Dear Sir,


I stay in NGO's colony, Vanasthalipuram Hyderabad, Telangana and my can no is:[protected]. We are facing a severe water problem since 6 months although this is winter season we are unable to predict the timing of the water supply. I called the relevant line man for the status on what time water get supplied. He is also not sure about the time. By chance if we see the water coming of the pipe then that day we will have water otherwise we have to wait for days to fill the water for drinking purpose. In Summer will they supply water or not also thinking is a nightmare.


Is there any way we can resolve the issue. Today i.e., 15Feb2015 sunday available at home but still we could not able to fill the water. If you think about the normal days it is very difficult to fill as I and my wife are job holders.


If the concern authorities respond and take some action it will be very helpful.

      Sir, I am residing at O.U Colony bearing H.No.8-1-284/OU/756. Since the inception of my occupation of the house I have been making requests time and again for water connection at Managing Director, HMWSSB, Gudi Malkapur and water supply centre at Shaikpet. HMMWSSB extended water connection(CAN.No.[protected] with payment of Rs 7900/- (File No[protected] on[protected]. With personal expenses, the connection with great persuasion extended in the year 2013. No drop of water is coming from tap since inception and made representation to this effect personally to the M.D on[protected] and Director(operations) HMWSSB Khairtabad on[protected] and copied to G.M. Gudimalkapur. The Officials of HMWSSB with their callous attitude billing the water bill with an arrears of 27, 616 Rs. Request to provide water, I am ready to pay from the date of receiving water.

        Respected Sir/Madam,
        Please refer to my complaint lodged on 27.12.2014 regarding Illegal Using of Motor in suraksha Enclave, chandanagar and message was received from your office that Token No.2930 Dt 27.12.2014 is registered.On 02.01.2015 a message stating your problem is solved is received from your good office.
        But as on today i.e., 13.02.2015 the above said problem is not solved and still persisting.I once again request your good office to give a perfect and permenant solution to my problem for which act of kindness i will be grateful to HMWSSB.

          Dear Sir, Good Morning. This is with reference to the heavy amount of arrears levied retrospectively without any prior notice from the date of connection.Our CAN NO.[protected]. It is observed that usage of 9kl is fixed per flat, which we could not understand how it is arrived.But bill being raised @50kl units i.e 1.56 kl per flat.a huge difference.In fact we are not getting that much of water and we are all retired residents with megre pensions.However, we paid Rs.20000/- complying the direction.We request you to kindly examine the matter and provide onetime settlement offer to reduce the burden on us For Krupa Krishna Apts, President.

            Sir, I am B.Hema raju and living at C-40, Sana appartments, beside Orchidpolis, Rukhminipuri colony, Kapra, A.S.rao nagar, ecil - hyd, (Land mark :- Near Sharadha Theater ) As i am facing the water problems since 2 months now i have taken a action to complain about my Everymorning Problem and see how really government works on public issues, NO WATER SUPPLY, INSUFFICIENT OF WATER, They provide the water for only 20mins and making me to buy Water tankers which are expensive to my Class of people. My Question is 1) How can a small narrow pipe provides water for two people(4 people a family ) for every 5 or 7 or 10 days with in the time of 20 mins supply. 2) Why cant you provide the same 20mins of water for every 3 days ????? 3) When You cant provide proper water now how do we expect water in the upcoming Summer . Have a Enquiry of this issue and find out really does all the people are getting sufficient water for all the family's ? This How we middle class familys starve for water and the people who sell water gets Profits. This is how we live in our india. ADJUST ! I HOPE THIS COMPLAINT HAVE SOME ACTION .               We are residences of Chandi Nilayam, located at bhagyanagar hills Phase -03. We have been allotted for the manjeera water connection from Division - 09 (Bagyanagar section) with CAN[protected] in the month of Apr 2014. we haven't received any sufficient water from day one till date but surprisingly we have received the bills every month Rs. 7, 310/- for 540 KL consumption where as the received water is around 40 to 50 KL as per meter reading. The same was brought to the notice of respective authorities many times and no action has been taken place yet and recently they have removed the connection due to non payment of outstanding bills, which is improper. How can we pay the bills of 7310/- per month without using anything. Is it correct??? We are urging you to provide the justice to us.

                Dear Sir, We have been allotted new water connection (File No:[protected] and currently its pending with contractor (No: 184, Hemanth) to provide physical connection. As per process I have contacted the allotted contractor, he responded saying that his men would be able to provide the connection in day or 2. But we haven't got any update even after 2 days then again I contacted Hemanth this time he gave silly reasons and promised to arrange the men to do work in another 2 days. However the workers came after 2 days and demanded 1500/- to provide the physical connection. I negotiated with them and agreed to provide the required spare parts and pay 500/-. They looked around the premises and digged a pit hole near the main line and left for the day promising to return on Monday with drilling machine. As per promise they came on Monday (02/02) but again left for the day without doing any work. Today morning (04/02/2015) when I contacted the Hemanth about his workers, he said I need to obtain the municipal permission to cut the 10 feet road. Had this been really a permission issue he should have told me on day1 or day2 instead he is informing when I'm asking about the work completion. For your information that is 10 feet sub road and we have been leaving in this area for 25 Yrs and I take the ownership to fix it with cement work after completion. Could you please look into this matter? Provide right directions to expedite the process. Also I would like to bring my experience with the Hemanth (Contractor), I found his behaviour is very rude and doesn't care about the consumers difficulties. He talks to consumer as if this is a charity work for him. I already complained it to HMWSSB official Mr.Manohar (Sainathpuram) who agreed with same. There seems to be really something wrong with him. Please address this so as to avoid such issues in future with any consumer. Appreciate your attention to this email.                 Government should take some actions in order to complete it on time with these officials.I want to know whether we need to take Municipal Permissions for Road Cutting or will HMWS will take care of it ?.Few say for road cutting they charge 3000 rs per meter.

                  Sir, Today i.e.[protected] in Namalagundu & Upper Basthi areas Drinking water is not supplied. When we asked about water at Water Tank, Sitaphalmandi E-Seva centre, there they said that 2 - 3 days water will not going to come. We will face the problems with our drinking water for 2 days. Please take necessary action to supply drinking water in Namalagundu Down, Upper Basthi area of Secunderabad.

                    Dear Sir, This is to bring to the notice of Water board authorities that we are facing lot of problem due to low pressure supply of Water at Sri Durga Estates, Bank colony road, Quthbulapur. It is understood that some of our colony members and neighbour colony using motors to suck the water. May be because of that forcible sucking we are getting low pressure. May I request the concerned authorities to have vigilant on it and take proper action on mis-users. Water is released only for 1 hour with low pressure. By this we are unable to meet daily needs with water.

                      Hi,

                      This is to bring to the notice of Water board authorities that we are facing lot of problem due to Irregular suppy of Water at Sri Venkateshwara colony, Quthbulapur Opp Godavari Homes.

                      Water is released only after 3 to 4 days on unsual timings there is no specific timing set for this. Also water is released only for 1 hour with low pressure. By this we are unable to meet daily needs also with water.

                      Also we would like to bring it to your notice that the colony(M N Reddy Nagar) beside us gets ample water supply alternate days which we can see flowing on raods also some times. we are not able to understand why there is huge scarcity when it comes to this colony.

                      The are which we are residing is with polluted ground water and cant be used for cooking purpose.

                      Request your kind intervention and resolution for the water issue by mainting the correct timings and good pressure alternate days.

                        Respected sir, The water is precious, this slogan created by you to public to follow, But this slogan is not apply for you staff. Meter reader is opening the valve for release water, have not take care of leakage from that valve, plenty water is wasting from valve Opp. Post Office, Rd No.1, Banjarahills.                           We are living in H.No: 10-5-8/9/B First Lancer, Masab Tank.We have been receiving polluted water supply since last year continuously, strong stinky smell is coming from the water and it's dark like that of a drainage water. We are getting sick constantly due to this dirty water supply, so many complaints had been lodged via telephone yet there has been no action taken what so ever. I would request the members of the authority to look into this matter seriously and solve this problem as soon as possible.

                            Dear sir, We residents of RK Society, Borabanda operated under Moosapet water works would like bring the following grievances for your intervention and regularization of water supply to our area. 1. From 8-Jan-2015 to 14-Jan-2015 (in 7 days), water was supplied only once. This was brought to the notice of concern manager at Moosapet water works. 2. From 15-Jan-2015 to 22-Jan-2015 restored regular alternate day supply, however again on 23-Jan-2015 water was supplied for only 10 minutes. I request you to take immediate action in restoring regular water supply to our area. ** Please note if water supply is skipped one day the cumulative effect will be for 4 days.                               Respected Sir, I am Ikram Ab Khan staying at HNO:- 2-13-23/1, Beerappagadd, Near Srinvasa High School, Uppal, Hyderabad -39. It seems Drinking water pipeline broken somewhere and drainage water is mixing up in drinking water. So much bad smell is coming in the drinking water and we are not able to use and drink it. We already complaint many times but no response till now. This is a very serious problem in our lane and our health is under trouble.                                   my can no. is[protected], G.Joseph Kennedy I have taken new connection during October, 2014. my first bi no.48545374 for Rs, 627.50 with due date 3.11.2014 which i have already paid in online payment is not updated and subsequently i received two more bills like this Bill No.49433837 dated 05.12.2014 for Rs, 627.50 including arrears Rs.1255.00 Next bill No.50712927 dated 10.01.2015 for Rs.627.50 due date 24.01.2015 including arrears Rs.2510.00 why in three months 4 bill amounts of Rs.627.50 are billed and why my 1st payment is not updated and third bill is doubled and there is no uniformity in billing and due dates. why fixed amount of Rs.627.50 is being billing and in one month in our area Mayurinagar, Miyapur residential complex, there was no water supply for 15 days but bill amount is not reduced. what is the billing criteria. please update me so that i can pay the amount manually. today i paid another Rs.1255.00 online. please update the same immediately and show me the revised amount.
