Hi ther is no current in dharwad, saptapur everyday there is a long power cut minimum 2 hrs if we cal they will tel dat there a fault in line y only fault in this line only!!? Plse plse take a serious action onthis we have only we have rest in whole week dat day also without elecricity hw come only saptapurs electric line will only be fault plse think and take a action on dis peoples plse

We are complaining about disconnection of electricity supply of of our r. R. No: vms147586. We having this rr number meter for our apartment common area. This includes lift, parking, basement, corridar and water motor pump. We regularly paying billed amount in specified time and never kept balance due on this rr number. But mr. Yaseen ([protected]) named meter reader disconnected electricity for above mentioned number. We called and asked him to give connection, because there is no any due. But he spoke very arrogantly and said note complaint on him. As per kerc guidelines it is illegal that disconnect of electricity. There is chances of theft or burglary due to dark. We requesting you to re connect the electricity and take proper action against this meter reader. If it again repeat in future we will move legally.

This is shivappa biradar from managuli road, mujawar galli, vijayapur (Bijapur) submits the complaint that, since 4 hours i. E. From 6.30 p. M. Till then power supply is disconnected to our area, for that, we are facing much inconvenience, this act of hescom vijayapura is deficiency in service. So i request that, immediately given power supply to our area and what is the problem for disconnecting the power supply. Since 4 hours our back side area is supplied power supply. Why our area is not supply the power connection. So kindly take serious action against the concerned vijayapura hescom authority and immediately supply the power.

I'm from bagalkot district hungund taluk sulibhavi my shop located at amingad which is near to my village only 2 kilometers it's under amingad keb and i'm very apologize to tel this actually i given complaint regarding my shop current fluctuations at evening time so your line men visited and he wanted to interchange connection and sent jlm person to change connection at lighting pillor he gave wrong for his mistakes i'm under loss upto 30, 000 for this i gave complaints at amingad keb but your so person is very neglected person he don't have respsobility to handle keb sorry to tel this but it's true sir he is nt ready to visit my shop also for this issue tommorow i'm raising fir at amingad police station there is no other way for me but i need inform you by this type complaints sir what to do take necessary action his name is avinash his contact number [protected] never seen this type of officer he is so in amingad keb. We the resident of sattur dharwad, we were unable to pay the current bill and later the department people came and disconnect the connection and after disconnection we had cleared all dues and we went to the office to restore the current but the people (Basavaraj chavan) misbehaved with us and he started to condemn we people. As we had cleared our dues as early as possible but they were not ready to restore the power supply. So please take some strict action against them and we hope it should not happen with us again. I am Prashant M K residing in 2nd cross Gandhinagar Dharwad.
There are many street lamps which do not lot or got burnt and Hescom has not checking the working condition of the street lamps on regular basis and replacing them.
However the property tax and electricity bill s are promptly paid on time.
Please I request the HESCOM DEPARTMENT to check and replace the lamps immediately.

Complaint towards section officer, hescom, ilkal on problem resolve & also the reckless behaviour towards consumer.

Complaint details,
The electric meter got burnt while making the service, which we had placed a request on correcting our line. As our current line had single phased.
Also while we had went to provide a request along with letter for the same to the section officer. His behaviour towards us was wrong behaviour & treated wrongly.
After looking to his behaviour, we thought of complaining the headoffice tollfree no. 1912
We not a complaint ticket no: [protected], with less solving response.

So please take severe actions on the section officer & also stop annoying the mannerless bahaviour towards illiterated people.
As most of the people in this city-ilkal as not educated.

Below was the letter body submitted to the section officer through written letter. The same letter & the mail copy is attached here for the proof.

This is to inform you that w. R. T our meter details rr no: [protected]. We had given a complaint on 25th jul 17' due to the line not working (Single phase) at our home.
The same was taken action by hescom on the same working day &had caught fire. It was informed on the same situation by the service maintainence members that the replacement can be made for the meter on warranty basis.
Hence please consider the same letter for the replacement of the meter, which is burnt (On warranty basis).

The gadag hescom 2 employees have not manners of how they talk to people. They had come today 19/6/2017 at 1.10 am to banker's colony of gadag to cut the electricity of the house as the bill was not paid by tenants. We don't stay here and come for 15 days in a year. The employees were told to close gate as the child was playing outside. They had opened it. There was rude back answer by the employees. If these people are trusted to go houses where females are only present during those hours or none are there then what will they do. If basic decency and manners are not present in employees then what do you expect from people towards your employees.
Whether notification or reminders were given for bill payment was not conveyed.

Hescom has charged us rs 14683 under a section called "manual audit short claim". When called about this, they are unable to give proper reason. However, we have paid all the monthly bills regularly. Even after this hescom is unnecessarily charging large amount.

As there is service wire touches trees. There are so many trees leaves touches current wire. As you know, rain is already started. Whenever there is a rain, current wire touches the tree and children's and other people who touches those trees, they are getting electric shock. Children's are playing near the tree and it is very close to touch. Please take prevention better than cure.

I am resident of vidyanagar near Shideshwar Park hubli.
Here the power cuts have been very constant.. As much as three fours hours a day.. Sometimes it's even at odd times like two in morning.. This isn't the first time happening.. Once the power cut happened at 8.30 morning and returned at 3am..this is seriously unacceptable.. That too in an important city as hubli.. It's affecting our business badly.. It's our mine and rest of residents upmost request to look into matter immediately and take action..

I am residing in kalburgi golfview apartments in bhavaninagar. From yesterday night 5 homes out of 16 homes in our apartments are not getting power supply. Some times power comes but it is single phase only. Kindly attend the issue.

The photos attached are evident for not having sufficient lighting in the below mentioned locality. Kids are unable to play in late evening times. Also the people who reside in this area are afraid of insects, dogs and also thives.
Request to implement the LED lamps which are less energy consuming lamps nowadays.

There is irregular power cut in deshpande nagar, hubli.
In spite of paying regular bills there is no proper service. Every time we call for a query to "1912" they ir-reasonably give the same reason saying the power shut down will resume post-evening which is after our office working hours and of no use.
The company is facing loss due to this and dissatisfied with the service provided. Request you to kindly look into it as this is become a routine in all the seasons. The people attending the calls are irresponsible to look into it and solve the issue, rather convince us saying that this is obvious.

we resident of bhatkal in uttara Kanada district in karnataka are not comfortable with electrical meter installed by Hescom

present meter installed by hesom is resulting in hgh electric bill so we request authority to investigate the matter and take stringent action this company. since last fifteen years resident of bhatkal have been paying double amount....

They cut off power in the region o[censored]nkal lake and president hotel more often without any justifiable reasons. Timings of power cut is very odd (I. E., night 2:00am). It has become a daily business of this company. After paying alot also we are not at all getting proper service. They also don't reply on their customers helpline number. Kindly look after this problem as soon as possible because this problem is increasing day by day.

POWER CUR FROM 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM at Tejashwinagar Dharwad.. REASON NOT INFORMED. Kindly take immediate action...
