Hello myself adit limbu. I buyed hyundai venue sx on 31st july from durga hyundai, siliguri and paid all the amount clearly but till now i didn't get my road tax paper also and i am facing much traffic problems due to this so please kindly solve my problems. This is my first car and i trusted hyundai but i didn't expect this kind of services. Please be possesive.

    I have bought hyundai i20 no gj06 jm 6615 in the year 2016 from your dealer aldiam hyundai, makarpura, baroda (Vadodara), gujarat. As the car being my first owned car, we choose hyundai for its brand name, low maintenance and efficient after sale services. But i am afraid to inform that i have been facing trouble with the air conditioning ever since i purchased the car and the problem has not been resolved as yet.

    Firstly when i complained regarding the issue, the concerned representative changed the air filter and informed me that the work is done and i shall not face the same problem again. But ever since then my air conditioning problem has not been resolved nor has anyone made any effort in resolving the issue despite multiple complains and services. The problem with the air condition is that it works for some time fine but once my travels exceeds 100 to 125 kms the air condition stops working.

    I have wasted my enough time and money for resolving this issue but the service or sales representatives have not been cooperative. As my work call for frequent travel, i unnecessarily have to bare taxi expense despite having my own car. Who shall bare these expenses? I firmly believe that if you are not able to resolve my complains for more than a year now why should i continue with this hyundai car?

    Request you to take call on urgent basis whether you wish to resolve my problem or not?

    When i had a word with aldiam hyundai, makarpura they told you need to drive with our engineer for 100-125 kms then they will understand an issue, i really doubt engineer’s expertise. I don’t have time to do all this thing.

      I would appreciate if anyone could understand my concern and help me to get my money without spoiling relationship with borah hyundai and team.
      I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by within 2days, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the courts.
      Hope this will solve soon..
      Otherwise i have to knock the door or court

        As i would like to inform you the poor paint quality for the brand hyundai motor vehicle verna sx 2019. Hence i got the vehicle from mgf hyundai dealer at may 2019 within 4 month my paint started removing from the body. This is not what i expected from hyundai motors. Thus, i would like to get a solution for this issue as soon as possible. I believe that you understand the seriousness of the issue happened for me.
        In december my hundai i-20 elite is under extended warrenty period.My car is breakdown in bilaspur.i call hundai agency they told me u have to give money for your parts but parts are comming under warranty period.at that time i am saying but agency person is not listening and say you have to paid.

          I am facing the rto issue i have paid my money at[protected] and i got the car at[protected].

          I am facing The SMC, Rto Issue I Have Paid My Money At[protected] And I got The Car At[protected].

          Haven't Got The Exchange Refund, Till Today, And Today It's[protected] And My RTO Registration Is Not Done Yet.

          Whenever I go at the showroom they give me the fake dates, and the owner is also not available.

          I have already Paid The Penalties To the traffic police departments for numbers of time.

          It's about 5 and half months and I am not having any other proof then a Tax Invoice.

          No insurance, RC book, anything...

          I use a 2016 model Santa Fe Automatic with the 8 inch system. The Infotainment display is not working and Trident Hyundai Service Centre at Bengaluru is unable to help me.

          Without the Display, i find it difficult to use the car.

          I need help to locate the defect and rectify it OR to find a replacement “Display” unit for the system.

            Dear sir / madam,

            I, mr. Malade lagaria, have purchased hyundai creta – crdi - sx (O) manual on 28.08.2015 (Through prelaunch booking – with tremendous trust of hyundai brand value). Since then the car has been single handedly operated by myself only with average 7000 km per year. As on date the odometer reading of the car is only 28050 km. All the services have been carried out timely at the hyundai delear at jamnagar – gujarat : m/s. Neo hyundai services. Please find the detail of the services as under:

            1. first service at less then 10000 km on date : 08.09.2016 at m/s. Neo hyundai service, jamnagar (Gujarat)

            2. second service at less then 20000 km on date : 14.09.2017 at m/s. Neo hyundai service, jamnagar (Gujarat)

            3. third service at less then 20000 km on date : 23.10.2018 at m/s. Neo hyundai service, jamnagar (Gujarat)

            4. fourth service is due by 22nd oct 2019 or 33000 km...

            On 7th sep-2019, suddenly the ac cooling found to be non-working, same was taken to m/s. Neo hyundai service, jamnagar (Gujarat), who upon checking all the leakages found that cooling coil of the ac unit is found to be leaking, which requires total replacement cost of rs. 11500/-, which is extremely surprising to me from hyundai brand point of view, as such costly item getting faulty within 28000 km of the running of 15.5 lakh value car of m/s. Hyundai.

            Secondly the main steering rod is making some noise while driving on uneven road, which was informed to m/s. Neo hyundai service, jamnagar (Gujarat) more then one year back, at that time the representative of neo hyundai-jamnagar told its normal nothing abnormal –the car was under three year warranty by that time. Today the same issue has been accepted by them and asked to replace the assembly which will cost appx. 53000 rupees!

            Sir, my submission here is, we buy car with additional cost (As compared to m/s. maruti / mahindar, etc…) with a reason that hyundai has great brand value and the accessories / equipment inside must be value for money. Now you please suggest such a huge cost after running of only 28000 km how can we afford to pay as spares failure! That too immediately crossing the warranty period of three years!!!

            I request you to kindly consider my request to humbly provide concessions on such huge cost of repairs please.

            Waiting for your positive response on this please.

C. Problem now i gone for same reason again they are say to change ecm which is of 36000. What the use of complaining the same thing for same cost.                   I have taken delivery on 03rd sept 2019 of recently launched car - grand i10 nios amt sportz petrol model.
                  1) while locking and unlocking with remote, the sound is very very high. Especially, the kids and elderly people around the car get shock with the sound. We have mentioned this while purchasing the car to the sales person from kun hyundai, gachibowli. However, he has expressed his helplessness.
                  Kindly arrange to reset and reduce the sound urgently.

                  2) as per the options shown on website, under basic variable warranty plan, the customer can opt for either of the options:
                  A) 3 years / 100000 km
                  B) 4 years / 50000 km
                  C) 5 years / 40000 km.

                  I would like to opt for option c - 5 years / 40000 km.
                  I requested the dealer to include the same in my invoice.
                  He has refused to do so.
                  Kindly do the needful.

                    My car is with hyundai service center from more than 3 weeks. Service center reported me there is some noise in the car steering on last tuesday and i have visited the service center for the same. There was no such fault or noise in the car once i have handed over to the service center. I’m the only person who drive this car and i have left my car in the service center on sunday, aug 18th. Car steering was absolutely fine till that time. Service center has also verified everything in my car before taking the car in their control. Service center provided me the receipt for the same as well and it is with me. Now they’re planning to deliver the car to me with damaged car steering. They also claimed car can’t be driven in this position. What shall i do with the damaged car, that can’t be driven? They ready to replace the damaged part and asking me to pay for it. I don’t understand how will they make me responsible for the service center mistakes? Company is asking me to pay 30, 000 inr for their mistake and damaged happened within the service center. I feel very bad while writing this all but service center is forcing the cost on me and try to harass me and my family. They try to spent/waste more time so that i will be force to ask them to replace this part and pay for it.

                    I have talked to service center and they now started clamming, the car steering had issue from the time they received the car. This is completely false statement and try to step back from their own responsibility and try to hide the truth. Hyundai service center try to harass me by damaging my car, forcing me to pay for the damage and problem i’m facing without my car. Car deliver commitment date was aug 27th and there is a delay by more than 10 days already.

                    This is my request to this panel to provide me the appropriate solution otherwise i will be forced to take the legal action on hyundai and service center.

                      It's been only 2 months approximately that i have bought my car. Today i. E. 08 september 2019, i tried to start my car and i smelled a pungent smell of petrol. On opening the bonnet i saw that the fuel pipe had burnt in several places. This speaks of low quality materials used. Further, this is a life threatening issue as the leak of fuel can lead to the vehicle burning.

                      I wish to raise a complaint for this as use of low quality materials is a serious crime from such a prestigious company like hyundai motors.

                          I had fixed my car ac last month on 16th august 2019 from hyundai workshop itself, with their spare parts of which they had asked me to pay in advance so that they will order it first and once it arrives they will do the fixing.
                          And today 6th september 2019 my car ac is again stopped working and has the same problem which has earlier.
                          What is the use of establishing such a huge workshop which does not even know how to fix a car ac.
                          What is the use of putting a workshop such big that it does not even have the proper spare parts of its own, that they always have to order it and for that they always ask to pay in advance.
                          Such a show off... Very very disappointment..

                            Below are the issues encountered within 6 months of purchase and hyundai now wants to open and repair/replace the parts of the engine which is not acceptable
                            1. Engine oil consumption (Images already shared with hyundai on 16th april’19) which is leading to excessive engine oil burning which might lead to engine seize problem.
                            2. Back compression (Video already shared with hyundai on 16th april’19), which exhaust smoke and oil, which is ultimately a result of engine malfunction.
                            3. Steering column, which does not allow smooth functioning of the steering wheel and might lead to an accident.

                              The hyundai service executives offer corporate discount of 5000 for my purchase of grand i10 and took booking. But at the time of payment they said the corporate discount is not available at that time and i will receive as refund within one month. I took delivery of my car on[protected] and till now i haven't got that refund for corporate bonus. Nowadays the sales executives don't respond to my calls. Initially they made false promises of refund dates and each have gone passed. I am fed up with it. I had contacted their higher officials and senior sales manager of s s hyundai promised it will be given within the end of august and that date also gone passed. That is why i decided to took the public platform.

                              At the time of booking they promised my favourite color blue. But after taking booking one day executive called and said that colour has been allotted to another customer. Then why are they taking booking with advance payment of 5000, if they can't give our color choice. I had to settle down with the color choice of red which is not liked by my family.

                              A strict action against the dealer from hyundai is expected.

                                  Let me please take the regretful liberty to bring in to your kind notice by the company authorized dealers about the intentional misdoings to tarnish the image of your brand. Here is a summary of my concern

                                  • processes & quality check are doubtful – don’t know how many customers were befooled, there is no tracking mechanism
                                  • management and employee relations seemed very strained, impacting customer experiences
                                  • there is no escalation matrix available/visible to go beyond showroom staff, as they are seemingly blinding the view of hyundai corporate team and are not sharing any touch points of escalation

                                  Sharing my experience of purchasing car from your company.

                                  I had purchased hyunday creta automatic petrol on may 24, 2019 from koncept hyundai showroom in green park, new delhi, worth 16.5 lacs (Approx). This is my fourth car from hyundai, starting from launch of santro in india market by hyundai india. My experience of buying creta has gone from average to bad due to following reasons:

                                  1. Since it’s a highend version of creta, and comes with inbuilt music system, which had songs from other language (Malayalam) stored in sd card and no one in the showroom was able to remove guide on adding songs of choice. Nevertheless, i took the delivery of the car.

                                  2. After 2 months, one of relative noticed that the mats in the car were not original and were not fitting (Both hooks and size & shape) appropriately in the place. Upon investigating further we realized that the mats were of some local brand & of some other car type (Not creta). Tag behind the mats was intentionally cut a half to hide details. This is gross violation of integrity and customer experience.

                                  3. We insisted on documenting the whole incident but your customer service manager told us that there is no email id or complaint book to file grievances and it has to be told to her verbally and its only her who can give us solution not hyundai team. I as a head of customer service of one of leading insurance companies in the world, was not able to agree upon, and made up my mind to take it up with higher management and on social media.

                                  Request your intervention on this matter as we are feeling very frustrated due to cheating by koncept hyundai. Looking forward to hear positive words from you.

                                    I would like to inform you that my complaint number is -1-[protected] (Since 8-10 months before).

                                    I have many time visit and call regarding this complaint but no action for hans hyundai dealer and hyundai company.

                                    And now re-open my complaint number - 1-[protected]

                                    Would like to inform you that, my car dl-cat-6092, visit in your service center (For services/complaint) during the period 04-05 times (01st july 18 to 15th september 18), and three times service pick and drop car to in my house. But no anyone hyundai person concern clutch issue told me.

                                    Point wise details:

                                    1) but after 19th september 18 to 01st october 18 (In hyundai body shop) clutch not working properly in my car and i’m also told your executive this issue and “he told me maybe 10-15 days’ not operate your car so maybe clutch hard”.

                                    2) at the time of deliver (01.10.18, 8:30 pm) of my car very bad condition (Dust in car & white sport denting painting).

                                    3) whipper not changed and whipper changed in month of 27th july 19 (10 months after)

                                    Clutch proper working condition at the time of hand over of my car in your body shop (September 18).

                                    Further, sorry for inconvenience caused email received after every services. But services are very poor.

                                    I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint.

                                    Dear Sir, This is with reference to your reported concern regarding your Hyundai Xcent bearing Chassis No. / VIN - MALA741CLFM077166 and Registration No. DL2CAT6092 on 28th August, 2019. We wish to confirm that the said vehicle was delivered by Safdarjung Hyundai on 13th February 2015 and last periodic maintenance service was carried out on 1st July 2018 at Hans Hyundai Motinagar Branch Regarding your reported concern of clutch hard we would like to clarify that parts like brake pads, clutch disc, brake lining etc. are normal wear and tear items and such parts are beyond the purview of warranty and any repairs/ replacements needs to be carried out on charge basis. However as already conveyed in last mail from Hans Hyundai as a goodwill gesture we have offered pressure plate to be replaced Free Of Cost but rest of the work has to be done on cost basis. Please get the required job done as per your convenience with prior appointment for smooth performance of the vehicle. We request your kind understanding & request you not to have any further apprehensions regarding product quality. We assure you best of our services always.                                       Dear sir,

                                      I booked hyundai venue 1.0 sxo with elroy motors pvt ltd defence colony delhi on 03/06/2019.

                                      I paid rs. 25000 as booking advance with 1.5-2 months as delivery period. On due date they failed to provide the desired chesis details etc and informed that
                                      The blue colour as per our order is not available. (Copy attached)

                                      I asked for cancellation and refund of my advance, i have already submitted my bank details as desired by them for neft.
                                      But they have not credited it so far and not paying inspite of followup.

                                      Now mr. Saurabh (Gm), mr. Devendra rawal (Crm) with whom i was following up are avoiding my phone calls and when i sent my relative to talk to them they misbehaved with him.

                                      I had never expected such a bad behaviour and cheating by a renowned co. Like hyundai.

                                      Kindly look into it and get my money credited.
