Wrong Mobile no mapped Account ID #4654181000

I am currently staying in Bangalore and I am basically from Shivamogga but below mentioned HESCOM account ID has been registered under My mobile no #[protected], Kindly requesting you to change the same asap or else i will be issue for the person who is paying electricity bill.

due date and late payment charge will be added in the next bill with respect to that account.

Defective meters - 206025 & 206026

The aforesaid meters are situated at sanman colony, gokul road, hubli at plot no. 2, wherein the meter no. 206025 is found running slow and another meter no. 206026 the cable is found burnt. I am very sorry that the complaint lodged in this behalf online has not been attended. But, atleast by this complaint, the hescom would take immediate and drasting action to rectify the same....

Routine power outage during rainy days

we r ramatirth polypack products pvt limited from hebbal tq. mudhol dt bagalkot suffering from routine power outages particularly during rainy days.we depend solely on power so kindly resolve the issue.we have industrial line even then the problem persists.every day 2-3hour power outage is common. Street lite and transformer

No current supply from main pole.

I am Dr. Anilkumar Mugali, 34/A, Basaveshwari, 1st Main, 1st Cross, 2nd stage, Ulavi Channa Basaveshwara Nagara, Dharwad-580 007 . According to the suggestion of the Metre reader the old metre was changed by the HESCOM on (Domestic Connection-To my house[protected].
Old old Payer Account ID number was :[protected] ( in June 2013).
New Bill in New Metre was recieved on 16/3/2016 ; bill no. [protected]...

Regarding power consumption payment

Hereby reminding ( 2nd time ) you that hescom at nidagundi, basavana bagewadi tq, vijayaura dist, karnataka . Is giving electricity charges on 12th date of every month, and before due date they will disconnect the power with out prior notice, and doing intentionally

4 times we have been facing the same problem,

Electric pole installed in front of main door of office

Meter not working

With refer to my complaint regarding the not working of meter (RR No. 10353) since 9 months. And I registered a complaint in local hescom office at Betageri on 31/7/15 .as they did not registered my complaint durring first 3 months in the beginning of problem. Now they are giving the reason of non availability of new meters.
So please do the need full as soon as possible because I am paying more than 650...

Excess charge for online payment

I had paid my electricity bill rs 572.00 online on 06.02.2015 with transaction id bcrp[protected] and receipt id[protected] which results payment successfull. But in my account statement instead of debiting rs 572.00 i got rs 577.62 debited to my account and i got receipt for only rs 572.00. So the difference of rs 5.62 is an excess payment i made to hescom. Who is responsible for this and who will refund this excess amount to me ?...

Our Electricity meter No.416986 A/c No.3944351111 abnormal functioning

The above meter was installed during January 2012. It is an L & T make new meter. Since few months I am getting huge bills ranging from Rs.104/- to 708/- . This month Sept.2014, the meter reader has not submitted the bill saying that there is no consumption. However, the residence is a single bed room house with only two persons living in it.The electricity consumption is not so much as reflected in the monthly bills paid by us so far....

Electricity Bill Higher though no one in house
