I'm a very dissatisfied and frustrated owner of a google nexus 6p device. This device has only been giving me trouble. From september 2016 the gps navigation on this device stopped working for some reason. Now, on 29/06/2017, the radio has stopped working and the device says "no service" for any sim card. I have called nexus support, who have been not helpful at all and have been very very arrogant in their tone. I have taken my phone to huawei service center and was told that this problem is being faced by many nexus 6p users after the nougat update and we recommend you to downgrade the firmware yourself. The only other option is to replace the motherboard of the device! This is not at all acceptable! The device is in pristine condition and never ever been dropped or misued or mishandled. I demand google to look into this issue immediately and solve the problem which thousands of its users are facing worldwide! Please check your product forums with thousands o[censored]sers reporting the same problem. We need an answer google!

    This is the common issue for all nexus users within or after one year or so... The fone goes into bootable loop issue and thus it gets freezes up and dies.

    Huwaei support takes hands off of this issue saying that its and hardware issue and it would cost around 20 thousand to resolve it.

    Thus they must provide and official solution for this or replace the handsets for the consumers.

    I was updating my mobile(honor6x) marshmallow to nougat which was officially launched by huawei
    First I download the pakage which was about(2.44mbs). As it was downloaded it started to install and suddenly it gave me notification that ur installation is failed and download it again
    My question is that why it was failed?

      Reading about the new Huawei cellphones specifications, two weeks ago, I went to a Huawei sell center in Tehran to buy a new cell phone.
      The person who were in charge of that sell center, told me that if you buy Nova 2 Plus, we will give you a gift card that worth 100000 toman. In addition to that, he said that this phone is guaranteed for 18 months; hence, I bought Nova 2 Plus. After I paid the total price, I asked about the gift card and they told me that you should go and we will call you later. The week after that, they called me and I went to get my card but not only they didn't gave me the gift card, but also they behaved very bad and called me a lier.
      Being disappointed from Huawei sell center services, I called the Huawei customer support. Although the shop that I bought my cell phone from was the Official Huawei Sell Center, the customer supports told me that they will not do anything to help me.
      Being unable to do anything, I went to the sell center again, and not only they didn't gave me the gift card, but also I found that this phone is guaranteed just for 12 months, and they have deceived me from the first place.
      I feel that I placed far too much trust in Huawei. Your staff in Iran are rude, they coarse your customers, they tell lies to sell, and after that when we call the customers support, they say that they will not do anything about it.
      All in all, I lost my trust in Huawei, and sending you this email is my last shot. I hope there is still a little morality left in Huawei core company.
      My honor 6x is lagging a lot and battery is draining so fast needs a lot o[censored]pdates please check it out as soon as possible

        I would like to complain on my p9 phone.

        My phone cannot be used for gps on waze and google at all.

        The problem occured when my phone almost due on the warranty period. First of all, i thought it is the network problem. I have been complaint to the network provided. Changing sim card and even changed the network provider. Reinstore and delete the waze a number of times. The problem is sometimes can use and sometimes cannot. Therefore, i never request to change the phone at your service centre because i thought this is due to the unstable data service on the network provider.

        It make me very inconvenient and given a lot problems to me when i was driving using the waze in kuala lumpur and singapore. I got incidents where accidents almost occur when the waze suddenly stopped running due to no gps service at road junction. It is too dangerous and not secure by using p9 gps while driving.

        Until i visited one of your huawei sales outlets, they told me number of p9 users already complaint on the gps problem. After realised the hardware problem, i immediately sent the phone to your service centre at kl pavilion. They have downloaded a new software on the phone and told me to complain to huawei hotline if it is still not solve the problem. They told us this is not the first time they face the same problem on p9 and it should be the hardware problem. Usually, they will just change the phone for the customer but my case is different as the warranty period just expired. So, they just downloaded new software and hope it help a bit. You may refer to the attachment slip from the service centre. Unfortunately, the p9 still can't be used for gps at all. It is totally hopeless.

        I believe huawei should be still responsible for my p9 eventhough it is just over the warranty period. It is ridiculous to say that the p9' gps cannot be used after one year. It is not a cheap phone. How could the gps on waze certainly stopped at the middle of journey of driving. I believe no phone in the market has this problem. Even the few hundred ringgit phone is more reliable than my few thousand ringgit p9.

        I have never dropped the phone and it is proven by your service centre that the phone has not been damaged inside or outside. It is 100% due to manufacturing defect of the hardware.

        I hope you can resolve the above issue for my p9. Please do not ask me to throw away the p9, and buy a new phone or buy a few hundred ringgit phone to stand by for gps.

        Your immediate attention and solution to my problem on p9 is appreciated.

          Still Huawei company is not bothering on customer complaint,

          If you not available to give the service on time the customer why you people running the company,

          I want my mobile to service immediately, I am recommending the the people not to buy this product.

            Worst product ever. Bought from amazon

            Fraudsters are selling huawei products. No support is available for this product in india. But amazon is still selling and conning consumers.

            The one i recieved initially had a faulty charger. Amazon replaced it after one month approximately (The courier people apparently were not in mood for pick up). Any ways i start using the router and after some days it is discovered that it connects wifi to one device only.
            After trying all sorts of resetting and calling isp, it is found that problem is with the router only.
            Then i start calling huawei customer care. First i tried chatting with customer suport. They said they cannot solve it online, i need to visit service center. They noted every detail of the product.
            Then i visit one service center in pune. They promptly say they cannot solve my problem. I called customer care and after again asking all the details, they told me i should file a complaint against that service center and visit another one.
            I went to the second service center where after waitng for 1 hr i was informed that they cannot solve my problem. I immediately called up customer care and again after taking all the details for the third time i was informed that they do not have any immediate solution but to wait for 24 hrs. 2 days later, i get a call from them saying huawei has stopped "manufacture" of this particular product and hence has stopped all support also. They are willing to replace the defect piece with some other product ws550.
            Now i bought an adsl router intended to be used with bsnl broadband. What they are now willing to give me is a media router which will be completely useless.

            Therefore completely wasting my money
            I can't turn on my wifi, on my mobile phone.

              Nexus 6p bootloop issue is no more a epidemic issue, its been seen around the globe along with nexus 5x phones for which lg took full responsibility for the same.
              As per my knowledge a law suit was filled in us on april 18 2017, against google and huawei for providing free repairs and taking full responsibility for the issue.
              When for the same problem lg took full responsibility then why can't huawei or google.

              I am also facing same boot-loop issue in my device(Nexus 6P) and after that i approached Huawei Service Centre, they asked me to pay INR 24K to repair device. After that i contacted to google support guys, those guys also didn't help me and they told me, I should visit Huawei Service Centre because its a Huawei manufactured device.

                Hi, i am using honor holy3 model device, this was given to you erode /tamilnadau service center on 28.08.2017 for service till now there no update.

                The service center not responding and not piking up my call.

                This is show your poor customer service in the market.

                I will never recommend this to any one from here after.

                How many days to take to service the mobile,

                  My mum bought me a new huawei honor 5x when she went for shopping in china she them brought it home to nigeria. I connected to the internet input my gmail and some other important things like huawei id. It then brought the option o[censored]pdating my android 5.1 to marshmallow since i havent done much i decided to upgrade it and without having anything to backup i didnt bother. After the update was completed, it required the phone to restart which it started but instead of booting up it got stuck on the honor logo and it remained like this till the battery was empty i have searched everywhere for a solution but i get an option of resetting and wiping, hard resetting, and i have gotten far to as much a redownloading a new firmware on an sdcard for the phone and performing the three button install it only gets to about 15percent and tell me install failed i have also tried the e-recovery it tells me unable to get update package. Where i live in nigeria there is no near service center. My mum is not going back to china anytime soon and even if she does the warranty paper sticked to it was removed by me because i thought it was useless only to discover that its not afterall. Infact i have gone far as much as reading the post on fastboot and rescue mode which i acidentally stumbled upon. It tells me phone locked and i read the posts on how to unlock but i am afraid what of if it doesnt work and i loose the warranty. Even if it requires loosing the warranty i need step by step solution at any extent. I just need assurance it wont damage my device pls.

                    It has been 13 days that i have given my handset at huawei service station - i am not getting any visibility even after repeated follow ups and even after raising the complaint to online support.

                    The problem they diagnosed is battery needs to be changed. And i was informed that it would take upto 7 days.

                    1. On 19th aug 10am, i gave the handset to huawei ahmedabad service center. Job sheet no: rnina0001s[protected]. Service center: ina0001s87 (Ahmedabad huawei service center). I called the service station a couple times but they do not have any visibility when my problem will be serviced! (It is just the change of the battery!!)

                    2. On 29th aug at 3 pm, i raised a complaint with huawei online support. Compliant id[protected]. And i was promised that somebody would call me up in 24 hours with some visibility/ next steps. That too din't happen.

                    This delay is unacceptable to an extent one looses the trust in the brand. How difficult it is to arrange a battery of a successful handset? Please escalate this issue up in the service organization and get this addressed to the earliest.

                    Anticipating proper response from huawei service and actual execution!!

                      1. Camera is lagging and not responding. Takes around a minute or two to open it. If camera's pro mode is on it's taking longer than usual to open the camera app. Sometimes camera app even stop responding need to close the app.
                      2. Getting black lines and squares on display several times while watching videos on youtube.
                      3. After turning on two functions simultaneously like bluetooth with wifi phone is getting hanged
                      Wat to write I don't know..after getting a 4g honor 6x ..in 1 month it is showing 2g net half of the times where other phon same network showing 4g ..den I restart the phone and it again shows 4g
                      .I mean wat a joke..and why would anyone go for this phon then..suggest me the reason and remedy

                          I bought honor 8 lite on 28.05.2017 and i got a yellow shade on display and taken to service center on 08.08.2017 (Job no - hw17-a[protected]. Till now i didn't get any positive feed back from the service center or customer support. I registered complaint regarding service on 17.08.2017 (Comp. No[protected]. Only they all know is no parts for repair. If no parts i need replacement as phone is still on warranty.

                            I have purchased honor 6 two+ years back and its battery is down now. I am from hyderabad (Telangana) and my nearest service centre is sri vinayaka electronics, abids, hyderabad. I have several times tried to contact them on phone about the availability of battery, but either their phone is busy or they do not attend the phone. When i personally visited the service centre (Taking few hours permission from my office) with the instrument, they simply informed that the battery is out of stock and it is expected in a month's time. First of all, the battery should have been readily available or at least made it available in 48 or 72 hours and not this much prolonged time (One month). For this simple communication, i had to visit the centre personally, as they are not responding on phone. Under such pathetic attitude of the service centre, i am afraid to buy any huwaei/honor phones or recommend to anybody in future.

                              After getting the last update for my honor 6x bln-l22c675b330, the ram management has deteriorated significantly. Previously after the nougat update around 2.2 gb used to be free of 3 gb. But after the update only 1.7 gb is free. The app's doesn't stay in background anymore and the phone starts to lag if many apps are opened. Please solve the issue.

                                I purchased the Huawei Nexus 6P 64GB on 9-April 2016.
                                There was an OTA update on 13th/14th July 2017. After this OTA update, my phone worked fine for a few hours. Then it automatically rebooted and since then it is stuck at the startup Google Logo, and is constantly restarting.

                                I called up the Huawei Customer Care on [protected]. I was told that there is no solution to this problem, and the only way to fix this is to get the motherboard replaced. The cost of this would be INR 20k approx, and can be done at the authorized service center.

                                I called up the Delhi and Gurgaon service centers. Both service centers confirmed the same. They also confirmed that this issue is not an isolated one. A lot o[censored]sers have faced this issue.

                                I cannot accept this resolution, and want to escalate this concern to higher authorities.
                                If I have installed an OTA update, which is an official update provided by the manufacturers, and because of this update if my phone is bricked / crashed / rendered useless, why am I penalized to get it repaired?
                                This is clearly a case of negligence from Huawei, and I cannot accept it.
                                Mobile charger is not charging.
                                Only showing it charging but actually not charging.

                                    This is mohit saini. I own a google nexus 6p phone. I bought this phone in dec 2015. It was running smoothly till 1 year. After 1 year it started slow down and hanging problem came in between.in june this year it switched off and didn't start again. Although it was out of warranty period still i have given it in huawei customer care for repairing on chargeable basis. They have kept it for almost a month and gave me back on 01/08/2017 and said we can't repair it. Earlier they were making excuses that we have ordered the new part from our bangalore office. I have spent 42000 of my earning. I am ready to give whatever the charges are. Please get it repaired

                                      I bought an honor 8 on dated 30 june 2017 and it is extremely overheating all time. I logged a complaint against it at huawei service. After getting their no response i decided to refund it bcz it has burn my leg. Again i tried to call them they said we don't have any return policy. After asked with their manager they said we have 10 days of replacement policy.. They have already taken my 3 or 4 days to fix the issue. Instead of solving the problem they are saying it has passed 15 days.. Means they are making me fool.. I just want to refund my mobile...

                                        I have huawei honour 6x and it froze up on logo and not booting up so i came to service centre in muzaffarpur, bihar, india and it is the worst location is hard to find very small not enough for all customers to sit and a. C. Is switched off its very hot and they take a lot of time to provide to customers. It is literally the worst which makes me regrett buying huawei phone.
