as per discussion with S.O and JE, they said outgoing is 11.5KVA, so

we getting 260 Voltage

We need 220 to 240 v

due to over voltage, we running generator every day.

    I shakil gadyal from rabkavi dist bagalkot my metre no is [protected] some time i get too high bill and some time too less. There may be problem in metre, it's not working properly. Last 2 month i got suddenly more bill around 2 thousand and this time only 142 surely there is technical problem in metre and it's too old also. So please change my shop metre as soon as possible.

      This is in continuation with the earlier complaint. On 19th may i gave a complaint regarding the guard wire which is lying on the tree. The concerned staff i. E. Manjunath comes to that area but doesn't want to put it properly. I once again want to bring it to the notice of the authority to take immediate action inthis regard.

        Due to heavy rain arecanut tree is uprooted and fallen on electric line. Depsite of calling concerned persons are not responding to villagers call.

        Since 6 days continuously there is no electric supply in the entire village. Hence, request you to kindly do the needful at the earlier.

          My self pawan, residing at h no-5 2nd cross surabhi nagar gokul road hubli, hubli - 580030,

          My account number is [protected], on an average i use 30 - 50 units of electricity monthly. My last bill generated was on[protected] which was of rs.224 & this month i haven't received bill but while i am checking online the billed amount showing as rs.1066. And i have cleared all the earlier out standings.

          Last month bill generated date was[protected] at the that time meter reading was 13164 & as on today meter reading 13184 hardly only 27 units till 12th april to 02nd june then how come i should pay rs.1066

          Kindly check and resolve this issue asap.

            A death has occurred yesterday night due to hescom workers who have taken away fuses for the paid connections yesterday in dayanand colony keshwapur hubli. They have neither informed to house owner nor they have told the reason for taking away the fuses. The hescom worker neither respect women nor senior citizens and also use a foul language

            There was a death yesterday at Dayanand Colony keshwapur Hubli at night due to a HESCOM worker who took away fuses for a bill paid connections. The HESCOM worker has neither informed the house owner nor has mentioned the reason for taking away the fuses. The HESCOM worker neither respects women nor senior citizens and also uses a foul language.
            Yesterday to till today up 4-00 pm power supply only in one phase pl solve this problem
            I have found that electricity poles are very near to building which may very dangerous please kindly visit and inspect the area

              It's been 24hrs since there is no power here at Nehru Nagar layout, there was single line with low voltage current provided but was of no use as cooler, fans, refrigerator are not working, it's the month of Ramadan people are fasting in this scorching heat, in this area there are few ice-cream parlours they have 50k worth of ice-cream in there freezers they are in huge loss, since afternoon there no power. Please look after the matter... Called HESCOM helpline but of no use there is no answer.

                There has been power cut in mahalaxmi layout, near nehru nagar, hubballi-30 since 5 pm and there has been no power supply since then. We tried contacting the keb office complaint number but no calls have been received. We even tried contacting executive engineer but calls were not picked i request you to do the needful as early as possible and ensure that the power is supplied soon.

                In our electricity is there, but in our home electricity is not there, may be the wire from pole is mistake.

                In Vidya nagar, every time it rains electricity is disconnected and remains disconnected for minimum 3 to 5 hrs. This is causing lots of inconvenience. Is it because you are inefficient and incapable of handling it. I really wonder whether it happens everywhere every time whenever it rains. . .

                  Since last two and half months i have been calling and informing about the above said matter to the concerned authorities but there is no proper response.
                  The guard wire which is lying (Is just opposite to the community hall, lingarajnagar north, hubli.) on the tree where the children play and is reachable from my house also. The office people say that it is guard wire and even if it falls down nothing is going to happen. My question is if it is of no use and why they put it. If this guard wire touches the ht wire during these rains who is responsible for the ill incidences that might occur. I met an office (Vidya nagar) person by name manjunath (Mobile number-[protected]), a very busy man, every time tells me to remind him next day morning and i am doing so. These hescom people even after so many ill incidences never learn any lesson.

                    Worst service ever. Thy don't event acknowledge our complaint. Useless... None of the complaint numbers work. Either thy keep it busy or they just don't receive it. Horrible management ever came across.
                    There is no power supply of power since from 5 in the evening, and no response for phone calls. Since from 9, Staff cooperation is very important.
                    Please develop your complaint website properly, how can it say, the shorter complaints are get ignored??

                      Too much power cut at adyapak nagar from yesterday tuesday 8 may 2018... Please fix the problem as soon as possible as it is causing lot of problem. Also clearly mention why frequently power cut is going on and also mention when the issue is going to get resolved.
                      This usually causing lot of issues at night.

                        It would goes bad.. Unnecessarily making payment without reason... Doesn't make sense... And kindly provide details about why 80 rupee deducted from my account and how i'm related to this...

                          Sir,

                          I am resident of omh nagar, sainagar road, unkal, hubli. We are facing frequent power supply failure in our area for the past few weeks.

                          Yesterday and today (12th & 13th april, 2018) we did not have power for 3-4 hours in the afternoon.

                          We are unable to understand when there is no power shortage and there are no power cut, why such problem should be there.

                          We were unaware that there is a number (1912) where we can lodge complaint. We normally call our area local hescom office (Vidyanagar office) and lodge complaint.

                          ​but today we had a bitter exper​ience, no one received telephone call for the whole afternoon. When we called the incharge (Mobile no: [protected]) repeatedly for more than 2-3 hours, we were shocked to here that he deosn't even have information that there is power failure in our area and talks in a very absured langauage and asks to wait.

                          Sir, we are running a business in this area and with out power our work is stoped. Even if the power is not there if the contact person had responded politely we would have sustained. But what is this? It looks like this officer was not in office or was not in touch with the office for a longer period.

                          We are aware that power cut are common in our area. We expect a better service
                          At least.

                          Hope things will be settled and we may get better service. That is lesser powercuts and work peace fully.

And it has single land khata but he didnt take noc from us. So i kindly request you to please don't give current connection to that house because its litigation property.

                                The aeh electric connection bearing rr no khb 341 account no [protected]has been surrendered during may-june 2015. The lst electric bill for rs. 123/- has been paid on 25/06/2015. The said connection bearing rr no khb 3412 has been included in the list of dis installation for dismantle of the connection at sl. No. 8 of section 4 mahantesha nagar belgaum and forwarded for further action to your srinagar office under letter no. Sl no/ bgm/csd3/aee/elect/aay374dt.13/04/2016.
                                The security deposit has not been refunded so far or adjusted to the rr no khb 185 account no.[protected], despite of lapse of nearly 3 years.
                                Action taken in this regard may be intimated.

                                  I have complained in 1912, JE, AE and EE but still no action taken.
                                  I am not getting corporation water from 1.2 months and I have spent Rs.3600/- for getting Water Tank and Drinking water from outside.
                                  The Water pipe damaged for 4-5 Houses in our line, This seems very unscientific digging which causes damage to water pipe.
                                  And officials and the contractors not having the interest to correct the damage happened.
                                  This is causing trouble to the society.
                                  Why we need to spend money for getting the water from outside where in my neighbours are getting sufficient water from the same line.

                                  Several times called Contractor, JE Nalavade, AE and EE but no one seems to take action
                                  When ever Hescom Team came and repaired the water pipe the condition is worsen.

                                  As there is no action or rapaire done by HESCOM I am planning to get it done by outsiders who may cost me Rs.4000-Rs.5000

                                  Who will bare the cost which I have spent.
                                  Expecting some action and resolution to my concern

                                        Helli, I Veeresh running a medical store named Veeresh medicals in shriya paradise, r n shetty rd, gokul Rd. Hubli. This the complaint regarding bill. From 1st April 17 to sept 17 bill came in normal range n it was correct. In the month of October 2017 received bill of 1286 of 140 units used. It's really abnormal bill. And we don't have a c also. How come the bill will increase suddenly. Or is it false reading of meter. Kindly solve the complaint as the earliest. Until my complaint is solved I will not pay the bill. All of our apartment shops have the same problem. Kindly do the needful.
