tanuj here from kurukshetra, haryana.I bought a hyundai creta from ur dealer kaushalya hyundai in kurukshetra in first week of march 2019 on discount as the make of the car is april 2018 thats why they offered me discount.
And yesterday i get my car ceramic coated and then i checked that the there is some fault in front bumber paint near fog lamp and i went to service station of kaushalya hyundai's service station at g t road near umri and there i meet the service manager mr ashok kumar and mr sanjeev lather who looks after the paint and show the fault after 10-15 mins inspection they said that i get my car bumper repaired from some unauthrised service station .Which i didnt as till today i didnt get my car stucked any where and cant even handed over my car to anyone even my car is bumper to bumper insured then why i went to unauthorised service staion for repair
when i told the service manager and paint manager that i didnt get my car repaired from anywhere they misbehaved with me and said u runned ur car 15000 and we are not always with u everwhere u r travelling
actually this is not first time i am facing the problem on 13th march that is 6-7 day of my car with me i went to service station for moisture in front head light after buying my car they behaved same way but that time i talk to the senior sales person at showroom of kausalya hyundai and they helped me in resloving the solution
but this time mr ashok kumar(senior service manager and mr sanjeev lather ( paint manager) behaved very rudely
i only need the ans of this misbehave
pls help either will take legal action

    Hi,

    I have booked hyundai venue sx 1.0 denim blue dual tone on 3 july 2019 from floyd hyundai, dimapur, nagaland. Its going to be 3 months but yet it has not delivered. Here the dealer also uncertain when it will get delivered. I have email the customer service and they call me back and told that my service request will be forwarded to the higher team but till date no response from the hyundai motors.

      The concern

      This is to inform you that i bought my hyundai eon era+ in november 2013. It's been almost 6 years. On sep 24, 2019 suddenly my car's eps system stopped working and changed to manual steering mode, which is very hard and tough in driving.
      When i took the vehicle to laxmi hyundai workshop, atthapur, hyderabad, on september 24, 2019, they reported that the power steering (Eps module) is not working and it needs to be replaced to get it working. The cost of eps module is around rs. 8000/- and they were not sure if the module will the problem. I was also told if the module does not fix the problem they will have to change the whole assembly of the steering which will cost me around rs.18000/- and will take a minimum of 1 week time to get the part fix it. But, what really surprises me is that how can this part fail within such a short duration of the car's age/use. My car has clocked only 40000 km.

      I believe hyundai should look into the matter of electronic power steering module as these seem to be faulty (Manufacturing defect) that they are using in eon cars and hyundai should recall the batch of cars where eps has been found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect.
      I have become the owner of Creta Car taken from OXINA HYUNDAI TRICHY during Oct, 2018. The buttons of Tyres have become blunt within a short period of 6 months. I complained to the showroom from which taken the car. They instructed to complained to Hyundai Motor India.
      Even my Hyundai i10's EPS has stopped working and the car has just done 15500 kms, one can imagine what quality of parts Hyundai is using in its cars. The dealer has told me it would cost Rs.[protected] in getting the complete EPS module replaced. I am doomed after having purchased a Hyundai car!!

        Today till 13.15 hrs, i don’t have any update that when my car will get repaired. Yesterday evening around 05.45 pm, regional service centre, jaipur informed that kamal hyundai has made the request for arrangement of self-starter just around 05.00 pm. We can see the efficiency of response of kama hyundai that car was inspected on friday (20 sept 2019) and pictures were also taken and they took three days in preparing the request.
        Just moment before as per mr. Aashish gattani, gm-sales, billing for self has not been done so far. So it is difficult to tell when defected part will arrive at kota.

        He has also given the number of gm-service and asked to do follow-up with him.

        Please look into the issue and help in resolving the issue at the earliest.

        On 19th sept 2019, thursday at 07.00 pm my car creta rj20 cg 2540 stopped and was not starting. After consulting with kamal hyundai, kota rajasthan mechanic, it was found that self starter is having some problem. So by pushing, car was started. On saturday, at kamal hyundai service center workshop at kota (Raj), car was checked and it was told that it's self starter has burnt. After checking it's availability, it is informed that it is not available in rajasthan and it will take 10-15 days to be delivered at kota.

        All above details are based on discussion with m/s aashish gattani gm-service, bhuvnesh & jay gautam of kamal hyundai.

        Since today morning, i am not able to get any update about my car repairing and when part will be replaced.
        Kindly look into the issue.

        I bought a new Hyundai Verna Car from Om Hyundai, Junagadh in 2017 with my own name Jayeshbhai Gordhanbhai Vachhani however, in my recent conversation with showroom regarding car service complaint, they sent me a letter with a name "Jayesh Gordhan Vachhani". The term "Bhai" is a respectful term used for elders in Gujarat and they didnt use it.

            I am jesvinth immanuel owner of i20 asta (O) vehicle no kl 01 ch 4489.. I went to 2nd service at mgf hyundai trivandrum service center on aug 27th 2019.. At that time i have registered a complaint againt headlamps.. During rain and washing water is entering into the two headlamps heavily.. It reduces the proper outcome from headlights

            At the time of service.. Adviser told they want to check the complaint and warranty team will come and check.. After one week from the date of service there's no enquiry from the service center.. After that frequently contacted to the service center about this complaint.. There's poor response from the adviser telling that send the photos of complaint.. Then only they will check my vehicle.. How irresponsible are these fellows.. Is it way to behave towards customer's..

              Hi i bought a new hyundai tucson 4wd in may 2019. I did my second service at golden hundai coimbatore on 13th sept 2019. I had informed a complaint of vehicle pulling to the left esp on high way. Though this was under free maintenance, the dealer suggested a wheel alignment and wheel balancing. I said go ahead and paid for the same. After two day i got the delivery on 15th and i found that the vehicle pulling had worsened and a new problem of wheel vibrations and wobbling started. After complaining some one from fpl hyundai chennai took my car and again took a day to check and revert back. Again after two days they came back and said all was rectified. This time i took a test drive and found that the same problem was recurring. I spoke to one mr vasudevan from hmil who committed that issue would be resolved. After a week i get answer that stocks are yet to come. After buying a car with 30 lacs, it is shocking to see hyundai service is so pathetic. Also how can hyundai compromise on such a safety issue. Would request urgent resolution of the issue.
              It has been more than 1.5 months since my Hyundai Creta was given for service post accidental insurance coverage. It was not fully done first time and was again delayed in ordering of item. Nobody from showroom was professional enough to revert and follow up actively to resolve the matter.

                Bad experience with utkal hyundai, rasulgarh, bhubaneswar.
                It's management makes false commitments to attract customers and after getting payment from the customers, they play twists with the customers and try to make customers fool.
                I paid for a santro car and when asked about the offers they have committed to provide me, they are playing twists with me... I have not yet received my car from them due to high security number plate has not yet provided by rto...

                But highly disappointed... I proceeded to this showroom about 200 kms from my place leaving behind showrooms near me by their false commitments. It simply plays with the immotions of the customers... Extremely unhappy for the management and authorities of this show room.

I booked one car venue 1.2 t silver s kappa vtvt on 25/06/2019 through cheque no 727807 which was realized by you on 02/07/2019. Before booking i had already mentioned that i will opt for three year comprehensive insurance from outside, not from your end because it will cost 12000 more to me even though they took my booking

                  As per quotation
                  Ex showroom price rs 720000.00
                  Registration charge rs 36220.00
                  Handling changes rs 3000.00
                  — _ —
                  Total rs 759260.00
                  Booking amount rs 21000.00
                  Balance amount rs 738260.00

                  As per telephonic conversation from your sales executive my vehicle has arrived for delivery to dealer's yard. So, i have kept ready the demand draft of balance amount rs 738260.00 but now they (Jp hyundai dealer) started to pressurized me for insurance from theirs end, which i have denied earlier while booking

                  The tentative delivery date was 17/09/2019 but till date i have not received the same and their is no communication from dealer end.

                  As per your salespeople i have to wait for 60 days to get delivery but after 91 days i haven't got delivery of my vehicle.
                  Even though the booking was done 90 days before, till today hyundai dealer has not provided me my vin no or booking reference no.

                  I have booked complain with ref no. 1-[protected] on toll free[protected].

                  I once again appeal to hyundai deliver my booked car venue 1.2 s without insisting me for costlier insurance from their end. Don't be puppet of insurance companies.

                    The registration number of vehicle is upGJ 36 L 1319 . I have purchased the hyundai i10 grand from MORBI 18/9/2019 industrial area opposite to paras dairy, sahibabad, ghaziabad, u. P on . The total kms is just 9000 kms.

                    On date 18/09/2019, : i went to m r hyundai for the first free service after running the vehicle just 9000 kms. During the service work, my new car has been hit to a wall by a service person and there are major damage on the front bumper of my new car due to carelessness of a service team. Please find herewith the attached picture for the same. Now, they are saying to repaired and painted in their body shop and will give me tomorrow.

                    My question is that, why should i accept this repaired bumper because it will easily and heavily decreased the value of my whole car due to damage case and this is not the company painted (Original). A new layer of the paint would be on the original bumper which can be easily identify visually or by device (Paint thickness).

                    I request you to provide me an original new bumper to compensate this damage caused by the service group. Where is the fault of customer and why would i bear this. Though, this is a fault of service team of hyundai, i can only accept the new bumper with original paint. I have purchased new car and safely running but it has been damaged during service by hyundai person in just within 2 months. My whole money went to vein.
                    If, there is a problem in providing new bumper, then you can take your car back because this is really very strange and bad service team. I am very normal family and i have taken this car on loan. Hope, you can understand my problems and tension. I am really in tensed condition and repairing by paint would not be a justice with a new car owner.
                    In-fact, i have not received my rc till now and my vehicle got damage.

Car was given to me on 21 sept 2019. After service. While driving car in city immediately after service. Clutch was not working iwas in trouble to drive car without clutch. Heavy traffic trouble me lot. Pl advise your staff give me proper service at hundai motor service at chhani vadodara

                        The registration number of vehicle is up14-ec-9931. I have purchased the hyundai i10 grand from m r hyundai, 28/1/4 industrial area opposite to paras dairy, sahibabad, ghaziabad, u. P on 31st july 2019. The total kms is just 825 kms.

                        On date 22/09/2019, sunday : i went to m r hyundai for the first free service after running the vehicle just 825 kms. During the service work, my new car has been hit to a wall by a service person and there are major damage on the front bumper of my new car due to carelessness of a service team. Please find herewith the attached picture for the same. Now, they are saying to repaired and painted in their body shop and will give me tomorrow.

                          Im facing a serious issue on my i10 (Uk07an3508) of eps failure, its life threatening manufacturing defect which hyundai india needs to address.. My car has just done 15k kms in 7 yrs and this eps jam issue has come up.. There was also manufacturing defect of oxygen sensor when it was not even 1 year old which i had to fight a lot to get it replaced free of cost.. But now again one more manufacturing defect and this time life threatening one as eps suddenly failed on the road.. Facebook page of hyundai india and internet is full of this eps issue in hyundai cars as reported by many other users. Hyundai india should have recalled all the i10 cars sold around 2012 with this manufacturing defect but they chose to put customers life at risk by not doing so. I have visited 2-3 hyundai dealers in dehradun and none of them have been able to diagnose the problem correctly and trying to fool me. One is telling me i will have to pay rs. 5000, other is telling rs. 20000 and one other telling rs.35000. Looking forward to your support in this regard to get faulty parts replaced without having to pay anything and it was not my fault that i trusted hyundai and bought car a car from them.

                            Dear hyundai team,

                            With this mail i would like to bring your attention on the problems i faced from joshi hyundai, chandigarh. Vehicle no. Ch01bv2864, invoice no-b[protected] matter is-

                            1) we had taken vehicle insurance claim in june month dated 13.06.19. Noticed paint not matched with the car.
                            2) after giving several reminders to the agency. 2nd time repainted job has done. Still there is paint mismatched.

                            3. Also i have observed that after repair door is not getting closed properly and the same ia communicated to mr. Jaiswal of joshi automobiles but as per him this is the feature of the car. This type of person u have in your workshop who don't understand the customer issue and do nothing for customer satisfaction.
                            4. Also i have asked to escalaye my concern to hyundai team but mr. Nitin of joshi hyundai told me this can not be escalated.

                            From last 1 month i am continously doing follow ups with the concerned dealer but no positive response recieved from their end.

                            So request you further to intervene in this matter. We are highly disappointed with the services of hyundai specially from m/s joshi hyundai chandigarh.

                            The satisfaction is purely zero as a customer perspective. Customer satisfaction index will be given zero rating from my side.

                              I am your recent customer bought hyundai i20 on 12 june.

                              But from few days my horn is not working properly so i gave my service today on 2:30pm at kalol punjab hyundai service center.

                              I heard about h promise and bought hyundai for better service but today i am very disappointing with service.

                              Service center person gave 4:20 pm for complete check up and i called in service center on 4:30 but no response given by them after when i called they told me for change horn but horn is not available so i told him for deliver car at my door but after many fallow-ups they did not deliver my car and also told that we will arrange but you have to drop our person i agreed but till 6:30 after when i will going to center and call them to not deliver i come for take my car and they told that our person already gone with your car for deliver and when i reached at center car was still there.

                              I hope you will take some prompt action.

                              Kindy take action against them.

                                I own an hyundai accent. Registered no up 78 ew 1105.. Car was sent for claim on 23/08/19 to hyundai panki workshop.. Work was not started for next 10 days as the surveyor was not sure about the ncb i claimed last year.. Hyundai representatives did not bother to call me on their own.. I had to take pain for all the enquiry..
                                Finally when i personally went to workshop to pick my car on 14/09/19 but the car was still incomplete.. After waiting for 1 hour i came to know that insurance company had still not sent approval.. The problem still stands unresolved.

                                    I have purchased new santro car on january this year, car number - wb20bb4413 from mohan motor hyundai, college more kolkata - 700140 shop but after some days shop got closed & i am still suffering to get the smart card. Now my car is in service center where 20k claim bonus reqd. But as per insurance company cashless claim is not possible due to smart card not provided. Pl look after this issue, it's very frustrating now and can't expect such kind of delay from hyundai brand.

                                      We discussed with then we took took from lone we have paid down payment also same Hyundai I 20 car in Rahul Hyundai Shimoga Showroom Delivery taken on 10/07/2019 (for your reference have attached RC Copy of new vehicle)
                                      Ofter matter comes what about advance payment refund
                                      I clearly told that kanchana Hyundai executive also request latter given. She took more then one month sent return amount of Rs.2, 000/[protected]=2000)
                                      Then we asked that executive why deducted she telling that you have see our policy sir we can’t du anything its your mistake told. At the time of booking she is in harry to book the car and she told nothing after that all ths story’s.
                                      I clearly told that I brought car HYUNDAI I20 Only Dealer Only change where is the mistake
                                      If customer where will get benefits that dealer said will buy a car what mistake in that
                                      She is not able to give manager number also
                                      I lost 3000/- is not a matter but this is not the way to du the business their behavior was to the point of rudeness.

                                        I am sarvesh mishra, booked a car hyundai venue on 16/08/1990 quotation attached. But till date i didn't receive my car. First time they were said dispatched car colour is different than your choice but i were said him i will only took selected coloured car. Second time today i have received a call from m. R hyundai said that you have to pay 50% of booking amount otherwise up to your desired date it can be handed over to other because it is demanding car... How i have paid money without watching my car in showroom. Please justify sir
