I am a resident of David cottage Dno:276/3rt. there is a very frequent blockage in the drainage system here and there is a very bad situation over here. Even after repeated complaints to the concerned authority including at khairtabad, still we expect the drainage cleaning. So i request to the authorities to solve this problems at the earliest. `

PAST TWO MONTHS WE ARE SUFFIRING WATER PROBLEM WATER FLOW IS VERY VERY LOW PRESSURE, NO SUFFICIENT WATER IN OUR APRTMENT. HENCE I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE ACTION IN THIS MATTER IMMEDIATELY.           Dear sir This is regarding broken on manhole cover, on Friday i.e 5-12-14, the cover was broken, and on Saturday register a complain Token No-5812, But on 7-12-14 the cover was broken, i got a message that Token No-5812 was solved, since small children's are playing on road .

            Sir, I, Dr. K. Yashodhara, owner of 10-3-761/19/1, Anuradha nilayam, Vijayanagar colony, Hyderabad-57, have been facing problems with our neighbor's sewage system. Our neighbor's( Owner: Mrs. Swaroopa, 10-3-761/18/1, VNC Residency, Vijayanagr colony, Hyderabad-57) sewage has been blocked due to clogged drains and their sewage water is flowing into our home. A total of nine families live in their building and because of this issue, all their drains open into our home. Drainage water has been flowing into our home for the last few months. Living is made hell because of the foul smell and increasing population of the mosquitoes. My grand daughter has fallen sick last month because of these pesky mosquitoes. We have repeatedly told them to get their drainaige pipes and their sewage systems repaired. They have turned a deaf ear to our pleas. Earlier they said that they will take care of this issue, but now the problem is just sky-rocketing and they refuse to help us. The water keeps flowing with high velocity into our home. We showed the situation at our home and asked them to do something. They kept ignoring our pleas. Taking the matter into our hands we lodged a complaint with the local HMWSSB who told us that this is an internal drainage problem and this is out of their work profile. So we requested our neighbors again, to take care of the situation and they simply told that they will call the officials. But no one turned up till date. Now they have completely refused to do anything regarding the issue and saying "Do what you want to". Sir, this is a serious problem as it can pose many health hazards. The stagnant water or the flowing water is a home for breeding mosquitoes and the drainage water is polluting the environment. There is a reason why the sewage systems are underground and covered.               Dear Sir/ Madam We have a frequent problem of drainage overflow into our apartments, when ever the main drainage connected is blocked. Our drinking water is located at the entrance & gets contaminated in view of overflow, causing lot of inconvenience as our apartment have children who are prone to diseases. We have been living in this flat since 22 years . Earlier it was no so frequent. This overflow has increased in the recent times after the new hotels have started functioning.Kindly organise for removal of blockage in the main drain which is exactly opposite to our flats. Also suggest alternate to overcome this frequent problem of overflow. Thereafter inspite of repeated oral reminders both at our place when your person visited for recording reading & my visit to your local office is not yielding any desired results.                   We the colony members of Jawahar Nagar, Moulaali, Hyderabad falling under Division 13 of HMWW&SB submit that due a recent change in supply source to our colony, a part of the colony is able to get water once in 2 days whereas the other part in which we live in are getting once in 5 days. When we are all having legitimate water connections and are paying our bills equally, why should there be parity in the frequency in which the water is supplied within a single colony consisting of 283 plots of which many are still vacant. We demand that the water should be supplied equally to all the connections of our colony. We have earlier lodged a complaint to the concerned authorities vide docket no.8315 was not fruitful and could not justify our demand. We request you to apply the same method with which you are able to supply water once in 2 days for the 30 percent connections in our colony and see that the remaining are also satisfied and not betrayed of the facility.                         Very Good morning sir/Mam, i m belong from hyderabad and i need help from you from long time we are facing this problem from this water pipe line which has been damaged in between the road where the dogs do the toilet and even no one is their to take a care but few week back my daughter suffering from heavy fever and doctor told that the water problem because we are not getting clean water please so closed the water lekage problem which is also waisting the water and get infected with bad bacterias too, finaly the complaint is only to make u know to please take an immediate action for this, thanking you, regards, ritu ..

                              dear sir my can no is[protected] iam a resident of 8-7-188/1/1 samatha nagar old bowenpally secunderabad we are not getting water supply from past one week though we are regularly paying water bills on time whenever we get supply also there will be no force and hardly we get it only for ten to fifteen minutes where as the adjacent colonies get a very good water supply whenever we com plain to the concerned office they say that there is some problem in the lines though it is fully developed colony and in the heart of the city why such leniency some times when there is force we get very good water but most of the times the force is very less we get hardly any water whatever is the problem i request the concerned authorities to kindly look in to this problem of our basic neccesity for which we will be very thankfull .                                 Dear Sir, I am a resident of chudi bazar, ho no14-6-68, balkishan lal temple.hyderabad, Telangana 1) what is the time for supply of water, we are getting your service at 1 am in night what and who know what your timings are this a regular problem we and our area people are suffering 2) what are the test performed on water before you supply, some time it stinks, some time colour changes, even we found lot of incest, when we take a physical sample to your office they just say we are working for the same and some time due to rain 3) i feel it has to be privatize 4) they do charge for the service and water but where is service 5) when i went to there site there is no complaint or contact details, but they say each drop of water is precious but when i see there tankers carrying water, it like meant for road to drink not for humans 6) when we have filled our water, after that if we don't require how to stop that, you people even did not provided stopper and in market there is nothing available for stopping

                                  I am a resident of Plot No.260 of Jawaharnagar, Moulaali, Hyderabad which falls under Division 13 of HMWSSB. My CAN NO. is[protected]. The entire colony that I live in used to get water once in a week. Recently it is reliably learnt that the supply to my colony is connected from the main storage tank, Moulaali. But from then, only a part of the colony is getting water once in 2 days whereas the other part where I live in are getting water once in 5 days. I wonder how can there be such parity in distribution of water in a single colony consisting of 283 plots of which many are still vacant. I have narrated this to the concerned AE yesterday who could not give me a satisfactory reply. Therefore, I request the concerned GM to look into this problem and see that the water is supplied to entire JAWAHARNAGAR uniformly.                                   Hello, I'm from UpperGuda, Sanjay Gandhi Nagar colony, we are facing water problems for the last 2weeks, and no one responding to this, pls understand our problem and send at least water tanks to survive until your water suppliers or service to solve the problem,

                                  Last time entire colony get only one water tank what did we do with that? 150 houses are there and 1500 to 3000 people are there we must want water 💦

                                  I request the concerned GM to look into this problem and see that the water is supplied to entire upper guda and sanjay Gandhi Nagar uniformly. As we are all citizens having legitimate water connections, yes! we demand equal treatment from the HMWSSB.

                                        On 05-Nov-2014 i Have Complaint To HMWSB Reagrding Water Leakage They Given Me A Token No:4196 & Said It Will Be Solve Within 2 Days..After 5 Days I Call HMWSB Dept Phone No:155313 Then They Said Me That This Complain is Solved But I Tell Him To Reopen This Complaint B'coz It was Not Solved. I Call Them 3-Times on 11-Nov, 17-Nov, 24-Nov They Are Telling Me That This Complain Is Solved.But Till Now It Was Not Solved... Is The HMWSB Dept Dont Want To Solve The Problem? & who is updating a unsolve complain to solve Complain?
