from huawei's honor.

                                        I have given my huawei honor hol-u19 mobile (Imei1-[protected] imei2- [protected]) for changing the display at touchess communication authorized service center of huawei
                                        I gave the mobile on 16 september with an advance of 2000 rupees. They took two weeks to get the new display ordered and finally
                                        They gave me on october 3 after paying total 3320 rupees. They told me they checked the display but they gave me a defective display. I returned the mobile back to them and they were
                                        Not ready to return the display back. I went to return it on 5 th october and they are not willing to replace the display.
